采用实验、模拟及理论的分析方法, 研究了在圆形混合器、椭圆形混合器、正方形混合器中, 不同转速和填充率条件下, 容器形状对二元颗粒体系分聚与混合的影响. 实验中通过改变转速与填充率, 可获得不同的颗粒分聚与混合图样, 对示踪颗粒运动轨迹的分析发现, 在圆形混合器中, 随着混合器转速的增大, 颗粒在径向的随机性减少;在正方形混合器中, 随着混合器转速的增大, 颗粒在径向的随机性增大.模拟结果发现颗粒流动分为两个区域, 在表面的快速流动和在整体的旋转运动. 通过理论分析发现颗粒分聚在圆形混合器中最明显, 在正方形混合器中最弱, 椭圆形混合器介于二者之间. 相似文献

受 Wang & Fiedler(1997)的实验的启发,采用高阶精度的差分格式,通过数值模拟的方法,研究了二维混合层及限于两平板间的二维混合层(二维受限混合层)入口处加振动对提高混合层混合效率的作用.计算结果表明:对二维混合层,振动的频率越低,在混合层中产生的大尺度涡结构的尺度越大,在频率很低时,涡具有相似性;对限于两平板间的二维混合层,在一定的振动频率下,混合层中产生的涡较大而且破碎得也较好,这将有利于混合.这一结论与 Wang & Fiedler(1997)的实验观测到的结果是一致的. 相似文献

Restitution is an important physical and mechanical property of granular materials. However, measuring its values in instantaneous collisions between particles is very difficult, especially for ore particles of irregular shapes. In this paper, restitution is measured indirectly and statistically with two cameras recording from different angles the trajectories of the ore particles rebounding from a steel plate. The momenta of the particles prior to and after the collision are calculated from the trajectories to give the restitutions of these collisions. The restitution between ore particles is then derived from the restitution of a steel ball with the steel plate measured in the same way. The approach has been proved to be practical and reliable for a variety of ore particles with moderate restitutions. 相似文献

氢气是一种零排放的二次能源,是实现“双碳”目标的重要能源之一。采用在役天然气管道或管网输送掺氢天然气,是实现氢气大规模输送的有效方式。精确控制进入输送系统的掺氢比例对系统安全运行具有重要意义。本文介绍了电气式和机械式随动掺氢系统的结构与原理;分析了红外吸收型、热传导型、半导体型浓度传感器和相应的综合测量系统在掺氢比动态调整中的应用;重点评述了目前3个重要在役天然气掺氢示范项目中随动掺氢系统的组成和运行结果;基于工程实践经验展望了天然气掺氢技术的发展趋势。

Simulations of the gas fluidization of a cohesive powder were performed using the Stokesian Dynamics method and an agglomeration-deagglomeration model to investigate methods of improving the fluidizability of fine powders. Three techniques (a) high gas velocity (b) vibration-assisted fluidization and (c) tapered fluidizer were used in the simulations which provided detailed information on the bed microscopy such as the motion of 1 O0 particles in a fluidizing vessel along with the formation and destruction of cohesive bonds dudng collisions. While all three techniques were found to effectively improve the fluidizability of a strongly cohesive powder, we suggest a combination of high velocity fluidization assisted by extemal vibration of the fluidized bed to minimize entrainment of particles. 相似文献

基于线性稳定性理论,建立了可压缩空间发展混合层亚谐扰动作用的唯象分析图,用以分析并判定亚谐扰动相差对基频涡卷非线性演化类型的影响,据此导出了基频涡卷各类非线性演化的定量的相差唯象模型. 研究发现,当亚谐扰动波长较小时,对于单一亚谐扰动,基频涡卷的演化类型共4 类,分别是撕裂、中心对称群并、第1 类非对称群并和第2 类非对称群并现象. 撕裂与中心对称群并为特殊现象,对应特定的相差点;非对称群并为常见现象,对应除这些相差点之外的相差区间. 当亚谐扰动波长较大时,由于扰动幅值随空间指数增长,只存在非对称群并现象. 相似文献

A posteriori tests of large-eddy simulations for the temporal mixing layer are performed using a variety of numerical methods in conjunction with the dynamic mixed subgrid model for the turbulent stress tensor. The results of the large-eddy simulations are compared with filtered direct numerical simulation (DNS) results. Five numerical methods are considered. The cell vertex scheme (A) is a weighted second-order central difference. The transverse weighting is shown to be necessary, since the standard second-order central difference (A′) gives rise to instabilities. By analogy, a new weighted fourth-order central difference (B) is constructed in order to overcome the instability in simulations with the standard fourth-order central method (B′). Furthermore, a spectral scheme (C) is tested. Simulations using these schemes have been performed for the case where the filter width equals the grid size (I) and the case where the filter width equals twice the grid size (II). The filtered DNS results are best approximated in case II for each of the numerical methods A, B and C. The deviations from the filtered DNS data are decomposed into modelling error effects and discretization error effects. In case I the absolute modelling error effects are smaller than in case II owing to the smaller filter width, whereas the discretization error effects are larger, since the flow field contains more small-scale contributions. In case I scheme A is preferred over scheme B, whereas in case II the situation is the reverse. In both cases the spectral scheme C provides the most accurate results but at the expense of a considerably increased computational cost. For the prediction of some quantities the discretization errors are observed to eliminate the modelling errors to some extent and give rise to reduced total errors. 相似文献

微混合器凭借节约试剂、混合强度高和易于集成等优点,在材料合成、医药制备和生化检测等领域中具有广泛的应用. 为了进一步提高混合性能,保证混合过程的安全性及生化反应结果的准确性,设计了一种带扩展腔的新型方波型微混合器. 在综合考虑混合强度和压降的前提下,通过实验研究和数值模拟分析了窄缝宽度、窄缝长度和扩展腔高度对微混合器混合性能的影响并得到了不同雷诺数 条件下的最优结构参数. 与方波型微混合器的混合性能进行比较,发现 时,带扩展腔的方波型微混合器的混合强度更高,其中 时两者混合强度相差最多,可达12%. 在相同 下,带扩展腔的方波型微混合器的压降要低于方波型微混合器. 对带扩展腔的方波型微混合器进行内部流场分析,发现扩展腔结构能在流体层流状态的基础上引入涡流,使通道中流体的流动状态发生改变、对流增强,进而混合性能提高. 相似文献

利用可压缩线性稳定性理论研究了超声速混合层考虑壁面影响流动时的失稳特性. 基本流场选取了具有不同速度特征的2 股均匀来流,进入存在上下壁面的流道中. 混合层与边界层的距离为1~3 个边界层厚度,其中壁面取为绝热壁. 分析了该流动在超声速情况下的稳定性特征,同时还讨论了不同波角下的三维扰动波的演化特点,并与二维扰动波进行了比较和分析. 研究结果表明,在此流动情况下,边界层流动和混合层流动的稳定性特征同时存在,并互有影响,其流动稳定性特征既有别于单纯的平板边界层,也有别于单纯的平面混合层,呈现出了新的稳定性特征. 相似文献

This study reports the effect of vertical baffles on the group D powder mixing and drying characteristics in a batch fluidized bed dryer. Results obtained in this study showed that operating the fluidized bed dryer with vertical baffles gave better particle mixing. This is due to the fact that the vertical baffles acted to limit the growth of small bubbles into large bubbles and the small bubbles caused more vigorous mixing in the bed of particles before finally erupting at the bed surface. Thus, insertion of vertical baffles is a useful way to process group D particles in a fluidized bed, especially when the fluidized bed is large. 相似文献
