In view of the bonding angle and the number of neighbouring sites, the hexagonal lattice model is preferred to investigate the designability of protein structures. Here we simulate the designable structures by the simplified HP model in a two-dimensional hexagonal lattice with an unrestricted boundary. The result shows that the structures with a large number of core sites correspond to the high designability and have circular-like profiles. The maximum and average designabilities for the hexagonal lattice model are much higher than those for thesquare lattice mode, and the maximum and average designabilities for the square lattice model are much higher than those for the triangle lattice model. 相似文献

Sum-frequency generation (SFG) is investigated using the two-coupled-oscillator molecular model.The influence of the polarization states and angles of two incident beams on reflected and transmitted sum-frequency lights is discussed by considering the circular birefringence in a chiral medium.The different response of media with two kinds of enantiomers to polarization states of incident beams is also discussed.Furthermore,the relations between the SFG spectrum and the polarization states are studied.The theoretical result is consistent with a known experimental fact. 相似文献

We consider the earthquake model on a random graph. A detailed analysis of the probability distribution of the size of the avalanches will be given. The model with different inhomogeneities is studied in order to compare the critical behavior of different systems. The results indicate that with the increase of the inhomogeneities, the avalanche exponents reduce, i.e., the different numbers of defects cause different critical behaviors of the system. This is virtually ascribed to the dynamical perturbation. 相似文献

Influence of the nuclear deformation on the potential energy surface(PES) in a di-nuclear system is studied in details.It is found that the PES shape changes greatly due to the deformation effect.The top point of the PES could be reduced significantly,which implies that the optimum excitation energy could also be reduced greatly and may enhance the fromation probability of the compound nucleus.The dynamical deformaiton as a function of the reaction time in the reaction process is dramatic.The Z/N ratios of fragments tend to follow that of the compound nucleus during the nucleon exchange process,but to fluctuate. 相似文献

A long range interacting quantum spin chain with open boundary conditions is proposed. By constructing the reflection spin-Dunkl operators, the integrability of the model is proven. The model is therefore exactly solvable via the asymptotic Bethe ansatz method and falls into the universal class of the usual Heisenberg spin chain with boundary fields. 相似文献

We show that the scattering between two solitary waves in the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam model with interaction potential V (x) = αx^2/2 x^4/4 can be classified into four types according to the configurations of the solitary waves. For three of the four types, the large solitary wave can lose energy and the small one can gain in average by collision.For the other one type in a special parameter region we encounter an anomalous scattering, i.e. the large solitary wave gains energy and the small one loses energy. Numerical investigations are performed for the anharmonic limit case of α = 0 and the general case of α ≠ 0 and comparisons between them are made. 相似文献

The pair-wise thermal entanglement in a four-qubit Heisenberg XXZ chain & investigated to study the role of anisotropy when an external magnetic field is included. It is found that pair-wise entanglement is absent between nearest- and next-nearest neighbouring qubits with anisotropic parameter △≤-1. For two nearest-neighbouring qubits, increasing the parameter can not only induce the entanglement, but also extend the entanglement region in terms of magnetic field B and temperature T. For two next-nearest-neighbouring qubits, increasing anisotropic parameter can shift the location of the entanglement and control the extent of the entanglement in terms of magnetic field at a finite temperature. 相似文献

We investigate the transport properties of a one-dimensional(1D) chain with randomly side-coupled impurities,By using the transfer matrix technique,we present numerical results of the transmission coefficient as a function of the electron energy,It is found that an extended state will be shown in such a random 1D system if the impurities are side-coupled to the chain with not only the nearest-neighbour bonds but also the next-nearestneighbour bonds.We present an analytical expression for the energy of this extended state,which is determined by the strength of the nearest and next-nearest couplings between the impurities and the chain.The obtained results can be used to explain the transport properties of DNA chains and other quasi-1D organic structures. 相似文献

Based on an isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model we studied the influence of a medium correction of an isospin-dependent nucleon-nucleon cross section on the fragmentation at the intermediate energy heavy-ion collisions. We found that the medium correction from an isospin-dependent nucleon-nucleon cross section, at the same time, the momentum-dependent interaction also produces an important role for enhancing the influence of the medium correction on the isospin effect of two-body collisions in the fragmentation process. 相似文献

Effects of dipole moment on the horizontal dust lattice waves in one-dimensional dust chain are investigated. The general dispersion relations are derived. The waves are sensitive to the direction of the dipole moment, which has an angle θ (0≤ θ≤π) with respect to the vertical direction. When the waves are self-excited, it is shown that the real part of frequency for longitudinal wave is increased, while it is decreased for the horizontal transverse wave with increasing θ. When the waves are externally exited, both the real and imaginary parts of wave number are decreased for the longitudinal and transverse waves with increasing θ. 相似文献

We investigate the translocation of single polymer chain through a nanopore located on a membrane with different solvents in the two sides of the membrane. For the case under study, the effect of solvents on the translocation dynamics is significant, and as a result, the mean first passage time shortens remarkably compared with that calculated in the case of good solvents on both the sides of the membrane. We propose a new cellular automation (CA) traffic model that is based on the car-following model. A class of driving strategies is used in the car-following model instead of the acceleration in the NaSch traffic model. In our model, some realistic driver behaviour and detailed vehicle characteristics have been taken into account, such as distance-headway and safe distance, etc. The simulation results show that our model can exhibit some traffic flow states that have been observed in the real traffic, and both of the maximum flux and the critical density are very close to the real measurement. Moreover, it is easy to extend our method to multi-lane traffic. 相似文献

We investigate the influence of the boundary condition on the short-time dynamic behaviour of the Ising-like phase transition in square-lattice fully frustrated (FF) XY models with periodic and fluctuating twist boundary conditions.The transition temperature Tc and the dynamic and static critical exponents z,2β/υ and υ are estimated for both cases using short-time dynamic scaling analysis.The results show that both models have the same critical exponents,indicating that the boundary condition has nearly no effect on the short-time dynamic behaviour of the FFXY model. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the dissipative dynamics of the phase damped Jaynes–Cummings model under the Markovian approximation
in the presence of a classical homogeneous gravitational field. The model consists of a moving two-level atom simultaneously
exposed to the gravitational field and a single-mode traveling radiation field in the presence of a phase damping mechanism.
We first present the master equation for the reduced density operator of the system under the Markovian approximation in terms
of a Hamiltonian describing the atom-field interaction in the presence of a homogeneous gravitational field. Then, by making
use of the super-operator technique, we obtain an exact solution of the master equation. Assuming that initially the radiation
