机械主轴在各种载荷和工作环境下的扭矩测量,国内外一直没有比较好的解决方案。针对这一现状,提出通过在主轴2端安装圆光栅及指示光栅,采用对光栅莫尔条纹计数及细分的方法实现主轴扭矩非接触式动态直接测量。其方法是在将莫尔条纹进行光电转换后,采用集成可编程模拟器件对信号进行放大、滤波和比较,然后利用软核微处理器实现数据采集、处理和控制,从而取代FPGA+MCU的方式。实验中,测量系统采用1200条刻线的圆光栅,在主轴转速为0~1500r/min的范围内测量其扭矩,扭转角精度小于0.001°。实验结果表明,采用圆光栅莫尔条纹可以达到主轴扭矩高精度测量的要求,为机械主轴测量提供了一种新的非接触式测量方法。 相似文献

多自由度双目立体视觉系统可以解决传统双目立体视觉视场区域小的问题。避免双目摄像机每转动一个角度都需要重新标定外参数,提出了一种基于转轴参数的标定方法。只需标定出初始位置时双目摄像机的内外参数,使摄像机绕转轴旋转,根据单应性原理测量摄像机与标定模板的位姿关系,确定转轴方向矢量与轴上点坐标。最终利用Rodrigues旋转矩阵确定旋转已知角度后双目摄像机的外参数,实现多自由度双目系统的标定。实验结果表明,提出的方法能准确测量转轴参数,完成多自由度双目立体视觉系统的快速标定,提高系统的工作效率。 相似文献

In the year 2002 publications of A.V.M. Khachatourian and A.O. Wistrom were released, in which the existence of an electrostatic torque has been claimed. This moment of force should act in a three sphere configuration, where one sphere is held at a constant electric potential. This claim was based on an observed rotation and was supported by a mathematical solution derived by Wistrom and Khachatourian. The theoretical work of Wistrom and Khachatourian as well as the interpretation of the observed rotation were criticized by several scientists who offered alternative explanations for the rotation. We therefore designed an experimental setup which enabled us to investigate the phenomenon. By performing numerous measurements, we showed that the rotation is due to asymmetric mass distribution within the sphere, which is dislocated due to electrostatic forces between the spheres. We were able to clear our measurements from this effect and observed a null result more than two orders of magnitude smaller than predicted by Khachatourian and Wistrom's theory. We therefore showed that the rotation doesn't occur in an electrostatic system within the resolution of our experiment. 相似文献

Intrinsic rotation has been observed in lower hybrid current-driven (LHCD) H-mode plasmas with type-III edge-localized modes (ELMs) on Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST), and it is found that the edge toroidal rotation accelerated before the onset of the ELM burst. Magnetic perturbation analysis shows there is a perturbation amplitude growth below 30 kHz corresponding to the edge rotation acceleration. Using the filament model, the neoclassical toroidal viscosity (NTV) code shows there is a co-current NTV torque at the edge, which may be responsible for the edge rotation acceleration. For maximum displacement ~1 cm and toroidal mode number n=15, the calculated torque density is ~0.44 N/m2, comparable with the average edge toroidal angular momentum change rate ~1.24 N/m2. Here, the 1 cm maximum magnetic surface displacement estimated from the experimental observation corresponds to a maximum magnetic perturbation ~ 10?3–10?2 T, in accordance with magnetic perturbation measurements during ELMs. By varying n from 10 to 20, the magnitude of the edge NTV torque density is mainly ~0.1–1 N/m2. This significant co-current torque indicates that the NTV theory may be important in rotation problems during ELMs in H-mode plasmas. To better illuminate the problem, magnetic surface deformation obtained from other codes is desired for a more accurate calculation. 相似文献

A circularly polarized plane wave of infinite transverse extent (δ = ∞) has no spin angular momentum, while a realistic light does carry it. This paradox originates from the presence (δ = ∞) and absence (δ ≈ 0) of the surface integral in the total angular momentum J. The same holds for the torque equation of dJ/dt, so that δ is also connected with the relative Faraday rotation angle ΘF/θF when a radius (a) of a cylindrical medium with optical activity is only a little larger than that (b) of light beam, where ΘF is the Faraday rotation angle and θF is the intrinsic Faraday rotation angle of a medium. It is shown here that it is possible to estimate δ for a realistic light from the drastic variation in ΘF/θF near b/a = 1. 相似文献

We demonstrate that the femtosecond time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr rotation oscillates with the direction of polarization of the probe beam when a sample of Al0.25Ga0.75As/GaAs multi-quantum wells is excited by a circularly polarized pump and detected by a linearly polarized probe at wavelengths from 800 to 830 nm.
