The efficient regioselective and stereospecific synthesis of tetrasubstituted olefins using a mild and convenient method is disclosed. 2-Alkynyl esters are selectively converted to E-beta-chloro-alpha-iodo-alpha,beta-unsaturated esters by exposure to Bu4NI in refluxing dichloroethane. These products are produced cleanly, regio- and stereoselectively, and in high yields. Single-isomer tetrasubstituted olefins bearing four different carbon substituents are then synthesized by sequential palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions. Selectivity results from reactivity differences in the intermediate substrates.  相似文献

The Et3B-initiated reaction of gamma-unsubstituted propargyl alcohols with dibutylchlorostannane (Bu2SnClH) at low temperature gave (Z)-vinylstannanes with high regio- and stereoselectivity. The corresponding alkyl propargyl ethers also underwent regio- and stereoselective homolytic hydrostannylation with Bu2SnClH; however, the regioselectivity was not so high as that with the propargyl alcohols.  相似文献

In the presence of Bu(4)NI (3 equiv) and 4-fluorostyrene (20 mol %), unreactive primary and secondary alkylzinc iodides undergo nickel-catalyzed cross-couplings with various primary alkyl iodides or bromides. More reactive secondary dialkylzincs and the mixed zinc organometallics RZnTMSM undergo the cross-coupling reaction in the absence of Bu(4)NI. The bicyclic secondary diorganozinc 6 prepared via boron-zinc exchange reacts with high retention of configuration. Free NH-groups are tolerated in the cross-coupling allowing the synthesis of aminated products.  相似文献

Transition-metal-catalyzed coupling of two different C-C pi components through a metallacycle intermediate is a highly atom economical method to construct C-C bonds in organic synthesis. The metal-catalyzed coupling of an alkene and alkyne generally gives an Alder-ene or reductive coupling product. In this article, we focus on the cobalt- and nickel-catalyzed reductive coupling of alkynes, allenes, and alkenes with alkenes. These reductive coupling reactions provide convenient methods for the synthesis of various alkenes, dienes, functionalized alkanes, lactones, lactams, and cyclic alcohols in a highly regio- and stereoselective manner. A chemselective formation of metallacyclopentene intermediate from the two different C-C pi components and a low-valence metal species plays a key role for the high regio- and stereoselectivity of the catalytic reaction.  相似文献

A new stereoselective synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes is developed. Hydrophosphoryloxylation of haloalkynes provides Z-alkenyl halophosphates, which undergo Pd-catalyzed consecutive cross-coupling reactions to afford regio- and stereodefined trisubstituted alkenes.  相似文献

A tandem cross metathesis (CM)--ring-closing metathesis (RCM) sequence to form cyclic siloxanes is reported. This new enyne metathesis platform expands the scope and utility of the regio- and stereoselective cross metathesis reaction between silylated alkynes and terminal alkenes. The initial cross metathesis was directed to occur on the alkyne by employing sterically hindered mono-, di-, and trisubstituted alkenes tethered to the alkyne via silyl ether. The regio- and stereoselectivity feature of the initial CM step in this tandem CM-RCM process is identical to that of the CM reactions of silylated alkynes and alkenes. This tandem sequence provides both synthetically useful silylated 1,3-diene building blocks and insights into the reaction mechanism of the enyne metathesis reaction.  相似文献

A comparative study of the regio- and stereo-chemical behaviour of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of a series of alkenes with 1-pyrroline 1-oxide and 2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyridine 1-oxide has been carried out. The high degree of both regio- and stereochemical control observed in these reactions has been explained in terms of frontier orbital interaction, steric factors, and secondary orbital interaction in the transition state. While most common alkenes (both mono- and 1,1-di-substituted) gave 2-substituted cycloadducts, highly polarized alkene dimethyl methylenemalonate afforded mainly regioisomeric 3-substituted cycloadduct. Significant secondary orbital interaction is observed with the non-conjugated substituents, hydroxymethyl and its derivatives.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Bu2Sn(OTf)H (1a), easily prepared from Bu2SnH2 and TfOH, was found to be very valuable for highly regio- and stereoselective hydrostannylation of various propargyl alcohols leading to (Z)-gamma-stannylated allyl alcohols. The stannylation with 1a is applicable to the synthesis of hydroxy-substituted (Z)-vinylstannanes from terminal alkynes bearing a hydroxy group at the homoallylic or bishomoallylic position. The coordination of the hydroxy group to the Lewis acidic tin center plays an important role for the observed regio- and stereochemistry.  相似文献

Lewis acids such as ZrCl(4) or HfCl(4) catalyze the hydrostannation of acetylenes 1 by tributyltin hydride to produce the cis vinylstannanes 2 by regio- and stereoselective anti-hydrostannation. The hydrostannation of acetylenes using dibutyltin dihydride was also catalyzed by ZrCl(4) to give the stereodefined Z-Z divinyltin derivatives 4 by an anti-hydrostannation pathway. The use of nonpolar solvents such as toluene or hexane was essential for obtaining high stereoselectivity and chemical yield. Since ZrCl(4) and HfCl(4) are not soluble in such solvents, the hydrostannations were carried out in a heterogeneous system. The reactions of internal acetylenes with Bu(3)SnH proceeded smoothly, although the use of stoichiometric amounts of ZrCl(4) gave better results. The ZrCl(4)-catalyzed hydrostannation at 0 degrees C gave better yields and stereoselectivities than the reaction at room temperature. To help clalify the reason, the reaction of Bu(3)SnH with ZrCl(4) was monitored by (1)H and (119)Sn NMR spectroscopy, and it was found that Bu(3)SnH reacted with ZrCl(4) at room temperature to afford a mixture of tributyltin hydride, dibutyltin dihydride, and tetrabutyltin.  相似文献

The first productive reactions of a characterized metallacyclobutene complex with alkenes are reported. Thus, the metallacyclobutene complex (eta5-C5H5)(PPh3)Co[kappa2-(C,C)-C(SO2Ph) C(Si(CH3)3)CH(CO2CH2CH3)] (2) undergoes reaction with alkenes to give 1,4-diene complexes with a high degree of regio- and stereoselectivity. A mechanism is proposed in which the metallacyclobutene generates a cyclic vinylcarbene intermediate that undergoes [4 + 2]-cycloaddition reactions with activated alkenes. A model of the vinylcarbene intermediate has been examined using quantum mechanical methods.  相似文献

Utilizing an improved methodology for the synthesis of allyldibromoborane, 1,3-dienes, styrene, and even isolated alkenes could be carbometalated in high yield regio- and stereospecifically at 0 degree C. Synthetic methods that achieve oxidative 1,2-difunctionalization of alkenes are very powerful in organic chemistry. Here we report the first examples of intermolecular Pd-catalyzed aminoacetoxylation of alkenes with phthalimide as the nitrogen source and PhI(OAc)2 as the stoichiometric oxidant and source of acetate. These reactions are highly regio- and diastereoselective, and mechanistic studies reveal that the reaction proceeds via cis-aminopalladation of the alkene followed by oxidative cleavage of the intermediate Pd-C bond with inversion of stereochemistry.  相似文献

The Pd(0)-catalyzed regio- and stereoselective addition of organoboronic acids to allenes leads to stereodefined tri- or tetrasubstituted alkenes. Furthermore, this method shows high substitutent-loading capability and tolerance of various substitutents. The kinetic constants and activation parameters for the reactions of Br(3)(-) and ICl(2)(-) with some alkenes and alkynes have been determined in the ionic liquids [bmim][PF(6)], [emim][Tf(2)N], [bmim][Tf(2)N], [hmim][TF(2)N], [bm(2)im][Tf(2)N], and [bpy][TF(2)N] (where emim = 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium, bmim = 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium, hmim = 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium, bm(2)im = 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium, bpy = butylpyridinium, PF(6) = hexafluorophosphate, and Tf(2)N = bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide) and in 1,2-dichloroethane. The rates of both reactions increase on going from 1,2-dichloroethane to ILs. Evidence suggests that, while the hydrogen bonding ability of the imidazolium cation is probably the main factor able to increase the rate of the addition of ICl(2)(-) to double and triple bonds, this property has no effect on the electrophilic addition of Br(3)(-) to alkenes and alkynes. Furthermore, in the case of the ICl(2)(-) reaction, the hydrogen bonding ability of ILs can be exploited to suppress the unwanted nucleophilic substitution reaction on the products by the Cl(-) anion.  相似文献

In the presence of Co(PPh3)2I2, PPh3, water, and zinc powder, the reaction of alkynes (R1CCR2: R1 = Ph, R2 = Me (1a); R1 = Ph, R2 = Ph (1b); R1 = Et, R2 = Et (1c); R1 = Ph, R2 = (CH2)3OH (1d); R1 = CO2Et, R2 = Ph (1e); R1 = CO2Me, R2 = (CH2)4CH3 (1f); R1 = CO2Et, R2 = SiMe3 (1g)) with alkenes having an electron-withdrawing substituent (CH2=CHR: R = CO2Bu (2a), CN (2b), SO2Ph (2c) and CO2Me (2d)) proceeded smoothly in acetonitrile to give the corresponding reductive coupling products (R1HC=CR2CH2CH2R, 3a-j) in fair to excellent yields. This reductive coupling is highly regio- and stereoselective; only one isomer was observed for each reaction. The results of an isotope-labeling experiment using D2O (99%) to replace normal water for the reductive coupling of vinyl phenyl sulfone 2c with alkyne 1a revealed that the product is E-Ph(D)C=CMeCH2CH(D)SO2Ph deuterated at the olefinic proton and one of the protons of the alpha-methylene group in 84 and 96%, respectively. Possible mechanisms for this highly regio- and stereoselective ene-yne catalytic reaction are proposed.  相似文献

From the readily available allylic alcohols or allylic amines, a novel Pd(II)-CuCl2-catalyzed haloamination reaction of alkenes with high chemo-, regio-, and diastereo-selectivity was developed. A palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction of in-situ generated benzylic iodides and styrenes has been achieved. The reaction proceeds in a one-pot manner through 1) addition perfluoroalkyl iodides to styrenes to give benzylic iodides, 2) followed by a palladium-catalyzed Heck coupling of the resulting benzylic iodides with the same alkenes in high regio- and stereoselectivity. A variety of perfluoroalkylated alkenes were obtained in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献
