为了提高产品的可靠性,并且在电子设备发生故障时迅速地确定故障源,保障设备的正常运行,基于多信号流模型的诊断建模方法,在多信号流基础上引入了以故障重要先验知识为主的多信号流故障诊断策略,通过引入故障模式的故障概率改进了多信号流诊断技术。该方法已应用于BEPCⅡ磁铁电源接口控制设备故障诊断系统,使用TEAMS测试工具箱建模实现了快速准确的故障诊断和定位,提高了磁铁电源控制设备的故障诊断检测率和隔离率,并且可以方便地扩展到其他设备和系统上。  相似文献

随着飞机功能和性能要求的不断提高,其综合化程度、复杂性也越来越高,传统的故障诊断方法已经不能满足日益复杂的飞机维护需求。针对传统诊断方法对系统的强依赖性和在多故障模式下处理能力不足等问题,给出一种基于多信号模型的故障诊断方法,设计并实现了基于多信号模型的诊断推理机,并用以某型飞机的自动飞行控制系统为对象验证了该方法在解决飞机系统故障关联和多故障诊断问题中的有效性。  相似文献

基于多信号模型的测试性建模与分析为测试性设计提供了一条崭新的思路,但测试性建模过程所需的测试性信息却难以准确、完备地获取,进而使测试性建模过程变得非常困难,指出正确获取测试性信息的关键是要消除产品设计人员和建模人员之间存在的知识隔层。分析了多信号模型的8个要素,结合工程实践给出了测试性信息的获取方法和测试性建模的工程化操作流程,工程化操作流程包括:确定结构层次、故障模式影响分析、信号流分析、测试分析共4个步骤。以某现场可更换模块为例,完成了测试性建模与分析。结果表明,给出的测试性信息获取方法和工程化操作流程在实际工作中是可行的、有效的。测试性建模、分析的结果能够在设计阶段较准确的评估测试性设计是否满足既定的指标,并为测试性设计的进一步改进指明方向。  相似文献

针对电子系统中多值测试条件下的测试排序问题,提出了一种诊断策略优化方法。首先,以相关性矩阵模型为基础,将已有的二值测试的优化算法同多值测试问题相结合,提出了适用于多值测试的基于霍夫曼编码的启发式函数;其次,将平均测试代价最小和平均测试步骤最少作为优化目标,采用与或树启发式搜索算法生成诊断树,得到多值测试的诊断策略,并给出了诊断策略优化方法的具体实现步骤;最后,将其应用到航空设备的实例中。结果表明提出的基于霍夫曼编码的与或树启发式搜索算法是可行的,其生成的诊断树是最优的,比基于信息熵的与或树启发式搜索算法具有更小的平均测试代价和更少的平均测试步骤。  相似文献

在利用红外热像仪进行机载电子板卡故障检测中,针对电子板卡结构复杂,解析建模困难的特点,提出了一种基于多信号温度模型的分析诊断方法。通过将机载电子板卡正常工作时的红外温度图像与故障时的进行对比,建立了系统的多信号温度模型,针对多信号温度模型的缺点,提出一种基于贝叶斯网络的测试性建模方法,并给出贝叶斯网络模型的测试性分析方法与指标计算方法,得到模型相关矩阵并进一步进行故障诊断分析,为检测电子元器件故障及老化程度提供了一种有效途径。  相似文献

基于叶栅端壁压力分布特性,采用控制点关联函数,构建10个设计变量的NURBS参数曲面,控制二次流和降低端壁传热系数。应用最优拉丁超立方实验设计,建立设计样本,并进行CFD性能评估,以端壁面平均Nu数和总压损失系数作为双重目标函数,构建多个代理模型的组合代理模型,用多目标遗传算法优化获得Pareto前沿。结果表明:在一定优化计算成本上,基于组合代理模型进行多轮优化,能够获得更满意的最优解。获得的最优端壁构型中,端壁平均Nu数可降低4.4%,叶栅出口总压损失可减小2.3%。  相似文献

针对航天测量船在扩频多目标测控任务中缺乏链路动态信号模拟联试手段的实际,通过对扩频多目标测控体制原理进行分析,结合多目标模拟器的使用设计了扩频多目标信号动态联试环境,提出了一种基于STC89C52RC单片机技术的信号动态变化自控系统的设计方案;该系统可较好地根据控制文件设置各目标链路的衰减量,从而模拟飞行目标信号在空间动态地变化,经过数次任务验证,证明该系统可有效提高对跟踪设备的动态性能和扩频基带码间抗干扰性能的检测。  相似文献

合理确定评价指标及分配指标权重对故障样本评价至关重要,文章在综合考虑测试性验证试验目的和考核内容的基础上,提出一种基于扩展多信号模型的故障样本可拓评价方法;方法基于扩展多信号流图构建故障样本评价的指标,结合可拓学理论,建立基于平均故障关联度的故障样本集可拓评价模型,并对某型机载数传测试性验证试验故障样本进行评价;研究结果验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

Based on the data in real combat games, the combat System-of-Systems is usually composed of a large number of armed equipment platforms (or systems) and a reasonable communication network to connect mutually independent weapons and equipment platforms to achieve tasks such as information collection, sharing, and collaborative processing. However, the generation algorithm of the combat system in the existing research is too simple and not suitable for reality. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a communication network generation algorithm by adopting the joint distribution strategy of power law distribution and Poisson distribution to model the communication network. The simulation method is used to study the operation under continuous attack on communication nodes. The comprehensive experimental results of the dynamic evolution of the combat network in the battle scene verify the rationality and effectiveness of the communication network construction.  相似文献

The expressway traffic incidents have the characteristics of high harmful, strong destructive and refractory. Incident detection can guarantee smooth operation of the expressway, reduce traffic congestion and avoid secondary accident by informing the accident, detection and treatment timely. In this paper, an incident detection method is proposed using the toll station data that takes into account the traffic ratio at the entrances and crossway in the network. The expressway traffic simulation model is improved and a simulation algorithm is established to describe the movement of the vehicles. A numerical example is experimented on the expressway network of Shandong province. The proposed method can effectively detect the expressway incidents, and dynamically estimate the traffic network states so as to provide advice for the highway management department.  相似文献

This paper studies how to generate the reasonable information of travelers' decision in real network. This problem is very complex because the travelers' decision is constrained by different human behavior. The network conditions can be predicted by using the advanced dynamic OD(Origin-Destination, OD) estimation techniques. Based on the improved mesoscopic traffic model, the predictable dynamic traffic guidance information can be obtained accurately.A consistency algorithm is designed to investigate the travelers' decision by simulating the dynamic response to guidance information. The simulation results show that the proposed method can provide the best guidance information. Further,a case study is conducted to verify the theoretical results and to draw managerial insights into the potential of dynamic guidance strategy in improving traffic performance.  相似文献

针对冗余系统的多故障诊断问题,分析了冗余多故障系统的相关性矩阵模型,通过对模型进行转换后,用Rollout算法对基于信息熵的诊断策略进行优化,提出了一种新的多故障诊断策略;该策略不需要计算最小碰集,而且具有先测试,最后修复的特点,在具体应用中更便于操作;实例计算结果表明,和现有算法相比,本策略得到的期望测试费用更低。  相似文献

This paper aims to present a simulation model for heterogeneous high-speed train traffic Row based on an improved discrete-time model(IDTM).In the proposed simulation model,four train control strategies,including departing strategy,traveling strategy,braking strategy,overtaking strategy,are well defined to optimize train movements.Based on the proposed simulation model,some characteristics of train traffic Bow are investigated.Numerical results indicate that the departure time intervals,the station dwell time,the section length,and the ratio of fast trains have different influence on traffic capacity and train average velocity.The results can provide some theoretical support for the strategy making of railway departments.  相似文献

In this paper, the lattice Boltzmann method was used to simulate the cardiac flow in children with aseptal defect. The inner wall model of the heart was reconstructed from 210 computed tomography scans. By simulating and comparing the cardiac flow field, the pressure field, the blood oxygen content, and the distribution of entropy generation before and after an operation, the effects of septal defect on pulmonary hypertension(PH), cyanosis, and heart load were analyzed in detail. It is found that the atrial septal defect(ASD) of the child we analyzed had a great influence on the blood oxygen content in the pulmonary artery, which leads to lower efficiency of oxygen binding in the lungs and increases the burden on the heart. At the same time, it also significantly enhanced the entropy generation rate of the cardiac flow, which also leads to a higher heart load. However, the main cause of PH is not ASD, but ventricular septal defect (VSD). Meanwhile, it significantly reduced the blood oxygen content in the brachiocephalic trunk, but rarely affects the blood oxygen contents in the downstream left common carotid artery, left subclavian artery, and descending aorta are not significantly affected by VSD. It causes severe cyanosis on the face and lips.  相似文献

随着科学技术的迅猛发展,传统故障诊断训练存在的问题日益突出,越来越难以满足维修人员的故障诊断训练需求。提出了通过虚拟方式进行辅助训练,来提高维修人员的故障诊断能力和掌握故障诊断相关知识,满足故障诊断训练需求。为实现故障诊断虚拟训练,分析了故障诊断虚拟训练模型的描述要素和描述语言。运用诊断树分析方法,基于XML建立了故障诊断虚拟训练描述模型,为实现故障诊断虚拟训练提供模型支撑。最后,基于此模型对液压千斤顶回收不到位的故障进行了描述,验证了描述模型的正确性与实用性。  相似文献

针对稠油非牛顿特征,在Bingham流体渗流方程基础上,通过对动半径和粘度进行表征,建立同时考虑启动压力梯度、动半径变化和粘度变化的非牛顿稠油不稳定渗流数学模型,完善Bingham型稠油渗流数学模型.通过空间、时间离散差分及Matlab数值计算,得到非牛顿稠油非稳态渗流地层压力分布.结果表明,相同产量下,随启动压力梯度增大,动半径向井方向移动;启动压力梯度越大,压降曲线越陡,相应近井压降越大;相同启动压力梯度下,产量越大,不同吞吐周期压力差距越大.将半径和粘度动态变化相结合,弥补了现行非牛顿稠油渗流数学模型的-个缺陷.  相似文献
