X‐ray studies reveal that tert‐butyl (6S)‐6‐iso­butyl‐2,4‐dioxo­piperidine‐1‐carboxyl­ate occurs in the 4‐enol form, viz. tert‐butyl (6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐iso­butyl‐2‐oxo‐1,2,5,6‐tetra­hydropyri­dine‐1‐carboxyl­ate, C14H23NO4, when crystals are grown from a mixture of di­chloro­methane and pentane, and has an axial orientation of the iso­butyl side chain at the 6‐position of the piperidine ring. Reduction of the keto functionality leads predominantly to the corresponding β‐hydroxy­lated δ‐lactam, tert‐butyl (4R,6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐iso­butyl‐2‐oxo­piperidine‐1‐car­boxyl­ate, C14H25NO4, with a cis configuration of the 4‐hydroxy and 6‐iso­butyl groups. The two compounds show similar molecular packing driven by strong O—H⋯O=C hydrogen bonds, leading to infinite chains in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(di­cyano­methyl­ene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐di­hydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the di­cyano­methyl­ene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetra­cyano­ethyl­ene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H29N3O13S, has peripheral acetyl and carbo­methoxy groups which show disorder. The absolute structure, although known from the starting materials, was confirmed by the analysis. There are no intermolecular hydrogen bonds. This structure is of importance because it elucidates the pathway for hetero‐Diels–Alder reactions between di­methyl acetyl­enedi­carboxyl­ate and 6‐amino­pyridin‐4(3H)‐one derivatives catalyzed by tri­fluoro­acetic acid.  相似文献

The isomorphous structures of the title molecules, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pento­furan­osyl)‐3‐iodo‐1H‐pyrazolo‐[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, (I), C10H12IN5O3, and 4‐amino‐3‐bromo‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pento­furan­osyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]­pyrimidine, (II), C10H12BrN5O3, have been determined. The sugar puckering of both compounds is C1′‐endo (1′E). The N‐­glycosidic bond torsion angle χ1 is in the high‐anti range [?73.2 (4)° for (I) and ?74.1 (4)° for (II)] and the crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, (2,2′‐bipyridyl‐κ2N,N′)(tetra­allyl 3,3,3′,3′‐tetra­methyl‐1,1′‐bi­cyclo­propane‐1,1′,2,2′‐tetra­carboxyl­ato‐κ2C2,C2′)­palladium(II), [Pd(C26H32­O8)(C10­H8­N2)], is disordered above 194 K. A doubling of the unit cell is observed on cooling. The structure at 143 K contains two ordered mol­ecules related by a pseudo‐translation vector of approximately (0.44,0.00,0.50) or a pseudo‐inversion center at approximately (0.22,0.00,0.25). Weak intermolecular C—H?O interactions are enhanced in the low‐temperature structure.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 1′‐amino­cyclo­hexane­spiro‐4′‐imidazole‐2′,5′(3′H,4′H)‐dione], C8H13N3O2, has been synthesized and was found to crystallize in two different structures, both monoclinic and both with the same P21/c space group. In the first structure, there are two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, one of which uses all of its hydrogen‐bond donors and acceptors and forms undulating layers, while the other forms chains propagating perpendicular to the layers. In the second structure, there is only one independent mol­ecule and the packing is based on a chain structure mediated by hydrogen bonding between the hydantoin moieties and further grouped into hydro­philic layers separated by layers of the hydro­phobic cyclo­hex­yl groups.  相似文献

The structure of the title S‐alkyl­ated iso­thio­semicarbazide, C12H15N3OS, was determined by single‐crystal diffractometry and compared with the structures of other compounds containing the S‐alkyl­thio­semicarbazide moiety. Such structures cluster into two groups, according to the different orientation of the –SR group with respect to the hydrazine N atom of the thio­semicarbazide. The cis arrangement is preferred by most mol­ecules in the solid state, in spite of the possibility of intramolecular N—H?N interactions in the opposite orientation.  相似文献

In the title compound, C9H12Br2O3, a (tetra­hydro­furan‐2‐yl­idene)acetate, the double bond has the Z form. In the tetra­hydro­furan group, the relative configuration of the Br atom in the 3‐position and the methyl group in the 5‐position is anti. The compound crystallizes with two independent mol­ecules per asymmetric unit and, in the crystal structure, the individual mol­ecules are linked to their symmetry‐equivalent mol­ecules by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, so forming centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded dimers.  相似文献

The title macrocycle, C26H30N2O6, (VI), was obtained by `direct amide cyclization' from the linear precursor 3‐hydr­oxy‐N‐[1‐methyl‐1‐(N‐methyl‐N‐phenyl­carbamoyl)ethyl]‐2‐phenylpropanamide, the N‐methyl­anilide of rac‐2‐methyl‐2‐[(3‐hydroxy‐2‐phenyl­propanoyl)­amino]­propanoic acid, C13H17NO4, (IV). The reaction proceeds via the inter­mediate rac‐2‐(2‐hydroxy‐1‐phenyl­ethyl)‐4,4‐dimethyl‐1,3‐oxazol‐5(4H)‐one, C13H15NO3, (V), which was synthesized independently and whose structure was also established. Unlike all previously described analogues, the title macrocycle has the cis‐diphenyl configuration. The 14‐membered ring has a distorted rect­angular diamond‐based [3434] configuration and inter­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into a three‐dimensional framework. The propanoic acid precursor forms a complex series of inter­molecular hydrogen bonds, each of which involves pairwise association of mol­ecules and which together result in the formation of extended two‐dimensional sheets. The oxazole inter­mediate forms centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded dimers in the solid state.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 5‐fluoro‐1‐octanoyl­uracil [5‐fluoro‐1‐octanoyl­pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C12H17FN2O3], a lipophilic prodrug of 5‐fluoro­uracil, is described. The 5‐fluoro­pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione moiety is similar to the known structure of 1‐acetyl‐5‐fluoro­uracil. The 1‐octanoyl group and the 5‐fluoro­uracil moiety are essentially coplanar, with the octanoyl carbonyl group oriented towards the the ring C—H group and away from the nearer ring carbonyl group. The torsion angle C—N—C—O (from the ring CH group to the octanoyl carbonyl group) of 9.2 (2)° is similar to the corresponding torsion angles reported for 1‐acetyl‐5‐fluoro­uracil (17.3 and 1.6°) and 1,3‐di­acetyl‐5‐fluoro­uracil (8.8°).  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, 4‐cyano‐N‐(4‐methoxy­benzyl­idene)­phenyl­amine N‐oxide, C15H12N2O2, the 4‐methoxy­phenyl is approximately coplanar with the nitrone moiety but significantly rotated with respect to the 4‐cyano­phenyl moiety. The extent of this rotation is significantly different for the two crystallographically independent mol­ecules of the asymmetric unit [dihedral angles of 19.4 (1) and 26.5 (1)°]. The geometry about the C=N bond is Z. The two mol­ecules are related to one another by a pseudo inversion centre.  相似文献

The title compound, 6‐methyl­sulfanyl‐1‐(3‐phenyl­propyl)‐4,5‐di­hydro‐1H‐pyrazolo­[3,4‐d]­pyrimidin‐4‐one, C15H16N4OS, crystallizes in space group Pbca, with two mol­ecules of similar structure in the asymmetric unit. The molecular structure shows the absence of intramolecular stacking in the crystalline state, as indicated by earlier 1H NMR analysis in solution. In addition, the crystal packing reveals the formation of a layered structure, due mainly to intermolecular N—H?O=C hydrogen bonding and arene–arene interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the four E,Z,E isomers of 1‐(4‐alk­oxy­phen­yl)‐6‐(4‐nitro­phen­yl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, namely (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐methoxy­phen­yl)‐6‐(4‐nitro­phen­yl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C19H17NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐ethoxy­phen­yl)‐6‐(4‐nitro­phen­yl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C20H19NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐nitro­phen­yl)‐6‐(4‐n‐propoxyphen­yl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C21H21NO3, and (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐n‐butoxy­phen­yl)‐6‐(4‐nitro­phen­yl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C22H23NO3, have been determined. Inter­molecular N⋯O dipole inter­actions between the nitro groups are observed for the meth­oxy derivative, while for the eth­oxy derivative, two adjacent mol­ecules are linked at both ends through N⋯O dipole–dipole inter­actions between the N atom of the nitro group and the O atom of the eth­oxy group to form a supra­molecular ring‐like structure. In the crystal structures of the n‐prop­oxy and n‐but­oxy derivatives, the shortest inter­molecular distances are those between the two O atoms of the alk­oxy groups. Thus, the nearest two mol­ecules form an S‐shaped supra­molecular dimer in these crystal structures.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoII(C10H8O6)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, was obtained by the hydro­thermal reaction of CoSO4 with benzene‐1,4‐dioxy­di­acetate [systematic name: p‐phenyl­ene­bis­(oxy­acetate)] and 4,4′‐bi­pyridine (4,4′‐bpy). The Co atom lies at an inversion center and the benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate and 4,4′‐bipyridine moieties lie about other inversion centers. The benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate ligands bridge the octahedral CoII coordination centers, forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. The chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bpy ligands, forming a novel two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Hydro­gen‐bonding interactions between the coordinated water mol­ecules and the carboxyl­ate O atoms lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The title compound 3,3′‐[o‐phenyl­enebis­(methyl­eneoxy)]­bis(6‐chloro­flavone), C38H24Cl2O6, (I), crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with the molecules lying across twofold rotation axes so that there is half a mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit, while the other title compound, 3,3′‐propyl­ene­dioxy­bis­[6‐chloro‐2‐(2‐furyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one], C29H18Cl2O8, (II), crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with one mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In both compounds, the benzopyran moiety is nearly planar, with dihedral angles between the two fused rings of 1.43 (8)° in (I), and 2.54 (7) and 3.00 (6)° with respect to the benzopyran moieties in the two halves of (II). The furan rings are twisted by 8.3 (1) and 8.4 (1)° in the two halves of (II). In both compounds, the molecular structure is stabilized by intramolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, while the crystal packing is stabilized by C—H⃛Cl and C—H⃛O intermolecular hydrogen bonds in (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, bis(2,4‐dinitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxadecane‐κ6O)barium(II), [Ba(C6H3N2O5)2(C12H24O6)], is a 1:1 complex of barium(II)–2,4‐di­nitro­phenolate and 1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxa­cyclo­octa­decane (18‐crown‐6). Its structure is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. The temperature dependence of the crystal structure has been studied. The monoclinic β angle of the P21n space group increases with increasing temperature. The packing structure of the complex is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the cocrystallized 1:1 adduct of (S,S)‐4‐amino‐3,5‐bis­(1‐hydroxy­ethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole and (S,S)‐1,2‐bis­(2‐hydroxy­propionyl)­hydrazine, C6H12N4O2·C6H12N2O4, has tetra­gonal symmetry. All eight O‐ and N‐bound H atoms are involved in inter­molecular hydrogen bonds, resulting in infinite zigzag chains of the triazole mol­ecules, with the hydrazine mol­ecules filling the gaps between the chains and completing a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded array.  相似文献
