多孔TiO2薄膜自洁净玻璃的亲水性和光催化活性   总被引:37,自引:0,他引:37  
亲水性多孔TiO2薄膜自洁净玻璃以含聚乙二醇的钛醇盐溶胶前驱体中通过浸渍提拉法制备;随着前驱物中聚乙二醇加入量的增加,多孔TiO2薄膜表面的羟基含量也增加,薄膜表面的亲水性增强,水与薄膜表面的接触角下降为0°.该亲水性多孔TiO2薄膜自洁净玻璃具有明显的自洁净和易清洗功能.紫外-可见光透过光谱分析表明,随着TiO2薄膜中孔径的增大,光的散射增强,透光率减小.该TiO2镀膜玻璃对于紫外线具有吸收作用.甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解实验表明,在TiO2薄膜中引入适当大小的微孔可显著增强薄膜的光催化活性,但当孔径接近400nm时,薄膜的光催化活性减弱.  相似文献

以特殊脉冲电沉积方法制备CuInSe2(CIS)前驱体薄膜, 通过真空蒸镀法在CIS薄膜上沉积Al膜, 经硒化退火后在氧化铟锡(ITO)基底上制备了Cu(InAl)Se2(CIAS)薄膜. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)对其形貌、结构、成分及光学吸收性质进行了表征. 结果表明, 制备的CIAS薄膜颗粒均匀, 表面平整致密, 呈黄铜矿结构. 薄膜在可见光区具有良好的吸收, 带隙约为1.65 eV.  相似文献

Thin films with magnesium oxide (MgO) and silicon oxide (SiO2) compounds mixed at various mixture ratios were deposited on flexible polyether sulfone (PES) substrates by an e‐beam evaporator to investigate their potential for transparent barrier applications. In this study, as the MgO fraction increased, thin films comprising MgO and SiO2 compounds became more amorphous, and their surface morphologies became smoother and denser. In addition, zirconium oxide (ZrO2) was added to the above‐mentioned compound mixtures, and the properties of the compound mixture comprising Mg? Si? Zr? O were then measured. ZrO2 made the thin mixture films more amorphous, and made the surface morphology denser and more uniform. Whole thin films of 250 ± 30 nm in thickness were formed, and their water vapor transmission rates (WVTRs) decreased rapidly. The best WVTR was obtained by depositing thin films of Mg? Si? Zr? O compound among the whole thin films. The WVTRs of the PES substrate in the bare state decreased from 47 to 0.8 g m?2 day?1. This Mg? Si? Zr? O compound was deposited on polyethylene terephtalate (PET) substrates again to confirm the availability of the compound mixture. Thin films on the PET substrates decreased the WVTRs remarkably from 2.96 to 0.01 g m?2 day?1. These results were similar to those of thin films on PES substrates. As the thin mixture films became more amorphous and surface morphology denser and more uniform, the WVTRs decreased. Therefore, the thin mixture films became more suitable for flexible organic light emitting displays (OLEDs) as transparent passivation layers against moisture in air. Nano-structured SiO2 thin films were prepared on the surface of carbon steel for the first time by LPD. The compositions of the films were analyzed by XPS, and the surface morphology of the thin films were observed by AFM. The thin films were constituted by compact particles of SiO2, and there was no Fe in the films. In the process of film forming, the SiO2 colloid particles were deposited or absorbed directly onto the surface of carbon steel substrates that were activated by acid solution containing inhibitor, and corrosion of the substrates was avoided. The nano-structured SiO2 thin films that were prepared had excellent protective efficiency to the carbon.  相似文献

通过液相沉积法在较低的温度下制备了TiO2/SiO2复合薄膜,利用UV-Vis、XRD和SEM等表征手段对薄膜的透明性、物相和表面形貌进行了表征;并在紫外光照下,通过薄膜对罗丹明B水溶液的光催化降解实验,评价了沉积薄膜的光催化活性.实验结果表明,在室温下制备的液相沉积膜具有较好的光催化活性.  相似文献

通过阳极氧化的方法制备TiO2纳米管薄膜, 在MoO3存在的条件下对该薄膜进行热处理得到TiO2-MoO3复合纳米管阵列薄膜. 利用X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), X射线光电子能谱(XPS), 电化学阻抗谱(EIS), Mott-Schottky 及光电化学方法对得到的薄膜进行了表征. XRD结果表明, TiO2-MoO3复合纳米管薄膜中的TiO2主要为锐钛矿晶型. SEM实验证实了薄膜纳米管结构的存在, 样品中的MoO3均匀地分散在TiO2纳米管表面. 利用XPS方法分析了TiO2-MoO3复合纳米管薄膜元素的组成, 结果表明, MoO3在TiO2表面形成TiO2-MoO3复合纳米管薄膜. 研究了热处理温度以及热处理时间对样品的光电化学性能的影响, 相对于单纯TiO2纳米管薄膜, 适量引入MoO3提高了样品在可见光区的光电响应能力, 样品的平带电位负移. 在450 °C热处理60 min制得的TiO2-MoO3复合半导体纳米管阵列薄膜光电响应活性最高.  相似文献

Classical molecular dynamics is used to investigate the equilibrium state of the surface region and interface of heteroepitaxial La2O3 thin films.Due to the lattice mismatch,heteroepitaxial thin films are subject to very large stress.For this reason the behavior of La2O3 thin films at SiO2interface becomes an important concern.Our result indicates that La2O3 can uniformly wet SiO2 surface.The properties of the simulated films are analyzed and the lack of any discernible crystalline phase in epitaxial La2O3 on SiO2 indicates that the lattice mismatch between SiO2 and La2O3 is sufficiently large to prevent the formation of even short-range orders in La2O3 film.  相似文献

Well-crystallized LiNiO2 thin films were prepared directly on nickel substrates in LiOH solution by constant current electrochemical deposition technique at 95 ℃. The as-prepared LiNiO2 thin films were characterized by using XRD, SEM and XPS, and the results reveal that the as-prepared LiNiO2 thin films are dense and uniform in surface and show hexagonal structure. The influence of processing parameters such as reaction temperature, duration, electrical current density as well as the concentration of LiOH solution on the structure and morphologies of as-prepared LiNiO2 thin films were studied,and the preferable electrochemical processing conditions for preparing LiNiO2 thin films were suggested.  相似文献

TiO2 thin films with different crystalline structures were prepared by the CVD method. The relationship between photocatalytic activity of a TiO2 thin film and its crystalline type was investigated. These films were characterized by XRD and AFM. Their photocatalytic properties were tested by the degradation of NO2-. The results showed that the crystalline structures of TiO2 thin films are primary anatase and/or rutile when the preparation temperatures were less than 573 K and higher than 773 K respectively. When the preparation temperature was around 623 K, the structures of TiO2 thin films were mixed crystalline structure, which showed the highest catalytic activity. When the ratio of rutile to anatase in TiO2 thin films fell between 0.5 and 0.7, the highest catalytic activity for the degradation of NO2- was found.  相似文献

采用射频(RF)磁控溅射技术制备了用于全固态薄膜锂电池的非晶态和多晶LiCoO2阴极薄膜,利用XRD和SEM研究了沉积温度对LiCoO2薄膜结构和形貌的影响,并研究了高温退火后薄膜的电化学性能.研究结果表明,随著基片温度的不同,薄膜成分、表面形貌以及电化学行为有明显差异.室温沉积的薄膜很难消除薄膜中Li2CO3的影响,经过高温退火处理后也无法形成有效的多晶LiCoO2薄膜,而150℃沉积的薄膜经过高温退火后形成了有利于锂离子嵌入的多晶LiCoO2结构,薄膜显示出了较好的电化学性能.  相似文献

 用光化学沉积法对纳米TiO2薄膜进行了Ag改性,用漫反射紫外-可见光谱、扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱分析了Ag-TiO2薄膜的光谱特征、表面形貌和表面组成. 以苯酚为模拟污染物,在不同波长光源及有氧和无氧条件下考察了Ag-TiO2薄膜的光催化活性. 结果表明,当银沉积量大于 0.0150 mg/cm2时, Ag-TiO2薄膜对紫外光的吸收发生了明显的蓝移,同时在346 nm附近出现了小的吸收峰且该峰随着银沉积量的增加逐渐向长波方向移动. 沉积在TiO2薄膜表面的银颗粒大小不均匀,主要以单质银的形式存在,也生成了部分Ag2O; 相对于TiO2薄膜, Ag-TiO2薄膜表面吸附氧的含量明显增大. Ag-TiO2薄膜的光吸收特性对其催化活性影响较大. 在低压汞灯及有氧参与的条件下,银沉积量为0.0523 mg/cm2的Ag-TiO2薄膜的催化活性最高, 其反应速率常数是TiO2薄膜的1.16倍. Ag+更易沉积在较大n值的Ag簇上,其颗粒大小不可能完全均匀. Ag-TiO2薄膜的光吸收特性、 Ag簇的大小以及Ag对O2的吸附作用是决定Ag-TiO2薄膜催化活性的主要因素.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶方法在普通玻璃基体上制备了均匀透明的TiO_2纳米薄膜,并经 500℃煅烧2h,煅烧后的TiO_2薄膜在2 mol·L~(-1)的CH_3COOH水溶液中处理24h, 最后分别在100和500℃进行第二次热处理,醋酸处理前后的薄膜分别用UV-vis, SEM, XRD和XPS进行了表征,并用甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解评价TiO_2纳米薄膜 的光催化性能,结果发现:用醋酸处理后的TiO_2纳米薄膜的光催化活性高于处理 前薄膜的的光催化活性;而且,酸处理后经500℃热处理的TiO_2纳米薄膜的光催化 活性明显高于经100℃热处理的TiO_2纳米薄膜的光催化活性。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米TiO2:Sb薄膜沉积在玻璃基板上.研究了掺杂浓度对薄膜的光致超亲水性、薄膜结构和晶相转变的影响.结果表明,纯TiO2薄膜中, TiO2不仅以无定型态存在,而且还以板钛矿和锐钛矿的形式存在.掺杂Sb提高了TiO2由无定型向板钛矿和锐钛矿转变的速率.掺入适量的Sb后, TiO2薄膜表现出更好的光致超亲水性.由XRD谱可算出薄膜的晶粒大小为13.3~20.0 nm.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide thin films having various nanostructures could be formed by various treatments on sodium titanate nanotube thin films approximately 5 μm thick fixed on titanium metal plates. Using an aqueous solution with a lower hydrochloric acid concentration (0.01 mol/L) and a higher reaction temperature (90 °C) than those previously employed, we obtained a hydrogen titanate nanotube thin film fixed onto a titanium metal plate by H+ ion-exchange treatment of the sodium titanate nanotube thin film. Calcination of hydrogen titanate nanotube thin films yielded porous thin films consisting of anatase nanotubes, anatase nanowires, and anatase nanoparticles grown directly from the titanium metal plate. H+ ion-exchange treatment of sodium titanate nanotube thin films at 140 °C resulted in porous thin films consisting of rhomboid-shaped anatase nanoparticles.  相似文献

Illumination of TiO 2 thin films with UV light is known to induce the transformation of the surface of this material from partially hydrophobic into fully hydrophilic. The present work shows that this transformation is accompanied by other effects that may be used to control the synthesis of composite materials. For this purpose, TiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 transparent thin films with a columnar structure and open pores were prepared by electron evaporation at glancing angles. Transparent TiO 2 thin films with micropores (i.e., pores smaller than 2 nm) prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) were also used. All these films became hydrophilic upon UV illumination. Rhodamine 6G and Rhodamine 800 dyes were irreversibly adsorbed within the columns of the TiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 thin films by immersion into a water solution of these molecules. Isolated and aggregated molecules of these two dyes were detected by visible absorption spectroscopy. The infiltration adsorption efficiency was directly correlated with the acidity of the medium, increasing at basic pHs as expected from simple considerations based on the concepts of the point of zero charge (PZC) in colloidal oxides. The infiltration experiments were repeated with columnar TiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 thin films that were subjected to preillumination with UV light. It was found that this treatment produced a modification in the type (isolated or aggregated) and amount of dye molecules incorporated into the pores. Moreover, the selective adsorption of a given dye in preilluminated areas of the films permitted the lithographic coloring of the films. Preillumination also controls the UV induced deposition of silver on the surface of the microporous TiO 2 thin films. It was found that the size distribution of the formed silver nanoparticles was dependent on the preillumination treatment and that a well-resolved surface plasmon resonance at around 500 nm was only monitored in the preilluminated films. A model is proposed to account for the effects induced by UV preillumination on the TiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 oxide surfaces. The possibilities of this type of light treatment for the tailored synthesis of nanocomposite thin films (i.e., dye-oxide, metal nanoparticles-oxide) are highlighted.  相似文献

Nanostructured Ni(OH)2 thin films were prepared by a simple solution growth process with F(-) and NH3 used as Ni2+ coordination agents, and ammonia hydroxide solution used as OH(-) supplier to accelerate the hydrolyzation of nickel complex species. The results showed Ni(OH)2 thin films were constructed mainly with hexagonal beta-Ni(OH)2 nanorods; the F(-) and NH3 in reactive solutions played important roles in the film growth process; and solution pH had great influence on the morphologies of thin films, which was explained by the competition of Ni(OH)2 nucleation and growth in solutions. NiO crystallinity thin films were obtained by annealing Ni(OH)2 thin films at 400 degrees C for 2 h and the morphologies of the Ni(OH)2 thin films were sustained well during the annealed process.  相似文献
