Copper catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reactions between ethynylferrocene and benzylazides yields 1-benzyl-4-ferrocenyl-1,2,3-triazoles (25). Reaction between phenylacetylene and azidoferrocene yields 1-ferrocenyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole (6). Anodic electrochemistry of 26 suggests reversible oxidation at potentials more positive than ferrocene. Chemical oxidation of 2 and 3-ferrocenylpyrrole (1) with dichlorodicyanoquinone (DDQ) yields the salts [2+] [DDQ] and [1+] [DDQ], respectively. 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy reveals the presence of low-spin FeII in [1+][DDQ] while FeII is oxidized to low-spin FeIII in [2+][DDQ]. Magnetization measurements indicate that [1+][DDQ] is paramagnetic and cannot be viewed as a simple neutral charge transfer complex reminiscent of the mixed stack diamagnetic [ferrocene]0[TCNE]0.  相似文献

A new, green and reusable nanomagnetic heterogeneous catalyst, namely Fe3O4@TiO2@O2PO2(CH2)NHSO3H, was synthesized and fully characterized using suitable techniques such as infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, thermogravimetry, vibrating sample magnetometry and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The applicability of the constructed heterogeneous core–shell catalyst as a promoter was successfully explored for the synthesis of 2‐amino‐4,6‐diphenylnicotinonitrile derivatives upon the reaction of a good range of aromatic aldehydes, acetophenone derivatives, malononitrile and ammonium acetate. The desired products were obtained with good to high yields in short reaction times under solvent‐free conditions. The suggested mechanism offers an anomeric‐based oxidation route to the products in the final step of the synthetic pathway.  相似文献

Novel complexes of 6‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid and 4(5)methylimidazole, namely [Mn(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)2] ( 1 ), [Zn(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)2] ( 2 ), [Cd(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)2] ( 3 ), [Co(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)2] ( 4 ), [Ni(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)(OAc)] ( 5 ) and [Cu(6‐mpa)2(4(5)MeI)] ( 6 ), were synthesized for the first time. The structures of complexes 1 – 4 and complexes 5 and 6 were determined using X‐ray diffraction and mass spectrometric techniques, respectively. The experimental spectral analyses for these complexes were performed using Fourier transform infrared and UV–visible techniques. The α‐glucosidase inhibition activity values (IC50) of complexes 1 – 6 were identified in view of genistein reference compound. Moreover, the DFT/HSEh1PBE/6‐311G(d,p)/LanL2DZ level was used to obtain optimal molecular geometry and vibrational wavenumbers for complexes 1 – 6 . Electronic spectral behaviours and major contributions to the electronic transitions were investigated using TD‐DFT/HSEh1PBE/6‐311G(d,p)/LanL2DZ level with conductor‐like polarizable continuum model and SWizard program. Finally, in order to investigate interactions between the synthesized complexes ( 1 – 6 ) and target protein (template structure S. cerevisiae isomaltase), a molecular docking study was carried out.  相似文献

Taking advantageous of both g‐C3N4 and magnetic core‐shell hollow spheres, for the first time a heterogeneous and magnetically separable hybrid system was prepared through a novel and simple hydrothermal procedure and used for immobilization of bio‐synthesized Ag(0) nanoparticles. The hybrid system was fully characterized by using SEM/EDS, FTIR, VSM, TEM, XRD, TGA, DTGA, ICP‐AES, BET and elemental mapping analysis. The catalytic utility of the obtained system, h‐Fe2O3@SiO2/g‐C3N4/Ag, for promoting ultrasonic‐assisted A3, KA2 coupling reactions and [3 + 2] cycloaddition has been confirmed. The results established that the catalyst could efficiently catalyze the reaction to afford the corresponding products in high yields in short reaction times. The reusability study confirmed that the catalyst could be recovered and reused for at least five reaction runs with only slight loss of the catalytic activity. The hot filtration test also proved low silver leaching, indicating the heterogeneous nature of the catalysis.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of 4,9-methanoundecafulvene [5-(4,9-methanocycloundeca-2′,4′,6′,8′,10′-pentaenylidene)pyrimidine-2,4,6(1,3,5H)-trione] derivatives 8a,b were studied. Their structural characteristics were investigated on the basis of the 1H and 13C NMR and UV-vis spectra. The rotational barrier (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of 8a was found to be 12.55 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurement. The electrochemical properties of 8a,b were also studied by CV measurement. Furthermore, the transformation of 8a,b to 3-substituted 7,12-methanocycloundeca[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones 16a,b was accomplished by oxidative cyclization using DDQ and subsequent ring-opening and ring-closure. The structural details and chemical properties of 16a,b were clarified. Reaction of 16a with deuteride afforded C13-adduct 19 as the single product, and thus, the methano-bridge controls the nucleophilic attack to prefer endo-selectivity. The photo-induced oxidation reaction of 16a and a vinylogous compound, 3-methylcyclohepta[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H)-dione 2a, toward some amines under aerobic conditions were carried out to give the corresponding imines (isolated by converting to the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones) with the recycling number of 6.1-64.0 (for 16a) and 2.7-17.2 (for 2a), respectively.  相似文献
