It is shown that if a point x 0 ∊ ℝ n , n ≥ 3, is an essential isolated singularity of an open discrete Q-mapping f : D → [`(\mathbb Rn)] \overline {\mathbb {R}^n} , B f is the set of branch points of f in D; and a point z 0 ∊ [`(\mathbb Rn)] \overline {\mathbb {R}^n} is an asymptotic limit of f at the point x 0; then, for any neighborhood U containing the point x 0; the point z 0 ∊ [`(f( Bf ?U ))] \overline {f\left( {B_f \cap U} \right)} provided that the function Q has either a finite mean oscillation at the point x 0 or a logarithmic singularity whose order does not exceed n − 1: Moreover, for n ≥ 2; under the indicated conditions imposed on the function Q; every point of the set [`(\mathbb Rn)] \overline {\mathbb {R}^n} \ f(D) is an asymptotic limit of f at the point x 0. For n ≥ 3, the following relation is true: [`(\mathbbRn )] \f( D ) ì [`(f Bf )] \overline {\mathbb{R}^n } \backslash f\left( D \right) \subset \overline {f\,B_f } . In addition, if ¥ ? f( D ) \infty \notin f\left( D \right) , then the set f B f is infinite and x0 ? [`(Bf )] x_0 \in \overline {B_f } .  相似文献

It is proved that every two Σ-presentations of an ordered field \mathbbR \mathbb{R} of reals over \mathbbH\mathbbF ( \mathbbR ) \mathbb{H}\mathbb{F}\,\left( \mathbb{R} \right) , whose universes are subsets of \mathbbR \mathbb{R} , are mutually Σ-isomorphic. As a consequence, for a series of functions f:\mathbbR ? \mathbbR f:\mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R} (e.g., exp, sin, cos, ln), it is stated that the structure \mathbbR \mathbb{R} = 〈R, +, ×, <, 0, 1, f〉 lacks such Σ-presentations over \mathbbH\mathbbF ( \mathbbR ) \mathbb{H}\mathbb{F}\,\left( \mathbb{R} \right) .  相似文献

We derive sufficient conditions for the stability and instability of periodic solutions p:\mathbbR ? \mathbbRp:\mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R} of Kaplan–Yorke type to the equation $\ifmmode\expandafter\dot\else\expandafter\.\fi{x}(t) = \alpha f(x(t),x(t - 1)),$\ifmmode\expandafter\dot\else\expandafter\.\fi{x}(t) = \alpha f(x(t),x(t - 1)), where f is even in the first and odd in the second argument. The criteria are based on the monotonicity of the coefficient in a transformed version of the variational equation. For the special case of cubic f, we show that this monotonicity property is satisfied if and only if the set { (p(t),p(t - 1))|t ? \mathbbR} ì \mathbbR2 \{ (p(t),p(t - 1))|t \in \mathbb{R}\} \subset \mathbb{R}^{2} is contained in a region E defined by a quadratic form (bounded by an an ellipse or a hyperbola). The coefficients of this quadratic form are expressible in terms of the Taylor coefficients of f. Further, the parameter α in the equation and the amplitude z of the periodic solution are related by an elliptic integral. Using the relation between this integral and the arithmeticgeometric mean, we obtain upper and lower estimates on this relation, and on the inverse function. Combining these estimates with the inequality that defines the region E, we obtain stability criteria explicit in terms of the Taylor coefficients of f. These criteria go well beyond local stability analysis, as examples show.  相似文献

For open discrete mappings f:D\{ b } ? \mathbbR3 f:D\backslash \left\{ b \right\} \to {\mathbb{R}^3} of a domain D ì \mathbbR3 D \subset {\mathbb{R}^3} satisfying relatively general geometric conditions in D \ {b} and having an essential singularity at a point b ? \mathbbR3 b \in {\mathbb{R}^3} , we prove the following statement: Let a point y 0 belong to [`(\mathbbR3)] \f( D\{ b } ) \overline {{\mathbb{R}^3}} \backslash f\left( {D\backslash \left\{ b \right\}} \right) and let the inner dilatation K I (x, f) and outer dilatation K O (x, f) of the mapping f at the point x satisfy certain conditions. Let B f denote the set of branch points of the mapping f. Then, for an arbitrary neighborhood V of the point y 0, the set Vf(B f ) cannot be contained in a set A such that g(A) = I, where I = { t ? \mathbbR:| t | < 1 } I = \left\{ {t \in \mathbb{R}:\left| t \right| < 1} \right\} and g:U ? \mathbbRn g:U \to {\mathbb{R}^n} is a quasiconformal mapping of a domain U ì \mathbbRn U \subset {\mathbb{R}^n} such that A ⊂ U.  相似文献

A right R-module M is called Baer if Ext1R (M, T) = 0{{\rm Ext}^{1}_{R}\,(M, T)\,=\,0} for all torsion modules T, and M is Mittag-Leffler in case the canonical map M?R ?i ? IQi? ?i ? We show that a module M is Baer iff M is p-filtered where p is the preprojective component of the tame hereditary algebra R. We apply this to prove that the universal localization of a Baer module is projective in case we localize with respect to a complete tube. Using infinite dimensional tilting theory we then obtain a structure result showing that Baer modules are more complex then the (infinite dimensional) preprojective modules. In the final section, we give a complete classification of the Mittag-Leffler modules.  相似文献

In this work, we consider the Jacobi-Dunkl operator Λ α,β , a 3 b 3 \frac-12\alpha\geq\beta\geq\frac{-1}{2} , a 1 \frac-12\alpha\neq\frac{-1}{2} , on ℝ. The eigenfunction Yla,b\Psi_{\lambda}^{\alpha,\beta} of this operator permits to define the Jacobi-Dunkl transform. The main idea in this paper is to introduce and study the Jacobi-Dunkl transform and the Jacobi-Dunkl convolution product on new spaces of distributions  相似文献

This paper is concerned mainly with the logarithmic Bloch space ℬlog  which consists of those functions f which are analytic in the unit disc \mathbbD{\mathbb{D}} and satisfy sup|z| < 1(1-|z|)log\frac11-|z||f(z)| < ¥\sup_{\vert z\vert <1}(1-\vert z\vert )\log\frac{1}{1-\vert z\vert}\vert f^{\prime}(z)\vert <\infty , and the analytic Besov spaces B p , 1≤p<∞. They are all subspaces of the space VMOA. We study the relation between these spaces, paying special attention to the membership of univalent functions in them. We give explicit examples of:
•  A bounded univalent function in $\bigcup_{p>1}B^{p}$\bigcup_{p>1}B^{p} but not in the logarithmic Bloch space.  相似文献

Let \mathbbF\mathbb{F} be a p-adic field, let χ be a character of \mathbbF*\mathbb{F}^{*}, let ψ be a character of \mathbbF\mathbb{F} and let gy-1\gamma_{\psi}^{-1} be the normalized Weil factor associated with a character of second degree. We prove here that one can define a meromorphic function [(g)\tilde](c,s,y)\widetilde{\gamma}(\chi ,s,\psi) via a similar functional equation to the one used for the definition of the Tate γ-factor replacing the role of the Fourier transform with an integration against y·gy-1\psi\cdot\gamma_{\psi}^{-1}. It turns out that γ and [(g)\tilde]\widetilde{\gamma} have similar integral representations. Furthermore, [(g)\tilde]\widetilde{\gamma} has a relation to Shahidi‘s metaplectic local coefficient which is similar to the relation γ has with (the non-metalpectic) Shahidi‘s local coefficient. Up to an exponential factor, [(g)\tilde](c,s,y)\widetilde{\gamma}(\chi,s,\psi) is equal to the ratio \fracg(c2,2s,y)g(c,s+\frac12,y)\frac{\gamma(\chi^{2},2s,\psi)}{\gamma(\chi,s+\frac{1}{2},\psi)}.  相似文献

In this paper, we mainly study polynomial generalized Vekua-type equation _boxclose)w=0{p(\mathcal{D})w=0} and polynomial generalized Bers–Vekua equation p(D)w=0{p(\mathcal{\underline{D}})w=0} defined in W ì \mathbbRn+1{\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}} where D{\mathcal{D}} and D{\mathcal{\underline{D}}} mean generalized Vekua-type operator and generalized Bers–Vekua operator, respectively. Using Clifford algebra, we obtain the Fischer-type decomposition theorems for the solutions to these equations including (D-l)kw=0,(D-l)kw=0(k ? \mathbbN){\left(\mathcal{D}-\lambda\right)^{k}w=0,\left(\mathcal {\underline{D}}-\lambda\right)^{k}w=0\left(k\in\mathbb{N}\right)} with complex parameter λ as special cases, which derive the Almansi-type decomposition theorems for iterated generalized Bers–Vekua equation and polynomial generalized Cauchy–Riemann equation defined in W ì \mathbbRn+1{\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}}. Making use of the decomposition theorems we give the solutions to polynomial generalized Bers–Vekua equation defined in W ì \mathbbRn+1{\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}} under some conditions. Furthermore we discuss inhomogeneous polynomial generalized Bers–Vekua equation p(D)w=v{p(\mathcal{\underline{D}})w=v} defined in W ì \mathbbRn+1{\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}}, and develop the structure of the solutions to inhomogeneous polynomial generalized Bers–Vekua equation p(D)w=v{p(\mathcal{\underline{D}})w=v} defined in W ì \mathbbRn+1{\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}}.  相似文献

Let u be a weak solution of the Navier–Stokes equations in an exterior domain ${\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^3}Let u be a weak solution of the Navier–Stokes equations in an exterior domain W ì \mathbbR3{\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^3} and a time interval [0, T[ , 0 < T ≤ ∞, with initial value u 0, external force f = div F, and satisfying the strong energy inequality. It is well known that global regularity for u is an unsolved problem unless we state additional conditions on the data u 0 and f or on the solution u itself such as Serrin’s condition || u ||Ls(0,T; Lq(W)) < ¥{\| u \|_{L^s(0,T; L^q(\Omega))} < \infty} with 2 < s < ¥, \frac2s + \frac3q = 1{2 < s < \infty, \frac{2}{s} + \frac{3}{q} =1}. In this paper, we generalize results on local in time regularity for bounded domains, see Farwig et al. (Indiana Univ Math J 56:2111–2131, 2007; J Math Fluid Mech 11:1–14, 2008; Banach Center Publ 81:175–184, 2008), to exterior domains. If e.g. u fulfills Serrin’s condition in a left-side neighborhood of t or if the norm || u ||Ls(t-d,t; Lq(W)){\| u \|_{L^{s'}(t-\delta,t; L^q(\Omega))}} converges to 0 sufficiently fast as δ → 0 + , where ${\frac{2}{s'} + \frac{3}{q} > 1}${\frac{2}{s'} + \frac{3}{q} > 1}, then u is regular at t. The same conclusion holds when the kinetic energy \frac12|| u(t) ||22{\frac{1}{2}\| u(t) \|_2^2} is locally H?lder continuous with exponent ${\alpha > \frac{1}{2}}${\alpha > \frac{1}{2}}.  相似文献

A k-dimensional box is a Cartesian product R 1 × · · · × R k where each R i is a closed interval on the real line. The boxicity of a graph G, denoted as box(G), is the minimum integer k such that G can be represented as the intersection graph of a collection of k-dimensional boxes. That is, two vertices are adjacent if and only if their corresponding boxes intersect. A circular arc graph is a graph that can be represented as the intersection graph of arcs on a circle. We show that if G is a circular arc graph which admits a circular arc representation in which no arc has length at least p(\fraca-1a){\pi(\frac{\alpha-1}{\alpha})} for some a ? \mathbbN 3 2{\alpha\in\mathbb{N}_{\geq 2}}, then box(G) ≤ α (Here the arcs are considered with respect to a unit circle). From this result we show that if G has maximum degree D < ?\fracn(a-1)2a?{\Delta < \lfloor{\frac{n(\alpha-1)}{2\alpha}}\rfloor} for some a ? \mathbbN 3 2{\alpha \in \mathbb{N}_{\geq 2}}, then box(G) ≤ α. We also demonstrate a graph having box(G) > α but with D = n\frac(a-1)2a+ \fracn2a(a+1)+(a+2){\Delta=n\frac{(\alpha-1)}{2\alpha}+ \frac{n}{2\alpha(\alpha+1)}+(\alpha+2)}. For a proper circular arc graph G, we show that if D < ?\fracn(a-1)a?{\Delta < \lfloor{\frac{n(\alpha-1)}{\alpha}}\rfloor} for some a ? \mathbbN 3 2{\alpha\in \mathbb{N}_{\geq 2}}, then box(G) ≤ α. Let r be the cardinality of the minimum overlap set, i.e. the minimum number of arcs passing through any point on the circle, with respect to some circular arc representation of G. We show that for any circular arc graph G, box(G) ≤ r + 1 and this bound is tight. We show that if G admits a circular arc representation in which no family of k ≤ 3 arcs covers the circle, then box(G) ≤ 3 and if G admits a circular arc representation in which no family of k ≤ 4 arcs covers the circle, then box(G) ≤ 2. We also show that both these bounds are tight.  相似文献
