Recently, prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) has gained momentum in tumor nuclear molecular imaging as an excellent target for both the diagnosis and therapy of prostate cancer. Since 2008, after years of preclinical research efforts, a plentitude of radiolabeled compounds mainly based on low molecular weight PSMA inhibitors (PSMA-i) have been described for imaging and theranostic applications, and some of them have been transferred to the clinic. Most of these compounds include radiometals (e.g., 68Ga, 64Cu, 177Lu) for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging or endoradiotherapy. Nowadays, although the development of new PET tracers has caused a significant drop in single-photon emission tomography (SPECT) research programs and the development of new technetium-99m (99mTc) tracers is rare, this radionuclide remains the best atom for SPECT imaging owing to its ideal physical decay properties, convenient availability, and rich and versatile coordination chemistry. Indeed, 99mTc still plays a relevant role in diagnostic nuclear medicine, as the number of clinical examinations based on 99mTc outscores that of PET agents and 99mTc-PSMA SPECT/CT may be a cost-effective alternative for 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT. This review aims to give an overview of the specific features of the developed [99mTc]Tc-tagged PSMA agents with particular attention to [99mTc]Tc-PSMA-i. The chemical and pharmacological properties of the latter will be compared and discussed, highlighting the pros and cons with respect to [68Ga]Ga-PSMA11.  相似文献

采用在线离子对固相萃取法富集测定生活废水中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠。电动分析系统由1个电渗泵和5个电磁切换阀组成,计算机控制泵运作和阀切换。在萃取柱和检测器之闯用改进的气液分离器除去洗脱液中气泡。实验对离子对试剂和固相萃取条件进行了优化。结果表明,在样品溶液中加入0.5mmol/L四丁基溴化铵、采样体积15mL、用0.80mL/min萃取保留,2.0mL/min吸入80%乙腈洗脱液15s,再以1.65mL/min洗脱时,结果最佳。方法检出限为10彬L,线性范围0.030—1.00mg/L,富集倍数65,相对标准偏差3.7%,回收率90.6%-98.0%。  相似文献

Herein, we describe a valuable method for the introduction of the [18F]CF3 group into arenes with highly improved specific activity by the reaction of [18F]trifluoromethane with aryl iodides or aryl boronic acids. This [18F]trifluoromethylation reaction is the first to be described in which the [18F]CF3 products are generated in actual trace amounts and can therefore effectively be used as PET tracers. The method shows broad scope with respect to possible aryl iodide and aryl boronic acid substrates, as well as good to excellent conversion. In particular, the [18F]trifluoromethylation of boronic acids was found to outperform [18F]trifluoromethylation reactions of halogenated aryl precursors with regard to conversion, reaction conditions, and kinetics.  相似文献

Rigid polyurethane (RPUF) was widely used in external wall insulation materials due to its good thermal insulation performance. In this study, a series of RPUF and RPUF-R composites were prepared using steel slag (SS) and dimelamine pyrophosphate (DMPY) as flame retardants. The RPUF composites were characterized by thermogravimetric (TG), limiting oxygen index (LOI), cone calorimetry (CCT), and thermogravimetric infrared coupling (TG-FTIR). The results showed that the LOI of the RPUF-R composites with DMPY/SS loading all reached the combustible material level (22.0 vol%~27.0 vol%) and passed UL-94 V0. RPUF-3 with DMPY/SS system loading exhibited the lowest pHRR and THR values of 134.9 kW/m2 and 16.16 MJ/m2, which were 54.5% and 42.7% lower than those of unmodified RPUF, respectively. Additionally, PO· and PO2· free radicals produced by pyrolysis of DMPY could capture high energy free radicals, such as H·, O·, and OH·, produced by degradation of RPUF matrix, effectively blocking the free radical chain reaction of composite materials. The metal oxides in SS reacted with the polymetaphosphoric acid produced by the pyrolysis of DMPY in combustion. It covered the surface of the carbon layer, significantly insulating heat and mass transport in the combustion area, endowing RPUF composites with excellent fire performance. This work not only provides a novel strategy for the fabrication of high-performance RPUF composites, but also elucidates a method of utilizing metallurgical solid waste.  相似文献

以超高比表面炭材料为模板,硝酸盐为氧化物前体,通过改进的模板路线制备了具有较高比表面积的纳米CexFe1-xO2固溶体.采用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、物理吸附和透射电镜对制备的样品进行了表征.结果表明,α-Fe2O3,CexFe1-xO2固溶体和CeO2的粒子尺寸为5~15nm,CeO2中部分Ce4 离子被Fe3 离子取代,从而形成了CexFe1-xO2固溶体.乙醇水蒸气重整反应结果显示,CexFe1-xO2固溶体比相应的α-Fe2O3和CeO2具有更高的催化活性和对氢气的选择性.  相似文献

A variety of carbonyl compounds can be converted into oximes efficiently and conveniently in a novel ionic liquid/water bi-phasic system in the presence of sodium bicarbonate at ambient temperature. The ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate [bmim]PF6 is immiscible with water or diethyl ether and can be easily recycled for reuse without noticeable droping in activity after separation of the products. This paper describes the use of a novel flow cell, the T-cell, adapted to the flow-through cell apparatus, for the study of ibuprofen release from implantable loaded pellets and its performance in comparison to the compendial tablet cell. In fact, the drug targeting with a local delivery system becomes increasingly used to achieve therapeutic doses directly on the implantation site while maintaining a low systemic drug level. Due to the long and expensive in vivo studies necessary to evaluate the efficacy of such delivery systems, in vitro dissolution techniques are performed despite there being no standard method in the biomaterial field. In this work, dissolution profiles obtained with the T-cell configuration clearly indicate a prolonged release of ibuprofen. Dissolution data fitted to Higuchi, Hixson-Crowell, Ritger-Peppas and Kopcha equations indicate the coexistence of diffusion and erosion mechanisms governing ibuprofen release. T-cell adapted to the standard flow-through dissolution apparatus is shown to better simulate in vivo conditions than the tablet cell. This is relevant for in vivo/in vitro correlations.  相似文献

A novel simple and sensitive, time-based flow injection solid phase extraction system was developed for the automated determination of metals at low concentration. The potential of the proposed scheme, coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), was demonstrated for trace lead and chromium(VI) determination in environmental water samples. The method, which was based on a new sorptive extraction system, consisted of a microcolumn packed with glass fiber coated with sol–gel poly (diphenylsiloxane) (sol–gel PDPS), which is presented here for the first time. The analytical procedure involves the on-line chelate complex formation of target species with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC), retention onto the hydrophobic sol–gel sorbent coated surface of glass fibers, and finally elution with methyl isobutyl ketone prior to atomization. All main chemical and hydrodynamic factors, which affect the complex formation, retention, and elution of the metal, were optimized thoroughly. Furthermore, the tolerance to potential interfering ions appearing in environmental samples was also explored. Enhancement factors of 215 and 70, detection limits (3 s) of 1.1 μg·L−1 and 1.2 μg·L−1, and relative standard deviations (RSD) of 3.0% (at 20.0 μg·L−1) and 3.2% (at 20.0 μg·L−1) were obtained for lead and chromium(VI), respec tively, for 120 s preconcentration time. The trueness of the developed method was estimated by analyzing certified reference materials and spiked environmental water samples.  相似文献

针对西藏扎布耶盐湖卤水组成,采用等温溶解平衡法研究了五元交互体系Li+,Na+,K+//CO32-,Cl--H2O于298.15K时的相平衡,并绘制了相图(空间立体图和Li2CO3饱和的投影图).结果表明,该五元体系相图含有7个结晶区、13条单变量线和4个无变量点.7个结晶区由6个单盐结晶区和1个复盐结晶区组成,分别为LiCl·H2O,NaCl,KCl,Li2CO3,K2CO3·3/2H2O,Na2CO3·10H2O和NaKCO3·6H2O,没有形成固溶体和天然碱(Na2CO3·NaHCO3·2H2O).4个无变量点标记成K1,K2,K3和K4,所对应的平衡固相盐分别是:Li2CO3+NaKCO3·6H2O+Na2CO3·10H2O+KCl,Li2CO3+NaKCO3·6H2O+K2CO3·3/2H2O+KCl,Li2CO3+NaCl+KCl+LiCl·H2O和Li2CO3+NaCl+Na2CO3·10H2O+KCl.  相似文献
