A two-dimensional coordination polymer [Co(H_2tba)_2(DMF)_2]_n 1(H_2tba = 2-thiobarbituric acid anion, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) has been synthesized by Co Cl2·6H2O with the 2-thiobarbituric acid ligands under solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 was further characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, TGA and powder XRD techniques. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Pbca with a = 12.5948(12), b = 11.4269(11), c = 14.8939(15) ?, V = 2143.5(4) ?~3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.523 g·cm-3, F(000) = 1012, μ = 1.038 mm~(-1), R = 0.0358 and w R2 = 0.0888(I 2σ(I)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 is the first two-dimensional noninterpenetrating(4, 4) net coordination polymer based on the 2-thiobarbituric acid. Coordination polymer 1 exhibits two luminescent emission spectra at 477 and 489 nm with the excitation peak at 273 nm.  相似文献

Coordination polymers are a novel class of crystalline materials, which have attracted a huge amount of interest in recent decades. We selected an organic ligand 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid(H_3 BTC) to assemble with Mn(Ⅱ) ions to construct a novel Mn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer crystal material(namely complex 1). The resultant sample was successfully synthesized under the solvothermal reaction. Complex 1 possesses a three-dimensional(3D) framework based on two different Mn(Ⅱ) clusters: [Mn_4(COO)_8] and [Mn_2(COO_4)]. Furthermore, the resultant sample can be characterized in detail by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA), elemental analysis(C, H and N) and luminescence.  相似文献

A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(NIP)(3,3'-bpt)]·H2O(1, NIP = 5-nitroisophthalate, 3,3'-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazolate) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and luminescent properties. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three H2 NIP and two nitrogen atoms from two 3,3'-bpt, respectively, forming a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and showing a 1D chain structure, which is further bridged by NIP to form a 3D supramolecular network via self-assembly of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of AgNO3 , 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) and 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid (H2bpdc)/2,2′-biquinoline-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid (H2bqdc)/1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) gave rise to block-like crystals of [Ag4(bpy)2(bpdc)2]·13H2O(1), [Ag2(bpy)(bqdc)(H2O)]·4.5H2O(2) and [Ag2(bpy)2(H2O)2](bdc)·3H2O(3) by slow evaporation. All the three complexes contain sandwich-like crystal structures, in which anionic sheets built up from different anions (bpdc2- , bqdc2- and bdc2- ) and lattice water molecules via rich hydrogen-bonding interactions are inserted between the cationic silver complex layers, and the abundant Ag···Ag, Ag···N and π-π stacking interactions further strengthen the 3D frameworks. The lattice water molecules are situated among the framework of crystal structure and stabilized by rich hydrogen-bonding interactions, and lattice water molecules may play a role in the orientation of organic anions in the crystal packing. Additionally, the thermal properties of 1, 2 and 3 were also discussed in detail.  相似文献

A novel tetrazylphosphonate ligand, namely ethyl 4-(2-ethyl-2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl) benzylphosphonate(Et-L), was designed and successfully achieved from p-cyano benzyl chloride, based on which a zinc coordination polymer(1) with a 2D layer structure has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The colorless block crystals of H_2L·H_2O were also obtained under the same hydrothermal conditions, which belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 13.3141(7), b = 5.1650(3), c = 21.9839(18) ?, β = 115.307(5)°, V = 1366.69(15) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.391 mg/cm~(-3), Mr = 349.58, F(000) = 600, R = 0.0748 and wR = 0.1917 for 2392 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The colorless block crystals of complex 1([Zn(L)(H_2O)]_n) also belong to monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 22.7464(10), b = 6.0430(3), c = 9.7704(4) ?, β = 92.525(4)°, V = 1341.70(10) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.731 mg/cm_(-3), M_r = 349.58, F(000) = 712, R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.1688 for 2357 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Only the oxygen atoms of phosphonic group are coordinated with the metal zinc probably because the hydrogen atom of tetrazole has been substituted by ethyl group. Photoluminescence properties of the complex are also investigated.  相似文献

A new Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd_(0.5)(nba)(bib)_(0.5)]_(2n)(1, Hnba = 4-nitrobenzoic acid, bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-butane), was synthesized at room temperature condition and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analyses, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions. Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, C2/c space group, with a = 26.0600(14), b = 6.7889(4), c = 16.5825(9) ?, β = 118.8120(10)°, V = 2570.6(2) ?3, Z = 4. It shows one-dimensional chains and is further linked by π-π stacking interactions to yield a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. Abstract

Inclusion behavior of structurally similar host compounds, 1,4-bis[1-(9-anthryl)-3-propen-1-on-3-yl]benzene (1) and 1,4-bis[3-(9-anthryl)-3-propen-1-on-1-yl]benzene (2), has been studied. Both hosts preferred cyclic, non-branched small molecules as a guest component, to yield 1:2 clathrates specifically. X-ray powder diffraction studies revealed that those 1:2 clathrates of 1 and 2 were respectively isostructural. X-ray analyses of (1)(THF)2 (P 1, a = 10.910(2), b = 19.656(5), c = 9.172(4) Å, α = 95.58(3), β = 93.67(2), γ = 103.30(2)°, D calc = 1.195 g cm?3, Z = 2, and R = 0.067 for 8644 observed reflections) and (2)(1,4-dioxane)2, (P21/n, a = 5.661(1), b = 17.971(3), c = 18.619(3) Å, β = 91.37(2)°, D calc = 1.254 g cm?3, Z = 2, and R = 0.097 for 4353 observed reflections) illuminated that their guest preference should be ascribed to the commonly observed π-sandwich” structure, in which guest molecules are enclathrated between two anthracene planes of the host molecules.  相似文献

A new Co(II) metal-organic coordination polymer based on flexible bis(imidazole) and aromatic dicarboxylate co-ligands, namely [Co(bix)(nph)]n(H2nph = 3-nitrophthalic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, TG, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.3767(14), b = 10.1451(15), c = 12.1488(17), α = 102.6450(10), β = 108.856(2), γ = 98.807(2)°, V = 1035.3(3)3, Z = 2, C22H17 Co N5O6, Mr = 506.34, Dc = 1.624 g/cm3, μ = 0.882 mm-1 and F(000) = 518. In the complex, the nph2- ligands connect neighbouring cobalt atoms to form binuclear [Co(nph)]2 subunits, which are linked by pairs of bix ligands to form a 2D honeycomb-like(6,3) network. In addition, the compound is further extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture by π···π stacking interactions. Moreover, the luminescence and catalytic properties of the complex are investigated.  相似文献

A novel europium(Ⅲ) coordination polymer, [Eu3(pydc)3(SO4)(H2O)5(ox)0.5]·3H2O(1, H2 ox = oxalic acid, H2 pydc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized hydrothermally from the self-assembly of lanthanide ions(Eu3+) with the flexible oxalic acid and the rigid pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid ligands, respectively. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.225(4), b = 12.390(5), c = 13.752(5)A, α = 89.228(7), β = 71.142(6), γ = 75.552(6)°, Dc = 2.317 g/cm3, μ = 5.480 mm-1, F(000) = 1150, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0351 and w R = 0.0949 for 8782 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Structural analysis reveals that complex 1 exhibits a three-dimensional metal-organic framework via π-π stacking interactions. In addition, complex 1 displays a red fluorescence emission in the solid state at room temperature, which corresponds to the 5D0 → 7F2 transition of Eu3+ ions.  相似文献

0D dinuclear manganese(Ⅱ) coordination compound and 1 D chain manganese(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, namely [Mn_2(μ-L)(phen)4]·4 H_2 O(1) and {[Mn_2(μ5-L)(phen)_2]·H_2O}n(2), have been constructed hydrothermally using H4 L(H4 L = 2,3,3',4'-diphenyl ether tetracarboxylic acid), phen(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), and manganese chloride at 120 and 160℃, respectively. The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectra, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses(TGA), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that two compounds crystallize in the triclinic or monoclinic system, space group P1 or P2_1/c. Compound 1 discloses a discrete dimeric structure, which is assembled into a 3 D supramolecular framework through O–H···O hydrogen bond. Compound 2 has a chain structure. Structural differences between compounds 1 and 2 are attributed to the different reaction temperature. Magnetic studies for compound 2 demonstrate an antiferromagnetic coupling between the adjacent Mn(Ⅱ) centers.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Zn2(m-bix)(p-bdc)2](1), was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by a reaction of 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene(m-bix), 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H2p-bdc) and Zn(NO3)2. The colorless block crystals of complex 1(C30H22N4O8Zn2) belong to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.213(2), b = 12.052(2), c= 12.392(3) A, α = 82.97(3), β = 76.04(3), γ = 78.02(3)o, V = 1443.8(5) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.604 g/cm-3,Mr = 697.26, F(000) = 708, R = 0.0403 and w R = 0.0907 for 4886 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). In1, the tetrahedral ZnI I cations are linked by [p-bdc]2– anions into 2D sq1 networks, which are further connected by bix ligands forming an interesting 2-fold 4,4-connected mog-type 3D network with a point symbol of {4·64·8}2{42·62·82}. Complex 1 was characterized by elemental, IR spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffractions and thermalgravimetric analysis. In addition, complex 1 exhibits coordination induced photoluminescent property.  相似文献

A new Zn(II) coordination polymer [Zn3(BTC)2(4,4'-bpy)(CO)2]n(1, H3 BTC =1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been prepared through urothermal reaction of zinc nitrate hexahydrate with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA and powder XRD, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 10.262(3), b = 18.838(5), c =15.083(4) A, β = 99.203(4)o, V = 2878.3(14) A3, C30H14Zn3N2O14, Mr = 822.54, Z = 4, Dc = 1.898g/cm3, μ = 2.561 mm-1, F(000) = 1640, R = 0.0363 and w R = 0.0932 for 2828 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(II) atoms which are connected by BTC3- ligands and 4,4'-bpy coligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels. The solid luminescence of ligand and the title complex was also studied at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new cadmium(Ⅱ) and zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, {[Cd(btre)0.5-(mip)(H_2O)_2]·H_2O}n(1) and [Zn(btre)(mip)]n(2), were synthesized at room temperature condition and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analyses, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions(btre = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)ethane, H2 mip = 5-methyl-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid). Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system, P1 space group, with a = 8.9830(6), b = 10.0579(6), c = 10.2479(9) ?, α = 98.837(6), β = 115.975(8), γ = 106.370(6)°, V = 756.30(11) ?~3 and Z = 2; complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 7.0332(3), b = 14.9947(7), c = 15.9689(7) ?, β = 97.1170(10)°, V = 1671.12(13) ?~3 and Z = 4. Compounds 1 and 2 based on the same N/O-donor ligands show different structures. The one-dimensional chains of 1 are further linked by hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions to yield a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The two-dimensional(6,3) networks of 2 are further extended into a 3D framework via π-π interactions. Thermal stabilities and luminescence of 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer {[Ba(L)(H2O)5]·H2O}n(1, H2 L = 3,3'-((((ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))-bis(2,1-phenylene))bis(methylene))bis(oxy))dibenzoic acid) has been synthesized under evaporation process and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG analysis,fluorescence spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 20.918(5), b =7.4539(2), c = 20.168(5) A, β = 95.486(2)o, V = 3130.1(1) A3, Z = 4, C30H34 Ba O14, Mr = 755.91, Dc =1.604 g/cm3, F(000) = 1528, μ = 1.34 mm-1, the final R = 0.0404 and w R = 0.0676 for all data.Single-crystal X-ray structural reveals that the Ba(II) ion adopts a nine-coordinated distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination geometry. Adjacent Ba(II) ions are linked by one μ2-L2- anion and two(μ2-H2O) water molecules to generate an infinite 1D zigzag chain structure. Then these chains are further linked into a 2D layer supramolecular architecture through O–H···O hydrogen bonds. Luminescent property and thermal stability of complex 1 were investigated.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, namely [Zn_2(CAPA)(DMA)(H_2O)]_(2n)·n(H_2O)(1,H_4CAPA = 5-(bis(4-carboxybenzyl) amino) isophthalic acid, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide) has been synthesized through a solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, infrared spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.0585(5), b = 18.9733(10), c = 20.2044(14) ?, β = 101.144(7)o, V = 3030.9(3) ?~3, C_(56)H_(54)Zn_4N_4O_(21), M_r = 1378.58, Z = 2). The compound forms a three-dimensional(3D) supramolecular framework by linking adjacent layers via hydrogen bonds and π···π interactions. It is interesting that the crystal structure is much related to the flexibility and configuration of the ligand. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescence properties for the compound have also been investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(2-benzoimidazolyl)acetonitrile and Na N3 with Zn SO4 or Zn Cl2 in the presence of nicotinic acid in the mixture of Et OH/H2 O afforded a mononuclear compound [Zn(L1)2](1) and a 1-D polymer [Zn(L1)Cl]n(2), respectively(L1 = 5-[(benzoimidazolyl)methyl]-1H-tetrazolate). However, in the similar condition except that imidazole was added instead of nicotinic acid, the reaction afforded a 1-D compound [Zn(L1)2]n(3) featuring triply helical chains via the π-π stacking of ligands. They are characterized by elemental analysis and IR, and their structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Thermal stability of these compounds was measured by TGA and their luminescent properties were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

By varying the spacer angles of phenylenediacetic acid, two novel Zn(II) coordination polymers based on semirigid N-heterocyclic ligand 1,4-bis(2-ethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene, [Zn(beb)0.5(m-phda)]n(1) and {[Zn(beb)(p-phda)]·2H2O}n(2), were synthesized and fully structurally characterized. Polymer 1 exhibits a 2D grid-layer with a 44 topology. Polymer 2 shows a 2D layer with rare meso-helix. In addition, the thermal stability and photoluminescence properties of polymers 1 and 2 have also been investigated.  相似文献
