Neutral and cationic mononuclear complexes containing both group 15 and polypyridyl ligands [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)Cl2] [1; tptz=2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(kappa2-dppm)Cl]BF4 [2; dppm=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(pa)]Cl (3; pa=phenylalanine), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(dtc)]Cl (4; dtc=diethyldithiocarbamate), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(SCN)2] (5) and [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(N3)2] (6) have been synthesized. Complex 1 has been used as a metalloligand in the synthesis of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Ru(eta6-C6H6)Cl]BF4 (7), [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(mu-tptz)Ru(eta6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (8), and [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Rh(eta5-C5Me5)Cl]BF4 (9). Complexes 7-9 present examples of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes in which a typical organometallic moiety [(eta6-C6H6)RuCl]+, [(eta6-C10H14)RuCl]+, or [(eta5-C5Me5)RhCl]+ is bonded to a ruthenium(II) polypyridine moiety. The complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, fast-atom-bombardment mass spectroscopy, NMR (1H and 31P), and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structures of 1-3, 8, and 9 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Complex 1 functions as a good precursor in the synthesis of other ruthenium(II) complexes and as a metalloligand. All of the complexes under study exhibit inhibitory effects on the Topoisomerase II-DNA activity of filarial parasite Setaria cervi and beta-hematin/hemozoin formation in the presence of Plasmodium yoelii lysate.  相似文献

Complexes [PPh3Cu(Tr(Mes,Me))] (1), [PPh3Cu(Tr(Me,o-Py))] (2), and [PPh3Cu(Br(Mes)pz(o-Py))] (3) (Tr(Mes,Me) = hydrotris[1,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-mesityl-5-thioxo-1,2,4-triazolyl]borate; Tr(Me,o-Py) = hydrotris[1,4-dihydro-4-methyl-3-(2-pyridyl)-5-thioxo-1,2,4-triazolyl]borate; Br(Mes)pz(o-Py) = hydro[bis(thioxotriazolyl)-3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazolyl]borate; PPh3 = triphenylphosphine) were synthesized by the reaction of dinuclear complexes [Cu(Tr(Mes,Me))]2, [Cu(Tr(Me,o-Py))]2, [Cu(Br(Mes)pz(o-Py))]2, and PPh3. 1-3 were characterized by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy and ESI-mass spectrometry. Crystal structure analyses were performed for 1 and 2. Both complexes crystallize in the triclinic P space group with the metal in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry (S3P coordination) bound by a kappa3-S3 ligand and a PPh3 molecule. The solution molecular structures were investigated by means of variable-temperature (210-310 K, CDCl3, 1-2; 200-310 K, CD2Cl2, 3) and NOESY NMR spectroscopy. The solution structures of 1-2 are in accordance with the X-ray structures, and the complexes do not exhibit fluxional behavior. On the other hand, 3 is subject to an equilibrium between two species with a coalescing temperature of approximately 260 K. DFT geometry optimizations suggest that the major species of 3 consists of the Br(Mes)pz(o-Py) ligand bound to Cu(I) in the kappa3-S2H fashion with two C=S groups and a [Cu...H-B] interaction. A PPh3 completes the copper coordination (S2HP coordination). The complex [TuCu(Tr(Mes,Me))] (4) (Tu = thiourea) was crystallized using an excess of Tu with respect to [Cu(Tr(Me,2-Py))]2 (approximately a 6:1 ratio). The metal adopts a distorted tetrahedral geometry with an overall S3H coordination determined by the bound kappa3-S2H ligand (two C=S groups and a [B-H...Cu] interaction) and by a Tu. The reactivity of dinuclear complexes [Cu(Tr(Mes,Me))]2, [Cu(Tr(Me,o-Py))]2, and [Cu(Br(Mes)pz(o-Py))]2 with monodentate ligands was investigated by means of NMR titrations with PPh3, Tu. and pyridine (Py), and formation constants for the adducts [DCu(L)] (D = monodentate donor, L = tripodal ligand) were determined.  相似文献

An improved synthesis of lithium phenyltris(methimazolyl)borate, Li[PhTm(Me)], (methimazole = 1-methylimidazole-2-thione) is described, and the structure of the methanol-solvated [Li(OHMe)4][PhTm(Me)] has been determined. The syntheses and characterization of complexes [M(PhTm(Me))(PR3)] (M = Cu, Ag, Au; R = Et, Ph;) are reported, and the complexes [Cu(PhTm(Me))(PPh3)], [Ag(PhTm(Me))(PEt3)] and [Au(PhTm(Me))(PEt3)] are crystallographically characterized, showing a progression from pseudo-tetrahedral geometry (copper, S3P coordination) to trigonal planar geometry (silver, S2P coordination) to linear geometry (gold, SP coordination). In addition, the copper(I) and silver(I) triphenylphosphine complexes of the adventitiously formed phenylhydrobis(methimazolyl)borate ligand, [M(PhBm(Me))(PPh3)], have been crystallographically characterized, showing both species to have a trigonal planar primary coordination sphere, with a secondary M...H-B interaction. Finally, reaction of copper(II) chloride with Li[PhTm(Me)] results in formation of a compound analyzing as [Cu(II)(PhTm(Me))Cl], although its extreme insolubility and marked instability have precluded its complete characterization. Attempts to prepare this by ultra-slow diffusion of the reactants through solvent blanks has led to isolation of a mixed-valence copper(I/II) methimazolate cluster, [Cu(I)10Cu(II)2(mt)12Cl2] and a copper(I) dimeric complex [Cu2(PhTm(Me))2], indicating that copper(II) ions oxidatively decompose the phenyltris(methimazolyl)borate anion.  相似文献

The reaction of (Me3SiNSN)2S with TeCl4 in CH2Cl2 affords Cl2TeS2N2 (1) and that of (Me3SiNSN)2Se with TeCl4 produces Cl2TeSeSN2 (2) in good yields. The products were characterized by X-ray crystallography, as well as by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy and EI mass spectrometry. The Raman spectra were assigned by utilizing DFT molecular orbital calculations. The pathway of the formation of five-membered Cl2TeESN2 rings by the reactions of (Me3SiNSN)2E with TeCl4 (E = S, Se) is discussed. The reaction of (Me3SiNSN)2Se with [PPh4]2[Pd2X6] yields [PPh4]2[Pd2(mu-Se2N2S)X4] (X = Cl, 4a; Br, 4b), the first examples of complexes of the (Se2N2S)2- ligand. In both cases, this ligand bridges the two palladium centers through the selenium atoms.  相似文献

The dialkylcyanamide complexes cis-[PtCl(NCNR(2))(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)] 1 and cis-[Pt(NCNR(2))(2)(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 2 (R = Me or Et) have been prepared by treatment of a CH(2)Cl(2) solution of cis-[PtCl(2)(PPh(3))(2)] with the appropriate dialkylcyanamide and one or two equivalents of Ag[BF(4)], respectively. Compounds 2 can also be obtained from 1 by a similar procedure. Their reaction with oximes, HON=CR'R' ' (R'R' ' = Me(2) or C(4)H(8)), in CH(2)Cl(2) and in the presence of Ag[BF(4)] or Cu(CH(3)COO)(2), leads to the novel type of azametallacycles cis-[Pt(NH=C(ON=CR'R")-NR2)(PPh3)2][BF4]2 4 upon an unprecedented coupling of the organocyanamides with oximes, in a process that proceeds via the mixed oxime-organocyanamide species cis-[Pt(NCNR(2))(HON=CR'R' ')(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 3, and is catalyzed by either Ag(+) or Cu(2+) which activate the ligating organocyanamide by Lewis acid addition to the amide group. In contrast, in the organonitrile complexes cis-[Pt(NCR)(2)(PPh(3))(2)][BF(4)](2) 5 (R = C(6)H(4)OMe-4 or Et), obtained in a similar way as 2 (but by using NCR instead of the cyanamide), the ligating NCR is not activated by the Lewis acid and does not couple with the oximes. The spectroscopic properties of those complexes are reported along with the molecular structures of 2b (R = Et), 4a1 (R = Me, R'R' ' = Me(2)), and 4b1 (R = Et, R'R' ' = Me(2)), as established by X-ray crystallography which indicates that in the former complex the amide-N-atoms are trigonal planar, whereas in the latter (4a1 and 4b1) the five-membered rings are planar with a localized N=C double bond (imine group derived from the cyanamide) and the exocyclic amide and alkylidene groups (in 4b1) are involved in two intramolecular H-bonds to the oxygen atom of the ring.  相似文献

Reaction of the known germylene Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2 and a new heterocyclic variant Ge[(NMes)2(CH)2] with [L(Me2)Cu]2 (L(Me2) = the beta-diketiminate derived from 2-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)amino-4-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)imino-2-pentene) yielded novel Cu(I)-Ge(II) complexes L(Me2)Cu-Ge[(NMes)2(CH)2] (1a) and L(Me2)Cu-Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2 (1b), which were characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The lability of the Cu(I)-Ge(II) bond in 1a and b was probed by studies of their reactivity with benzil, PPh3, and a N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC). Notably, both complexes are cleaved rapidly by PPh3 and the NHC to yield stable Cu(I) adducts (characterized by X-ray diffraction) and the free germylene. In addition, the complexes are highly reactive with O2 and exhibit chemistry which depends on the bound germylene. Thus, oxygenation of 1a results in scission and formation of thermally unstable L(Me2)CuO2, which subsequently decays to [(L(Me2)Cu)2(mu-O)2], while 1b yields L(Me2)Cu(mu-O)2Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2, a novel heterobimetallic intermediate having a [Cu(III)(mu-O)2Ge(IV)]3+ core. The isolation of the latter species by direct oxygenation of a Cu(I)-Ge(II) precursor represents a new route to heterobimetallic oxidants comprising copper.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium(II) acetonitrile, pyridine (py), carbonyl, SO2, and nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(L)(PPh3)] (L = NCMe, py, CO, SO2) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(L)(PPh3)]BF4 (L = NO) containing the bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetato (bdmpza) ligand, a N,N,O heteroscorpionate ligand, have been prepared. Starting from ruthenium chlorido, carboxylato, or 2-oxocarboxylato complexes, a variety of acetonitrile complexes [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(NCMe)(PPh3)] (4) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(NCMe)(PPh3)] (R = Me (5a), R = Ph (5b)), as well as the pyridine complexes [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(PPh3)(py)] (6) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(PPh3)(py)] (R = Me (7a), R = Ph (7b), R = (CO)Me (8a), R = (CO)Et (8b), R = (CO)Ph) (8c)), have been synthesized. Treatment of various carboxylato complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(PPh3)2] (R = Me (2a), Ph (2b)) with CO afforded carbonyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(CO)(PPh3)] (9a, 9b). In the same way, the corresponding sulfur dioxide complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10a) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b) were formed in a reaction of the carboxylato complexes with gaseous SO2. None of the 2-oxocarboxylato complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)R)(PPh3)2] (R = Me (3a), Et (3b), Ph (3c)) showed any reactivity toward CO or SO2, whereas the nitrosyl complex cations [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(NO)(PPh3)](+) (11) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)Ph)(NO)(PPh3)](+) (12) were formed in a reaction of the acetato 2a or the benzoylformato complex 3c with an excess of nitric oxide. Similar cationic carboxylato nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (R = Me (13a), R = Ph (13b)) and 2-oxocarboxylato nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)R)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (R = Me (14a), R = Et (14b), R = Ph (14c)) are also accessible via a reaction with NO[BF4]. X-ray crystal structures of the chlorido acetonitrile complex [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(NCMe)(PPh3)] (4), the pyridine complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(PPh3)(py)] (7a) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CC(O)Et)(PPh3)(py)] (8b), the carbonyl complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(CO)(PPh3)] (9b), the sulfur dioxide complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b), as well as the nitrosyl complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)Me)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (14a), are reported. The molecular structure of the sulfur dioxide complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b) revealed a rather unusual intramolecular SO2-O2CPh Lewis acid-base adduct.  相似文献

Air-stable rhenium(V) nitrido complexes are formed when [ReOCl3(PPh3)2], [NBu4][ReOCl4], or [NBu4][ReNCl4] are treated with an excess of silylated phosphoraneiminates of the composition Me3SiNPPh3 or Ph2P(NSiMe3)CH2PPh2 in CH2Cl2. Complexes of the compositions [ReNCl(Ph2PCH2PPh2NH)2]Cl (1), [ReN(OSiMe3)(Ph2PCH2PPh2NH)2]Cl (2) or [ReNCl2(PPh3)2] (3) were isolated and structurally characterized. The latter compound was also produced during a reaction of the rhenium(III) precursor [ReCl3(PPh3)2(CH3CN)] and Me3SiNPPh3. Nitrogen transfer from the phosphorus to the rhenium atoms and the formation of nitrido ligands were observed in all examples. All products of reactions with an excess of the potentially chelating phosphoraneiminate Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2 contain neutral Ph2PCH2PPh2NH ligands. The required protons are supplied by a metal-induced decomposition of the solvent dichloromethane. The Re-N(imine) bond lengths (2.055-2.110 A) indicate single bonds, whereas the N-P bond with lengths between 1.596 A and 1.611 A reflect considerable double bond character. An oxorhenium(V) phosphoraneiminato complex, the dimeric compound [ReOCl2(mu-N-Ph2PCH2PPh2N)]2 (4), is formed during the reaction of [NBu4][ReOCl4] with an equivalent amount of Ph2P(NSiMe3)CH2PPh in dry acetonitrile. The blue neutral complex with two bridging phosphoraneiminato units is stable as a solid and in dry solvents. It decomposes in solution, when traces of water are present. The rhenium-nitrogen distances of 2.028(3) and 2.082(3) A are in the typical range of bridging phosphoraneiminates and an almost symmetric bonding mode. Technetium complexes with phosphoraneimine ligands were isolated from reactions of [NBu4][TcOCl4] with Me3SiNPPh3, and [NBu4][TcNCl4] with Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2. Nitrogen transfer and the formation of a five-coordinate nitrido species, [TcNCl2(HNPPh3)2] (5), was observed in the case of the oxo precursor, whereas reduction of the technetium(VI) starting material and the formation of the neutral technetium(V) complex [TcNCl2(Ph2PCH2PPh2NH)] (6) or [TcNCl(Ph2PCH2PPh2NH)2]Cl (7) was observed in the latter case. Both technetium complexes are air stable and X-ray structure determinations show bonding modes of the phosphoraneimines similar to those in the rhenium complexes.  相似文献

Heteroheptanuclear ReM6 (M = Cu 2, Ag 3) complexes of 5,5-diethynyl-2,2'-bipyridine were prepared by the reaction of [M2(mu-dppm)2(MeCN)2]2+ (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) with the precursor compound Re(Me3SiC[triple bond]CbpyC[triple bond]CSiMe3)(CO)3Cl in the presence of potassium fluoride by fluoride-catalyzed desilylation. When [Cu2(mu-dppm)2(MeCN)2]2+ reacts directly with Me3SiC[triple bond]CbpyC[triple bond]CSiMe3, a binuclear CuI complex [Cu2(mu-dppm)2(SiMe3C[triple bond]CbpyC[triple bond]CSiMe3)2]2+ (4) was isolated. Further addition of [Cu2(mu-dppm)2(MeCN)2]2+ into a THF-MeOH (3:1, v/v) solution of 4 in the presence of potassium fluoride induced isolation of a tetradecanuclear CuI14 complex [Cu14(mu-dppm)14(C[triple bond]CbpyC[triple bond]C)2]10+, which is composed of a binuclear Cu2(mu-dppm)2 and four triangular trinuclear Cu3 units. Both heteroheptanuclear ReIMI6 and tetradecanuclear CuI14 complexes display luminescence in both solid states and dichloromethane solutions at room temperature with emissive lifetimes in the range of microseconds. The dual emissive feature for the ReM6 and CuI14 complexes is ascribed tentatively to originate from both MLCT [d(Re/Cu) -->pi* (bpy)] and LMCT (acetylide --> M3) transitions. .  相似文献

Treatment of the complex [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2Me)]] (2) with [Pd(PPh3)4] (1) affords binuclear complexes such as anti-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (3), syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (4), and trans-[W(CO)4(PPh3)2] (5). In 3 and 4, respectively, the W and Pd atoms are in anti and syn configurations with respect to the P-CS2 bond of the diphenyl(dithiomethoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand, PPh2(CS2Me). Complex 3 undergoes extensive rearrangement in CHCl3 at room temperature by transfer of a PPh3 ligand from Pd to W, eliminating [W(CO)5(PPh3)] (7), while the PPh2CS2Me ligand transfers from W to Pd to give [[(Ph3P)Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]]2] (6). In complex 6, the [Pd(PPh3)] fragments are held together by two bridging PPh2(CS2Me) ligands. Each PPh2(CS2Me) ligand is pi-bonded to one Pd atom through the C=S linkage and sigma-bonded to the other Pd through the phosphorus atom, resulting in a six-membered ring. Treatment of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2[CS2(CH2)nCN]]] (n = 1, 8a; n = 2, 8b) in CH2Cl2 affords syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-[CS2(CH2)nCN]PPh2]W(CO)5] (n = 1, 9a; n = 2, 9b). Similar configurational products syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2R)PPh2]W(CO)5] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 11a-d) are synthesized by the reaction of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2R)]] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 10a-d). Although complexes 11a-d have the same configuration as 9a,b, the SR group is oriented away from Pd in the former and near Pd in the latter. In these complexes, the diphenyl(dithioalkoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand is bound to the two metals through the C=S pi-bonding and to phosphorus through the sigma-bonding. All of the complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods, and the structures of complexes 3, 6, 9a, and 11d are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 3, 9, and 11d crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with Z = 2, whereas 6 belongs to the monoclinic space group P2/c with Z = 4. The cell dimensions are as follows: for 3, a = 10.920(3) A, b = 14.707(5) A, c = 16.654(5) A, alpha = 99.98(3) degrees, beta = 93.75(3) degrees, gamma = 99.44(3) degrees; for 6, a = 15.106(3) A, b = 9.848(3) A, c = 20.528(4) A, beta = 104.85(2) degrees; for 9a, a = 11.125(3) A, b = 14.089(4) A, c = 17.947(7) A, alpha = 80.13(3) degrees, beta = 80.39(3) degrees, gamma = 89.76(2) degrees; for 11d, a = 11.692(3) A, b = 13.602(9) A, c = 18.471(10) A, alpha = 81.29(5) degrees, beta = 80.88(3) degrees, gamma = 88.82(1) degrees.  相似文献

Reaction of benzaldehyde semicarbazone (HL-R, where H is a dissociable proton and R is a substituent (R = OMe, Me, H, Cl, NO(2)) at the para position of the phenyl ring) with [Ru(PPh(3))(3)Cl(2)] and [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO2)Cl2] has afforded complexes of different types. When HL-NO(2) and [Ru(PPh(3))(3)Cl2] react in solution at ambient temperature, trans-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-NO2Cl] is obtained. Its structure determination by X-ray crystallography shows that L-NO2 is coordinated as a tridentate C,N,O-donor ligand. When reaction between HL-NO2 and [Ru(PPh(3))(3)Cl2] is carried out in refluxing ethanol, a more stable cis isomer of [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-NO2)Cl] is obtained. The trans isomer can be converted to the cis isomer simply by providing appropriate thermal energy. Slow reaction of HL-R with [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO2)Cl2] in solution at ambient temperature yields 5-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-R)(CO)Cl] complexes. A structure determination of 5-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-NO2)(CO)Cl] shows that the semicarbazone ligand is coordinated as a bidentate N,O-donor, forming a five-membered chelate ring. When reaction between HL-R and [Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CO2Cl2] is carried out in refluxing ethanol, the 4-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-R)(CO)Cl] complexes are obtained. A structure determination of 4-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-NO2)(CO)Cl] shows that a semicarbazone ligand is bound to ruthenium as a bidentate N,O-donor, forming a four-membered chelate ring. All the complexes are diamagnetic (low-spin d(6), S = 0). The trans- and cis-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-NO2)Cl] complexes undergo chemical transformation in solution. The 5- and 4-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-R)(CO)Cl] complexes show sharp NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry of the 5-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-R)(CO)Cl] and 4-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(L-R)(CO)Cl] complexes show the Ru(II)-Ru(III) oxidation to be within 0.66-1.07 V. This oxidation potential is found to linearly correlate with the Hammett constant of the substituent R.  相似文献

The reactivity of the metalloligand [Pt2(micro-S)2(PPh3)4] towards a variety of copper(II)-ligand systems has been studied. Reaction of [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4] with copper(II) halide complexes [CuCl2L](L = 2,2'-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline) gave trinuclear dicationic products [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4CuL]2+, and the 8-hydroxyquinolinate (hq) complex [Cu(hq)2] gave [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4Cu(hq)]+, isolated as their BPh4- or PF6- salts. Related cationic complexes with other ancillary amine ligands (1,2-diaminoethane, 1,2-diaminopropane, 1,2-diaminocyclohexane) were obtained by reactions of [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4] with CuCl2 and the amine. In contrast, reaction of [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4] with CuCl2 and NH3 in methanol gave the intensely blue methoxy-bridged dicopper complex [{Pt(2)(mu-S)2(PPh3)4Cu(OMe)}2]2+, isolated as its hexafluorophosphate salt. Copper beta-diketonate complexes reacted with [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4] giving [Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4Cu(beta-diketonate)]+PF6- complexes, with the CH3COCHCOCH3(acac) and CF3COCHCO(2-thienyl)(tta) derivatives characterised by X-ray structure determinations. The local Cu(II) environment ranges from distorted square-planar to an intermediate form of square-planar and tetrahedral. The beta-diketonate derivatives show varying stability towards methanolysis, giving [{Pt2(mu-S)2(PPh3)4Cu(OMe)}2]2+.  相似文献

Two series of homoleptic phenolate complexes with fluorinated aryloxide ligands A2[M(OAr)4] with M=Co2+ or Cu2+, OAr-=(OC6F5)- (OArF) or [3,5-OC6H3(CF3)2]- (OAr'), A+=K (18-crown-6)+, Tl+, Ph4P+, Et3HN+, or Me4N+ have been synthesized. Two related complexes with nonfluorinated phenoxide ligands have been synthesized and studied in comparison to the fluorinated aryloxides demonstrating the dramatic structural changes effected by modification of OPh to OAr(F). The compounds [K(18-crown-6)]2[Cu(OArF)4], 1a; [K(18-crown-6)]2[Cu(OAr')4], 1b; [Tl2Cu(OArF)4], 2a; [Tl2Cu(OAr')4], 2b; (Ph4P)2[Cu(OArF)4], 3; (nBu4N)2[Cu(OArF)4], 4; (HEt3N)2[Cu(OArF)4], 5; [K(18-crown-6)]2[Cu2(mu2-OC6H5)2(OC6H5)4], 6; [K(18-crown-6)]2[Co(OArF)4], 7a; [(18-crown-6)]2[Co(OAr')4], 7b; [Tl2Co(OArF)4], 8a; [Tl2Co(OAr')4], 8b; (Me4N)2[Co(OArF)4], 9; [Cp2Co]2[Co(OAr')4], 10; and [(18-crown-6)])[Co2(mu2-OC6H5)2(OC6H5)4], 11, have been characterized with UV-vis and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and solution magnetic moment studies. Cyclic voltammetry was used to study 1a, 1b, 7a, and 7b. X-ray crystallography was used to characterize 1b, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7a, 7b, 10, and 11. The related [MX4]2- compound (Ph4P)2[Co(OArF)2Cl2], 12, has also been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically, as well as with conductivity and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Use of fluorinated aryloxides permits synthesis and isolation of the mononuclear, homoleptic phenolate anions in good yield without oligomerized side products. The reaction conditions that result in homoleptic 1a and 7a with OArF upon changing the ligand to OPh result in mu2-OPh bridging phenoxides and the dimeric complexes 6 and 11. The [M(OArF)4]2- and [M(OAr')4]2- anions in 1a, 1b, 3, 4, 5, 7a, 7b, 9, and 10 demonstrate that stable, isolable homoleptic phenolate anions do not need to be coordinatively or sterically saturated and can be achieved by increasing the electronegativity of the ligand.  相似文献

The reaction of the phosphetane disulfide, FcP(S)S 2P(S)Fc ( 1) (Fc = (eta (5)-C 5H 5)Fe(eta (5)-C 5H 4)), the ferrocenyl analogue of the Lawesson reagent, with gold and palladium complexes leads to the unprecedented formation of phosphonodithioate ligands upon coordination to the metal centers. The reaction of 1 with gold complexes such as [AuCl(PR 3)] affords the species [Au{S 2P(OH)Fc}(PR 3)] (PR 3 = PPh 3 ( 2), PPh 2Me ( 3)), in which the phosphonodithioate ligand Fc(OH)PS 2 (-) has been formed. The same ligand is present in the compound [Au 2{S 2P(OH)Fc} 2].[N(PPh 3) 2]Cl ( 4), obtained by reaction of 1 with [N(PPh 3) 2][AuCl 2]. It crystallizes with one molecule of [N(PPh 3) 2]Cl, whereby complex 4 acts as an anion receptor and forms strong hydrogen bonds between the chloro and the hydroxyl groups. The reaction with palladium derivatives is different; two complexes, [Pd 2(S 4OP 2Fc 2) 2] ( 5) and [Pd 4Cl 4(S 4OP 2Fc 2) 2] ( 6), are obtained in molar ratio 2:1 and 1:1, respectively. In these complexes a new phosphonodithioate ligand is present and probably arises from the condensation of two molecules of Fc(OH)PS 2 (-). Complex 5 has also been characterized by X-ray methods.  相似文献

Acetylplatinum(II) complexes trans-[Pt(COMe)Cl(L)2] (L = PPh3, 2a; P(4-FC6H4)3, 2b) were found to react with dialkyldisulfides R2S2 (R = Me, Et, Pr, Bu; Pr = n-propyl, Bu = n-butyl), yielding trinuclear 44 cve (cluster valence electrons) platinum clusters [(PtL)3(mu-SR)3]Cl (4). The analogous reaction of 2a-b with Ph2S2 gave SPh bridged dinuclear complexes trans-[{PtCl(L)}2(mu-SPh)2] (5), whereas the addition of Bn2S2 (Bn = benzyl) to 2a ended up in the formation of [{Pt(PPh3)}3(mu3-S)(mu-SBn)3]Cl (6). Theoretical studies based on the AIM theory revealed that type 4 complexes must be regarded as triangular platinum clusters with Pt-Pt bonds whereas complex 6 must be treated as a sulfur capped 48 ve (valence electrons) trinuclear platinum(II) complex without Pt-Pt bonding interactions. Phosphine ligands with a lower donor capability in clusters 4 proved to be subject to substitution by stronger donating monodentate phosphine ligands (L' = PMePh2, PMe2Ph, PBu3) yielding clusters [(PtL')3(mu-SR)3]Cl (9). In case of the reaction of clusters 4 and 9 with PPh2CH2PPh2 (dppm), a fragmentation reaction occurred, and the complexes [(PtL)2(mu-SMe)(mu-dppm)]Cl (12) and [Pt(mu-SMe)2(dppm)] (13) were isolated. Furthermore, oxidation reactions of cluster [{Pt(PPh3)}3(mu-SMe)3]Cl (4a) using halogens (Br2, I2) gave dimeric platinum(II) complexes cis-[{PtX(PPh3)}2(mu-SMe)2] (14, X = Br, I) whereas oxidation reactions using sulfur and selenium afforded chalcogen capped trinuclear 48 ve complexes [{Pt(PPh3)}3(mu3-E)(mu-SMe)3] (15, E = S, Se). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopy, microanalyses, and ESI mass spectrometry. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction analyses were performed for the triangular cluster 4a, the trinuclear complex 6, as well as for the dinuclear complexes trans-[{Pt(AsPh3)}2(mu-SPh)2] (5c), [{Pt(PPh3)}2(mu-SMe)(mu-dppm)]Cl (12a), and [{{PtBr(PPh3)}2(mu-SMe)2] (14a).  相似文献

Four novel Cu(Ⅰ) complexes,[Cu(o-PYO)(PPh3)2]BF4(1),[Cu(o-PYO)(DPEphos)]BF4(2),[Cu2 (o-PYO)(PPh3)3(CH3CN)](BF4)2(3) and [Cu2(o-PYO)(DPEphos)2 ](BF4)2(4) (o-PYO=2,5bis(pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole,PPh 3=triphenylphosphine,DPEphos=bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl)ether),have been synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The central cuprous ions in all complexes are surrounded by N and P atoms to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry, although one of the cuprous ions in complex 3 is coordinated by a PPh3 and an acetonitrile molecule due to the steric hindrance and weak coordination ability from monodentate PPh3 ligand. The UV-vis absorption spectra in CH2Cl2 show the characteristic metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption bands in the region of 360-480nm.Four Cu(I) complexes exhibit yellow to orange-red phosphorescence with the emission maximum at 572,577,562 and 597nm,respectively in the solid state.  相似文献

The reaction of the unsymmetrical ligands 1-diphenylphosphino-1'-(phenylsulfanyl)ferrocene and 1-diphenylphosphino-1'-(phenylselenyl)ferrocene, Fc(EPh)PPh2(E = S, Se), with several group 11 metal derivatives leads to the synthesis of complexes of the type [MX{Fc(EPh)PPh2}](M = Au, X = Cl, C6F5; M = Ag, X = OTf), (OTf = trifluoromethanesulfonate), [M{Fc(EPh)PPh2}2]X (M = Au, X = ClO4; M = Ag, X = OTf), [M(PPh3){Fc(EPh)PPh2}]OTf (M = Au, Ag), [Au2{Fc(SPh)PPh2}2](ClO4)2, [Au(C6F5)2{Fc(SePh)PPh2}]ClO4, [Au(C6F5)3{Fc(EPh)PPh2}], [Au2(C6F5)6{Fc(SePh)PPh2}] or [Cu{Fc(EPh)PPh2}2]PF6(E = S, Se). In these complexes coordination depends upon the metal centre; with gold it takes place predominantly to the phosphorus atom and with silver and copper to both phosphorus and chalcogen atoms. The treatment of some of the gold complexes with other metal centres affords heterometallic derivatives that in some cases are in equilibrium with the homometallic derivatives. Several compounds have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, four pairs of homologous compounds, yet not a single pair is isotypic. In many of them a three dimensional network is formed through secondary bonds such as hydrogen bonds, Au...Cl or Au...Se interactions. The complex [Ag(OTf){Fc(SePh)PPh2}] forms one-dimensional chains through trifluoromethanesulfonate bridging ligands.  相似文献

There is a remarkable redox chemistry of higher oxidation state M(IV)-M(VI) polypyridyl complexes of Ru and Os. They are accessible by proton loss and formation of oxo or nitrido ligands, examples being cis-[RuIV(bpy)2(py)(O)]2+ (RuIV=O2+, bpy=2,2'-bipyridine, and py=pyridine) and trans-[OsVI(tpy)(Cl)2(N)]+ (tpy=2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine). Metal-oxo or metal-nitrido multiple bonding stabilizes the higher oxidation states and greatly influences reactivity. O-atom transfer, hydride transfer, epoxidation, C-H insertion, and proton-coupled electron-transfer mechanisms have been identified in the oxidation of organics by RuIV=O2+. The Ru-O multiple bond inhibits electron transfer and promotes complex mechanisms. Both O atoms can be used for O-atom transfer by trans-[RuVI(tpy)(O)2(S)]2+ (S=CH3CN or H2O). Four-electron, four-proton oxidation of cis,cis-[(bpy)2(H2O)RuIII-O-RuIII(H2O)(bpy)2]4+ occurs to give cis,cis-[(bpy)2(O)RuV-O-RuV(O)(bpy)2]4+ which rapidly evolves O2. Oxidation of NH3 in trans-[OsII(tpy)(Cl)2(NH3)] gives trans-[OsVI(tpy)(Cl)2(N)]+ through a series of one-electron intermediates. It and related nitrido complexes undergo formal N- transfer analogous to O-atom transfer by RuIV=O2+. With secondary amines, the products are the hydrazido complexes, cis- and trans-[OsV(L3)(Cl)2(NNR2)]+ (L3=tpy or tpm and NR2-=morpholide, piperidide, or diethylamide). Reactions with aryl thiols and secondary phosphines give the analogous adducts cis- and trans-[OsIV(tpy)(Cl)2(NS(H)(C6H4Me))]+ and fac-[OsIV(Tp)(Cl)2(NP(H)(Et2))]. In dry CH3CN, all have an extensive multiple oxidation state chemistry based on couples from Os(VI/V) to Os(III/II). In acidic solution, the OsIV adducts are protonated, e.g., trans-[OsIV(tpy)(Cl)2(N(H)N(CH2)4O)]+, and undergo proton-coupled electron transfer to quinone to give OsV, e.g., trans-[OsV(tpy)(Cl)2(NN(CH2)4O)]+ and hydroquinone. These reactions occur with giant H/D kinetic isotope effects of up to 421 based on O-H, N-H, S-H, or P-H bonds. Reaction with azide ion has provided the first example of the terminal N4(2-) ligand in mer-[OsIV(bpy)(Cl)3(NalphaNbetaNgammaNdelta)]-. With CN-, the adduct mer-[OsIV(bpy)(Cl)3(NCN)]- has an extensive, reversible redox chemistry and undergoes NCN(2-) transfer to PPh3 and olefins. Coordination to Os also promotes ligand-based reactivity. The sulfoximido complex trans-[OsIV(tpy)(Cl)2(NS(O)-p-C6H4Me)] undergoes loss of O2 with added acid and O-atom transfer to trans-stilbene and PPh3. There is a reversible two-electron/two-proton, ligand-based acetonitrilo/imino couple in cis-[OsIV(tpy)(NCCH3)(Cl)(p-NSC6H4Me)]+. It undergoes reversible reactions with aldehydes and ketones to give the corresponding alcohols.  相似文献

The ligands, PhPNXMe (1), PhPNXPh (2), and PhPNSMe (3), (PhPNX = 2-Ph2P-C6H4CH[double bond, length as m-dash]NC6H4X-2; X = O, S) have been prepared. A range of new ruthenium complexes were synthesised using these and related ligands, namely: [{RuCl(PhPNO)}2Cl] (4), [Ru(PhPNO)2] (5), [RuCl(PhPNXR)(PPh3)]BPh4 [X = O, R = Me (6); X = O, R = Ph (7); X = S, R = Me (8)], [{RuCl(PhPNX'R)}2Cl]X [X' = O, R = Me, X = Cl(-) (9); X' = S, R = Me, X = BPh4(-) or PF6(-) (10)], and [RuCl(PhPNO-eta 6C6H5)]BPh4 (11). The catalytic activity of these complexes with respect to the hydrosilyation of acetophenone and the hydrogenation of styrene has been investigated, giving an insight into the requirements for an active complex in these reactions.  相似文献

Two series of stable cyanide-bridged linkage isomers, namely [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] (XY = CN or NC, L = CNBu(t) or CNXyl) and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] {M = Mo or W, L = PPh3 or P(OPh)3, Tp' = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate} have been synthesised; pairs of isomers are distinguishable by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The molecular structure of [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-NC)Mo(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] has the catecholate-bound ruthenium atom cyanide-bridged to a Mo(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' unit in which the alkyne acts as a four-electron donor; the alignment of the alkyne relative to the Mo-CO vector suggests the fragment (CN)Ru(CO)2(PPh3)(o-O2C6Cl4) acts as a pi-acceptor ligand. The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)Mn(NO)L(eta-C5Me5)] undergo three sequential one-electron oxidation processes with the first and third assigned to oxidation of the ruthenium-bound o-O2C6Cl4 ligand; the second corresponds to oxidation of Mn(I) to Mn(n). The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] are also first oxidised at the catecholate ligand; the second oxidation, and one-electron reduction, are based on the M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' fragment. Chemical oxidation of [(o-O,C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] with [Fe(eta-C5H4COMe)(eta-C5H5)][BF4], or of [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] with AgBF4, gave the paramagnetic monocations [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)]+ and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp']+, the ESR spectra of which are consistent with ruthenium-bound semiquinone ligands. Linkage isomers are distinguishable by the magnitude of the 31P hyperfine coupling constant; complexes with N-bound Ru(o-O2C6Cl4) units also show small hyperfine coupling to the nitrogen atom of the cyanide bridge.  相似文献
