An entire function and its derivatives sharing a polynomial

In this paper, we study the growth of solutions of a first-order linear differential equation and that of a second-order linear differential equation. From this we obtain some uniqueness theorems of a nonconstant entire function and its first derivative having the same fixed points with the same multiplicities. The results in this paper also improve some known results. Some examples show that the results in this paper are best possible.

In this paper, we prove a theorem on the growth of a solution of a linear differential equation. From this we obtain some uniqueness theorems concerning that a nonconstant entire function and its derivatives sharing a small entire function. The results in this paper improve many known results. Some examples are provided to show that the results in this paper are the best possible.

Prediction of the paper path in a laser printer by finite element analysis

A conventional problem of paper handling in a page-printing printer is to design a reliable paper path. Sometimes, this also affects the printing quality. The nonlinear theory of elastica has often been used to model paper deflection shape and to predict the paper path between some guiding rollers. The present paper proposes another method that can solve this problem more efficiently. Considering a piece of paper as a nonlinear beam, finite element analysis with geometric nonlinearity and manipulating the contact gap element between paper and guiding surfaces can be used to simulate the large-deflection behavior of paper. In this paper, the paper path in the vicinity of an OPC (organic photoconductive) drum is investigated with a general purpose finite element package. The effect of the electrostatic force between the OPC drum and the paper is considered, and the deformed shape of the paper for different forces lengths is obtained. According to those results an appropriate paper guide is added for an exact paper path.

在多属性群决策中 ,集结群体意见之前必须先对群体的决策数据进行一致性分析 ,以确保群体作出的决策符合客观实际 .提出了群决策的三种三维层次模型 ;用欧几里得距离 ( Euclidean Distance)表示个人决策中方案的评价值 ;然后设置一致性指标值α,作为群体数据一致性的判断依据 ;提出了满足一致性基础上的一种群决策方法 ;最后用实例说明了算法的使用步骤 .     

一类动态规划的解法及其在Turbo码解码中的应用

研究一类多阶段动态规划问题,给出了求最优解的方法.将这种多阶段动态规划应用于Turbo译码中,不仅可以减少运算量,还可以避免传统的Turbo译码算法需要进行指数运算以及其随着迭代次数的增加容易出现的数据溢出问题,因此是一种十分有效的方法,是对系统工程理论应用领域的拓宽.     

非线性模型中方差和协方差分量的Bayes估计

本文采用Bayes方法从有逆gamma先验信息出发,得到了非张性模型中方差和协方差分量的估计,本文中的方差和协方差分量包含相关系数,而其他学者提出的线性模型中方差和协方差分量的Bayes估计只是本文的特殊情况.     

NURBS曲线曲面拟合数据点的迭代算法

本文推广了文献[1]的结果,将文献[1]中关于B样条曲线曲面拟合数据点的迭代算法推广至有理形式,给出了无需求解方程组反求控制点及权因子即可得到拟合NURBS曲线曲面的迭代方法．该算法和文献[1]的算法本质上是统一的,而后者恰是前者的一种退化形式．文章还给出了收敛性证明以及一些定性分析．文末的数值实例说明该算法简单实用．     

Merit functions for general variational inequalities

In this paper, we consider some classes of merit functions for general variational inequalities. Using these functions, we obtain error bounds for the solution of general variational inequalities under some mild conditions. Since the general variational inequalities include variational inequalities, quasivariational inequalities and complementarity problems as special cases, results proved in this paper hold for these problems. In this respect, results obtained in this paper represent a refinement of previously known results for classical variational inequalities.     

A stochastic model for internal HIV dynamics

In this paper we analyse a stochastic model representing HIV internal virus dynamics. The stochasticity in the model is introduced by parameter perturbation which is a standard technique in stochastic population modelling. We show that the model established in this paper possesses non-negative solutions as this is essential in any population dynamics model. We also carry out analysis on the asymptotic behaviour of the model. We approximate one of the variables by a mean reverting process and find out the mean and variance of this process. Numerical simulations conclude the paper.     

Uniqueness of meromorphic functions whose derivatives share four small functions

In this paper, we will prove some uniqueness theorems of meromorphic functions whose derivatives share four distinct small functions. The results in this paper improve those given by R. Nevanlinna, L. Yang, G.D. Qiu, and other authors. An example is provided to show that the results in this paper are best possible.     

受约束控制系统中变分原理的应用*

本文分别对LQ控制问题及非线性控制问题建立了约束变量的正则方程,进而讨论了等式约束和不等式约束时约束变量的极值原理,最后通过例题验证了本文所得到的结论。本文工作为受约束LQ控制系统及非线性控制系统的深入研究打下了基础。
