The title complex Co(L)2Cl·4H2O I has been achieved via self-assembly by incorporating cobalt into 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazonate ligand, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, mass spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a=10.227(3), b=17.363(4), c=17.459(4), β=100.408(4)o, V=3049.2(13)3, Z=4, Mr=677.08, Dc=1.475 g/cm3, μ(MoKα)=0.834 mm-1, F(000)=1400, the final R=0.0747 and wR=0.0896 for 1663 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complex contains one six-coordinated cobalt ion connected by two thiosemicarbazone ligands which act as a tridentate ligand to coordinate with the center metal atoms via two pyridyl nitrogen atoms, two imine nitrogen atoms and two sulfur atoms giving rise to a mononuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds existing in the complex link the different com-ponents to stabilize the crystal structure. The antitumor activity of the title complex was tested against A549 lung cancer cell line. Complex I exhibits antitumor activity.  相似文献

A planar copper complex Cu(L)2,HL=(E)-benzyl-2-(4-formylbenzylidene)-Hydrazinecarbodithioate,has been prepared via the template effect of copper ion. Crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray singlecrystal diffraction analysis. The crystal data for this complex:Orthorhombic,space group Pbcn,a=2.250 0(14) nm,b=1.660 0(11) nm,c=0.830 4(5) nm,V=3.102(3) nm3,Z=4,μ=1.011 mm-1,Dc=1.478 g·cm-3,F(000)=1 420,R1= 0.050 1,wR2=0.087 2 (observed reflections with I2σ(I)) and R1=0.129 1,wR2=0.100 9 (all reflections) GOF= 1.011. In the compound,Cu(Ⅱ) atom is four-coordinated with two N atoms and two S atoms from two bidentate ligands and located in the inversion center. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the complex exhibits distinct antitumor activity.  相似文献

合成了十五种3,6-(二甲氨基)-二苯并碘六环稀土二(氨三乙酸)配合物,[C17H20N2I]3{RE[N(CH2CO2)3]2}.nH2O(RE=La, Eu, Er. n=3; RE=Ce-Nd, b-Ho, Tm,Yb. Y. n=4; RE=Sm, Gd, Lu. n=5). 利用X射线粉末衍射, 热重-差热分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、^1H-NMR及摩尔电导等对这些配合物进行了表征. 实验表明, 镧配合物对体外L1210癌细胞生长有较好的抑制效果, 对小鼠S180肿瘤生长的抑制效果高于其前体.  相似文献

A new complex,[Cd(L)2(pbda)]n(1,L = 3-(2-pyridyl)-4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-5-(2-thienyl)-1,2,4-triazole,H2pbda = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid),has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and PXRD.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 8.2929(9),b = 21.668(2),c = 10.9940(11) ,β = 90.242(2)o,V = 1975.5(4) 3,Z = 2,C44H32N8O6S2Cd,Mr = 945.30,Dc = 1.589 g/cm3,μ = 0.721 mm-1,S = 1.097,F(000) = 960,the final R = 0.0590 and wR = 0.1045 for 3846 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).In the title complex,the rigid bridging pbda2-ligands utilize oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups to coordinate with Cd(II) atoms to form one-dimensional chains which are further interlinked into a three-dimension framework via the intermolecular weak interactions.Photoluminescence study revealed that complex 1 exhibits strong fluorescent emission band in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The assembly of rigid 1, 4-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L) and Cd(OAc)2·2H2O affords an entangled complex [Cd(L)2(OAc)2]n (1) which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, elemental analysis and PXRD. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.2603(9), b = 11.8162(13), c = 14.4138(16), β = 105.309(2)o, V = 1356.9(3)3, Z = 2, C28H26CdN8O4, Mr = 650.97, Dc = 1.593 g/cm3, μ = 0.856 mm?1, S = 1.015, F(000) = 660, the final R = 0.0456 and wR = 0.1366 for 2532 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). 1 possesses [Cd(L)2]n layer motifs, and parallel sets of layer motifs aggregate into a 2D + 2D → 3D mutually interpenetrated system. Photoluminescence study revealed that complex 1 exhibits strong fluorescent emission bands in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The title complex Ni3(C14H8N3O5)2(C5H5N)4 has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxy-N′-(4- nitrobenzoyl)benzohydraizide with nickel acetate in pyridine solution. Its molecular structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray crystal structure determination. Crystal data for this compound: Mono- clinic, space group P21/c, Mr=1 089.00, a=0.249 27(5) nm, b=0.161 40(3) nm, c=0.121 81(2) nm, β=94.59(3)°, V= 4.885 2(17) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.481 Mg·m-3, F(000)=2 232, R1=0.049 7, wR2=0.106 8 (observed reflections with I2σ(I)) and R1=0.105 1, wR2=0.119 4 (all reflections), GOF=1.021. The complex was evaluated for their antitumor activi- ties against two kinds of cell lines (K562 and BGC) by MTT method. A preliminary bioactivity study indicates that the complex shows distinct antitumor activity.  相似文献

A novel compound N-(4-methylbenzyl)-4-(3-fluorophenyl)-4-piperidinol hydrochloride has been synthesized and its structure (C19H23ClFNO, Mr = 335.83) was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.2163(6), b = 10.7905(9), c = 12.2651(10) A, α = 109.576(2),β = 98.407(2),γ= 95.956(2)°, V= 878.14(13)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.270 g/cm^3,μ = 0.231 mm^-1, F(000) = 356, S = 1.100, the final R = 0.0525 and wR = 0.1425 for 3206 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0140) with 2736 observed ones (I 〉 2σ(I)). The piperidine ring exhibits a chair conformation. The dihedral angle made by the methyl- and fluoro-substituted benzene rings is 66.84(7)°. There are some intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among the molecules, which stabilize the whole crystal structure. The preliminary biological activity tests indicate good herbicidal activity for the title compound, in particular against the roots of some tested plants (such as Brassica campestris L. and Echinochloa crusgallis L.).  相似文献

The new compound 3-(2-pyridyl)-4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-5-(2-thienyl)-1,2,4-triazole L was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,UV and photoluminescent spectra.The complex CoL2(NCS)2 was prepared by the reaction of ligand L with Co(SCN)2,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR,UV,elemental analysis and MS.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=13.7639(19),b=7.6641(11),c=18.409(3),β=101.549(3)o,V = 1902.6(5) 3,Z=2,C38H28CoN10O2S4,Mr=843.87,Dc=1.473 g/cm3,μ=0.720 mm-1,S=1.075,F(000)=866.0,the final R=0.0825 and wR=0.2149 for 2566 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).In the crystal structure,the cobalt atom adopts a distorted octahedral environment with two NCS-ions in the axial positions and two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane.The extended 2D network of the complex is formed by intermolecular C-H…N hydrogen bonds together with π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The neutral tetradentate ligand 1,6-bis(2'-pyridyl)-2,5-dithiahexane (N(2)S(2)), containing two thioether functions, reacts with [VX(2)L(4)] (X = Br, L(4) = 2 tmeda (tmeda = Me(2)NCH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)); X = I, L = tetrahydrofuran (THF)) and [VX(3)(THF)(3)] (X = Br, I) to form the complexes [VX(2)(N(2)S(2))] (1) and [VX(2)(N(2)S(2))]X (2), respectively. [V(2)(mu-Cl)(3)(THF)(6)]I and N(2)S(2) yield the V(IV) complex [VOCl(N(2)S(2)]I (3). The pentadentate, dianionic ligand 2,6-bis(2'-mercaptophenylthio)dimethylpyridine, NS(2)S'(2)(2-), which contains two thioether (S) and two thiophenolate (S') functions, reacts with [VBr(3)(THF)(3)] to afford [VBr(NS(2)S'(2))] (4). The complex [VO(Cl)S'NS'] (5; H(2)S'NS' is the Schiff base formed between o-mercaptoaniline and o-mercaptobenzaldehyde) is obtained by redox interaction between [VCl(3)(THF)(3)] and 2,2'-dithiodibenzaldehyde in the presence of o-mercaptoaniline. The crystal and molecular structures have been obtained for 3. THF, 4. THF, and 5. n-C(5)H(12). The relevance of these compounds and their formation for the interaction between vanadium and thiofunctional biomolecules is addressed.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(L)Cl2]n (L = 2,5-di-2-pyridyl-1,3,4-oxodiazole) 1, has mixture solvent of CH3CN and CH2Cl2 (L is generated from the metal-assisted hydrolysis reaction of bptz) and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in space group C2/c of monoclinic system with cell parameters: a = 9.812(2), b = 12.679(3), c = 1 1.111(2) A, β = 103.92(3)°, V = 1341.6(5)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.776 g/cm3, Mr= 358.66, F(000) = 716, μ = 2.024 mm-1 and S = 1.004. The final R = 0.0346 and wR = 0.0938 for 1011 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Cu( Ⅱ ) ion is six-coordinated by four N atoms of two L ligands and two Cl- ions in a distorted octahedral geometry. The ligand L acts as a bis-bidentate ligand to bridge the Cu( Ⅱ ) ions, resulting in an infinite chain structure.  相似文献

The sugar-modified Schiff base ligand benzyl 2-deoxy-2-salicylideneamino-alpha-D-glucopyranoside H 2L, prepared by condensation of salicylaldehyde and the monomeric chitosan analogue benzyl 2-deoxy-2-amino-alpha-D-glucopyranoside, reacts with copper(II) acetate to form a self-assembled, alkoxo-bridged tetranuclear homoleptic copper(II) complex [{Cu(L)}4] (4) with Cu4O4 heterocubane core. The chiral complex 4 crystallizes in the space group P2 12 12 1. The tetranuclear complex 4 is composed of two dinuclear {Cu(L)}2 entities linked by the four mu 3-bridging C-3 alkoxide oxygen atoms of the sugar backbone. The preorganization of the dimeric {Cu(L)}2 entities is enforced by strong hydrogen bonds between the phenolate oxygen atom and the C-4 hydroxy group of the two constituting chiral monomeric building blocks. Therefore the Cu4O4 core can be classified as a type I or 2 + 4 cubane. The chirality of the structure is confirmed by circular dichroism (CD) spectra, which reveal a significant dichroism associated with the copper centered transitions at around 600 nm. Temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate ferromagnetic exchange interactions in complex 4. Fitting of the experimental data with a two J model based on the 2 + 4 topology ( H = - J1(S1S3 + S2S4) - J2(S1 + S3)(S2 + S4)) leads to exchange coupling constants of J1 = 64 and J2 = 4 cm(-1). The observed ferromagnetic coupling can be attributed to the very small Cu-O-Cu bridging angles within the Cu2O2 core of the constituting dimeric entities, which are a result of the conformational requirements introduced by the sugar backbone. 4 is not only the first example of an alkoxo-bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complex with Cu4O4 core representing the 2 + 4 cubane class with ferromagnetic ground state but also a rare example for the class of molecules combining a ferromagnetic ground state with optical activity. The ferromagnetic S = 2 ground state of 4 is confirmed by magnetization measurements and ESR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The structure of the complex [CuII(PuPy)](ClO4)2 (PuPy = L = 1,8-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,7-diazaoctadiene-1,7) and the structure of the corresponding copper(I) complex were determined. In CuIIL(ClO4)2, a model compound with CuZnSOD activity, the unit CuIIL2+ has a tetrahedrally distorted square-planar N4 coordination geometry. The copper(I) complex with L was found to be dimeric, (CuIL)2(ClO4)2.DMF (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). The binuclear unit (CuIL)2(2+) has a helical structure with two ligands L bridging the two copper atoms to provide tetrahedral N4 coordination of each copper(I). In solutions of (CuIL)2(ClO4)2.DMF, solvent-dependent dissociation occurs according to D reversible 2M (D = (CuIL)2(2+); M = CuILSx+; S = solvent). Stopped-flow spectrophotometry was used to determine the rate constants for the dissociation of the dimer D (kM) and dimerization of the monomer M (kD) for S = acetonitrile and DMF. Equilibrium constants Kdim = kM/kD were determined spectrophotometrically. In aqueous solution, the oxidation of the dimer (CuIL)2(2+) by CoIII(NH3)5Cl2+ and cis- and trans-CoIII(en)2Cl2+ follows a second-order rate law, rate = kox[(CuIL)2(2+)][Co(III)]. Data for rate constant kox and for the activation parameters delta H++ and delta S++ are presented. In DMF, the oxidation of (CuIL)2(2+) by CoIII(NH3)5Cl2+ occurs via the monomer CuIL(DMF)x+ and the dissociation of (CuIL)2(2+) becomes rate-controlling. The reduction of CuIIL2+ by RuII(edta)H2O2- was found to be too fast to be resolved by stopped-flow spectrophotometry. The kinetic results are discussed mechanistically in terms of the redox switch aspects of the system.  相似文献

A new mononuclear tin(IV) complex [Sn(edt)2L]·CH2Cl2 (edt = ethane-1,2-dithio- late, L = di-2-pyridyl-ketone p-phenyldiamine) was obtained by a one-pot reaction which involves in situ formation of a new Schiff-base ligand L. The title compound (C22H24Cl2N4S4Sn) crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.438(1), b = 12.2657(10), c = 17.1477(13) (A), β = 99.323(1)o, V = 2789.1(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Mr = 662.28, Dc = 1.577g/cm3, F(000) = 1328, μ = 1.426 mm(1, the final R = 0.0450 and wR = 0.1077 for 3868 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title compound, Sn4+ ion is six-coordinated with four sulfur atoms of two edt ligands and two nitrogen atoms of the ligand di-2-pyridyl-ketone p-phenyldiamine to form a highly distorted octahedron.  相似文献

A new silver(Ⅰ) compound 4 containing thiosemicarbazone with group 2-quinoline was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and fluorescence spectrum. Compound 4 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 12.2710(9), b = 16.9281(13), c = 17.2984(13), α = 112.8500(10), β = 103.4890(10), γ = 102.6860(10)°, V = 3020.9(4) 3, C80H94Ag6N28O6S6, Mr = 2383.41, Dc = 1.310 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.108 mm-1, F(000) = 1196, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0567 and wR = 0.1368 for 5112 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Similar to the structure of compound 2 we have reported, compound 4 also exhibits a hexanuclear silver(Ⅰ) cluster. In the cluster, the S atom of ligand L4 (L4 = 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) serves as a triply bridged chelator to connect the six silver atoms into a Ag6L46 cluster. The luminescence property of 4 is investigated at room temperature and compared with that of 2.  相似文献

2,4-Diiodo-6-[(2-morpholin-4-yl-ethylimino)-methyl]-phenol-copper(Ⅱ) has been designed and synthesized.The structure was determined by UV,IR and single-crystal X-ray study.The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=6.6090(13),b=10.377(2),c=12.550(3),α=113.29(3),β=93.84(3),γ=98.31(3)°,V=774.9(3)3,Dc=2.215g/cm3,C26H30CuO4N4I4,Mr=1033.68,F(000)=487,μ=4.726 mm-1,Z=1,the final R=0.0563 and wR=0.1475 for 2101 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).The central copper(Ⅱ) is four-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from two 3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde-2-morpholinoethylamine Schiff bases.The complex is linked into a column by π-π stacking interaction.The complex was assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram positive bacterial strains(B.subtilis,S.aureus and S.faecalis) and three Gram negative bacterial strains(E.coli,P.aeruginosa and E.cloacae) by MTT method.Fortunately,the title complex shows potent antibacterial activity against these six bacterial strains.  相似文献

使用质子核磁共振方法测定了新的抗癌活性配合物cis-[Pt(NH3)2(4-mepy)Cl]+与甲基-谷胱甘肽(GS-Me)的反应及其动力学.结果表明Pt与GS-Me间形成1:1加合物.为了解结合部位,对Pt-GS-Me配合物进行pH滴定,由GS-Me的质子核磁共振谱对pH的依赖关系判断Gs-Me只通过S原子与Pt配位,而氨基和羧基不参与配位反应.由配体吡啶环质子核磁共振随时间的变化,提出了两步反应机制:首先GS-Me通过S原子与Pt配位,然后由于S配位的高度反位效应使反应的NH3活动化.通过1HNMR方法测定了第一步反应的速率常数k=0.017L·mol-1·s-1(pH3.1)和k=0.013L·mol-1·s-1(pH7.2).  相似文献

X-ray diffraction shows the existence of weak complementary intramolecular N-H…O (DA) hydrogen bonds which further strengthen the coordination from the two L ligands with the Cu(II) ion, intermolecular C-H…O hydrogen bonds and weak π…π stacking interactions, leading to the formation of a multi-dimen- sional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) nitrite complex Cd2(H2C3PIm)2(BDC)(NO2)2(1,H2C3PIm = 2,2'-(1,3-propanediyl)bis(1H-benzimidazole),H2BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction in formamide,and its structure(C42H36Cd2N10O8,Mr = 1033.61) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 0.9859(5),b = 0.8936(5),c = 2.3188(5) nm,β = 97.576(5)°,V = 2.025(16) nm3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.695 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.118 mm-1,F(000) = 1036,S = 1.017,the final R = 0.0304 and wR = 0.0752 for 3761 reflections with I > 2σ(I).The centrosymmetric complex 1 contains a dimer in which two distorted octahedral Cd(II) centers are bridged by BDC ligand and chelated by H2C3PIm.The units of the complex are linked via weak N-H···O hydrogen bonds between the nitrito and the BDC ligands,leading to the formation of a 1D zigzag chain along the b axis.The π-π packing interactions contribute to the formation of a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.The complex exhibits strong photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献
