In this paper, we develop a multitiered competitive supply chain network game theory model, which includes the supplier tier. The firms are differentiated by brands and can produce their own components, as reflected by their capacities, and/or obtain components from one or more suppliers, who also are capacitated. The firms compete in a Cournot–Nash fashion, whereas the suppliers compete a la Bertrand since firms are sensitive to prices. All decision-makers seek to maximize their profits with consumers reflecting their preferences through the demand price functions associated with the demand markets for the firms’ products. We construct supply chain network performance measures for the full supply chain and the individual firm levels that assess the efficiency of the supply chain or firm, respectively, and also allow for the identification and ranking of the importance of suppliers as well as the components of suppliers with respect to the full supply chain or individual firm. The framework is illustrated through a series of numerical supply chain network examples.  相似文献

小微型供应商由于产能、资金等限制,其目标可能是实现成本利润率最优,从而提高企业生存能力。基于该观察,区别于多数文献采用利润最优决策准则,本文研究由小微供应商和零售商组成的单周期供应链决策问题。小微供应商面临产出随机风险,以成本利润率最大为目标进行产能决策,零售商以利润最大为目标确定最优订购量。研究发现小微供应商的成本利润率受到自身成本偏重系数以及零售商盈利能力的共同影响,将出现亏损、合理盈利、超额盈利三种情况。并且,零售商采取不同订货策略也会对小微供应商盈利情况产生差异影响。保守(积极)订货策略下,零售商是否盈利取决于自身单位净利润能否弥补单位缺货损失(自身可盈利空间)。本文研究融合现实普遍存在的产出随机问题,为小微供应商和其他供应链成员的产能/订购决策问题提供有益的管理启示。  相似文献

探讨了单买方多供应商基于供应链利润分配的多边谈判,其中的供应商具有不同讨价还价力.多边谈判程序为买方与单个供应商轮流进行双边谈判.此种情形下,供应商参与双边谈判的顺序影响供应商所获谈判利润,同时基于讨价还价力供应商通过向买方支付排位费用竞争双边谈判位置.结果给出了供应商竞争下多边谈判的唯一均衡,以及均衡状态下各方所获利润.本文构建了供应商讨价还价力不同情形下供应链多边谈判分析框架,并指出讨价还价力的不同使能力强的供应商通过竞争双边谈判位置而获利.  相似文献

考虑了双渠道绿色供应链的定价决策问题.在集中式、分散式和协调合同条件下分别建立了双渠道绿色供应链的最优定价模型,给出了零售商和供应商的最优定价策略.研究表明,引入利润共享合同后零售商和供应商都会比在分散式决策下获得更多的利润.最后通过数值算例对不同条件下的模型进行了比较.  相似文献

考虑到电商平台对消费者强大的吸引力,本文建立了由供应商和平台商构成的基于电商平台混合销售的供应链模型。混合销售渠道包含直销和分销,其中平台商拥有电商平台,供应商通过电商平台进行直销,平台商分享一定的收益;而分销是指平台商从供应商处批发产品进行销售。分别建立了集中式和分散式决策模型,研究发现:随着消费者对分销渠道接受程度的提高,两种情形下直销渠道的零售价不变,分销渠道的零售价提高;分散式情形下的批发价、供应商和平台商的利润均提高;随着供应商分享收益比例的提高,两种渠道的零售价都降低,但批发价提高,供应商的利润提高,而平台商的利润下降,但供应链的总利润提高;研究得到了保证博弈双方都能从直销渠道中获利的收益分享比例范围。  相似文献

本文研究供需同时不确定条件下考虑双边努力的供应链契约设计问题,在一个供应商和一个零售商组成的二级供应链系统中,供应商的努力影响产量的不确定性,零售商的努力影响市场需求的不确定性。首先,利用Stackerberg主从博弈模型计算了分散决策时零售商、供应商的最优期望利润,并将计算结果与集中决策时供应链整体的最优期望利润进行对比。由于双重边际效应的存在,分散决策时供应链的最优期望利润小于集中决策时供应链的最优期望利润。基于此,本文设计了回购和成本分担组合契约来协调该供应链,计算了回购价格和成本分担系数的表达式,得到了回购和成本分担契约下供应商和零售商的最优期望利润。结果表明,在特定条件下,该组合契约不仅可以协调供应链,还可以实现供应链利润的任意分配。最后,通过数值计算,分析了供需双方的决策变量和期望利润随契约参数的变化情况。  相似文献

考虑由一个制造商和两个竞争性供应商组成的供应链系统,其中一个供应商存在资金短缺的问题,自有资金不足以完成正常生产任务,需要通过融资获得资金完成生产。针对供应链内部和外部两种融资模式,分别构建了供应链成员的收益模型,计算了不同融资方式下的决策结果,并在此基础上对两种融资模式进行了比较分析。结果表明,资金短缺的供应商生产不确定性较低时,供应链成员所能获得的利润较高,并且内部融资下资金短缺的供应商生产积极性高于外部融资。同时发现,对融资方式偏好的不一致将导致制造商利润损失,此时制造商可以采取一定的激励措施引导供应商选择合适的融资方式以提高整体收益。  相似文献

We consider a decentralized assembly system in which the customer demand and the yield of the suppliers are random. We establish the concavity of expected supply chain profit for arbitrary number of suppliers. We propose two contracts and show that they coordinate the chain under forced compliance. The contracts are mixed type of contracts that include payments from different contract schemes. Particularly, a payment or a penalty to the worst performing supplier seems inevitable. Apart from providing a coordinating contract, we also provide qualitative insights based on a numerical illustration of centralized and decentralized solutions.  相似文献

电器电子产品制造商与零部件供应商环境自我规制是供应链获得竞争优势的重要战略,也是实现WEEE源头污染控制的关键。考虑供应商环境自我规制的溢出效应,构建四种不同环境自我规制模式下电器电子产品供应链成员的决策与协调模型,分析供应链成员决策和利润变化。发现分散决策时,制造商与供应商同时进行环境自我规制模式最优,单方企业环境自我规制模式次之,且企业环境自我规制不改变制造商在供应链上的利润优势。单方企业环境自我规制模式下,规制方的利润增量总是小于无规制方。与无环境自我规制模式相比,制造商环境自我规制模式下,供应商存在“敲竹杠”行为。最后,针对供应商和制造商同时进行环境自我规制模型,设计了制造商收益共享契约,激励制造商和供应商提高其环境自我规制水平,实现各企业利润的Pareto改进。  相似文献

在随机需求和技术变革的环境下,基于有产能约束的单供应商-单零售商的供应链结构,研究供应商分销价格决策和技术创新策略以及零售商订货决策。建立了三阶段Stackelberg博弈模型,通过逆推方法求得了供应商最优分销价格和技术创新策略以及零售商最优订货量,深入探讨了供应商产能、新技术出现概率以及市场需求期望与波动分别对供应商、零售商和供应链整体利润的影响。结果表明当供应商产能不足时进行技术创新会提高供应商和供应链的利润,但零售商因间接承担供应商技术创新的投资成本而利润下降;当供应商产能过剩时进行技术创新则会降低供应商及供应链的利润,而零售商的利润增加。新技术出现概率增加会提高供应链各成员的利润;提高市场需求期望并减小市场波动对供应商及供应链有利,但可能会降低零售商的利润。  相似文献

We examine returns policy in a Newsboy framework. Unlike the prior literature, however, we assume that both supplier and retailer have limited and stochastic salvage capacities. We first analyze the case of integrated supply chain in which the agents’ decisions are fully coordinated for the joint profits. The result prescribes a partial returns policy, in which the retailer returns a part of the leftovers to the supplier and liquidates the remainder through its clearance sale. In a decentralized system, the supplier should motivate the retailer to duplicate the outcome of the integrated system in choosing order and returns quantities. We propose three coordination contracts, of which each uses two benefit transfer schemes as an incentive to the retailer, instead of using a single benefit scheme as in the prior literature. All three effectively coordinate the supply chain. The supplier, as a Stakelberg leader, chooses the most profitable one since each contract yields the different shares of the agents’ profits.  相似文献

We compare two sourcing tactics for a manufacturer to purchase a new component to be used in a one-time production run of a new product with uncertain and price-elastic demand. One alternative is to issue a request-for-quote (RFQ), which is where the manufacturer requests a price-quantity schedule from suppliers. The manufacturer uses this information to determine a production quantity and the number of components to purchase from each supplier. The other alternative is to post a bid specifying how the manufacturer’s purchase quantity will depend on the supplier’s component price. The suppliers use this information to compete on quantity.We find that relative to RFQ, which is more challenging for the manufacturer to characterize the supplier response due to the possibility of supplier interaction, the benefit to the manufacturer from posting a bid increases with the number of suppliers due to increased intensity of competition. If the new component is from an emerging industry where there is little mutual awareness among candidate suppliers, then regardless of number of suppliers, expected manufacturer profit is higher under RFQ. Posting a bid is more likely to benefit the manufacturer when the new component is from a more established industry with a high degree of awareness among candidate suppliers.  相似文献

针对消费者对生鲜农产品新鲜度要求更高但零售商单独保鲜能力有限的问题,从提高消费效用角度出发,构建了受生鲜农产品新鲜度和价格影响的消费者时变效用函数,建立了由零售商和供应商组成的两级生鲜农产品供应链利润模型,采用Stackberg博弈方法分析了分散式决策下供应商的最优保鲜努力和零售商的最优定价,并同集中式决策下供应链系统的最优决策进行比较。由于分散式决策下零售商的保鲜努力较小,因此给出了能够实现生鲜农产品供应链协调的“保鲜成本分担+收益共享”契约。在此基础上,以同时实现供应链协调和提高消费者整体效用为目标,进一步确定了协调契约所在的区间范围。最后通过算例证明了协调契约的有效性。  相似文献

利用期权契约所建立的政企合作储备应急物资模式能够有效解决政府单独储备模式所造成的物资储备量过少或过多而引起的困境。然而由于应急物资的需求特性,若应急物资供应企业采用按单生产方式安排生产储备计划,势必会造成库存水平升高,引发资金周转困难等问题,对政企之间的长期合作造成不利影响。基于此,本文设计了基于供应方生产能力的应急物资生产模型。该模型在政府利用批发价格契约与期权契约采购应急物资的基础上,研究了供应方根据自身生产能力进行柔性生产时的生产与储备问题。通过推导政企双方最优决策后,重点分析了期权权利金,执行价格,加急生产成本等参数对供应方生产决策的影响,并证明与按单生产模式相比,柔性生产模式可有效降低供应方的库存量与生产成本,提高其利润,继而提高整体供应链的利润水平,有助于促进政企之间长期稳定的合作。  相似文献

As market competition is intensified, many firms compete through service. In this paper, we develop a model to examine whether a service supplier should offer a downgraded service as a complement to its high-level service, to compete with a provider of low-level service. We find that only when the service efficiency of the downgraded service is competitively efficient can the service supplier enhance profit by offering the downgraded service. We identify the conditions under which these services can coexist, and when the service supplier should offer the downgraded service. We also show the impact of the downgraded service on pricing decisions, as well as on demands and profits, in such a supply chain. Managerial implications are discussed and numerical examples are included to illustrate the major results in this paper.  相似文献

The last few decades have witnessed a huge growth of outsourcing in industry where the downstream firm assigns its production tasks to different upstream suppliers. This makes the supply chain structure more complicated and gives rise to some relevant operational questions. This paper focuses on a supply chain structure that consists of one assembler and two suppliers, and both suppliers’ production yields are stochastic. The assembler delegates the quantity decisions to the suppliers, and the two suppliers choose their production quantities either simultaneously or sequentially. We compare the suppliers’ equilibrium production strategies under these two scenarios. Our results show that the decision sequence can exert significant influences on the firm’s and channel’s equilibrium payoffs. At any given wholesale price, both suppliers produce more components under sequential moves than under simultaneous moves, and this results in higher payoffs for the suppliers, the assembler and the entire supply chain. The supplier’s profit increases if he can make the decision later under sequential moves. From the channel’s perspective, it is more beneficial for the supplier with a higher production cost to make the decision first. The assembler is able to extract more surplus by endogenously setting the wholesale price. However, this may make the suppliers worse off under sequential moves than under simultaneous moves.  相似文献

研究预售下由供应商与零售商构成的生鲜供应链的销售模式选择与定价策略,其中包括分散与集中两种销售模式,撇脂与渗透两种定价策略。结果表明,在网络消费者对实体渠道偏好较低时,分散与集中模式均会选择撇脂定价,反之选择渗透定价。撇脂定价下,集中模式中零售商可以通过调节两个渠道的价格占有更大的市场,获取高于分散模式下的利润。而分散模式中,由于两个零售商会存在竞争,因此为了获得竞争优势该模式下的定价会存在低价销售的情形。比较销售模式可知,在网络消费者占比少或占比多但对实体渠道偏好越小时,供应商在分散模式下能获得更高的利润,反之,集中模式对供应商更有利。但是,对零售商而言,分散模式更有利于实体渠道,而集中模式更有利于网络渠道。  相似文献
