A new procedure is proposed for the sampling and storage of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and volatile thiols (methanethiol or methyl mercaptan, ethanethiol and propanethiol) for their determination by liquid chromatography. The sampling procedure is based on the trapping/pre-concentration of the analytes in alkaline aqueous solution containing an organic mercurial probe p-hydroxymercurybenzoate, HO-Hg-C6H4-COO (PHMB), where they are derivatized to stable PHMB complexes based on mercury-sulfur covalent bonds. PHMB complexes are separated on a C18 reverse phase column, allowing their determination by liquid chromatography coupled with sequential non-selective UV-vis (DAD) and mercury specific (chemical vapor generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, CVGAFS) on-line detectors. PHMB complexes, S(PHMB)2CH3S-PHMB, C2H5S-PHMB and C3H7S-PHMB, are stable alt least for 12 h at room temperature and for 3 months if stored frozen (−20 °C).The best analytical figures of merits in the optimized conditions were obtained by CVGAFS detection, with detection limits (LODc) of 9.7 μg L−1 for H2S, 13.7 μg L−1 for CH3SH, 17.7 μg L−1 for C2H5SH and 21.7 μg L−1 for C3H7SH in the trapping solution in form of RS-PHMB complexes, the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) ranging between 1.0 and 1.5%, and a linear dynamic range (LDR) between 10 and 9700 μg L−1. Conventional UV absorbance detectors tuned at 254 nm can be employed as well with comparable R.S.D. and LDR, but with LODc one order of magnitude higher than AFS detector and lower specificity. The sampling procedure followed by LC-DAD-CVGAFS analysis has been validated, as example, for H2S determination by a certified gas permeation tube as a source of 3.071 ± 0.154 μg min−1 of H2S, giving a recovery of 99.8 ± 7% and it has been applied to the determination of sulfur compounds in real gas samples (biogas and the air of a plant for fractional distillation of crude oil).  相似文献

Mesoporous materials were employed as fast, sensitive and efficient fiber coatings of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for the first time. Three micrometer as-synthesized C16-MCM-41 particles were immobilized onto stainless steel wire with 100 μm coating thickness. In combination with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), extraction efficiency and selectivity of C16-MCM-41 were investigated using aromatic hydrocarbons. Effect of extraction and desorption time, extraction temperature, stirring rate and ionic strength on extraction efficiency were examined. Aanalytical merits of SPME with C16-MCM-41 coating were evaluated. The chromatographic peak area is proportional to the concentration of anthracene in the range 0.5-150 μg l−1. The limit of detection was 0.05 μg l−1 (S/N=3) and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was 0.033%.  相似文献

This work proposed a gas sensor for the determination of tert-butyl mercaptan, one of the highly toxic volatile sulfur compounds, which was based on cataluminescence emission during its catalytic oxidation on the surface of nanosized V2O5. The cataluminescence characteristics and the optimum conditions, including the morphology of sensing material, the wavelength of cataluminescence emission, the oxygen flow rate and working temperature were investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curve of the relative cataluminescence intensity versus the concentration of tert-butyl mercaptan vapor was made, with the linear range of 5.6-196 μg mL−1 and the detection limit of 0.5 μg mL−1 (S/N = 3). The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) (n = 5) of relative cataluminescence intensity for 84 μg mL−1 tert-butyl mercaptan was 3.6%. There is no or weak response to some common substances, such as formic acid, alcohol (methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, isoamyl alcohol), o-dichlorobenzene, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, aldehyde (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and propanal), 1,2-dichloroethane and ammonia. Furthermore, the proposed sensor was successfully used for determining tert-butyl mercaptan in four artificial samples, with a good recovery. The results demonstrated that the proposed gas sensor had a promising capability for the tert-butyl mercaptan in routine monitoring.  相似文献

We developed a flow injection (FI) method for the determination of thiomersal (sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate, C9H9HgNaO2S) based on the UV/microwave (MW) photochemical, online oxidation of organic mercury, followed by cold vapor generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (CVG-AFS) detection. Thiomersal was quantitatively converted in the MW/UV process to Hg(II), with a yield of 97 ± 3%. This reaction was followed by the reduction of Hg(II) to Hg(0) performed in a knotted reaction coil with NaBH4 solution, and AFS detection in an Ar/H2 miniaturized flame. The method was linear in the 0.01–2 μg mL−1 range, with a LOD of 0.003 μg mL−1. This method has been applied to the determination of thiomersal in ophthalmic solutions, with recoveries ranging between 97% and 101%. We found a mercury concentration in commercial ophthalmic solutions ranging between 7.5 and 59.0 μg mL−1.  相似文献

Anilinemethyltriethoxysilane (AMTEOS) was first used as precursor as well as selective stationary phase to prepare the sol-gel derived anilinemethyltriethoxysilane/polydimethylsiloxane (AMTEOS/PDMS) solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers. The novel SPME fiber exhibits high extraction efficiency, good thermal stability and long lifetime compared with commercial SPME coatings. In addition, the phenyl groups in the porous layer can exhibit π-π interactions with aromatic compounds, such as monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (MAHs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Therefore, SPME using the AMTEOS/PDMS sol-gel fiber coupled with GC-FID was recommended as a sensitive and selective method towards the analysis of these compounds in environmental water samples. The optimal extraction conditions were investigated by adjusting extraction time, salt addition, extraction temperature, and desorption time. The method showed linearity between 2 and 4000 μg l−1 for MAHs and 1 and 1000 μg l−1 for PAHs. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.6-3.8 μg l−1for MAHs and 0.2-1.5 μg l−1 for PAHs. The novel AMTEOS/PDMS fiber was applied to extract small amount of aromatic compounds in wastewater and river water respectively. The recovery of the method was acceptable for quantitative analysis.  相似文献

A new ionic liquid (IL) based solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was investigated and used for headspace (HS) extraction of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in a gasoline sample. Using the new IL coated HS-SPME fiber with the combination of gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID); sub-to-low μg L−1 concentrations of MTBE were detected. Four different ILs including 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetraflouroborate ([C4C1IM] [BF4]), 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetraflouroborate ([C8C1IM] [BF4]), 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexaflourophosphate ([C8C1IM] [PF6]) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethylsulphate ([C2C1IM] [ETSO4]) were synthesized and examined for extraction, preconcentration and determination of MTBE. It was observed that [C8C1IM] [BF4] showed the highest extraction efficiency and possessed the best extractability for MTBE. The fiber coating takes up the compounds from the sample by absorption in the case of liquid coatings. The calibration graph was linear in a concentration range of 1-120 μg L−1 (R2 > 0.994) with the detection limit of 0.09 μg L−1 level. The new IL-coated fiber was applied successfully for the determination of MTBE in a gasoline sample with good recoveries between 90 and 95%.  相似文献

An integrated method of combining solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was evaluated for determination trace amount of sulfonamides in meat products. Eight commonly used sulfonamides, sulfadiazine (SDZ), sulfathiazole (STZ), sulfamerazine (SMR), sulfamethazine (SMT), sulfamonomethoxine (SMMX), sulfamethoxazole (SMXZ), sulfaquinoxaline (SQX) and sulfadimethoxine (SDMX), were investigated in this study. Chromatography was performed on a C18 reversed-phase column using an isocratic acetonitrile in water as the mobile phase. Fiber coated with a 65 μm thickness of polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) was used to extract sulfonamides at optimum conditions. Analytes were desorbed with static desorption in an SPME-HPLC desorbed chamber for 15 min and then determined by LC-MS. The detection limits of these sulfonamides in pork were from 16 μg kg−1 (SMT) to 39 μg kg−1 (SMMX). According to the analysis, the linear range was from 50 to 2000 μg kg−1 with relative standard deviation (R.S.D.s) value below 15% (intra-day) and 19% (inter-day). The proposed method was tested by analyzing meats from a local market for sulfonamides residues. Some sulfonamides in our study were detected in the meat samples. The concentration of these residual sulfonamides ranged from 66 μg kg−1 (SDZ) to 157 μg kg−1 (SQX) in a chicken sample. The results demonstrate that the SPME-LC-MS system is highly effective in analyzing trace sulfonamides in meat products.  相似文献

This study examines the application of solid-phase microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography combined with post-column photochemically induced fluorimetry derivatization and fluorescence detection (SPME-HPLC-PIF-FD) for the determination of four phenylurea herbicides (monolinuron, diuron, linuron and neburon) and propanil in groundwater. Direct immersion (DI) SPME was applied using a 60 μm polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) fiber for the extraction of the pesticides from groundwater samples. An AQUASIL C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) was used for separation and determination in HPLC. The method was evaluated with respect to the limits of detection (LODs) and the limits of quantification (LOQs) according to IUPAC. The limits of detection varied between 0.019 μg L−1 and 0.034 μg L−1. Limits of quantification ranged between 0.051 μg L−1 and 0.088 μg L−1. These values meet the recommended limits for individual pesticides in groundwater (0.1 μg L−1) established by the EU. Recoveries ranged between 86% and 105% and relative standard deviation values between 2% and 8%.  相似文献

Exposure to fragrance substances is exponentially increasing in our daily life due to the enhanced use of scented products. Some fragrances are known to be important sensitizers, inhalation being an important exposure pathway in indoor environments. A simple and sensitive method based on solid-phase enrichment and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) has been developed for the analysis of 24 volatile fragrance allergens in indoor air. Suspected allergens present in the air (0.2 m3) were adsorbed onto a very small quantity of florisil (25 mg) and then transferred to a SPME fiber in the headspace mode (HS). To the best of our knowledge, this paper describes the first application of SPME for the determination of these compounds in air samples. The experimental parameters affecting the microextraction process have been optimized using a multifactor experimental design strategy. Accuracy, linearity, precision and detection limits (LODs) were evaluated to assess the performance of the proposed method. External calibration, using spiked sorbent standards, and not requiring the complete sampling process (only the SPME step), demonstrated to be suitable for the quantification of all suspected allergens. Recovery studies were performed at three concentration levels (0.04, 1.00 and 50 μg m−3), obtaining quantitative recoveries (≥85%) in most cases. LOD values at the low ng m−3 level were achieved for all the target compounds. The application of the method to daily home air samples demonstrated the ubiquity of this kind of fragrance ingredients in quotidian indoor environments, finding 18 of the 24 considered compounds in concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 56 μg m−3. Benzyl alcohol, linalool, citronellol, ionone and lilial were found in most analyzed samples.  相似文献

An analytical procedure based on manual dynamic headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) method and the conventional extraction method by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), were compared for their effectiveness in the extraction and quantification of volatile compounds from commercial whiskey samples. Seven extraction solvents covering a wide range of polarities and two SPME fibres coatings, has been evaluated. The highest amounts extracted, were achieved using dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) by LLE method (LLECH2Cl2) and using a CAR/PDMS fibre (SPMECAR/PDMS) in HS-SPME. Each method was used to determine the responses of 25 analytes from whiskeys and calibration standards, in order to provide sensitivity comparisons between the two methods. Calibration curves were established in a synthetic whiskey and linear correlation coefficient (r) were greater than 0.9929 for LLECH2Cl2 and 0.9935 for SPMECAR/PDMS, for all target compounds. Recoveries greater than 80% were achieved. For most compounds, precision (expressed by relative standard deviation, R.S.D.) are very good, with R.S.D. values lower than 14.78% for HS-SPME method and than 19.42% for LLE method. The detection limits ranged from 0.13 to 19.03 μg L−1 for SPME procedure and from 0.50 to 12.48 μg L−1 for LLE.A tentative study to estimate the contribution of a specific compound to the aroma of a whiskey, on the basis of their odour activity values (OAV) was made. Ethyl octanoate followed by isoamyl acetate and isobutyl alcohol, were found the most potent odour-active compounds.  相似文献

A novel technique, high temperature headspace liquid-phase microextraction (HS-LPME) with room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL), 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4MIM][PF6]) as extractant, was developed for the analysis of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (p,p′-DDT and o,p′-DDT) and its metabolites including 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (p,p′-DDE) and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane (p,p′-DDD) in water samples by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. The parameters such as salt content, sample pH and temperature, stirring rate, extraction time, microdrop volume, and sample volume, were found to have significant influence on the HS-LPME. The conditions optimized for extraction of target compounds were as follows: 35% NaCl (w/v), neutral pH condition, 70 °C, 800 rpm, 30 min, 10 μL [C4MIM][PF6], and 25 mL sample solutions. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range, detection limit (S/N = 3), and precision (R.S.D., n = 6) were 0.3-30 μg L−1, 0.07 μg L−1, and 8.0% for p,p′-DDD, 0.3-30 μg L−1, 0.08 μg L−1, and 7.1% for p,p′-DDT, 0.3-30 μg L−1, 0.08 μg L−1, and 7.2% for o,p′-DDT, and 0.2-30 μg L−1, 0.05 μg L−1, and 6.8% for p,p′-DDE, respectively. Water samples including tap water, well water, snow water, reservoir water, and wastewater were analyzed by the proposed procedure and the recoveries at 5 μg L−1 spiked level were in the range of 86.8-102.6%.  相似文献

A new, accurate, sensitive and fast reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) as an analytical method for the quantitative determination of 11 drugs in human urine was worked out, optimized and validated. The objects of analysis were imipenem (IMP), paracetamol (PAR), dipyrone (DPR), vancomycin (VCM), amikacin (AMK), fluconazole (FZ), cefazolin (CFZ), prednisolone (PRE), dexamethasone (DEX), furosemide (FUR) and ketoprofen (KET) belonging to four different groups (antibiotics, analgesic, demulcent and diuretic). For HPLC analysis, diode array (DAD) and fluorescence (FL) detectors were used. The separation of analyzed compounds was conducted by means of a LiChroCART® Purospher® C18e (125 mm × 3 mm, particle size 5 μm) analytical column with LiChroCART® LiChrospher® C18 (4 mm × 4 mm, particle size 5 μm) pre-column with gradient elution. Analyzed drugs were determined within 20 min. The mobile phase was comprised of various proportions of methanol, acetonitrile and 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid in water. AMK was separated and determined from human urine using ortho-phthaldialdehyde-3-mercaptopropionic acid (OPA-3-MPA) as a fluorescent reagent by RP-HPLC-FL. The following retention times for drugs IMP, PAR, DPR, VCM, AMK, FZ, CFZ, PRE, DEX, FUR and KET in human urine were found: 4.01 min, 4.86 min, 6.71 min, 8.14 min, 9.46 min, 10.01 min, 10.90 min, 13.34 min, 14.06 min, 16.03 min and 18.98 min, respectively. Excellent linearity was obtained for compounds in the range of concentration: 0.35-42 μg ml−1, 0.5-45 μg ml−1, 4.5-38 μg ml−1, 0.25-25 μg ml−1, 0.5-35 μg ml−1, 0.25-22 μg ml−1, 0.03-52 μg ml−1, 0.15-25 μg ml−1, 0.25-28 μg ml−1, 0.05-18 μg ml−1 and 0.15-35 μg ml−1 for IMP, PAR, DPR, VCM, AMK, FZ, CFZ, PRE, DEX, FUR and KET, respectively. The limits of detection (LOD) and limits of quantification (LOQ) for analyzed drugs were calculated in all cases and recovery studies were also performed. Ten human urine samples obtained from patients treated in hospital have been tested. In analyzed samples, one or more drugs from the 11 examined drugs were detected. The concentrations of examined drugs in urine samples ranged between: 1.5-12 μg ml−1 of PAR, 5.2-11.5 μg ml−1 of DPR, 0.13-9.5 μg ml−1 of CFZ and 0.1-8 μg ml−1 of FUR. This method can be successfully applied to routine determination of all these drugs in human urine samples.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) and direct immersion solid-phase microextraction (DI-SPME) were evaluated for the monoterpenic compounds determination in wine samples. The wine extracts obtained were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The optimization of the variables affecting UAE and SPME methods was carried out in order to achieve the best extraction efficiency. Both UAE and SPME are quantitative (recoveries in the range 93-97% and 71.8-90.9%, respectively), precise (coefficients of variation below 5.5%), sensitive (limits of detection between 30-39 μg L−1 and 11-25 μg L−1, respectively) and linear over one order of magnitude. The application of both methods to red wine samples showed that UAE provided higher extraction of monoterpenic compounds than SPME. Although SPME remains an attractive alternative technique due to its speed, low sample volume requirements and solvent free character.  相似文献

A novel solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber coated with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/Nafion was developed and applied for the extraction of polar aromatic compounds (PACs) in natural water samples. The characteristics and the application of this fiber were investigated. Electron microscope photographs indicated that the MWCNTs/Nafion coating with average thickness of 12.5 μm was homogeneous and porous. The MWCNTs/Nafion coated fiber exhibited higher extraction efficiency towards polar aromatic compounds compared to an 85 μm commercial PA fiber. SPME experimental conditions, such as fiber coating, extraction time, stirring rate, desorption temperature and desorption time, were optimized in order to improve the extraction efficiency. The calibration curves were linear from 0.01 to 10 μg mL−1 for five PACs studied except p-nitroaniline (from 0.005 to 10 μg mL−1) and m-cresol (from 0.001 to 10 μg mL−1), and detection limits were within the range of 0.03–0.57 ng mL−1. Single fiber and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 7.5 (n = 7) and 10.0% (n = 5), respectively. The recovery of the PACs spiked in natural water samples at 1 μg mL−1 ranged from 83.3 to 106.0%.  相似文献

Two new, simple and accurate methods for the determination of sulfide (S2−) at low levels (μg L−1) in aqueous samples were developed. The generation of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) took place in a coil where sulfide reacted with hydrochloric acid. The resulting H2S was then introduced as a vapor into an inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) and sulfur emission intensity was measured at 180.669 nm. In comparison to when aqueous sulfide was introduced, the introduction of sulfur as H2S enhanced the sulfur signal emission. By setting a gas separator at the end of the reaction coil, reduced sulfur species in the form of H2S were removed from the water matrix, thus, interferences could be avoided. Alternatively, the gas separator was replaced by a nebulizer/spray chamber combination to introduce the sample matrix and reagents into the plasma. This methodology allowed the determination of both sulfide and sulfate in aqueous samples. For both methods the linear response was found to range from 5 μg L−1 to 25 mg L−1 of sulfide. Detection limits of 5 μg L−1 and 6 μg L−1 were obtained with and without the gas separator, respectively. These new methods were evaluated by comparison to the standard potentiometric method and were successfully applied to the analysis of reduced sulfur species in environmental waters.  相似文献

Two kinds of mesoporous cellular foams (MCFs), including mesoporous silica materials (MCF-1) and phenyl modified mesoporous materials (Ph-MCF-1), were synthesized and for the first time used as fiber-coating materials for solid-phase microextraction (SPME). By using stainless steel wire as the supporting core, four types of fibers were prepared by sol–gel method and immobilized by epoxy-resin method. To evaluate the performance of the home-made fibers for SPME, seven brominated flame retardants (BFRs), including tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), tetrabromobisphenol S (TBBPS) and related compounds were selected as analytes. The main parameters that affect the extraction and desorption efficiencies, such as extraction temperature, extraction time, desorption time, stirring rate and ionic strength of samples were investigated and optimized. The optimized SPME coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was successfully applied to the determination of the seven BFRs in water samples. The linearity range was from 5.0 to 1000 μg L−1 for each compound except TBBPS (from 1.0 to 1000 μg L−1), with the correlation coefficients (r2) ranging from 0.9993 to 0.9999. The limits of detection of the method were 0.4–0.9 μg L−1. The relative standard deviations varied from 1.2 to 5.1% (n = 5). The repeatability of fiber-to-fiber and batch-to-batch was 2.5–6.5% and 3.2–6.7%. The recoveries of the BFRs from aqueous samples were in the range between 86.5 and 103.6%. Compared with three commercial fibers (100 μm PDMS, 85 μm PA and 65 μm PDMS/DVB), the MCFs-coated fiber showed about 3.5-fold higher extraction efficiency.  相似文献

A novel method was developed for the determination of amiodarone and desethylamiodarone by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with chemiluminescent (CL) detection. The procedure is based on the post-column photolysis of the analytes into photoproducts which are active in the tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(III) [Ru(bpy)33+] CL system. Ru(bpy)33+ was on-line generated by photo-oxidation of the Ru(II) complex in the presence of peroxydisulfate. The separation was carried out on a Mediterranea C18 column with isocratic elution using a mixture of methanol and 0.017 mol L−1 ammonium sulfate buffer of pH 6.8. Under the optimum conditions, analytical curves, based on standard solutions, were linear over the range 0.1-50 μg mL−1 for amiodarone and 0.5-25 μg mL−1 for desethylamiodarone. The detection limits of amiodarone and desethylamiodarone were 0.02 and 0.11 μg mL−1, respectively. Intra- and inter-day precision values of 0.9% relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) (n = 10) and 1.6% R.S.D. (n = 15), respectively, were obtained. The method was applied successfully to the determination of these compounds in serum and pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

A method based on solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC/MS) for the determination of 18 organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in textiles is described. Commercially available SPME fibers, 100 μm PDMS and 85 μm PA, were compared and 85 μm PA exhibited better performance to the OPPs. Various parameters affecting SPME, including extraction and desorption time, extraction temperature, salinity and pH, were studied. The optimized conditions were: 35 min extraction at 25 °C, 5% NaSO4 content, pH 7.0, and 3.5 min desorption in GC injector port at 250 °C. The linear ranges of the SPME-GC/MS method were 0.1-500 μg L−1 for most of the OPPs. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.01 μg L−1 (for bromophos-ethyl) to 55 μg L−1 (for azinphos-methyl) and the RSDs were between 0.66% and 9.22%. The optimized method was then used to analyze 18 OPPs in textile sample, and the determined recoveries were ranged from 76.7% to 126.8%. Moreover, the distribution coefficients of the OPPs between 85 μm PA fiber and simulative sweat solution (Kpa/s) were determined. The determined Kpa/s of the OPPs correlated well with their octanol-water partition coefficients (r = 0.764 and 0.678) and water solubility (= −0.892 and −0.863).  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Zn(BDC)(H2O)2]n was tested for extraction of pyrimethanil, ametryn, dichlofluanid, tetraconazole, flumetralin, kresoxim-methyl and tebuconazole from the medicinal plant Hyptis pectinata, with analysis using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring mode (GC/MS, SIM). Experiments carried out at different fortification levels (0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 μg g−1) resulted in recoveries in the range 73-97%, and RSD values were between 5 and 12% for the [Zn(BDC)(H2O)2]n sorbent. Detection and quantification limits ranged from 0.02 to 0.07 μg g−1 and from 0.05 to 0.1 μg g−1, respectively, for the different pesticides studied. The method developed was linear over the range tested (0.04-14.0 μg g−1), with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9987 to 0.9998. Comparison between [Zn(BDC)(H2O)2]n and the commercial phase C18-bonded silica showed good performance of the [Zn(BDC)(H2O)2]n polymeric sorbent for the pesticides tested.  相似文献
