The structure of the title complex consists of isolated [Cd(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H11NO2)2] units. The Cd2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate diethanolamine (dea) and two N‐bonded saccharinate (sac) ligands [saccharin is 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]. The dea ligands constitute the equatorial plane of the octahedron, forming two five‐membered chelate rings around the CdII ion, while the sac ligands are localized at the axial positions. The Cd—Nsac, Cd—Ndea and Cd—Odea bond distances are 2.3879 (12), 2.3544 (14) and 2.3702 (13) Å, respectively. The H atoms of the free and coordinated hydroxyl groups of the dea ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding with the carbonyl and sulfonyl O atoms of the neighbouring sac ions, while the amine H atom forms a hydrogen bond with the free hydroxyl O atom. The individual molecules are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2Ctrans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets.  相似文献

In the neutral title complex, trans‐bis(2,2′‐iminodiethanol‐N,O)bis(isothiocyanato)nickel(II), [Ni(NCS)2(C4H11NO2)2], the isothiocyanate ions and the diethanolamine molecules act as monodentate and bidentate ligands, respectively. The NiII ion exhibits a distorted octahedral configuration with crystallographically imposed inversion symmetry and NNCS—Ni—Namine and NNCS—Ni—Oamine bond angles of 88.78 (10) and 89.44 (10)°, respectively. The Ni—N bond distances are in the range 2.069 (3)–2.096 (2) Å. The molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional infinite lattice.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[[diaquadibromocadmium‐μ‐(1,3,5,7‐tetraazatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane‐N1:N5)‐aquacadmium‐di‐μ‐bromo‐aquacadmium‐μ‐(1,3,5,7‐tetraazatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane‐N1:N5)‐di‐μ‐bromo] dihydrate], [Cd3Br6(C6H12N4)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, is made up of two‐dimensional neutral rectangular coordination layers. Each rectangular subunit is enclosed by a pair of Cd32‐Br)6(H2O)3 fragments and a pair of (μ2‐hmt)Cd(H2O)2Br22‐hmt) fragments as sides (hmt is hexamethylenetetramine). The unique CdII atom in the Cd2Br2 ring in the Cd32‐Br)6(H2O)3 fragment is in a slightly distorted octahedral CdNOBr4 geometry, surrounded by one hmt ligand [2.433 (5) Å], one aqua ligand [2.273 (4) Å] and four Br atoms [2.6409 (11)–3.0270 (14) Å]. The CdII atom in the (μ2‐hmt)Cd(H2O)2Br22‐hmt) fragment lies on an inversion center and is in a highly distorted octahedral CdN2O2Br2 geometry, surrounded by two trans‐related N atoms of two hmt ligands [2.479 (5) Å], two trans‐related aqua ligands [2.294 (4) Å] and two trans‐related Br atoms [2.6755 (12) Å]. Adjacent two‐dimensional coordination sheets are connected into a three‐dimensional network by hydrogen bonds involving lattice water molecules, and the aqua, bromo and hmt ligands belonging to different layers.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [NiCl(C12H8N2)2(CH4N2S)]2(NO3)Cl·2C2H6O, is formed by [Ni(phen)2(thiourea)Cl]+ cations (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline), chloride and nitrate counter‐ions, and ethanol solvate molecules. The Ni atom is octahedrally coordinated to two bidentate phen ligands, a monodentate thiourea and a chloride ion. Both the chloride and nitrate anions, which provide charge balance, are located at special positions on a twofold symmetry axis. Hydrogen bonds play a key role in the packing and conformation of the cation and create a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water molecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxylate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoCl(tren)(dmso)](ClO4)2 [tren is tris‐(2‐aminoethyl)amine, C6H18N4; dmso is dimethyl sulfoxide, C2H6OS], is the first crystal structure reported with dmso coordinated to CoIII. It crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. A localized non‐crystallographic inversion centre is observed between the two cations.  相似文献

The structures of trans‐bis[2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C6H8N2)2], (I), and [2‐(aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C7H10N2)], (II), exhibit octa‐ and tetrahedrally coordinated ZnII atoms, respectively. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, while saccharinate (sac) is coordinated through the N atom. In (I), the complex lies about an inversion centre with the Zn atom disordered and displaced by 0.256 (2) Å from a centre of symmetry towards a sac N atom. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and the crystal packing of (II) is determined by hydrogen bonding as well as weak π–π stacking interactions between the sac ligands.  相似文献

The β‐diketone 3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dione crystallizes as the enol tautomer 4‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐oxopent‐2‐en‐3‐yl)benzonitrile, C12H11NO2, (I), with an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [O⋯O = 2.456 (2) Å]. Reaction of (I) with copper acetate monohydrate in the presence of triethylamine leads to the formation of the copper(II) complexbis[3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dionato‐κ2O,O]copper(II), [Cu(C12H10NO2)2], (II). In the structure of (II), the Cu atom is coordinated by four β‐diketonate O atoms in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.8946 (11)–1.9092 (11) Å. The nitrile moieties in (II) make it a candidate for reaction with other metal ions to produce supramolecular structures.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, [Cu(C2H3N)(C11H9N5)(C6H6N2O)](BF4)2·2C2H3N, comprise (acetonitrile)[2,6‐bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine](isonicotinamide)copper(II) cations, tetrafluoroborate anions and lattice acetonitrile molecules. The cations have distorted square‐pyramidal geometries in which the N3‐donor, viz. 2,6‐bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine, and the N‐donor, viz. the isonicotinamide ligand, occupy the four basal positions, with the coordinated acetonitrile N‐donor atom occupying the apical position. Pairs of cations are linked by N—H?F hydrogen bonds through tetrafluoroborate anions, forming centrosymmetric dimers, which are further linked by C—H?O hydrogen bonds into two‐dimensional undulating sheets, three of which interpenetrate to generate a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis[μ‐6‐(ethoxycarbonyl)pyridine‐2‐carboxylato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis[diaquachlorocadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxylate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water molecules.  相似文献

In the adduct 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2), C12H12N2·2C20H18O3, the bipyridyl component lies across an inversion centre in P. The tris‐phenol molecules [systematic name: 4,4′,4′′‐(ethane‐1,1,1‐triyl)triphenol] are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds to form sheets built from R(38) rings, and symmetry‐related pairs of sheets are linked by the bipyridyl molecules via O—H?N hydrogen bonds to form open bilayers. Each bilayer is interwoven with two adjacent bilayers, forming a continuous three‐dimensional structure. In the adduct 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane–methanol (1/1/1), C12H10N2·C20H18O3·CH4O, the molecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?N hydrogen bonds into three interwoven three‐dimensional frameworks, generated by single spiral chains along [010] and [001] and a triple‐helical spiral along [100].  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(C3H6NO5P)(H2O)2]n, is a three‐dimensional polymeric complex. The asymmetric unit contains one Cd atom, one N‐(phosphonomethyl)glycine zwitterion [(O)2OPCH2NH2+CH2COO] and two water molecules. The coordination geometry is a distorted CdO6 octahedron. Each N‐(phosphonomethyl)glycine ligand bridges four adjacent water‐coordinated Cd cations through three phosphonate O atoms and one carboxylate O atom, like a regular PO43− group in zeolite‐type frameworks. One‐dimensional zigzag (–O—P—C—N—C—C—O—Cd–)n chains along the [101] direction are linked to one another via Cd—O—P bridges and form a three‐dimensional network motif with three types of channel systems. The variety of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds is likely to be responsible for stabilizing the three‐dimensional network structure and preventing guest molecules from entering into the channels.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C2H8N2)2(H2O)2](C10H8NO3S)2·2H2O, the CdII atom, located on an inversion centre, has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by two ethylenediamine and two water molecules. 4‐Aminonaphthalene‐1‐sulfonate acts as a counter‐ion to balance the charge, and two antiparallel anions showing strong π–π stacking interactions are linked by paired N—H⋯O(sulfonate) hydrogen bonds into an isolated R22(16) dimer. The crystal structure is stabilized by the π–π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][Ni(C3HN3O2)2]·H2O, appears to be a modular associate consisting of two complex counter‐ions, containing bivalent nickel as the central atom in both cases, and a solvent water molecule. The NiII ion in the complex cation lies on the C2 crystallographic axis. Its coordination environment is formed by six N atoms of three ethylenediamine (en) molecules, representing a distorted octahedral geometry. The NiII ion in the complex anion occupies a position at the center of inversion. It exhibits a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms belonging to the deprotonated oxidoimine and amide groups of the two doubly charged 2‐cyano‐2‐(oxidoimino)acetamidate anions, situated in trans positions with respect to each other. In the crystal packing, the complex anions are linked by water molecules via hydrogen bonds between the amide O atoms and water H atoms, forming chains translated along the a direction. The [Ni(en)3]2+ cations fill empty spaces between the translational chains, connecting them by hydrogen bonds between the oxime and amide O atoms of the anions and the amine H atoms of the cations, forming layers along the ac plane. The water molecules provide connection between layers through N atoms of the cations, thus forming a three‐dimensional modular structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H6NS)(C2H8N2)2](NO3)2, the CoIII atom has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, coordinated by one 2‐aminoethanethiolate and two ethylenediamine ligands. The three five‐membered chelate rings adopt a gauche conformation with the unfavoured (lel)2(ob) form, which is ascribed to hydrogen bonds between the amine groups in the complex cation and the nitrate counter‐anions [N?O 2.900 (3)–3.378 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title complex, [μ‐2,2′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)di‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N3:N3′]bis{[2,2′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)di‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N3,N3′](nitrato‐κO)cobalt(II)} dinitrate ethanol disolvate, [Co2(NO3)2(C18H18N4)3](NO3)2·2C2H6O, was obtained from self‐assembly of cobalt(II) nitrate with 2,2′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)dibenzimidazole (L). The complex molecule lies about an inversion centre and the flexible L ligands act in both bridging and chelating modes to form a dinuclear complex with unanticipated nine‐membered chelate rings. The unique uncoordinated nitrate anion is linked to the cation by pairs of N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which determine the overall cation conformation. Cation–anion sets are then linked by a further N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to generate a chain along [010]. Chains are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form sheets in the (100) plane.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water molecules.  相似文献
