The title compounds, (2S)‐N‐[5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐ylidene]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C18H17ClN4O3S2, (I), (2R)‐N‐[5‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐yl]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C18H17FN4O3S2, (II), and (2S)‐N‐[5‐(5‐chloro‐2‐thienyl)‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐yl]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C16H15ClN4O3S3, (III), are potent inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases. In all three compounds, the thiadiazine ring adopts a screw‐boat conformation. The molecules of compound (I) show a short intramolecular NAla—H?Nexo hydrogen bond [N?N 2.661 (3) Å] and are linked into a chain along the c axis by Nendo—H?Sendo and Nendo—H?OAla hydrogen bonds [N?S 3.236 (3) and N?O 3.375 (3) Å] between neighbouring molecules. In compound (II), the molecules are connected antiparallel into a chain along the a axis by Nexo—H?OAla and NAla—H?Nendo hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.907 (6) and N?N 2.911 (6) Å]. The molecules of compound (III) are dimerized antiparallel through Nexo—H?Nendo hydrogen bonds [N?N 2.956 (7) and 2.983 (7) Å]. The different hydrogen‐bonding patterns can be explained by an amido–imino tautomerism (prototropic shift) shown by different bond lengths within the 6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazine moiety. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(NCS)2(C12H30N6O2)], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral coordination, with Cu—N distances of 2.004 (2) and 2.015 (2) Å, and a Cu—S distance of 2.9696 (10) Å. In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å. 相似文献

The 1:1 organic salt of the title compound, C7H6ClN2O+·C8H5Cl2O3? or [(2‐ABOX)(3,4‐D)], comprises the two constituent molecules associated by an R22(8) graph‐set interaction through the carboxylate group of 3,4‐D across the protonated N/N sites of 2‐ABOX [N?O 2.546 (3) and 2.795 (3) Å]. Cation/anion pairs associate across an inversion centre forming discrete tetramers via an additional three‐centre hydrogen‐bonding association from the latter N amino proton to a phenoxy O atom [N?O 3.176 (3) Å] and a carboxylate O atom [N?O 2.841 (3) Å]. This formation differs from the polymeric hydrogen‐bonded chains previously observed for adduct structures of 2‐ABOX with carboxylic acids. 相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. The structure of the title compound, C9H8N4, comprises non‐planar molecules that associate via pyrimidine N—H?N dimer R(8) hydrogen‐bonding associations [N?N 3.1870 (17) Å] and form linear hydrogen‐bonded chains via a pyrimidine N—H?N(pyridyl) interaction [N?N 3.0295 (19) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two rings is 24.57 (5)°. The structure of the 1:1 adduct with 4‐aminobenzoic acid, C9H8N4·C7H7NO2, exhibits a hydrogen‐bonding network involving COOH?N(pyridyl) [O?N 2.6406 (17) Å], pyrimidine N—H?N [N?N 3.0737 (19) and 3.1755 (18) Å] and acid N—H?O interactions [N?O 3.0609 (17) and 2.981 (2) Å]. The crystal structure of the title complex, (η6‐hexamethylbenzene)bis(trifluoromethanesulfonato‐O)(2,4,6‐trimethylaniline‐N)ruthenium(II), [Ru(CF3O3S)2(C12H18)(C9H13N)], is described. The complex has the classic three‐legged piano‐stool structure with a planar arene 1.667 Å from the metal, two monodentate O‐bound trifluoromethanesulfonate ligands [Ru—O 2.169 (2) and 2.174 (2) Å] and one N‐bound mesidine ligand [Ru—N 2.198 (2) Å]. The Ru—N distance is relatively long and the average Ru—O distance is relatively short when compared with previously characterized RuII complexes. 相似文献

The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. Analysis of C12H11NO3 revealed a coplanar N‐substituted phenyl group on a pyrrolidine ring with two keto moieties and a hydroxyethylidene functionality. The hydroxy group forms part of a hydrogen‐bonding network characterized by a short intramolecular H?O distance of 1.81 (3) Å, and a longer intermolecular interaction with an H?O distance of 2.38 (3) Å. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

Four structures of oxoindolyl α‐hydroxy‐β‐amino acid derivatives, namely, methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐methoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C24H28N2O6, (I), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐ethoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C25H30N2O6, (II), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐[(4‐methoxybenzyl)oxy]‐2‐phenylacetate, C31H34N2O7, (III), and methyl 2‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methoxy]‐2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐phenylacetate, C38H36N2O6, (IV), have been determined. The diastereoselectivity of the chemical reaction involving α‐diazoesters and isatin imines in the presence of benzyl alcohol is confirmed through the relative configuration of the two stereogenic centres. In esters (I) and (III), the amide group adopts an anti conformation, whereas the conformation is syn in esters (II) and (IV). Nevertheless, the amide group forms intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the ester and ether O atoms in all four structures. The ether‐linked substituents are in the extended conformation in all four structures. Ester (II) is dominated by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. In contrast, the remaining three structures are sustained by C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. The dihedral angles between the phenyl and 2‐thiofuramide planes are 46.3 (1) and 47.0 (1)° for the first and second molecule, respectively. The structure of the title compound, C14H19N2+·C9H3Cl6O4?·H2O, consists of singly ionized 1,4,5,6,7,7‐hexachlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐5‐ene‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid anions and protonated 1,8‐bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene cations. In the (8‐dimethylamino‐1‐napthyl)dimethylammonium cation, a strong disordered intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed with N?N = 2.589 (3) Å. The geometry and occupancy obtained in the final restrained refinement suggest that the disordered hydrogen bond may be asymmetric. Water molecules link the anion dimers into infinite chains via hydrogen bonding. 相似文献
