Transamination reactions utilizing the compound mercuric bis(trimethylsilyl)amide, Hg{N(SiMe3)2}2, in tetrahydrofuran (THF), and the metals Na, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Al have been investigated. Thus the THF solvated compounds Na[N(SiMe3)2]·THF and M[N(SiMe3)2]2·2THF, M = Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba (1–4), have been prepared. The X-ray crystal structures of 1 and the related manganese compound Mn[N(SiMe3)2]2·2THF (5) are reported. Interaction of the silylamides, 2–4, with a range of crown ethers apparently proceeded with elimination of silylamine, (Me3Si)2NH, and novel ring opening of the crown ethers, generating species containing a donor alkoxide ligand with a vinyl ether function, presumably, ---O(CH2CH2O)nCH=CH2 (n = 3−5). The silylamides 2–4 were also cleanly converted to the corresponding alkoxides (from 1H NMR data) in reactions with stoichiometric quantities of 3-ethyl-3-pentanol.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional metal selenite [Fe2(H2O)4(SeO3)2] (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by the elemental analyses, IR spectrum, TG analysis and the single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a=6.5283(13) Å, b=8.8754(18) Å, c=7.6798(15) Å, (=98.82(3)β, V=439.71(15) Å3, and Z=2. Compounds 1 exhibits interesting three-dimensional structure constructed from {FeO6} octahedra and {SeO3} pyramids linked via the corner- and/or edge-sharing mode. The most interesting structural feature of compound 1 is that the existence of multidirectional intersecting double helical chains in one compound.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of vanadium oxide starting materials with divalent transition metal cations in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligands yield the bimetallic cluster complexes with the formulae [{Cd(phen2)2V4O12]·5H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V4O12]·17.5H2O (2). Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

The bimetallic [Pt(NH3)4]2[W(CN)8][NO3]·2H2O is characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [S.G.P21/m(11), a=8.0418(7), b=19.122(2), c=9.0812(6) Å, Z=2]. All platinum centres have the square-plane D4h geometry with average dimensions Pt(1)–N 2.042(2) and Pt(2)–N 2.037(10) Å. The octacyanotungstate anion has the square-antiprismatic D4d configuration with average dimensions W(1)–C 2.164(13), C–N 1.140(12), W(1)–N 3.303(5) Å. The structure exhibits two different mutual orientations of Pt versus W units resulting in Pt(2)–W(1), W(1)* separations of 4.77(2), 4.55(2)* and Pt(1)–W(1) of 6.331(8) Å. A centrosymmetric structure reveals groups of two distinct columns: the first is formed by intercalated NO3 between parallel [Pt(1)(NH3)4]2+ planes and the second consists of [W(CN)8]3− interlayered by, parallel to square faces of W-antiprisms, [Pt(2)(NH3)4]2+. The structure is stabilised through a three-dimensional hydrogen bond network via nitrogen atoms of cyanide ligands, hydrogen atoms of NH3 ligands, water molecules and oxygen atoms of NO3 counteranions. The vibrational pattern and the range of ν(CN) frequencies attributable to the electronic environment of W(V) and W(IV) are consistent with the ground state Pt(II)↔W(V) charge transfer.  相似文献

The oxidation of Cp2NbCl2 with pure WF6 in SO2 solution yielded the cationic metallocene species [Cp2NbCl2]+[WF6] essentially in quantitative yield. The same reaction carried out in the presence of either equimolar amounts or a two-fold excess of HCN led to the preparation of the new niobocenium salt [Cp2NbCl2]4+[WF6]2− which was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound represents the first example of a structurally characterized metallocene-WF6 complex, and crystallizes in the tetragonal system: space group, P41212(No. 92), a = 11.083(8) Å, c = 48.285 (9) Å; Z = 8; R = 0.0759, RW = 0.0841. ab]Die Oxidation von Cp2NbCl2 mit reinem WF6 führt in SO2-Lösung zur Synthese von [Cp2NbCl2 ]+[WF6] in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute. The title calixarene, dimanganese thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate, was prepared and its crystal structure was determined. [Mn(H2O)6]2[thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate]·0.5H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P2(1)/m space group, with a=13.014 (6), b=14.146 (9), c=13.184 (7) Å, β=113.307 (10)°, V=2229 (2) Å3 and Dc=1.710 gcm−3, Z=2. The title calixarene exists in the solid state as bilayer structure. The hydrophobic organic layer consists of thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate in an up-down fashion, whereas, the hydrophilic inorganic layer consists of hexaaquamanganese (II) which is linked to the former through a second-sphere coordination.  相似文献

Two novel hydrogen maleato (HL) bridged Cu(II) complexes 1[Cu(phen)Cl(HL)2/2] 1 and 1[Cu(phen)(NO3)(HL)2/2] 2 were obtained from reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline, maleic acid with CuCl2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, respectively, in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH=2.0 and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both complexes crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 a=8.639(2) Å, b=15.614(3) Å, c=11.326(2) Å, β=94.67(3)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.720 g/cm3 and 2 a=8.544(1) Å, b=15.517(2) Å, c=12.160(1) Å, β=90.84(8)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.734 g/cm3. In both complexes, the square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by hydrogen maleato ligands into 1D chains with the coordinating phen ligands parallel on one side. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighbouring chains via π–π stacking interactions forms supramolecular double chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close packing patterns. Both complexes exhibit similar paramagnetic behavior obeying Curie–Weiss laws χm(T−θ)=0.414 cm3 mol−1 K with the Weiss constants θ=−1.45, −1.0 K for 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

The synthesis and reactivity of {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CCSiMe3)2} MCl2 (M = Fe: 3a; M = Co: 3b; M = Ni: 3c) is described. The complexes 3 are accessible by the reaction of (η5-C5H4SiMe3) 2Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) with equimolar amounts of MCl2 (2) (M = Fe, Co, Ni). 3a reacts with the organic chelat ligands 2,2′-dipyridyl (dipy) (4a) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (4b) in THF at 25°C to afford in quantitative yields (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) and [Fe(dipy)2]Cl2 (5a) or [Fe(phen)2]Cl2 (5b). 1/n[CuIHal]n (6) or 1/n[AgIHal]n (7) (Hal = Cl, Br) react with {(η5 -C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CCSiMe3)2}FeCl2 (3a), by replacement of the FeCl2 building block in 3a, to yield the compounds {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(C CSiMe3)2}CuIHal (8) or {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CSiMe3)2}AgIHal (9) (Hal = Cl, Br), respectively. In 8 and 9 each of the two Me3SiCC-units is η2-coordinated to monomeric CuI Hal or AgIHal moieties. Compounds 8 and 9 can also be synthesized by the reaction of (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2 Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) with 1/n[CuIHal]n (6) or 1/n [AgIHal]n (7) in excellent yields. All new compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic data (IR, 1H-NMR, MS). The magnetic moments of compounds 3 were measured.  相似文献

The XeOSeF5+ cation has been synthesized for the first time and characterized in solution by 19F, 77Se and 129Xe NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and Raman spectroscopy with AsF6 as its counter anion. The X-ray crystal structures of the tellurium analogue and of the Xe(OChF5)2 derivatives have also been determined: [XeOChF5][AsF6] crystallize in tetragonal systems, P4/n, a=6.1356(1) Å, c=13.8232(2) Å, V=520.383(14) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0453 at −60°C (Te) and a=6.1195(7) Å, c=13.0315(2) Å, V=488.01(8) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0730 at −113°C (Se); Xe(OTeF5)2 crystallizes in a monoclinic system, P21/c, a=10.289(2) Å, b=9.605(2) Å, c=10.478(2) Å, β=106.599(4)°, V=992.3(3) Å3, Z=4 and R1=0.0680 at −127°C; Xe(OSeF5)2 crystallizes in a triclinic system, , a=8.3859(6) Å, c=12.0355(13) Å, V=732.98(11) Å3, Z=3 and R1=0.0504 at −45°C. The energy minimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of the XeOChF5+ cations and Xe(OChF5)2 were calculated using density functional theory, allowing for definitive assignments of their experimental vibrational spectra.  相似文献

The Hg(II) complex [Hg(TFP)2(OTFP)3][ClO4]2 with TFP=tri-2-furyl-phosphine and OTFP=tri-2-furylphosphinoxide has been prepared and characterised. It crystallises in the hexagonal P63/m space group with Z=2, a=13.308(3), c=21.092 (4) Å, V=3235(1) Å3. The interaction between Mo2(O2CCH3)4, Me3SiI and I2 in THF resulted in oxygen abstraction from the solvent and formation of [Mo2(μ-O)(μ-I)(μ-O2CCH3) I2(THF)4]+[MoOI4(THF)] and I---(CH2)4---I. The molybdenum complex has been characterized by X-ray diffractometry. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P , a = 13.827(3) Å; b = 15.803(7) Å; c = 9.950(3) Å; = 93.34(4)°; β = 102.40(2)°; γ = 90.09(2)°; V = 2120(2) Å3; Z = 2; dcalc = 2.559 g cm−3; R = 0.0476 (Rw = 0.0613) for 370 parameters and 3938 data with F02> 3σ(F02). The metal-metal distance in the cation is 2.527(2) Å and indicates a strong interaction. The magnetic behavior is consistent with the assignment of one unpaired electron to the Mo27+ core of the cation and one to the d1 Mo(V) center of the anion. The interaction between Mo(CO)6 and I2 in THF also results in the formation of 1,4-diiodobutane.  相似文献

One-dimensional Co(dien)2(VO3)3·(H2O) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of NH4VO3, Co2O3, diethylenetriamine (dien) and H2O at 130 °C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.1581(6) Å, b=8.7006(3) Å, c=13.9893(4) Å, β=103.1483(11)°, V=1915.13(11) Å3, Z=4, and R1=0.0268 for 3060 observed reflections. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure is composed of infinite one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing VO4 tetrahedra with Co(dien)3+ complex cations and crystallization water molecules occupying the interchain positions, which are held together to a three-dimensional network via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions. The compound, with a new zig-zag conformation of metavanadate chains, is the first example of vanadium oxides incorporating trivalent transition metal coordination groups. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis are also described.  相似文献

Polarized absorption spectra of Ba(MnO4)2·3H2O/Ba(ClO4)2·3H2O mixed single crystals are reported at 4.2°K. Previous 1T21A1 assignments for the 5200 Å and 3000 Å absorption bands of MnO4 are substantiated; further support is provided for the 1T11A1 assignment of the 3600 Å absorption band of MnO4. The site-splitting of the 5200 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ −150 cm−1; that of the 3000 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ 300 cm−1. A significant e vibronic intensity component is observed in the 5200 Å 1T2 state.  相似文献

3,6,9-trioxaundecanedioic acid (3,6,9-tddaH2) reacts with Mn(CH3CO2)2·4H2O in ethanol to give [Mn(3,6,9-tdda)]·H2O (1). Recrystallization of 1 from methanol gives crystals of [Mn(3,6,9-tdda) (H2O)2]·2H2O (2). Complex 1 reacts with an ethanolic solution of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) to give {[Mn(3,6,9-tdda)(phen)2]·3H2O·EtOH}n (3). All of the complexes are extremely water soluble. Complexes 2 and 3 were structurally characterised. The manganese(II) ion in 2 is seven coordinate, with an approximately pentagonal bipyramidal O7 coordination sphere. The axial donors are water molecules and the pentagonal plane is occupied by the diacid, acting as a pentadentate ligand through the three ethereal oxygens and one oxygen atom from each of the carboxylate functions. In complex 3 the manganese(II) ion is six-coordinate, being bound to two bidentate phenanthroline ligands and to the carboxylate oxygen atoms from two symmetry related diacids which are coordinated in a cis fashion. The structure consists of polymeric chains, with diacid ligands bridging the manganese ions. There is π-π stacking of pairs of phenanthroline ligands on adjacent chains, running along both the z and y directions.  相似文献

Nest-shaped cluster [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] (1) was synthesized by the treatment of (NH4)2MoS4, CuI, (n-Bu)4NI, and 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) through a solid-state reaction. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, a=9.591(2) Å, b=14.820(3) Å, c=17.951(4) Å, β=91.98(2)°, V=2549.9(10) Å3, and Z=4. The nest-shaped cluster was obtained for the first time with a neutral skeleton containing 2,2′-bipy ligand. The non-linear optical (NLO) property of [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] in DMF solution was measured by using a Z-scan technique with 15 ns and 532 nm laser pulses. The cluster has large third-order NLO absorption and the third-order NLO refraction, its 2 and n2 values were calculated as 6.2×10−10 and −3.8×10−17 m2 W−1 in a 3.7×10−4 M DMF solution.  相似文献

A transition metal-substituted silylacetylene [(η5-C5H5)Fe(CO)2SiMe2C]2, [FpMe2SiC]2 (I) was synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and structurally. I crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n, A = 13.011(3) Å B = 12.912(3) Å, C = 13.175(5) Å, β = 94.95(2). The acetylene linkage is reactive toward Co2(CO)8 to form I. Co2(CO)6 (II) which was also characterized spectroscopically and by single crystal X-ray diffraction. II crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, A = 17.64(2) Å, B = 14.225(10) Å, C = 24.49(2) Å.  相似文献

The methylene-bridged, mixed-chalogen compounds Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeCH2Te) (1) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-SCH2Te) (3) have been synthesised from the room temperature reaction of diazomethane with Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeTe) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-STe), respectively. Compounds 1 and 3 have been characterised by IR, 1H, 13C, 77Se and 125Te NMR spectroscopy. The structure of 1 has been elucidated by X-ray crystallography. The strong π-acid ligand Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2 reacts with Co2(CO)S (1:1) to give Co2[μ-Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2] (μ-CO)2(CO)4 (1); however, when the ratio is 2:1 a novel species [Co{Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2-P,P′}2(CO)][Co(CO)4] (2) has been obtained. Crystal data for 2: Mr = 1140.83; triclinic, space group P , a = 12.330(2), b = 13.340(2), c = 18.122(3) Å, = 86.63(1), β = 80.75(1), γ = 84.24(1)°, V = 2924 Å3, Z = 2; R = 0.060 for 3711 reflections having I 3σ(I). The results of X-ray diffraction, ESR, variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility, conductivity, and XPS analysis support that the species 2 is a d9-d9 cage molecule-pair. The mechanism for the formation of the species 2 has been investigated initially by 31P NMR.  相似文献

A density functional theory investigation on a series of sandwich-type transition metal complexes [(CBO)n]2M (n=4–6; M=transition metals) with carbon boronyls (CBO)n as effective aromatic ligands has been presented in this work at B3LYP level. The ground-states of these complexes possess staggered Dnd symmetries, while the corresponding eclipsed Dnh structures exist as transition states with slightly higher energies (within 5.8 kJ/mol). Carbon boronyl complexes [(CBO)n]2M are confirmed to be much more stable than their boron carbonyl isomers [(BCO)n]2M, which, on the other hand, take eclipsed ground-states with Dnh symmetries. The carbon boronyl complexes [(BCO)n]2M proposed in this work parallelize the well-known sandwich-type hydrocarbon complexes [CnHn]2M in coordination chemistry with boronyl groups –BO isolobal to –H atoms in corresponding ligands.  相似文献
