二茂铁修饰碳黑微电极同时测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了神经递质多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在二茂铁修饰碳黑微电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,在pH4.5的磷酸盐中,DA在该电极上的线性范围为2.0×10-6~4.0×10-3mol/L,检出限(3σ)为1.0×10-6mol/L;AA在该电极上的线性范围为6.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限(3σ)为2.0×10-6mol/L;用这种电极可以同时测定多巴胺,抗坏血酸。  相似文献

The sorption of carbon dioxide in poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was studied by quartz crystal microbalance at high pressures. To address the effect of the D isomer present in the polymer on the gas sorption, measurements were performed in PLA with two different L:D contents, 80:20 and 98:2. New data for the solubility of carbon dioxide in PLA 80:20 and PLA 98:2 over a temperature range from 303.2 to 323.2 K and up to 5 MPa are presented. 研究了抗坏血酸(AA)在聚阿魏酸修饰电极上的电化学性质。在AA存在的条件下,电极过程由扩散控制,测得扩散系数为8.18×10-8cm2/s。AA浓度在0.01~5.0 mmol/L范围内与峰电流呈现良好的线性关系。通过计时安培法测得催化速率常数为8.6×103mol-1.L.s-1。  相似文献

Electrochemistry of water-soluble cobalt(II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine (CoTSPc) electrodeposited on glassy carbon nanotube pre-modified with acid-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) is described. Both charge transfer resistances toward [Fe(CN)6]3−/4− redox probe and electrocatalytic responses toward epinephrine (EP) detection follow the trend: bare GCE < GCE-MWCNT < GCE-CoTSPc < GCE-MWCNT-CoTSPc. EP analysis was then carried out in details using GCE-MWCNT-CoTSPc. The catalytic rate constant value k ch = 2.2 × 107 (mol cm−3)−1 s−1 was obtained from rotating disk electrode experiment. Interestingly, GCE-MWCNT-CoTSPc efficiently suppressed the detection of ascorbic acid (the natural interference of neurotransmitters in physiological conditions) showing good sensitivity (0.132 ± 0.003 A l mol−1), limit of detection (4.517 × 10−7 mol l−1), and quantification (15.056 × 10−7 mol l−1). In addition, GCE-MWCNT-CoTSPc was conveniently used to determine EP in epinephrine hydrochloric acid injection with recovery of 101.1 ± 2.2%.  相似文献

The solubility of carbon dioxide in aqueous solutions of alkanolamines was measured by means of two experimental methods. The solubility of carbon dioxide was measured at 298 K with a static total pressure apparatus in solutions of water + diisopropanolamine (DIPA) having mass fraction of DIPA equal to 10.1%, 11.0% and 33.9%. The density of the water + DIPA solution was measured continuously during the experiments to investigate the changes in density introduced by the absorption of carbon dioxide. A correlation for the density of CO2-loaded aqueous solutions of DIPA is presented.  相似文献

The solubility of carbon dioxide in aqueous solutions of sodium chloride was measured in the temperature range from 40 to 160°C, up to 6 mol-kg salt solutions and total pressures up to 10 MPa. Pitzer's(1) equations as well as the Chen and Evans(2) model were used to correlate the new data. Results are reported and compared to literature data and correlations.  相似文献

This work reports solubility data of methane and carbon dioxide in 1,2-propylene glycol and the Henry's law constant of each solute in the studied solvent at saturation pressure. The measurements were performed at 303, 323, 373, 398 and 423.15 K and pressures up to 4.5 MPa for carbon dioxide solubility and pressures up to 12.1 MPa for methane solubility. The experiments were performed in an autoclave type phase equilibrium apparatus using the total pressure method (synthetic method). All investigated systems show an increase of gas-solubility with the increase of pressure. A decrease of carbon dioxide solubility with the increase of temperature and an increase of methane solubility with the increase of temperature was observed. From the variation of solubility with temperature, partial molar enthalpy and entropy change of the solute for each mixture were calculated.  相似文献

采用电聚合方法将茜素红非共价修饰到碳纳米管上,制备了聚茜素红/碳纳米管修饰电极.以多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)为模型化合物,研究该修饰电极的电催化作用.结果表明:电聚合法使茜素红牢固地修饰到碳纳米管上,能显著提高电极的灵敏度和分子识别性能.DA和AA的氧化峰位分离达240 mV.在AA的存在下,DA的差分脉冲伏安法峰电流在1×10-7~1×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限达1×10-7 mol/L.  相似文献

制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳黑微电极,研究了多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.实验表明,在pH 7.0的PBS缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对DA和从均具有显著的催化氧化作用,AA与DA的氧化电位分别为30 mV和280 mV(vs.SCE).利用二次导数线性扫描伏安法测定,DA与AA的线性范围分别为6.0×10-9~2.0×10-4 mol/L和2.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为2.0×10-9mol/L 和1.0×10-7mol/L.方法已用于人工合成样品的分析.  相似文献

This work reports on the performance of carbon nanotube modified screen-printed electrodes (SPE-MWCNT) for the selective determination of dopamine (DA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) by adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdSV). Several operating conditions and parameters were examined including the electrochemical pre-treatment and the previous AA interaction and DA accumulation in the presence AA at physiological conditions. Under the chosen conditions, DA peak current of differential pulse voltammograms increases linearly with DA concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 mol L−1 with a limit of detection of 1.5 × 10−8 mol L−1 in connection with 600 s accumulation time. The sensitivity obtained for DA was independent from the presence or absence of AA; therefore, the proposed method can be readily applied to detect DA in real samples. The proposed methodology was successfully used for the quantification of DA in urine samples.  相似文献

Sonoluminescence (SL) of aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid and sulfur dioxide enhances with an increase in their concentration and reaches a maximum at 16 and 0.05 mol L–1, respectively. The further increase in the concentration of these substances decreases the SL intensity. The SL spectra of the solutions have a broad maximum at 450 nm. Excited SO2 molecules formed in sulfuric acid due to sonolysis are luminescence emitters. The proposed mechanism of bright SL in these systems is based on the energy transfer from the electron-excited sonolysis products to the SO2 molecules in cavitation bubbles.  相似文献

The solid solubilities of cinnamic acid, phenoxyacetic acid and 4-methoxyphenylacetic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide were measured using a semi-flow apparatus. The experiments were taken at 308.2, 318.2 and 328.2 K. The pressure range was from 11 to 24 MPa. These data were confirmed as equilibrium solid solubilities based on a plug flow mass transfer model. The solid solubilities were further correlated using the equations of state or semi-empirical models. The correlation results are satisfactory with optimally fitted binary interaction parameters in the Peng–Robinson equation of state.  相似文献

The sorption of carbon dioxide in glassy Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) films was studied by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) at high pressures. Two thermal treatments, melted and quenched, were performed in PLA with two different L:D contents, 80:20 and 98:2, films and compared with a third thermal protocol, annealed, and used in a previous work. The results obtained show that for pressures higher than 2 MPa, the carbon dioxide solubility is larger in PLA 80:20 than in PLA 98:2, indicating that the L:D plays a dominant role on this property. The thermal treatments only affect the gas solubility in PLA 98:2. Sorption isotherms at temperatures 303, 313, and 323 K, below the glass transition temperature of the polymer, and pressures up to 5 MPa were measured and analyzed with three different models, the dual‐mode sorption model, the Flory–Huggins equation, and a modified dual‐mode sorption model where the Henry's law term was substituted by the Flory–Huggins equation. This last model performs especially well for CO2 in PLA 80:20, due to the convex upward curvature of the solubility isotherms for that system. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Experimental results for the solubility of carbon dioxide in the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethylsulfate are not reported in the literature. To this end, we present in this work new solubility data for carbon dioxide in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethylsulfate for temperatures ranging from (303.2 to 343.2) K and pressures up to 6.7 MPa using a thermogravimetric microbalance. The carbon dioxide solubility was determined from absorption saturation (equilibrium) data at each fixed temperature and pressure. The buoyancy effect was accounted in the evaluation of the carbon dioxide solubility. Highly accurate equations of states for carbon dioxide and for ionic liquids were employed to determine the effect of buoyancy on carbon dioxide solubility. The solubility measurements are presented as a function of temperature and pressure. The present experimental solubility results have been successfully correlated using an extended Henry’s law equation.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine using an Evans Blue polymer film modified on glassy carbon electrode was developed. The Evans blue polymer film modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of dopamine in phosphate buffer solution (pH 4.5). The linear range of 1.0 x 10(-6)-3.0 x 10(-5) M and detection limit of 2.5 x 10(-7) M were observed in pH 4.5 phosphate buffer solutions. The interference studies showed that the modified electrode exhibits excellent selectivity in the presence of large excess of ascorbic acid and uric acid. The separation of the oxidation peak potentials for dopamine-ascorbic acid and dopamine-uric acid were about 182 mV and 180 mV, respectively. The differences are large enough to determine AA, DA and UA individually and simultaneously. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selectively detect dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid in physiological samples.  相似文献

Ionic liquids are attracting great attention nowadays due to their interesting properties which make them useful in a broad range of applications including reaction media or separation/capture of environmentally hazardous gases such as carbon dioxide. In many cases, for practical and/or economical reasons, the use of aqueous solutions of ILs would be preferable to their use as pure compounds.In this work, high pressure equilibrium data for the {carbon dioxide (CO2) + tri-iso-butyl(methyl)phosphonium tosylate [iBu3MeP][TOS] + water system were measured at temperatures ranging from (276 to 370) K and pressures up to 100 MPa. Measurements were performed using a high-pressure cell with a sapphire window that allows direct observation of the liquid–vapour transition. Mixtures with different IL concentrations were studied in order to check the influence of the amount of IL on the solubility of CO2 in the aqueous mixture.The results show that the presence of IL enhances the solubility of CO2 in the (IL + water) system revealing a salting-in effect of the IL on the solubility of CO2. The appearance of a three phase region was observed for IL concentrations higher than 4 mol% of IL in water when working at pressures between 4 and 8 MPa and temperatures between (280 and 305) K. In this range, the upper limit of the VLE region observed is shown to increase with the temperature being almost independent of the IL initial concentration in the mixture.  相似文献

In this paper the equilibrium solubility of carbon dioxide in 1.0 M, 2.0 M and 4.0 M 2(methylamino)ethanol (MAE) is measured at 303, 313 and 333 K, and at CO2 partial pressures ranging from 1 to 100 kPa using stirred cell reactor. The Kent-Eisenberg model was used to predict the solubility of carbon dioxide in MAE solutions. The equilibrium constant representing hydrolysis of carbamate ion is correlated with temperature, CO2 partial pressure and amine concentration by non-linear regression, using experimental results of carbamate ion concentrations. The model predicted results showed good agreement with the experimental solubility results. The solubility profile of CO2 in MAE showed better performance when compared with other commercial amines.  相似文献

Equilibrium conditions of clathrate hydrates formed from carbon dioxide and aqueous acetone solutions were experimentally measured at temperatures between 269.2 and 281.4 K and pressures up to 3.98 MPa. The acetone concentrations in solutions were investigated from 0.04 to 0.40 mass fractions. The experimental results suggested a transition in hydrate structure from structure I to another structure for acetone solutions between 0.04 and 0.12 mass fractions of acetone. The hydrate structure was suggested to be structure II which was the most stable with a 0.16 mass fraction acetone solution. For more than 0.16 mass fraction of acetone, the equilibrium conditions of the hydrate were shifted to lower temperatures as acetone concentrations increased.  相似文献

In this work, the competing effects of sodium chloride (NaCl) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) on carbon dioxide hydrate formation are investigated through phase equilibrium measurements. The phase behaviour in the hydrate forming region for the binary system carbon dioxide–water, the ternary systems carbon dioxide–tetrahydrofuran–water and ternary carbon dioxide–sodium chloride–water and, in addition, the quaternary system carbon dioxide–tetrahydrofuran–water–sodium chloride are determined experimentally, using a Cailletet apparatus. All measurements are made in a temperature and pressure region of 275–290 K and 0.5–7.0 MPa, respectively. In these ranges, three different hydrate equilibrium curves are measured namely: H-LW-V, H-LW-LV-V and H-LW-LV. The formation of an organic-rich liquid phase in the systems due to a liquid–liquid two-phase split between water and tetrahydrofuran when pressurized with carbon dioxide causes the occurrence of an upper quadruple point (Q2) to evolve into a four-phase H-LW-LV-V equilibrium line. The presence of sodium chloride in the quaternary system enhances the split between the two liquids due to the salting-out effect. It was found that the hydrate promoting effect of tetrahydrofuran is able to suppress the inhibiting effect of sodium chloride especially at lower concentration of sodium chloride.  相似文献
