In the previous papers,we reported the structural elucidation of stellarins A-E,fivenew cyclopeptides from the fresh roots of Stellaria yunnanensis Franch.Further chemical study on this plant led to the isolation of two other new cyclopeptides named stellarins F(l) and G(2).By a combination of 2D-NMR,enzymatic degradation and FABMS,their structures were established to be cyclo(Gly-Ala-Gly-Ser-Pro-Trp-Phe-Pro) and cyclo(Gly-Ala-Tyr-Leu-Ala),respectively. 相似文献

The phytochemical investigation on the ethanolic extracts of the barks of Taxus yunnanensis (Taxaceae) led to the isolation of two new neo-lignans, named taxuyunins A (1) and B (2), along with the known diterpenolignan, brevitaxin (3). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidences. Six indole alkaloids were isolated from the stems of Ervatamia yunnanensis. Among them, yunnanensine (I) is new. The other five are known alkaloids, namely: 19,20-E-vallesamine (II), 19s-heyneanine (HI), ibogaine (IV), ibogamine (V), coronaridine (VI). Two new eudesmane derivatives, 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-(6-cinnamoyl)-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ) were discovered from Merremia yunnanensis. The structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data including HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR. An effective method for separating and purifying critical saponins (polyphyllin II and polyphyllin VII) from a Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis extract was developed in this study which was environmentally friendly and economical. Static adsorption kinetics, thermodynamics, and the dynamic adsorption-desorption of macroporous resins were investigated, and then the conditions of purification and separation were optimized by fitting with an adsorption thermodynamics equation and a kinetic equation. Effective NKA-9 resin from seven macroporous resins was screened out to separate and purify the two saponins. The static adsorption and dynamic adsorption were chemical and physical adsorption dual-processes on the NKA-9 resin. Under the optimum parameters, the contents of polyphyllin II and polyphyllin VII in the product were 17.3-fold and 28.6-fold those in plant extracts, respectively. The total yields of the two saponins were 93.16%. This research thus provides a theoretical foundation for the large-scale industrial production of the natural drugs polyphyllin II and polyphyllin VII. 相似文献

环肽是具有环状结构的多肽链,因其独特的结构和有价值的功能,如抗肿瘤、抗菌、调节免疫抑制活性、杀虫、溶血、抗HIV等,而受到广泛的关注。本文采用CiteSpace 5.7 R5软件在中国知网(CNKI)以及Web of Science核心合集数据库检索关于活性环肽的文献,并对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,经过筛选、排除与主题无关的文献,最终获纳入中文文献538篇,英文文献792篇。网络知识图谱分析显示,周涛和江维克、David Jcraik是发表中文和英文文献最多的作者;而中国科学院、澳大利亚昆士兰大学分别是发表中文和英文文献数量最多的研究机构,但是机构间、团队间的合作仍需进一步待加强。中、英文文献关键词分析显示,研究的内容主要集中在新型活性环肽的发现、类似物的设计合成以及抗肿瘤、抗菌药理活性的研究等。活性环肽固相合成工艺研究、环肽介导的纳米药物靶向递送研究、活性环肽在抗癌药物方面的应用等可能成为未来研究的主要方向。 相似文献
