Abstract

We report the direct determination of two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), Benzo(a)Pyrene [B(a)P] and Pyrene (Pyr), in solid environmental samples, i.e. a marine sediment and scrapings from the interior walls of a steel foundry, by the supersonic jet/laser induced fluorescence technique. We have found limits of detection (LOD) for these samples of 900ng (1.8ppm) for B(a)P and 200ng (0.4ppm) for Pyr. The LOD's for prepared solutions were 100 ng for B(a)P and 40 ng for Pyr. In validating the procedure we have also analyzed a standard mixture of PAH. The results of our analyses of the solid environmental samples agree well with those obtained by chromatography in other laboratories. We have found evidence of incomplete recovery of PAH from soil sediments by a prolonged low temperature Soxhlet extraction using methylene chloride.  相似文献

采用新型固相萃取柱快速测定食用植物油中苯并[a]芘   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
研究了Bond Elut ENV新型固相萃取柱在食用植物油中苯并[a]芘快速检测中的应用,建立了快速测定食用植物油样品中苯并[a]芘残留量的固相萃取/液相色谱/荧光检测法。样品用正己烷溶解,固相萃取净化,SUPELCOSILTMLC-PAH(25 cm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水(95∶5)为流动相,荧光检测(λex=297 nm,λem=408 nm),外标法定量。苯并[a]芘的检出限为0.3μg/kg,在1.0~50.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 6,方法的回收率为79%~102%,相对标准偏差不高于9.4%。该方法准确、实用、简便、快速,在食用植物油的苯并[a]芘残留量检测方面有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Abstract

A simple and sensitive method was developed to simultaneously determine phenanthrene and benzo(a)pyrene in water samples using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy with a 56-nm Δλ. The method was used to simultaneously determine both compounds in samples of spiked surface water. Analytical recoveries were 96.9–101.1% for phenanthrene and 95.8–103.5% for benzo(a)pyrene. Analytical results were checked for precision with 15 measurements for each compound. Relative standard deviations were 1.9% for phenanthrene and 2.9% for benzo(a)pyrene, which shows that the proposed method is quite precise.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) which presents native fluorescence in solution has been determined in waters by synchronous solid-phase spectrofluorimetry. The relative fluorescence intensity of BaP fixed in Sephadex G-25 gel is measured after being packed in an 1-mm silica cell. Spectral characteristics of BaP-gel system are described. The applicable concentration range was 0.52–3.45 μg.L?1 with a relative standard deviation of 1.2% and detection limit of 0.07 μg.L?1. The method was applied to the analysis of waters with different provenances.  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-荧光法检测方便面和烤肠中苯并[a]芘的方法。采用正己烷作为提取溶剂,经苯并[a]芘专用固相萃取柱HiCapt Benzo富集净化,高效液相色谱-荧光法对样品中苯并[a]芘进行分离分析。苯并[a]芘的质量浓度在0.5~20.0μg/kg范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9997。方便面和烤肠中苯并[a]芘的加标回收率分别为92.2%~98.3%和95.9%~97.9%,日内和日间相对标准偏差分别为3.34%~5.01%和2.11%~4.07%。与传统方法相比,该方法快速简单、有机溶剂消耗少,在油炸烟熏食品的苯并[a]芘分析中具有较大应用前景。  相似文献

采用还原氧化石墨烯-金纳米颗粒(RGO-Au NPs)作为免疫传感器的固定基质,将C-反应蛋白(CRP)抗体固定在玻碳电极表面,用蒽醌二羧酸作为标记物,制成夹心型的CRP免疫传感器。在最优实验条件下,通过示差脉冲伏安法对CRP的含量进行检测。该传感器在0.25~100 ng/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.08 ng/m L,线性系数为0.997。该传感器为C-反应蛋白的检测提供了一种新的手段。  相似文献

以二氧化硅包覆的磁性氧化石墨烯为载体, 利用热聚合方法制备了对四溴双酚A(TBBPA)有特异吸附效果的新型磁性印迹复合材料. 采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、 热重分析(TGA)和样品振动磁强计(VSM)对该印迹复合材料进行了表征. 结果表明, 在氧化石墨烯表面制备了一层厚度为55~65 nm、 热稳定良好的磁性印迹层. 结合磁固相萃取技术(M-SPE)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测技术研究了该磁性印迹复合材料对四溴双酚A的吸附行为, 结果表明该印迹复合材料对四溴双酚A具有良好的选择吸附能力, 最大吸附量为16.33 mg/g. 结合HPLC检测技术, 该印迹复合材料可用于分离富集饮用水中的四溴双酚A.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper describes a selective method for the assay of benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) in 24 hour particulate samples. Benzo(a)pyrene is partially separated from the other polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons via gas chromatography and then is completely resolved optically from traditionally difficult to resolve compounds (benzo(e)pyrene, perylene, benzo(k)fluoranthene) by means of a gas phase fluorescent detector. Ambient air concentrations as low as 20 picograms per cubic meter of air can be assayed with this gas chromatographic - gas phase fluorescent detection system.  相似文献

A new solid phase extraction (SPE) method has been developed for the speciation of Cr(III) and Cr(VI). This method is based on the adsorption of Cr(VI) on modified alumina‐coated magnetite nanoparticles (ACMNPs). Total chromium in different samples was determined as Cr(VI) after oxidation of Cr(III) to Cr(VI) using H2O2. The chromium concentration has been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) technique and amount of Cr(III) was calculated by substracting the concentration of Cr(VI) from total chromium concentration. The effect of parameters such as pH, amount of adsorbent, contact time, sample volume, eluent type, H2O2 concentration and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) concentration as modifier on the quantitative recovery of Cr(VI) were investigated. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the preconcentration factor, detection limit, linear range and relative standard deviation (RSD) of Cr(VI) were 140 (for 350 mL of sample solution), 0.083 ng mL?1, 0.1‐10.0 ng mL?1 and 4.6% (for 5.0 ng mL?1, n = 7), respectively. This method avoided the time‐consuming column‐passing process of loading large volume samples in traditional SPE through the rapid isolation of CTAB@ACMNPs with an adscititious magnet. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination and speciation of chromium in different water and wastewater samples and suitable recoveries were obtained.  相似文献

Abstract

Ultrasonic extraction of airborne particulate material on Hi-Vol filters is described. Almost all of the polar compounds are removed during the extraction by adsorption on the surface of the shredded glass fibers and controlled pore glass powder (CPG). The non-polar polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in the extract are separated at room temperature by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) on reverse phase Vydac using acetonitrile:water (70:30 v/v) as the chromatographic solvent. There is baseline separation of benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), benzo(k)fluoranthene (BkFt) and of benzo(e)pyrene (BeP), benzo(b)fluoranthene and perylene, the latter three present in one band. Extracts of airborne particulates show the same peaks. BaP elutes in approximately 14 minutes. Precision and accuracy measurements indicate full recovery of PAH and good extraction reproducibility. The detection limit of BaP at F 290/389 is less than 10 pg. Total analysis time is approximately 1 1/2 hr, most of which is waiting time.  相似文献

Microcrystalline waxes are mixtures of solid, saturated hydrocarbons mainly branched and characterized by a carbon number over C60. They are used as food additives for the surface treatment of confectionery and some fruit varieties, in chewing gum base, protective coatings, defoaming agents, and surface finishing agents. Commission Regulation No 231/2012 established physical and chemical specifications for microcrystalline waxes to use in food, and posed a limit of 50 μg/kg for benzo(a)pyrene. Due to the low solubility of microcrystalline waxes in organic solvents and matrix interferences, analytical determination of benzo(a)pyrene represents a difficult task. The official method for indirect determination of total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons uses unspecific spectrophotometric detection and a quite laborious, time‐ and solvent‐consuming extraction method. A liquid–liquid partition method followed by solid‐phase microextraction was developed to isolate benzo(a)pyrene from the bulk of saturated hydrocarbons in microcrystalline waxes, with the aim to have a simple and effective method to verify compliance with the legal limit. The final determination was carried out by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Good linearity was obtained, along with a recovery of about 80% from the liquid–liquid partitions. The repeatability of the entire method was <6% and accuracy was <3%.  相似文献

建立了新型聚偏氟乙烯微孔滤膜-聚多巴胺-氧化石墨烯固相萃取结合便携式高分辨离子迁移谱对尿液中的麻黄碱进行快速检测的方法。通过对新型固相萃取膜的制备过程、吸附、洗脱过程进行优化,可对尿液中麻黄碱实现5 min吸附、10 min洗脱、30 ms进样的快速检测。结果显示,麻黄碱在0.124~6.129μg/mL质量浓度范围内的线性良好,检出限为9.60 ng/mL,方法的回收率为91.0%~113%。该方法能够快速地完成对尿液中麻黄碱的检测,为药驾在线检测和现场监察提供了有效手段。  相似文献

Graphene oxide based molecularly imprinted polymers modified with β‐cyclodextrin were prepared as solid‐phase extraction column sorbents for specific recognition and sensitive detection of di(2‐ethylhexyl) phthalate in water samples. The morphology and composition of synthesized sorbents were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermo‐gravimetric analysis, Raman spectroscopy, and Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy. The conditions affecting the performance of extraction procedures such as desorption solvent types and volume, sample pH and volume were investigated. The loading capacity (8.2 μg/mg) of the prepared sorbents increased eight times after modification with β‐cyclodextrin. The developed extraction procedures coupled to high‐performance liquid chromatography exhibited good linearity (0.2–500 μg/L), low limit of detection (0.052 μg/L), and good precision (relative standard deviation?5.7%) under optimized conditions. The developed solid‐phase extraction technique with prepared sorbents has been successfully applied in extracting trace di(2‐ethylhexyl) phthalate from real natural waters with high efficiency, good selectivity, and desirable recoveries.  相似文献

 A new chromogenic reagent, 2-(2-quinolylazo)-5-diethylaminoaniline(QADEAA), was synthesized. A highly sensitive, selective and rapid method for the determination of silver was developed. It is based on the rapid reaction of silver (I) with QADEAA and the solid phase extraction of colored chelate using reversed-phase separation cartridge. At pH 6.5 in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS), QADEAA reacts with silver to form a violet chelate in a molar ratio of 1:2 (silver to QADEAA). This chelate was enriched by solid phase extraction. The retained chelate can be eluted from the cartridge with ethanol. In ethanol medium, the molar absorptivity of the chelate is 1.36×105 L·mol−1·cm−1 at 590 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0.01–0.6 μg L−1. The relative standard deviation for eleven replicate samples of 0.01 μg L−1 level is 1.9%. The detection limit reaches the 0.02 μg L−1 level. This work reports on the first attempt to prepare bioderived polymer films by blending polylactic acid (PLA) and poly(dodecylene furanoate) (PDoF). This blend, containing 10 wt% PDoF, was filled with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in variable weight fractions (from 0.25 to 2 phr), and the resulting nanocomposites were characterized to assess their microstructural, thermal, mechanical, optical, electrical, and gas barrier properties. The PLA/PDoF blend resulted as immiscible, and the addition of rGO, which preferentially segregated in the PDoF phase, resulted in smaller (from 2.6 to 1.6 µm) and more irregularly shaped PDoF domains and in a higher PLA/PDoF interfacial interaction, which suggests the role of rGO as a blend compatibilizer. rGO also increased PLA crystallinity, and this phenomenon was more pronounced when PDoF was also present, thus evidencing a synergism between PDoF and rGO in accelerating the crystallization kinetics of PLA. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) showed that the glass transition of PDoF, observed at approx. 5 °C, shifted to a higher temperature upon rGO addition. The addition of 10 wt% PDoF in PLA increased the strain at break from 5.3% to 13.0% (+145%), and the addition of 0.25 phr of rGO increased the tensile strength from 35.6 MPa to 40.2 MPa (+13%), without significantly modifying the strain at break. Moreover, rGO decreased the electrical resistivity of the films, and the relatively high percolation threshold (between 1 and 2 phr) was probably linked to the low aspect ratio of rGO nanosheets and their preferential distribution inside PDoF domains. PDoF and rGO also modified the optical transparency of PLA, resulting in a continuous decrease in transmittance in the visible/NIR range. Finally, rGO strongly modified the gas barrier properties, with a remarkable decrease in diffusivity and permeability to gases such as O2, N2, and CO2. Overall, the presented results highlighted the positive and sometimes synergistic role of PDoF and rGO in tuning the thermomechanical and functional properties of PLA, with simultaneous enhancement of ductility, crystallization kinetics, and gas barrier performance, and these novel polymer nanocomposites could thus be promising for packaging applications.  相似文献

The catalysts based on 2‐aminoethanethiol functionalized graphene oxide (AETGO) with several mono‐metallic and bi‐metallic nanoparticles such as rod gold (rAuNPs), rod silver (rAgNPs), rod gold‐platinum (rAu‐Pt NPs) and rod silver‐platinum (rAg‐Pt NPs) were synthesized. The successful synthesis of nanomaterials was confirmed by various methods. The effective surface area (ESA) of the rAu‐Pt NPs/AETGO is 1.44, 1.64 and 2.40 times higher than those of rAg‐Pt NPs/AETGO, rAuNPs/AETGO and rAgNPs/AETGO, respectively, under the same amount of Pt. The rAu‐Pt NPs/AETGO exhibited a higher peak current for methanol oxidation than those of comparable rAg‐Pt NPs/AETGO under the same amount of Pt loading.  相似文献

A highly sensitive, selective and rapid method for the determination of platinum based on the rapid reaction of platinum(IV) with N-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)-N′-(4-aminobenzenesulfonate)-thiourea (DMMPT) and the solid phase extraction of the Pt(IV)-DMMPT complex with C18 membrane disks was developed. In the presence of pH = 3.8 buffer solution and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) medium, DMMPT reacts with platinum to form a violet complex of a molar ratio of 1:3 (platinum to DMMPT). This complex was enriched by solid phase extraction with C18 membrane disks, and an enrichment factor of 200 was obtained. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 9.51 × 104 L · mol−1 · cm−1 at 755 nm, and Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.01–3.0 μg mL−1 in the measured solution. The relative standard deviation for eleven replicate samples of 0.01 μg mL−1 level is 1.79%. The detection limit reaches 0.02 μg L−1 in the original samples. This method was applied to the determination of platinum in water and soil samples. The relative standard deviations are 2.9–3.4%. The recoveries are 94–105%. The values of determination obtained agree with those of the ICP-MS method. The results are satisfactory.  相似文献

Nanosized surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates fabricated by the controlled growth of metal nanostructures on water-dispersed two-dimensional nanomaterials can open a new avenue for SERS analysis of liquid samples in biological fields. In this work, regular and uniform Ag nanostructures were grown on the surface of graphene oxide (GO) through a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers were assembled on the surface of GO to form GO/PAMAM templates for growing Ag nanostructures, which are primarily comprised of Ag dimers and trimers. The prepared Ag/GO nanocomposites are highly dispersed and stable in aqueous solution and may be used as substrates for enhanced Raman detection of rhodamine 6?G (R6G) in aqueous solution. This special substrate provides high-performance SERS and suppresses R6G fluorescence in aqueous solution and is promising as a nanosized material for the enhanced Raman detection of liquid samples in biological diagnostics.  相似文献
