Diagnostics of a near-surface laser plasma, the plasma of a strong-current pulse gaseous discharge in inert gases, nitrogen,
and carbon dioxide under conditions of intense evaporation of the wall of the discharge chamber, the plasma of a discharge
with a hollow cathode, and the active medium of an excimer laser was conducted by methods of intracavity laser spectroscopy
and laser-induced fluorescence. The dynamic fields and absolute concentrations of atoms, ions, molecules and electrons, the
plasma temperature, and the velocities of flows of particles were measured. The quantitative determination of the density
of particles in the erosion laser flame prior to breakdown and the phenomena associated with the formation of molecules in
the laser plasma received primary consideration.

This work is focused on the interpretation of the emission spectra in laser-induced plasma observed in the phase at 100–400?ns from after the laser pulse, when the discrete emission lines prevail on the continuum emission, can be important to retrieve the initial stage of expansion. A Q-switched neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser has been used for the ablation of a lead sample in vacuum. The observed line profiles, corresponding to different species of lead, were analyzed in terms of delay time. Measurements of parameters of the produced plasmas are performed. The results obtained corroborate the importance of considering nonequilibrium effects in the initial stage of plasma expansion. Also, Stark width for two spectral lines of triply ionized lead is given. 相似文献

Using the methods of laser-induced fluorescence and emissive spectroscopy, we carried out investigations of the formation
of TiO molecules in a laser plasma produced by focusing the radiation of an AYG:Nd3+ laser on the surface of a titanium target in air. The radiation flux density varied within the range 108–1010 W/cm2. We investigated the distribution of molecules over internal states and the space-time distributions of Ti atoms in the ground,
metastable, and excited states, as well as of TiO molecules in the ground and excited states. We found that gas-phase reactions
with participation of Ti atoms in the ground state provide the most probable channel for the formation of TiO molecules; the
role of reagents in ionized, excited, and metastable states is of secondary importance.

对中心波长为800 nm,脉宽为100 fs的激光脉冲烧蚀空气中硅(111)产生的等离子体发射光谱进行了时间和空间分辨研究. 结果表明,在等离子体羽膨胀初期(小于50 ns时间范围内),等离子体发射光谱主要由连续光谱构成,此后连续光谱强度逐渐减弱,线状光谱开始占主导地位;在羽体膨胀过程中离子谱线的存在时间短于原子谱线的存在时间. 由时间分辨发射光谱发现在羽体膨胀过程中等离子体辐射波长存在红移现象,波长红移量随时间演化呈二次指数衰减. 最后给出等离子体发射光谱谱线强度的时空演化规律.

开展纳秒激光诱导空气等离子体近红外辐射特性的实验研究,对波长为532 nm的脉冲ns激光诱导产生的空气等离子体的近红外光谱进行测量.结果表明:空气等离子体的近红外辐射在光谱范围为1100-2400 nm内由连续谱和线状谱组成,光谱指认表明线谱主要来源于N,O原子的中性原子谱和氮分子的振动光谱.通过对连续谱的分析得知,黑体辐射是连续辐射的主要来源.空气中波长1128 nm附近的辐射,可能是N和O中性原子谱的贡献.保持真空腔内气压不变,改变腔内氮气和氧气气体组分含量,分析测得的红外光谱数据,可知混合气体中氧气和氮气含量变化只对波长为1128 nm附近的辐射有影响.利用二元线性回归分析对数据进行分析后得知,氧气对波长为1128 nm附近的辐射贡献较大.最后从电离难易的角度分析造成这一结果的原因. 相似文献

The dependence of the Stark width of the spectral line of He II P
468.6 nm on the electron concentration in the laser plasma of helium for the range of electron densities N
e = (1–10)·1023 m–3 and electron temperatures of the order of 60 kK has been measured. The results obtained correspond well to Griem's theoretical data. An empirical relation is suggested which makes it possible to reliably determine the electron concentration from measured halfwidths in the investigated range of N

利用Nd:YAG激光器产生的1064 nm、10 ns脉冲激光聚焦在空气中的Ti靶,观测了激光诱导Ti等离子体发射光谱.调节激光能量为45 mJ/pulse,分析了时间范围在0到4000 ns的时间分辨发射光谱和谱线轮廓以及展宽.在局部热力学平衡(LTE)条件下,利用Saha-boltzmann图法拟合电子温度,Saha方程计算电子密度,讨论了等离子体电子温度和电子密度随时间的演化规律.结果表明,在所讨论的时间范围内,谱线的强度在延时250 ns处达到最大,250 ns后随着延迟时间的增加减小,电子密度和电子温度在延时1000 ns内快速衰减,1000 ns后衰减速度变慢. 相似文献

We present the optical emission characteristics of the sodium plasma produced at the surface of sodium nitrate (NaNO3) also known as Chile saltpeter. We used a Q-switched Nd:YAG (Quantel Brilliant) pulsed laser having a pulse duration of 5?ns and 10?Hz repetition rate which is capable of delivering 400?mJ at 1064?nm and 200?mJ at 532?nm. The target material was placed in front of laser beam in air (atmospheric pressure). The experimentally observed line profiles of neutral sodium have been used to extract the electron temperature using the Boltzmann plot method, whereas the electron number density has been determined from the Stark broadening. The electron temperature is calculated by varying the distance from the target surface along the line of propagation of the plasma plume and also by varying the laser irradiance. Besides, we have studied the variation of number density as a function of laser irradiance as well as its variation with the distance from the target surface. It is observed that electron temperature and electron number density increase as the laser irradiance is increased. 相似文献

本文对SCB等离子体发射光谱进行了试验研究,在局部热力学平衡条件下,用AlⅠ394.40nm谱线Stark的展宽法测量了SCB等离子体的电子密度;在发射光谱和Saha方程理论的基础上,设计并建立一套测试仪器,时间分辨率为0.1μs,将其测量的电子密度与同种试验条件下的Stark展宽法得到的结果相比较,电子密度的数量级都为1015cm-3-1016cm-3,且随时间的变化的规律相同。 相似文献

Analysis of the emission bands of the CN molecules in the plasma generated from a graphite target irradiated with 1.06 μm
radiation pulses from a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser has been done. Depending on the position of the sampled volume of the plasma
plume, the intensity distribution in the emission spectra is found to change drastically. The vibrational temperature and
population distribution in the different vibrational levels have been studied as function of distance from the target for
different time delays with respect to the incidence of the laser pulse. The translational temperature calculated from time
of flight is found to be higher than the observed vibrational temperature for CN molecules and the reason for this is explained. 相似文献

采用发射光谱方法对大气压氩气介质阻挡放电(DBD)系统中的电子密度进行了诊断。通过考虑放电等离子体中的各种加宽机制, 采用自编的非对称卷积程序对氩原子发射谱线的线型进行分析拟合, 再通过反卷积的方法将各种加宽机制分离开来, 最终将Stark展宽分离出来进行大气压氩气介质阻挡放电电子密度的计算。诊断结果表明, 在大气压氩气介质阻挡放电中当有三个放电丝存在, 电子温度为10000 K时, 电子密度约为4.06×1021 m-3, 诊断结果和模拟结果符合得很好。此方法不仅可以应用在大气压介质阻挡放电中, 还可以用于其他含有非氢气体的大气压等离子体电子密度的测量。 相似文献
