A sesquiterpene glucoside has been isolated from a tissue culture ofScorzonera hispanica, and its structure has been established by mass spectrometry and two-dimensional NMR as 6,9-dihydroxy-4,10,14,15-tetradehydroguaian-6,12-olide 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. The screening of several Chinese medicinal herbs for nematocidal properties showed that the ethanol extract of Liriope muscari fibrous roots possessed significant nematocidal activity against the pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus). From the ethanol extract, a new constituent (1,4-epoxy-cis-eudesm-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside) and three known glycosides [1β,6α-dihydroxy-cis-eudesm-3-ene-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (liriopeoside A), 1β,6β-dihydroxy-cis-eudesm-3-ene-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and 1α,6β-dihydroxy-5,10-bis-epi-eudesm-4(15)-ene-6-O-β D-glucopyranoside] were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation. The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR and MS techniques. 1,4-Epoxy-cis-eudesm-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside possessed moderate nemato-cidal activity against B. xylophilus with a LC(50 )value of 339.76 μg/mL, while liriopeoside A (LC(50) = 82.84 μg/mL) and 1β,6β-dihydroxy-cis-eudesm-3-ene-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (LC(50) = 153.39 μg/mL) also exhibited nematocidal activity against B. xylophilus. The crude extract of L. muscari fibrous roots exhibited nematocidal activity against the pine wood nematode with a LC(50) value of 182.56 μg/mL.  相似文献

From the leaves of Alangium kurzii, a new tetrahydroisoquinoline-monoterpene glucoside, 6-O-methyl-N-deacetylipecosidic acid and a new iridoid glucoside, 10-O-benzoyladoxosidic acid, were isolated along with alangiside, demethylalangiside, 6'-O-beta-D-glucosylhenryoside, uridine and four known flavonoid glycosides. A profiling analysis for the methanol extract of the seeds of Vaccaria hispanica (Mill.) Rauschert was performed using a HPLC-ESI-MS technique. Five compounds were identified according to their retention times, UV spectroscopic and MS features, and by comparison with literature data. Among them, a new flavonoid glycoside, named vaccarin H, was isolated and the structure determined by spectral and chemical analysis as isovitexin 2"-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-4'-O-(6"-O-dihydroferuloyl)-3-beta-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene kalinturoside A (1), and 17 known compounds friedelan-3-ol (2), 24-ethyl-5a-cholesta-7, 22(E)-dien-3-one (3), friedelin (4), syringaresinol (5), α-spinasterol (6), ciwujiatone (7), syringic acid (8), scopoletin (9), apocynin (10), 1-(3-hydroxy-4, 5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethan-1-one (11), apigenin (12), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (13), stigmasterol-3-O-β-d-glucopy-ranoside (14), bidenoside C (15), citrusin (16), irioresinol A (17) and syringaresinol-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (18) were isolated from the herbs of Kalimeris integrifolia. The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic techniques such as NMR and MS. All of the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.  相似文献

A new alloaromadendrane-type sesquiterpene,(-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1),has been isolated from the aerial part of Caragana intermediia.The structure of (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1)was established by spectroscopic methods, including X-ray analysis that provided its relative stereochemistry.Bioassay showed that (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol (1)possesses anti-pyricularia oryzae P-2b activity with MIC value of 10μg/mL.  相似文献

A new triterpenoid glucoside, leuctriterpencoside (1), along with two known compounds (2–3) were isolated from Leucas zeylanica. The structure of the new compound was elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic methods. A new alpha-methylanthraquinone glucoside, laccaic acid D 8-o-beta-D-glucoside, and six known anthraquinones have been isolated from the aqueous alcoholic extract of Emex spinosus (L.) Campd. (Polygonaceae), together with two known flavonol glycosides. In addition to 5,7,3′-trihydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxyflavone, 5,7,3′-trihydroxy-6,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone, isoscutellarein, luteolin, and luteolin-7-O-glucoside, the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Stachys aegyptiaca yielded a new flavone identified as luteolin 3′,4′-dimethylether-7-O-β-D-glucoside on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. A new sesquiterpene, eupatolide 13-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (eupatolide-II, 1), lactone glucoside, along with 15 known compounds, were isolated from the whole plant of Inula salsoloides (Asteraceae). Dichloromethane extract and compounds 111 were used to investigate insecticidal activities against vegetable important pest, striped flea beetle (Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius). None of the samples show any toxicity under concentration of 500 times, while compound 1 and the extract had toxic effect when the concentration increased to 250 times. But the corrected mortality of compound 1 and the extract were only 44.83 and 13.80%, respectively. Compound 11 (inulasalene) showed repellency effect in the no-choice test, and the repellency rate was 70%. Compounds 1 and 3 (inulasalsolide) showed the antifeeding rates of 65.22 and 47.06%, respectively. Compound 10 (11β,13-dihydrogeneupatolide) showed strong attractive effects on the adults, while the difference of injured area between the treatment and control was also not significant.  相似文献

A novel trinorguaiane-type sesquiterpene named radicol (1), together with a known sesquiterpene dictamnol (2), was isolated from the petroleum ether-EtOAc-MeOH extracts of the root of Dictamnus radicis Cortex. A new sesquiterpene lactone, 5-isopropyl-3-methyl-2,4,7-trimethoxy-8,1-naphthalene carbolactone (1) together with a known naphthoquinone, 8-formyl-7-hydroxy-5-isopropyl-2-methoxy-3-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone (2) were isolated from the root bark of Bombax malabaricum.
