The anthryl‐functionalized open‐chain polyaza‐alkanes L 1 , L 2 , and L 3 have been synthesized, and their activity as fluorescent chemosensors has been studied in MeCN/H2O 70 : 30 (v/v) and H2O at 25° against the anions bromide, phosphate, sulfate, ATP, ADP, and GMP. The crystal structure of L 3 has been solved by single‐crystal X‐ray‐diffraction techniques. The emission intensity of L 1 and L 2 is selectively quenched in the presence of ATP at acidic pH in MeCN/H2O 70 : 30 (v/v). In H2O, the emission intensity of L 1 and L 2 is enhanced at neutral pH in the presence of ADP and ATP. The sensing behavior is discussed in terms of H‐bonding or electrostatic anion‐cation interactions. Receptor L 3 does not show any significant change in fluorescence emission upon addition of anions. Protonation constants of the three ligands and stability constants of L 2 with phosphate and sulfate were determined by potentiometric titration in MeCN/H2O. The stability constants obtained are compared with those obtained for the interaction of these anions with related open‐chain polyamines.  相似文献

The influence of the substituents X of the compounds p-X–C6H4–N[Si(CH3)3]2 on the positions of the vs SiNSi vibrational frequencies is described by an empirical equation in dependence on mass and electronic properties of X. The bonding properties of the C? H, Si? C, and Si? N? Si bonds of the disilazane group are discussed by means of complementing informations from 13CH coupling constants.  相似文献

The measurement of the magnitude and sign of 2J(C,H) couplings offers a reliable way to determine the absolute configuration at a carbon center in a fixed cyclic system. A decrease of the dihedral angle ? in the O—CA—CB—H fragment always leads to a change of the 2J(CA,HB) coupling to more negative values, independent of the type and position of substituents at the two carbon centers. The orientations of the two substituents at C‐3 of the epimeric pair 1 and 2 were determined unambiguously through the measurement of the geminal coupling constants between C‐3 and the hydrogen atoms at C‐2 and C‐4. In particular, 2J(C‐3,H‐2ax) with ?1.5 Hz, ? = 174° in 1 and ?6.6 Hz, ? = 47° in 2 , and 2J(C‐3,H‐4) with +1.5 Hz, ? = 175° in 1 and ?4.7 Hz, ? = 49° in 2 showed the greatest differences between the two epimers. Both couplings therefore allow the determination of the absolute configuration at C‐3. It should be noted, however, that the size of the coupling constants can be different for dihedral angles of nearly identical size, when there are different numbers of electronegative substituents on the two coupling pathways, i.e. no O‐substituent at C‐2, but one axial O‐substituent at C‐4. It becomes clear that it is not sufficient to measure the magnitude of 2J coupling constants only, but that the sign of the geminal coupling is needed to identify the absolute configuration at a chiral center. The coupling of C‐3 with H‐2eq is not useful for the determination of the configuration at C‐3, as the similarity of the dihedral angles ? (O—C‐3—C‐2—H‐2eq) (57° in 1 and 70° in 2 ) leads to identical coupling constants (?6.1 Hz) for both epimers. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The infrared absorption spectra of some dialkyldimethoxystannanes have been investigated in the 400–1500 cm?1 region. The bands associated with vs(SnC2) and vs(SnO2) vibrations have been found at 510–521 cm?1 and 466–475 cm?1. The group of bands between 560 and 620 cm?1 is assigned jointly to va(SnC2) and va(SnO2) vibrations. v(C? O) of the methoxy groups linked to tin appears at 1064–1068 cm?1.  相似文献

Ternary Compounds of Lithium with Yttrium, Lanthanum, or Neodymium and Elements of the Fifth Main Group in a “Filled” CaAl2Si2-type Structure Formation and crystal structure of ternary compounds with lithium and yttrium, lanthanum or neodymium and elements of the fifth main group of the composition ALi3X2v (A = Y, La, Nd; Xv = P, As, Sb, Bi) are reported. Crystal structure determination by X-ray and neutron diffraction methods show that the compounds crystallize in a ?filled”? CaAl2Si2 structure. Two Li atoms of the formula occupy the Al sites in distorted tetrahedral Xv holes of the lattice, the slightly distorted octahedral holes of the Xv atoms are filled with A and the third Li atom.  相似文献

Tetraarylesters of μ-Imido-Diphosphoric Acid and its Thio Derivatives — Structure Investigations New O,O′,O″,O?-tetratolyl- and ditolyl-diphenylesters of the μ-imido-diphosphoric acid and its mono and dithio derivatives were synthesized, compared with the corresponding tetraphenylesters and investigated by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure analysis. Structures of the O,O′,O″,O?-tetrakis-(2-methyl-phenyl)-μ-imidodiphosphate, 1b , as well as of the corresponding ortho-, meta- and para-tolylesters of the μ-imido-monothiodiphosphoric acid ( 2a , 2b , 2c ) were determined. All the compounds form dimers via N? H…?O hydrogen bonds in the crystal as well as in nonpolar solvents. The distances around the phosphorus atoms rise with decreasing electronegativity of the phosphorus substituents. Signs of the 2JP? N? P coupling constants were determined by 13C{1H, 31P} triple resonance experiments for some compounds. These constants become more negative owing to substitution of a phosphoryl by a thiophosphoryl group.  相似文献

Pseudochalkogen Compounds. XVI. Infrared-spectroscopic Investigations of Cyanamidomonophosphates, [PO4?n(NCN)n]3? Infrared spectroscopic investigations of trisodium cyanamidomonophosphates of the general type Na3[PO4?n(NCN)n] · aq (n: 1, 2, 3) are reported. The vibrational spectra of the compounds are confirming very clearly the special position of cyanamidophosphates within the group of substituted phosphates: Cyanamidophosphates are characterized by a full participation of pseudochalkogen groups representing NCN substituents into the mesomeric system of the anions and an only slight shortening of the P? O distances in comparision to [PO4]3?. Characteristic frequencies between 970 and 1150 cm?1 are attributed to v(PO4?nNn)-stretching frequencies. A partial 15N labelling of the monocyanamidophosphate anion, [PO3NCN]3? leads to some splitting or shifting of frequencies being connected with vibrations of the NCN group; isolated v(P? N) stretching frequencies cannot be found.  相似文献

The potential energy curves of the molecular ion KRb+ have been investigated for the 60 lowest molecular states of symmetry 2Σ+, 2Π, 2Δ, and Ω = 1/2, 3/2, and 5/2. Using an ab initio method, the calculation has been done in a one active electron approach based on nonempirical pseudopotentials with core valence effects taken into account through parameterized l‐dependent polarization potentials. Using the canonicals functions approach a rovibrational study is done by calculating the eigenvalues Ev, the rotational constants Bv, the centrifugal distortion constants Dv (up to 135 vibrational levels), and the spectroscopic constants ωe and Be for the five electronic states (1)2Σ+, (3)2Σ+, (1)2Π, (1)Ω = 1/2, and (1)Ω = 3/2. No comparison of these values with other results is yet possible because they are given here for the first time. 13C n.m.r. chemical shifts and carbon-proton coupling constants of 2-substituted pyrimidines are reported. The carbon chemical shifts are correlated with π-electron densities. Substituents which cause deshielding at the directly bound carbon (e.g. NH2, OCH3 and F) exert a more powerful effect in the benzene series than in the pyridine or pyrimidine series. The carbon-proton coupling constants do not correlate with the electronegativity of the substituents. Carbon-proton coupling constants and proton-proton coupling constants over the same number of bonds do not obey the Karabatsos relationship. The changes in the carbon-proton coupling constants in 2(1H)-pyrimidinone and 2(1H)-pyrimidinethione which accompany anion and cation formation are reported.  相似文献

Monomeric and Dimeric Chromium(III) Phthalocyanines: Synthesis and Properties of Hydroxopyridinophthalocyaninatochromium(III) and μ-Oxodi(pyridinophthalocyaninatochromium(III)) Heating of ?[Cr(OH)Pc2?]”? in pyridine (Py) gives the paramagnetic (T = 273 K) complexes [Cr(OH)(Py)Pc2?] (μCr = 3.84 μB) and [(Cr(Py)Pc2?)2O] (μCr = 1.24 μB) by consecutive substitution and condensation reactions. The UV-VIS spectra are characterized by the typical B, Q, and N regions of the Pc2? ligand being shifted hypsochromically for the dimer with respect to the monomer due to excitonic coupling (1.5 kK). Regions of weak absorbance between 8 and 13 resp. 19 kK are assigned to trip-quartet transitions for both complexes. A weak band at 870 cm?1 in the FIR/MIR spectra is assigned to vas(Cr? O? Cr). In the resonance Raman(RR) spectra v(Cr? O) at 514 cm?1 resp. vs(Cr? O? Cr) at 426 cm?1 is selectively enhanced. Further strong RR-lines of the μ-Oxo dimer at 110 and 631 cm?1 are assigned to a (Py? Cr? O)- resp. internal pyridine deformation of a1g symmetry. An assignment as 2vas(Cr? O? Cr) is proposed for the remarkable RR line at 1740 cm?1.  相似文献

The linear relationship between the coupling constants 1J(Sn? 13C) and 2J(Sn? H), observed for a number of organotin compounds, does not hold for coupling in the Sn? CHnCl3?n group of mono- and dichloromethyltin compounds. A complete determination of all NMR parameters of the compounds Me3Sn-CHnCl3?n (n = 0 to 3) shows no further anomalies, indicating that steric factors must be responsible for the unusually low values of 2J(Sn? H) in the SnCHnCl3?n group. Molecular weight measurements support this theory, showing that the chlorine-containing compounds are associated.  相似文献

13C chemical shifts, 1-bond and 3-bond (meta) 13C? H coupling constants have been determined in a series of trisubstituted benzene; the substituents are Cl, NH2, N(C2H5)2, N(iC3H7)2, N(C2H4)2O. Chemical shifts are only in moderate agreement with the usual additivity rules. Additivity rules relative to the above mentioned coupling constants are proposed. With few exceptions, the difference between predicted and observed values is less than 10%.  相似文献

The ESR.-spectrum of the radical anion of 1,6-imino-[10]annulene (II) has been recorded. Its hyperfine structure reflects the reduced symmetry (Cs) of the molecule, as compared with that (C2v) of 1,6-methano- and 1,6-oxido-[10]annulenes (I and III, resp.). The coupling constants of the ring protons in II? are intermediate between the corresponding values of I? and III?. The ESR.-spectrum of the radical anion of 1,6-methylimino-[10]annulene (IV) has also been obtained, but not analysed in detail. The relative stabilities of the radical anions of the four bridged [10]annulenes are: I??II? > III? > IV?. The main secondary product identified by ESR.-spectroscopy after the decay of II?, III? and IV? is the naphthalene radical anion. A remarkable exception is IV, when reduced with sodium in 1,2-dimethoxyethane: in this case the ESR.-spectrum of the azulene radical anion is observed.  相似文献

Two‐ and three‐bond coupling constants (2JHC and 3JHC) were determined for a series of 12 substituted cinnamic acids using a selective 2D inphase/antiphase (IPAP)‐single quantum multiple bond correlation (HSQMBC) and 1D proton coupled 13C NMR experiments. The coupling constants from two methods were compared and found to give very similar values. The results showed coupling constant values ranging from 1.7 to 9.7 Hz and 1.0 to 9.6 Hz for the IPAP‐HSQMBC and the direct 13C NMR experiments, respectively. The experimental values of the coupling constants were compared with discrete density functional theory (DFT) calculated values and were found to be in good agreement for the 3JHC. However, the DFT method under estimated the 2JHC coupling constants. Knowing the limitations of the measurement and calculation of these multibond coupling constants will add confidence to the assignment of conformation or stereochemical aspects of complex molecules like natural products. The proton NMR spectral analysis of eight different 1,3,2-dithiaphospholanes with various groups attached to the phosphorus atom has been performed. The AA′BB′X (X phosphorus atom) system shows that the two 3J(P? S? C? H) coupling constants have a small magnitude and opposite signs. Using the 3J(HH) values, the torsion about the C4—C5 bond has been evaluated. The conformational requirements in the two isomers of the 2 phenyl-4-methyl-1,3,2-dithiaphospholane are also discussed.  相似文献

Satellites corresponding to metal-proton coupling constants through two and four bonds are observed in PMR spectra of Pb, Sn and Hg allenic derivatives. The relative signs of these coupling constants are deduced from analysis of the satellite spectra: 2J(X? H) and 4J(X? H) are of opposite signs for X = 207Pb, 119Sn, 117Sn and of same sign for X = 199Hg. Probable absolute signs of reduced coupling constants are discussed in relation to published data: 2K(X? C? H) is probably positive for X = 207Pb, 119Sn, 117Sn and 199Hg. 4K(X? C?C?C? H) is probably negative for X = 207Pb, 119Sn, 117Sn and positive for X = 199Hg.  相似文献

Kinetic and spectrophotometric measurements made during the Fe3+ ion catalyzed decomposition of H2O2 have been analyzed using the computer simulation method. Improved values of the rate constants of the “complex scheme” and of the molar absorptivities ofthe intermediates were obtained: k3/KM = 4.94 M?1 min?1, k4 = 193 M?1 min?1, εI/KM = 52.3 M?2 cm?1, εII = 25.7 M?1 cm?1. The simulation revealed details of the reaction which were unavailable by other means and which explained several features of its kinetics. The total amount of O2 evolved in the reaction using [H2O2] ~ 10?2 M has been calculated and found to be nearly stoichiometric. O2 evolution experiments in this region cannot, thus, distinguish between the “complex mechanism” predicting nearly stoichiometric evolution of O2 and the “free radical mechanism” predicting exactly stoichiometricamounts of O2. There are discrepancies within the “free radical scheme” with regard to the correct values of the rate constants to fit the reactions of H2O2 both with Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions, as well as other reactions assumed to proceed via free radicals.  相似文献

The analysis of the ABKX spectra of thirteen compounds of the series RC(H-K)(F-X)C(H-A)(H-B)X gave the four vicinal proton-proton and fluorine-proton coupling constants. These coupling constants of conformationally mobile structures were used (i) to calculate the populations of the rotational states of the ? CHF? CH2? bond, (ii) to calculate the vicinal trans proton-proton J(HH)t and gauche and trans fluorine-proton coupling constants J(FH)g and J(FH)t and (iii) to give the unambiguous assignment of protons H-A and H-B. The dependence of the gauche and trans coupling constants with substituent electronegativity is explored. The results extend known correlations towards smaller electronegativity values. More quantitatively, the results and those in the literature, excluding those where deformations of torsional or bond angles occur, give a good fit of the data: a linear fit for J(HH)t = 15.0-0.77 Σ(ΔE), an exponential fit for J(FH)g = 15.35 exp [-0.266 Σ (ΔE)] and a linear fit for J(FH)t = 65.75 - 7.52 Σ (ΔE), where Σ (ΔE) is the sum of the electronegativity difference between hydrogen and the six atoms or groups on the CH?
