A new kind of generalized synchronization of two chaotic systems with uncertain parameters is proposed. Based on a pragmatical asymptotical stability theorem and an assumption of equal probability for ergodic initial conditions, an adaptive control law is derived so that it can be proved strictly that the common null solution of error dynamics and of parameter dynamics is actually asymptotically stable, i.e. these two identical systems are in generalized synchronization and the estimated parameters approach the uncertain values. It is called pragmatical generalized synchronization. Finally, two numerical examples are studied for two Quantum-CNN oscillator chaotic systems to show the effectiveness of the proposed generalized synchronization strategy with a double Duffing chaotic system as a goal system. 相似文献

Generalized oscillator strengths for some higher valence-shell excitations of krypton atom

The valence-shell excitations of krypton atom have been
investigated by fast electron impact with an angle-resolved
electron-energy-loss spectrometer. The generalized oscillator
strengths for some higher mixed valence-shell excitations in 4d,
4f, 5p, 5d, 6s, 6p, 7s $\leftarrow$ 4p of krypton atom have
been determined. Their profiles are discussed, and the generalized
oscillator strengths for the electric monopole and quadrupole
excitations in $5\p \leftarrow 4\p$ are compared with the calculations
of Amusia \it et al. (\it Phys. Rev. A \textbf67
022703 (2003)). The differences between the experimental results and
theoretical calculations show that more studies are needed. 相似文献

Electron-impact excitation integral cross sections play an important role in understanding the energy transfer processes in many applied physics. Practical applications require integral cross sections in a wide collision energy range from the excitation threshold to several keV. The recently developed BE-scaling method is able to meet the demands of integral cross sections for dipole-allowed transitions while the prerequisite relies on the accurate generalized oscillator strengths. Fast electron and x-ray scatterings are the conventional experimental techniques to approach the generalized oscillator strengths, and the joint study by both methods can provide credible cross-checks. The validated generalized oscillator strengths can then be used to extrapolate optical oscillator strengths by fitting the data with the Lassettre formula. The fitted curve also enables the integration of generalized oscillator strengths over the whole momentum transfer region to obtain the BE-scaled integral excitation cross sections. Here, experimental measurements by both fast electron and x-ray scattering of argon and carbon dioxide are reviewed. The integral cross sections for some low-lying states are derived from the cross-checked generalized oscillator strengths for the first time. An analytic central potential containing two adjustable parameters is used to generate wave functions for the ground and excited states of the rubidium atom. The two parameters are chosen so that the potential reproduces accurately known values of optical oscillator strengths for the 5s?np (n≧5) transitions. Using the Born approximation, we calculate generalized oscillator strengths and integrated cross sections up to 5 keV for the 5s?np excitations. Reasonable agreement with experimental data is obtained. 相似文献

By applying the standard analytical techniques of solving partial differential equations, we have obtained the exact solution in terms of the Fourier sine series to the time-dependent Schrödinger equation describing a quantum one-dimensional harmonic oscillator of time-dependent frequency confined in an infinite square well with the two walls moving along some parametric trajectories. Based upon the orthonormal basis of quasi-stationary wave functions, the exact propagator of the system has also been analytically derived. Special cases like (i) a confined free particle, (ii) a confined time-independent harmonic oscillator, and (iii) an aging oscillator are examined, and the corresponding time-dependent wave functions are explicitly determined. Besides, the approach has been extended to solve the case of a confined generalized time-dependent harmonic oscillator for someparametric moving boundaries as well. 相似文献

The entanglement of two qubits is investigated in the range of their ultra-strongly coupling with a quantum oscillator. The two qubits are initially in four Bell states and they are under the control mechanism of the coherent state of the quantum oscillator. There are four parameters: the average number of the coherent state, the ultra-strong coupling strength, the ratio of two frequencies of qubit and oscillator, and the inter-interaction coupling of the two qubits in the mechanism, and they all are influential parameters on the entanglement of the two qubits. One Bell state |0>is easyily kept and is trivial case. The novel results show that there is one state |I0> among the other three Bell states which the entanglement of the two qubits could be almost completely preserved. The possibility is made into reality by the appropriate choice of the four influential parameters. We give two different schemes to choose the respective parameters to maintain the entanglment of |I0> almost undiminished. The results will be useful for the quantum information process. 相似文献

A generalized relativistic harmonic oscillator for spin 1/2 particles is studied. The eigenfunctions and eigenenergies are obtained for the ring-shaped non-spherical harmonic oscillator by solving Dirac equation with equal mixture of vector and scalar potentials in opposite signs, for which pseudospin symmetry is exact. We describe experimental studies of the dynamical behavior of a recently proposed electro-optic discrete time nonlinear delay oscillator. With appropriate choice of the oscillator loop parameters and external forcing of the dynamics using a pulsed laser source, the system allows for the physical realization of a high dimensional mathematical nonlinear mapping. The dynamical features observed with this new class of discrete time delay oscillator differ significantly from those observed with similar continuous time nonlinear delay feedback oscillators and reveal the intrinsic discrete time nature of the dynamics. We also discuss specific applications to chaos communications using regularly clocked binary data. 相似文献

We examine the possibility of obtaining the transference of the squeezing effect between two coupled oscillators, one of them described by a quadratic Hamiltonian in terms of the ladder operators, the other one being a linear harmonic oscillator, plus an interaction term. We obtain an exact solution for the time evolution of our coupled system which allows us to find the variances for one and two-mode oscillations. It is shown that the squeezing generated in one of the oscillators may or may not spread to the other oscillator, depending on the choice of the involved parameters. This paper presents a generalized field analysis method for calculating the external circuit impedances looking outside from the active devices of some millimeter wave oscillators. For a simple oscillator model with a radial disc and a diode existing in a rectangular waveguide, the numerical results are in agreement with the experimental data. Impedance characteristics for several different oscillator configurations are given, and some useful conclusions for oscillator design are derived. 相似文献

The Greens function oscillator expansion method and the generalized Strutinsky smoothing procedure are applied to shell corrections in the heaviest elements. A macroscopic-microscopic method with a finite deformed Woods-Saxon potential is used. The stability condition for the shell correction is discussed in detail and the parameters defining the smoothing procedure are carefully determined. It is demonstrated that the spurious contribution to the total binding energy due to the unphysical particle gas that appears in the standard method can be as large as 1.5 MeV for weakly bound neutron-rich superheavy nuclei, but the effect on energy differences (e.g., alpha-decay values) is fairly small. 相似文献
