Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

The novel vanadophosphate (DETAH)(DETAH3)3[V18O42(PO4)]·(PO4)·2H2O has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=23.857(3), b=12.9619(18), c=20.204(3) (A), β=105.692(2)°, V=6015.0(14) (A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.473 g/cm3, Mr=2239.68, F(000)=4432, R=0.0725, wR=0.1524 and GOOF=1.095. The metaloxo cluster contains a novel six-capped pesudo-Keggin structure unit which encloses a disorder PO43- guest.  相似文献

A novel complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O was synthesized, of which qina- is the quinaldic acid radical and DMSO the dimethyl sulfoxide. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2)(A),β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N2O6PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6)(A)3, Dc= 1.981g/cm3,μ = 7.908 mm-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤ 19, -22≤l≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR =0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

One novel complex [Ni(phen)3]·(C8H12O4)·(H2O)14 with hexane dicarboxylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 2.3475(5), b = 1.2208(2), c = 1.9499(4) nm, β = 114.682(3)o, V = 5.0778(16) nm3, Dc = 1.339 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ(MoKα) = 0.458 mm-1, F(000) = 2168, GOOF = 1.014, R = 0.0401 and wR = 0.0961. The nickel(Ⅱ) center in the title complex is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms of three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. However, the nickel(Ⅱ) ion does not coordinate to the hexane dicarboxylic acid. The complex molecules form a 3D structure through hydrogen bonds. TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 240.0 ℃.  相似文献

One new arsenic-vanadium cluster, [Zn(dien)(Hdien)]2[As6V15O42(H2O)]·4H2O (1, dien = diethylenetriamine), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TGA, magnetic property and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.959(3), b = 22.428(5), c = 22.831(5) A^°, β = 90.733(4)°, Z = 4. X-ray crystallographic study showed that compound 1 is constructed from [As6V15O42(H2O)]^6- polyoxoanions linked together by novel [Zn(dien)(Hdien)]^3+ complex fragments via hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network. Variable temperature susceptibility measurement demonstrates the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction between V^IV cations in 1.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) (A), α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90°, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) (A)3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献

The reaction of 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane (dadm), malonic acid (H2mal) and Cu(NO3)2 in aqueous solution results in a discrete binuclear Cu(II) macrocycle: [Cu(dadm)(mal)- (H2O)]2(2H2O. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.231(3), b = 11.847(2), c = 9.801(2)A,Z= 106.75(3)o, V = 1693.5(6)A3, Z = 2, C32H40Cu2N4O12, Mr = 799.76, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, λ(MoK() = 0.71073A, μ = 1.325 mm-1, F(000) = 828, the final R = 0.0531 and Wr = 0.1244 for 3421 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(II) is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from a mal ligand, two nitrogen atoms from two dadm ligands and a water oxygen atom to form a triangle bipyramidal motif. The title compound possesses a distorted macrocycle enclosed by dadm with approximate dimensions of 8.3A× 5.9A.  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstosilicate compound [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2[SiWVI12O40]·2H2O1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by a hydrothermal method for the first time. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 (C4H40Co2N8O44SiW12) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.4979(6), b = 13.3946(7), c = 13.5756(8) (A°), α= 70.0769(18), β= 68.910(3), y = 74.186(4)°,V =1649.84(16) (A°)3, M, = 3688.95, Z =1, Dc= 3.713 mg.m-3,μ= 21.432 mm-1, F(000) = 1644, S =1.058, the final R = 0.0511 and wR = 0.1023 for 6523 observed reflections (I> 2σ(I)). Compound 1 consists of two coordinated cation fragments [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2+, one normal Keggin polyanion unit [SiWVI12O40]4- and two lattice water molecules. To be noted, each polyanion unit is linked to two cation fragments by its two surface terminal oxygen atoms and two cobalt atoms of two cation fragments forming an organic-inorganic hybrid unit in 1. Furthermore, the compound shows strong photo-luminescence property in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 2(1)/c, a?=?24.649(9)?Å, b?=?13.364(5)?Å, c?=?22.463(8)?Å, β?=?104.008(5)°, V?=?7180(5)?Å3, Z?=?4, R 1?=?0.0787, and wR 2?=?0.1859. Compound 2 crystallizes in rhombohedral system with space group R3c, a?=?b?=?c?=?22.2405(5)?Å, α?=?β?=?γ?=?110.4030(10)°, V?=?8163.4(3)?Å3, Z?=?6, R 1?=?0.0341 and wR 2?=?0.0941. The structural analyses show that both compounds have the same discrete cluster anion [As8V14O42(H2O)]4?. Moreover, in 1, the polyanions are connected through van der Waals forces to generate soft channels that are filled by [Co(C4H13N3)2]2+ cations and water. In 2, water and organic molecules link cluster anions to create the supramolecular assembly through hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

C12H36Mo8N6O27 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 8.820(3), b = 9.534(3), c = 10.993(4)A, α= 99.985(17), β = 106.65(2), γ= 101.650(14)°,V = 840.6(5)A^3, Mr = 1463.99, Z = 1, Dc = 2.892 g/cm^3,μ = 2.993 mm^-1, F(000) = 702, the final R = 0.0676, wR = 0.1920 and S = 1.074 for 2196 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The title compound exhibits a novel infinite three-dimensional (3D) framework composed of a [H6Mo^VI8O27] subunit and three dissociated piperazine fragments. The complex [Mg(H2O)2(dmf@CB[6])(bdc)]·DMF·4H2O (1) and the inclusion compound [dmf@CB[6]]·8H2O (2) were obtained from a mixture of magnesium perchlorate and water (for compound 1) or magnesium oxide and H2SO4 (for compound 2), and cucurbit[6]uryl (CB[6]) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) with the additives of terephthalic or fumaric acid, respectively. X-ray diffraction studies showed that magnesium cation in compound 1 coordinated two oxygen atoms of the CB[6] molecule, one oxygen atom of the terephthalate anion, two molecules of water, and a DMF molecule located inside the cucurbit[6]uryl cavity. When fumaric acid was used instead of terephthalic acid under similar conditions of synthesis, no coordination of magnesium cations to cucurbit[6]uryl molecules took place, rather an inclusion compound of DMF into the macrocyclic cavitand was formed. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction data, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P-1, a = 7.7474(13), b = 9.3381(15), c =15.146(3)(A), α = 93.872(3), β = 102.451(11), γ = 105.261(11)°, C20H20MnN4O7, Mr = 483.34, Z = 2,F(000) = 498, V = 1023.2(3)(A)3, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.697 mm-1, -9≤h≤9, -11 ≤k≤ 10, -18≤l≤12, R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0901 for 3585 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0165) and 2923observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that Mn(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry. The 2-D framework supramolecular structure of the title complex is constructed from hydrogen bonds and π…πinteractions.  相似文献

Crystals of Ca[CoII(Nta)]2· 6H2O (I), where Nta3–is a nitrilotriacetate ion, were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. They were found to be monoclinic: a= 6.991(1), b= 10.031(1), c= 16.238(3) Å, = 98.50(1)°, V= 1126.2(3) Å3, space group P21/n, Z= 2, R 1= 0.0241, wR 2= 0.0636, GOOF = 1.050 (for 3132 reflections with I> 2(I)). Structure Iis composed of {[Co(Nta)(H2O)]}1anion chains united by Ca2+cations into a three-dimensional framework. The coordination polyhedra of Co and Ca atoms are distorted octahedra. The Co(II) atom environment includes atoms N(1), O(1), O(3), and O(5) of one Nta3–ligand, a carbonyl O(2)" atom of the neighboring anion fragment, and an O(w1) atom of the water molecule. The shortest bond is formed by the Co atom with the bridging O(2)" atom in trans-position relative to atom N(1). The Co–O(2)" distance (2.029 Å) is noticeably shorter than the other bond lengths, Co–O(Nta) (2.069–2.103 Å), Co–O(w1), and Co–N(1) (2.155 and 2.177 Å, respectively). Cations Ca2+are located in the inversion centers and involve in their coordination atoms O(4), O(6), O(w2), and the oxygen atoms symmetrically bond to them and arranged at 2.271(1), 2.420(1), and 2.351(2) Å, respectively. The structural formula of the title compound is {Ca(H2O)2[Co(Nta)(H2O)]2}3· 2H2O.  相似文献
