The bitopic ligand p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2) (pz = pyrazolyl ring) that contains two tris(pyrazolyl)methane units connected by a semirigid organic spacer reacts with silver(I) salts to yield [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgX)(2)]( infinity ), where X = CF(3)SO(3)(-) (1), SbF(6)(-) (2), PF(6)(-) (3), BF(4)(-) (4), and NO(3)(-) (5). Crystallization of the first three compounds from acetone yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgCF(3)SO(3))(2)]( infinity ) (1a), [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))(2)[(CH(3))(2)CO](2)]( infinity ) (2b), and [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)AgPF(6)]( infinity ) (3a), where the stoichiometry for the latter compound has changed from a metal:ligand ratio of 2:1 to 1:1. The structure of 1a is based on helical argentachains constructed by a kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination to silver of the tris(pyrazolyl)methane units. These chains are organized into a tubular 3D structure by cylindrical [(CF(3)SO(3))(6)](6)(-) clusters that form weak C-H...O hydrogen bonds with the bitopic ligand. The same kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination is present in the structure of 2a, but the structure is organized by six different tris(pyrazolyl)methane units from six ligands bonding with six silvers to form a 36-member argentamacrocycle core. The cores are organized in a tubular array by the organic spacers where each pair of macrocycles sandwich six acetone molecules and one SbF(6)(-) counterion. The structure of 3a is based on a kappa(2)-kappa(0) coordination mode of each tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit forming a helical coordination polymer, with two strands organized in a double stranded helical structure by a series of C-H...pi interactions between the central arene rings. Crystallization of 2-4 from acetonitrile yields complexes of the formula [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)[(AgX)(2)(CH(3)CN)(n)]]( infinity ) where n = 2 for X = SbF(6)(-) (2b), X = PF(6)(-) (3b) and n = 1 for X = BF(4)(-) (4b). All three structures contain argentachains formed by a kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination mode of the tris(pyrazolyl)methane units linked by the organic spacer and arranged in a 2D sheet structure with the anions sandwiched between the sheets. Crystallization of 5 from acetonitrile yields crystals of the formula [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgNO(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)]( infinity ), where the nitrate is bonded to the silver. The argentachains, again formed by kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination, are arranged in W-shaped sheets that have an overall configuration very different from 2b-4b. Treating [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))(2)]( infinity ) with a saturated aqueous solution of KPF(6) or KO(3)SCF(3) slowly leads to complete exchange of the anion. Crystallization of a sample that contains an approximately equal mixture of SbF(6)(-)/PF(6)(-) from acetonitrile yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)[Ag(2)(PF(6))(0.78(1))(SbF(6))(1.22(1))(CH(3)CN)(2)][(CH(3)CN)(0.25) (C(4)H(10)O)(0.25)]]( infinity ), a compound with a sheet structure analogous to 2b-4b. Crystallization of the same mixture from acetone yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))[(CH(3))(2)CO](1.5)]( infinity ), where the metal-to-ligand ratio is 1:1 and the [C(pz)(3)] units are kappa(2)-kappa(0) bonded forming a coordination polymer. The supramolecular structures of all species are organized by a combination of C-H...pi, pi-pi, or weak C-H-F(O) hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The new bitopic, bis(1-pyrazolyl)methane-based ligand o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2 (L2, pz = pyrazolyl ring) is prepared from the reaction of (pz)2CHCH2OH (obtained from the reduction of (pz)2CHCOOH with BH3.S(CH3)2) with NaH, followed by the addition of alpha,alpha'-dibromo-o-xylene. The reaction of L2 with AgPF6 or AgO3SCF3 yields {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2(AgPF6)}n or {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2(AgO3SCF3)}n, respectively. Both compounds in the solid state have tetrahedral silver(I) centers arranged in a 1D coordination polymer network. The analogous ligand based on tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane units, o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2 (L3), reacts with AgO3SCF3 to form a similar coordination polymer, {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2(AgO3SCF3)}n. In this case, each tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit in L3 adopts the kappa2-kappa0 bonding mode. Crystallization of a 3:1 mixture of AgO3SCF3 and L3 yields {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2(AgO3SCF3)2}n, in which the tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane units adopt a kappa2-kappa1 coordination mode.  相似文献

The preparation and structures of seven new silver(I) complexes involving the parent tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit, [C(pz)(3)], as the donor set, {[C6H5CH2OCH2C(pz)3]Ag}(BF4), {[C6H5CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2Ag3}(CF3SO3)3, {[HOCH2C(pz)3]Ag}(BF4), {[HOCH2C(pz)3]Ag}(CF3SO3), {[HC(pz)3]2Ag2(CH3CN)}(BF4)2, {[HC(pz)3]Ag}(PF6), and {[HC(pz)3]Ag}(CF3SO3), are reported. This project is based on a retro-design of our multitopic C6H(6-n)[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]n (pz = pyrazolyl ring, n = 2, 3, 4, and 6) family of ligands in such a way that each new ligand has one fewer organizational feature. The kappa2-kappa1 bonding mode of the [C(pz)3] units to two silvers, also observed with the multitopic ligands, is the dominant structural feature in all cases. Changing the counterion has important effects on the local structures and on crystal packing. When these structures are compared to similar ones based on the multitopic C6H(6-n)[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]n ligands, it has been shown that the presence of the rigid parts (central arene core and the [C(pz)3] units) are important in order to observe highly organized supramolecular structures. The presence of the flexible ether linkage is also crucial, allowing all noncovalent forces to manifest themselves in a cumulative and complementary manner.  相似文献

The tripodal ligand 1,3,5-(CH3)3C6[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]3 (L1, pz=pyrazolyl ring) reacts with AgBF4 to yield ([L12Ag3(CH3CN)](BF4)3).(CH3CN)4, an inclusion complex in which the encapsulated acetonitrile cannot escape the triangular cage unit in either the solid or solution phase. The analogous hexatopic ligand C6[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]6 forms a 2-dimensional polymer composed of similar triangular cage units, again with the encapsulation of one acetonitrile molecule, linked by the additional tris(pyrazolyl)methane units. In contrast, the complex formed with L1 and Cd2+ has a double, open cage structure holding two diethyl ether molecules.  相似文献

Silver(I) complexes of the bis(pyrazolyl)methane ligands Ph(2)C(pz)(2), PhCH(pz)(2), and PhCH(2)CH(pz)(2) (pz = pyrazolyl ring) have been prepared in an attempt to explore how sterically hindered poly(pyrazolyl)methane ligands influence the variable coordination geometries exhibited by silver(I) complexes, especially its ability to participate in cation...pi interactions. The complex (Ag[(pz)(2)CPh(2)](2))(PF(6)).C(3)H(6)O adopts an unusual square planar coordination environment as indicated by the sum of the four N-Ag-N angles being 360 degrees. The proximity of phenyl groups above and below the AgN(4) core enforces the unusual coordination geometry about the metal center. This arrangement is not a result of silver(I)...pi arene interactions but rather of the constraints imposed by the steric crowding caused by (aryl)(2)C(pz)(2) ligands. In contrast, the complexes of the other two ligands, (Ag[(pz)(2)CHPh](2))(PF(6)).0.5CH(2)Cl(2) and (Ag[(pz)(2)CH(CH(2)Ph)](2))(PF(6)).CH(2)Cl(2), show normal tetrahedral geometry about the silver(I), also with no indication of silver(I)...pi arene interactions. All three new complexes have extended supramolecular structures supported by a combination of CH...pi and CH...F interactions.  相似文献

The new ligands 1,1,4,4-tetra(1-pyrazolyl)butane [CH(pz)(2)(CH(2))(2)CH(pz)(2), L2] and 1,1,5,5-tetra(1-pyrazolyl)pentane [CH(pz)(2)(CH(2))(3)CH(pz)(2), L3] have been prepared to determine the structural changes in silver(I) complexes, if any, that accompany the lengthening of the spacer group between two linked bis(pyrazolyl)methane units. Silver(I) complexes of both ligands with BF(4)(-) and SO(3)CF(3)(-) as the counterion have the formula [Ag(2)(micro-L)(2)](counterion)(2). These complexes have a cyclic dimeric structure in the solid state previously observed with the shorter linked ligand CH(pz)(2)CH(2)CH(pz)(2). Similar chemistry starting with AgNO(3) for L2 yields a complex of the empirical formula [Ag(2)[micro-CH(pz)(2)(CH(2))(2)CH(pz)(2)](3)](NO(3))(2) that retains the cyclic dimeric structure, but bonding of an additional ligand creates a coordination polymer of the cyclic dimers. In contrast, coordination of the nitrate counterion to silver in the complex of L3 leads to the formation of the coordination polymer of the empirical formula [Ag(micro-CH(pz)(2)(CH(2))(3)CH(pz)(2))]NO(3). All six new complexes have extended supramolecular structures based on noncovalent interactions supported by the counterions and the functional groups designed into the ligands.  相似文献

A series of polynuclear mixed-ligand tris(pyrazolyl)methane iron(II) complexes displaying high temperature spin crossover behaviour has been synthesised. These complexes are of the type [(Fe((3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)CH))(n)(μ-L)](BF(4))(2n), where μ-L is one of five bridging ligands X(CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3))(n), (X = the central linking moiety, pz = pyrazolyl ring and n = 2 (ditopic), 3 (tritopic) or 4 (tetratopic)). Throughout the series the terminal tris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane co-ligand (3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)CH and the BF(4)(-) counter anion were kept constant while variations in the central linking moiety have produced three dinuclear complexes and a trinuclear and tetranuclear complex, all isolated as solvates. The three dinuclear complexes are a 1,4-xylene-bridged complex 1·2DME, a 2,6-naphthalene-bridged complex 2·2.5MeCN.2DME and a 1,4-butene-bridged complex 3·2DME. The trinuclear complex 4·solvent (solvent undefined) has a 1,3,5-mesitylene core and the tetranuclear complex, 5·8MeCN.2(t)BuOMe, has a 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene core (DME = dimethoxyethane, (t)BuOMe = tertiarybutyl-methylether). The trinuclear cluster has a "3-up" cup shape with the cups arranging themselves in pairs to form capsules that contain anion guests. All the solvated compounds have been structurally characterised and both the solvated and desolvated versions have had their magnetic and thermal properties thoroughly investigated by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility, differential scanning calorimetric and M?ssbauer spectral methods. They all display typical low spin iron(II) magnetic behaviour at room temperature and all undergo a spin state transition to high spin iron(II) above room temperature. In particular, complex 1·2DME shows an abrupt spin transition which shifts, upon desolvation, to a lower value of T(1/2) and in addition displays a small thermal hysteresis.  相似文献

Treating a thf (thf = tetrahydrofuran) suspension of Cd(acac)(2) (acac = acetylacetonate) with 2 equiv of HBF(4).Et(2)O results in the immediate formation of [Cd(2)(thf)(5)](BF(4))(4) (1). Crystallization of this complex from thf/CH(2)Cl(2) yields [Cd(thf)(4)](BF(4))(2) (2), a complex characterized in the solid state by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 7.784(2) ?, b = 10.408(2) ?, c = 14.632(7) ?, beta = 94.64(3) degrees, V = 1181.5(6) ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.0484. The geometry about the cadmium is octahedral with a square planar arrangement of the thf ligands and a fluorine from each (BF(4))(-) occupying the remaining two octahedral sites. Reactions of [Cd(2)(thf)(5)](BF(4))(4) with either HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) or HC(3-Phpz)(3) yield the dicationic, homoleptic compounds {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)](2)Cd}(BF(4))(2) (3) and {[HC(3-Phpz)(3)](2)Cd}(BF(4))(2) (4) (pz = 1-pyrazolyl). The solid state structure of 3 has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: rhombohedral, R&thremacr;, a = 12.236(8) ?, c = 22.69(3) ?, V = 2924(4) ?(3), Z = 3, R = 0.0548. The cadmium is bonded to the six nitrogen donor atoms in a trigonally distorted octahedral arrangement. Four monocationic, mixed ligand tris(pyrazolyl)methane-tris(pyrazolyl)borate complexes {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)][HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Cd}(BF(4)) (5), {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)][HB(3-Phpz)(3)]Cd}(BF(4)) (6), {[HC(3-Phpz)(3)][HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Cd}(BF(4)) (7), and {[HC(3-Phpz)(3)][HB(3-Phpz)(3)]Cd}(BF(4)) (8) are prepared by appropriate conproportionation reactions of 3or 4 with equimolar amounts of the appropriate homoleptic neutral tris(pyrazolyl)borate complexes [HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)](2)Cd or [HB(3-Phpz)(3)](2)Cd. Solution (113)Cd NMR studies on complexes 3-8 demonstrate that the chemical shifts of the new cationic, tris(pyrazolyl)methane complexes are very similar to the neutral tris(pyrazolyl)borate complexes that contain similar substitution of the pyrazolyl rings.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of Rh(I) and Ir(I) homobimetallic complexes using three different linking scaffolds is described. The cyclooctadiene (COD) complexes [M(2)(COD)(2)(L(scaffold))][BAr(F)(4)](2) (2-7) where M = Rh(I) or Ir(I), and L(scaffold) = bis(1-pyrazolyl)methane ligands, p-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1a), m-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1b) and the anthracene-bridged 1,8-C(14)H(8)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1c) were synthesized. The COD co-ligands of 2-7 were replaced with the carbonyl co-ligands to form the analogous homobimetallic complexes, [M(2)(CO)(4)(L(scaffold))][BAr(F)(4)](2) (8-13). The solid-state structures of the dicationic homobimetallic complexes 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10, as well as cationic monometallic complexes 15 and 22 of ligands 1b and 1c respectively, were characterized using X-ray crystallography. The solid-state XRD structures of the resulting dirhodium and diiridium complexes with the para- and meta-phenylene and anthracene scaffolds show that there are distinct differences between structures of complexes 2-10 due to the variation in the scaffold structures, in particular the relative positions of the two metal centres. Heterobimetallic RhIr complexes of the m-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) ligand were also synthesized using a stepwise approach, and the observed exchange of the metal centres in the heterobimetallic complexes was found to be dependent on the nature of the coligand.  相似文献

The new ligand Ph(2)(O)POCH(2)C(pz)(3) (pz = pyrazolyl ring), prepared from the reaction of HOCH(2)C(pz)(3) and Ph(2)P(O)Cl in the presence of base, reacts with either AgBF(4) or Fe(BF(4))(2).6H(2)O in a 2/1 molar ratio to yield {[Ph(2)(O)POCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)Ag}(BF(4)) () and {[Ph(2)(O)POCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)Fe}(BF(4))(2) (), respectively. In the structure of , the silver is in an unusual planar geometry with each of the ligands in a kappa(2)-kappa(0) coordination mode. Slow evaporation of a thf solution of yields crystalline [Ph(2)(O)POCH(2)C(pz)(3)Ag](2)(thf)(2)}(BF(4))(2) (). In each cationic unit of , the two Ph(2)(O)POCH(2)C(pz)(3) ligands coordinate to the same two silver(i) centers in a kappa(2)-kappa(1) bonding mode, with a silver atom separation of 3.36 A. The supramolecular structure of both and is dominated by a pair of cooperative hydrogen bonding interactions between the Ph(2)P(O) secondary tecton and a hydrogen atom from a methylene group situated on a neighboring building block, which arranges the cations in chains. The reaction of HC(pz)(3) and AgO(3)SCF(3) (AgOTf) yields {[HC(pz)(3)](2)Ag(2)}(OTf)(2) (). The cationic unit in has a structure very similar to that of , but with a much shorter distance between the silver atoms at 2.86 A. The supramolecular structure of is dominated by an unusual pyrazolyl embrace interaction where the acceptor ring in the C-Hpi interaction is the pyrazolyl ring kappa(1)-bonded to silver in the adjacent dimeric unit rather than the other ring in a kappa(2)-bonded Cpz(2) unit. This interaction arranges the cations in chains which are further organized into sheets by the triflate anions that link the chains via combined AgO/CHO interactions. The iron in is octahedral with each tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit in the kappa(3)-tripodal coordination mode. The supramolecular structure is sheets formed by hydrogen bonding between the Ph(2)P(O) oxygen and a meta-position hydrogen on one of the diphenylphosphine rings from an adjacent cation.  相似文献

A variety of inter- and intramolecular dehydration was found in the reactions of [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)(mu-S(2))](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (1) with hydroxyl substituted alkenes and alkynes. Treatment of 1 with allyl alcohol gave a C(3)S(2) five-membered ring complex, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(2)CH(2)CH(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (2), via C-S bond formation after C-H bond activation and intermolecular dehydration. On the other hand, intramolecular dehydration was observed in the reaction of 1 with 3-buten-1-ol giving a C(4)S(2) six-membered ring complex, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2) [mu-SCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (3). Complex 1 reacts with 2-propyn-1-ol or 2-butyn-1-ol to give homocoupling products, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCR=CHCH(OCH(2)C triple bond CR)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (4: R = H, 5: R = CH(3)), via intermolecular dehydration. In the reaction with 2-propyn-1-ol, the intermediate complex having a hydroxyl group, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH=CHCH(OH)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (6), was isolated, which further reacted with 2-propyn-1-ol and 2-butyn-1-ol to give 4 and a cross-coupling product, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH=CHCH(OCH(2)C triple bond CCH(3))S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (7), respectively. The reaction of 1 with diols, (HO)CHRC triple bond CCHR(OH), gave furyl complexes, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SSC=CROCR=CH]](CF(3)SO(3))(3) (8: R = H, 9: R = CH(3)) via intramolecular elimination of a H(2)O molecule and a H(+). Even though (HO)(H(3)C)(2)CC triple bond CC(CH(3))(2)(OH) does not have any propargylic C-H bond, it also reacts with 1 to give [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(2)C(=CH(2))C(=C=C(CH(3))(2))]S](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (10). In addition, the reaction of 1 with (CH(3)O)(H(3)C)(2)CC triple bond CC(CH(3))(2)(OCH(3)) gives [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][mu-S=C(C(CH(3))(2)OCH(3))C=CC(CH(3))CH(2)S][Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (11), in which one molecule of CH(3)OH is eliminated, and the S-S bond is cleaved.  相似文献

New silver(I) complexes have been synthesized from the reaction of AgNO(3), monodentate tertiary phosphanes PR(3) (PR(3) = P(C(6)H(5))(3), P(o-C(6)H(4)CH(3))(3), P(m-C(6)H(4)CH(3))(3), P(p-C(6)H(4)CH(3))(3), PCH(3)(C(6)H(5))(2)) and two novel electron withdrawing ligands: potassium dihydrobis(3-nitropyrazol-1-yl)borate and potassium dihydrobis(3-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)borate. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, ESI-MS and multinuclear ((1)H, (19)F and (31)P) NMR spectroscopy. Solid state structures of the potassium salts K[H(2)B(3-(NO(2))pz)(2)] and K[H(2)B(3-(CF(3))pz)(2)] have been reported. They form polymeric networks due to intermolecular contacts of various types between the potassium ion and atoms of the neighboring molecules. The silver adducts [H(2)B(3-(NO(2))pz)(2)]Ag[P(C(6)H(5))(3)](2) and [H(2)B(3-(NO(2))pz)(2)]Ag[P(p-C(6)H(4)CH(3))(3)] have pseudo tetrahedral and trigonal planar silver sites, respectively. The bis(pyrazolyl)borate ligand acts as a kappa(2)-N(2) donor. The nitro-substituents are coplanar with the pyrazolyl rings in all these adducts indicating efficient electron delocalization between the two units. The [H(2)B(3-(CF(3))pz)(2)]Ag[P(C(6)H(5))(3)] complex has been obtained from re-crystallization of {[H(2)B(3-(CF(3))pz)(2)]Ag[P(C(6)H(5))(3)](2)} in a dichloromethane-diethyl ether solution; it is a three-coordinate, trigonal planar silver complex.  相似文献

Treatment of [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)(mu-S(2))](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (1), which is prepared by the reaction of [[RuCl(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)](2)(mu-S(2))(mu-Cl)(2)] (2) with 4 equiv of AgCF(3)SO(3), with terminal alkenes such as 1-pentene, allyl ethyl ether, allyl phenyl ether, 1,4-hexadiene, and 3-methyl-1-butene, resulted in the formation of complexes carrying a C(3)S(2) five-membered ring, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(2)CH(2)CR(1)R(2)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (3, R(1) = CH(2)CH(3), R(2) = H, 40%; 4, R(1) = OCH(2)CH(3), R(2) = H, 60%; 5, R(1) = OC(6)H(5), R(2) = H, 73%; 6, R(1) = CH=CHCH(3), R(2) = H, 48%; 7, R(1) = R(2) = CH(3), 40%). Reaction of 1 with methylenecycloalkanes was found to give several different types of products, depending on the ring size of the substrates. A trace of [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(CH(2)CH(2))CH(CH(3))S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (9) having a C(2)S(2) four-membered ring to bridge the two Ru atoms was obtained by the reaction of 1 with methylenecyclobutane, whereas the reaction with methylenecyclohexane gave [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-S(CH(2)(C=CHCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2))S)](CF(3)SO(3))(3) (10) in 69% yield via C-S bond formation and elimination of a proton. Throughout these reactions with alkenes giving a variety of products, the activation of the allylic C-H bond is always the essential and initial key step.  相似文献

The trioxo [ReO(3){SO(3)C(pz)(3)}] (1) (pz = pyrazolyl) and oxo [ReOCl{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}(PPh(3))]Cl (2) compounds with tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate were obtained by treatment of Re(2)O(7) or [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)], respectively, with Li[SO(3)C(pz)(3)], whereas [ReCl(3){HC(pz)(3)}] (3), [ReCl(3){HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)}] (4) and [ReCl(4){eta(2)-HC(pz)(3)}] (5) were prepared by reaction of [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)] (3,4) or [ReCl(4)(NCMe)(2)] (5) with hydrotris(pyrazolyl)methane HC(pz)(3) (3,5) or hydrotris(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) (4). [ReO{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}{OC(CH(3))(2)pz}][ReO(4)] 6, with a chelated pyrazolyl-alkoxide, was derived from an unprecedented ketone-pyrazolyl coupling on reaction of crude 1 with acetone. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopies, FAB-MS spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry and, in the case of 5 and 6, also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical E(L) Lever parameter has been estimated, for the first time, for the SO(3)C(pz)(3)(-) and oxo ligands allowing the measurement of their electron-donor character and comparison with other ligands. Compounds 1, 2 and 6 appear to be the first tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate complexes of rhenium to be reported.  相似文献

The UV spectra show all the complexes have same UV absorption at 232 nm; there is another band at 332 nm for complexes 1, 2 and 4, while for complexes 3 and 5, the bands are at 272 and 308 nm, respectively. Complex 1 has a binuclear structure in which two pyrazole ligands bridge two Cu-Tp units. In 2-5, the Cu(II) centers are coordinated with dihydrobis(pyrazolyl)borate (Bp), hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate (Tp), hydrotris(3,5-Me2pyrazolyl)borate (Tp'), tetrakis(pyrazolyl)borate (Tkp) respectively to form a mononuclear structure. The results of thermal analysis for complexes 1-5 are discussed too.  相似文献

The addition of the tris(pyrazolyl)methane ligand HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) (pz = pyrazolyl ring) to a THF solution of TlPF(6) results in the immediate precipitation of {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)](2)Tl}PF(6). The structure has been determined crystallographically. The arrangement of the nitrogen donor atoms about the thallium is best described as a trigonally distorted octahedron. The thallium atom sits on a crystallographic center of inversion; thus the planes formed by the three nitrogen donor atoms of each ligand are parallel. The Tl-N bond distances range from 2.891(5) to 2.929(5) ? (average = 2.92) ?. The lone pair on thallium is clearly stereochemically inactive and does not appear to influence the structure. The pyrazolyl rings are planar, but are tilted with respect to the thallium atom so as to open up the N.N intraligand bite distances. The thallium(I) complex with a ligand to metal ratio of 1/1, {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Tl}PF(6), is prepared in acetone by the reaction of equimolar amounts of HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) and TlPF(6). The structure of the cation is a trigonal pyramid, with Tl-N bond distances that range from 2.64(1) to 2.70(1) ? (average = 2.67) ?. Pyrazolyl ring tilting is also observed in this complex, but the degree of tilting is smaller. Crystal data for {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)](2)Tl}PF(6): monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.210(6) ?, b = 13.36(1) ?, c = 16.067(8) ?, beta = 92.48(5) degrees, V = 1975(2) ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.029. For {[HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Tl}PF(6): monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 10.685(2) ?, b = 16.200(5) ?, c = 13.028(3) ?, beta = 94.02(2) degrees, V = 2249.6(8) ?(3), Z = 4, R = 0.042.  相似文献

Reactions of the arene-linked bis(pyrazolyl)methane ligands m-bis[bis(1-pyrazolyl)methyl]benzene, (m-[CH(pz)2]2C6H4, Lm), p-bis[bis(1-pyrazolyl)methyl]benzene, (p-[CH(pz)2]2C6H4, Lp), and 1,3,5-tris[bis(1-pyrazolyl)methyl]benzene (1,3,5-[CH(pz)2]3C6H3, L3) with AgX salts (pz = 1-pyrazolyl; X = BF4- or PF6-) yield two types of molecular motifs depending on the arrangement of the ligating sites about the central arene ring. Reactions of the m-phenylene-linked Lm with AgBF4 and AgPF6 afford complexes consisting of discrete, metallacyclic dications: [Ag2(mu-Lm)2](BF4)2 (1) and [Ag2(mu-Lm)2](PF6)2 (2). When the p-phenylene-linked Lp is treated with AgBF4 and AgPF6, acyclic, cationic coordination polymers are obtained: {[Ag(mu-Lp)]BF4}infinity (3) and {[Ag(mu-Lp)]PF6}infinity (4). Reaction of the ligand L3, containing three bis(pyrazolyl)methane units in a meta arrangement, with an equimolar amount of AgBF4 again yields discrete metallacyclic dications in which one bis(pyrazolyl)methane unit on each ligand remains unbound: [Ag2(mu-L3)2](BF4)2 (5). Treatment of L3 with an excess of AgBF4 affords a polymer of metallacycles, {[Ag3(mu-L3)2](BF4)3}infinity (6), with one of the bis(pyrazolyl)methane units on each ligand bound to a silver cation bridging two metallacycles. The supramolecular structures of the silver(I) complexes 1-6 are organized by noncovalent interactions, including weak hydrogen bonding, pi-pi, and anion-pi interactions.  相似文献

Na[BH(pz)(3)] and Na[AuCl(4)].2H(2)O react in water (1:1) to give [Au[kappa(2)-N,N'-BH(pz)(3)]Cl(2)] (1) or, in the presence of NaClO(4) (2:1:1), the cationic complex [Au[kappa(2)-N,N'-BH(pz)(3)](2)]ClO(4) (2). The reactions of Na[B(pz)(4)] with the cyclometalated gold complexes [AuRCl(2)] and NaClO(4) (1:1:1) produce [Au[kappa(2)-N,N'-B(pz)(4)](R)]ClO(4) [R = kappa(2)-C,N-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2)-2 (3)] or [Au[kappa(2)-N,N'-B(pz)(4)](R)Cl] [R = C(6)H(3)(N=NC(6)H(4)Me-4')-2-Me-5 (4)], respectively, although 4 is better obtained in the absence of NaClO(4). The crystal structures of 1 and 3.CHCl(3) are reported. Both complexes display the gold center in square planar environments, two coordination sites being occupied by the chelating poly(pyrazolyl)borate ligands.  相似文献

This report describes the synthesis and biological evaluation of cationic (99m)Tc-tricarbonyl complexes anchored by ether-containing tris(pyrazolyl)methane or bis(pyrazolyl)ethanamine ligands to be applied in the design of radiopharmaceuticals for myocardial imaging: fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}](+) (R = H (1a), MeOCH(2) (2a), EtOCH(2) (3a), (n)PrOCH(2) (4a)) and fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (R = H (5a), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6a)) (pz = pyrazolyl). At the no carrier added level, complexes 1a-6a were obtained in high radiochemical yield (> 98%) by reaction of fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3)(H(2)O)(3)](+) with the corresponding tripod chelator in aqueous medium. All these complexes display a high in vitro and in vivo stability, except 6a which metabolizes in vivo yielding fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){HO(CH(2))(2)NHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (7a). Biological studies in mice have shown that among the radiotracers evaluated in this work, 3a, anchored by a tris(pyrazolyl)methane chelator bearing an ethyl methyl ether substituent, has the highest heart uptake (3.6 +/- 0.5%ID g(-1) at 60 min p.i.). Complex 3a presents also the best heart: blood, heart: liver and heart: lung ratios, appearing as the most promising as a potential myocardial imaging agent. The chemical identity of 1a-7a was ascertained by HPLC comparison with the previously reported fac-[Re(CO)(3){HC(pz)(3)}]Br (1) and with the novel fac-[Re(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}]Br (R = MeOCH(2) (2), EtOCH(2) (3), (n)PrOCH(2)(4)) and fac-[Re(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}]Br (R = H (5), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6) HO(CH(2))(2) (7)). The novel Re(I) tricarbonyl complexes, 2-7, were characterized by the common analytical techniques, including single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The solid state structure confirmed the presence of facial and tridentate (kappa(3)-N(3)) anchor ligands. Solution NMR studies have also shown that this kappa(3)-N(3) coordination mode is retained in solution for all complexes (2-7).  相似文献
