A three-nested-deformation model is proposed to describe crack-tip fields in rubber-like materials with large deformation.The model is inspired by the distribution of the measured in-plane and out-of-plane deformation.The inplane displacement of crack-tip fields under both Mode I and mixed-mode(Mode I-II) fracture conditions is measured by using the digital Moire’ method.The deformation characteristics and experimental sector division mode are investigated by comparing the measured displacement fields under different fracture modes.The out-of-plane displacement field near the crack tip is measured using the three-dimensional digital speckle correlation method.  相似文献

介绍了一种基于单个彩色相机的新型全靶面、单相机三维数字图像相关(3D-DIC)方法。借助于设计巧妙的颜色分光光路,被测物体表面图像可以通过两条不同的光路达到相机靶面,采集的标定靶和实验件表面的彩色图像可以分离得到蓝色和红色子图像。通过使用3D-DIC分析标定靶和实验件表面分离后的蓝色和红色子图像,可以获得物体表面的三维形貌和变形。形貌测量、面内和离面平移、以及静动态三维变形实验验证了该单彩色相机3D-DIC方法的有效性和测量精准度。由于可避免双相机同步,且能实现无分辨率损失的全靶面三维形貌和变形测量,本文方法在需要实现瞬态位移和变形测量的爆炸、冲击、振动等领域中具有广阔重要的应用前景。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel color stereo-digital image correlation (stereo-DIC) method using a single 3CCD color camera for full-field shape, motion, and deformation measurements without any sacrifice of the camera sensor spatial resolution. With the aid of a specially designed color separation device using a beam splitter and two optical bandpass filters, images of blue and red colors are simultaneously recorded by the 3CCD camera from two different optical paths. The blue and red channel sub-images extracted from the recorded color images can be analyzed using the regular stereo-DIC algorithm to obtain the full-field three dimensional (3D) information of a test object surface. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed technique are demonstrated by a series of real shape, in-plane and out-of-plane translation, and 3D deformation tests.  相似文献

An eigenvalue method considering the membrane vibration of wrinkling out-of-plane deformation is introduced, and the stress distributing rule in membrane wrinkled area is analyzed. A dynamic analytical model of rectangular shear wrinkled membrane and its numerical analysis approach are also developed. Results indicate that the stress in wrinkled area is not uniform, i.e. it is larger in wrinkling wave peaks along wrinkles and two ends of wrinkle in vertical direction. Vibration modes of wrinkled membrane are strongly correlated with the wrinkling configurations. The rigidity is larger due to the heavier stress in the part of wrinkling wave peaks. Therefore, wave peaks are always located at the node lines of vibration mode. The vibration frequency obviously increases with the vibration of wave peaks.  相似文献

In this paper, the out-of-plane deformation of silicon surface of Direct Chip Attachment (DCA) assembly, under thermal loading, was measured in real-time by Twyman/Green interferometry. The contour maps of the out-of-plane displacement fields of silicon surface under thermal loading and cycling of various temperature were obtained. Experimental results show that the relation between the out-of-plane displacement and temperature is nonlinear and varies with temperature cycling, due to nonlinear mechanical behavior of the materials used in electronic packaging. A comparison of the out-of-plane displacement fields of silicon surface measured by T/G interferometry in real-time and replicating technique of high temperature specimen grating of moire interferometry was made.  相似文献

This article deals with solutions of transient vibration of a rectangular viscoelastic orthotropic thin 2D plate for particular deformation models according to Flu¨gge and Timoshenko-Mindlin.The linear model,a general standard viscoelastic body,of the rheologic properties of a viscoelastic material was applied.The time and coordinate curves of the basic quantities displacement,rotation,velocity,stress and deformation are compared.The results obtained by an approximate analytic method are compared with numerical results for 3D plate generated by FEM application and with experimental investigation.  相似文献

In this study,the flexural rigidity of a honeycomb consisting of regular hexagonal cells is investigated.It is found that the honeycomb bending can not be evaluated by using the equivalent elastic moduli obtained from the in-plane deformation because the moments acting on the inclined cell wall are different for in-plane deformation and bending deformation.Based on the fact that the inclined wall is twisted under the condition of the rotation angle in both connection edges being zero,a theoretical technique for calculating the flexural rigidity of honeycombs is proposed,and the validity of the present analysis is demonstrated by numerical results obtained by BFM.  相似文献

The mixed first-order shear deformation plate theory(MFPT) is employed to study the bending response of simply-supported orthotropic plates.The present plate is subjected to a mechanical load and resting on Pasternak’s model or Winkler’s model of elastic foundation or without any elastic foundation.Several examples are presented to verify the accuracy of the present theory.Numerical results for deflection and stresses are presented.The proposed MFPT is shown simplely to implement and capable of giving satisfactory results for shear deformable plates under static loads and resting on two-parameter elastic foundation.The results presented here show that the characteristics of deflection and stresses are significantly influenced by the elastic foundation stiffness,plate aspect ratio and side-to-thickness ratio.  相似文献

球形压痕技术在材料力学属性,诸如硬度,弹性模量等的测量中得到了广泛的应用。应用Twyman-Green及云纹干涉法并配合相移技术,本文对IN783合金进行了一系列的球形压痕实验研究,并对残余压痕的面内(u,v)及离面(w)变形场进行了定量测量和分析。应用面内变形测量结果,进一步对试件表面的应力一应变分布进行了分析和计算,并在离面变形场的基础上,确立了压痕周围的弹塑性边界,从而进一步应用面内的分析结果,得到材料的屈服强度。应用压痕实验的接触半径和压力并配合Tabor经验公式,本文进一步得到了材料的应力应变曲线。实验结果与已知的IN783合金相吻合。对所涉及的一系列压痕实验,本文也进行了二维有限元分析并得到了比较一致的结果。  相似文献

数字图像相关(digital image correlation, DIC)技术作为一种非接触、非干涉的全场无损光学量测技术,可获取材料表面的动态变形信息和破坏过程。为了评估装甲钢的抗弹性能并探索高速三维数字图像相关(3D-DIC)技术在钢板贯穿试验测试中的应用,基于氢氧爆轰驱动弹道枪开展了7发15 mm口径可变形弹体以不同速度(255~568 m/s)冲击不同厚度(5、8和10 mm)高强高硬装甲钢板的试验,并结合帧率为144 000 s?1的高速3D-DIC测试技术获取了靶板的离面位移和应变时程。随后,基于前期标定并验证的装甲钢本构模型参数,对上述试验进行了数值模拟。通过对比弹体残余速度和长度验证了有限元分析方法的可靠性。进一步通过对比试验与数值模拟得到的靶背离面位移时程曲线和不同时刻靶背的应变云图,验证了高速3D-DIC测试结果的准确性。最后,对比分析了靶板最大离面位移与弹体冲击速度和装甲钢板厚度的关系。高速3D-DIC测试技术的应用可为相关试验测试提供参考,靶板最大离面位移分析结果可为屏障类防护结构的分析验证和优化设计提供试验依据。  相似文献

基于王莲仿生面内梯度芯层,通过引入面外梯度,设计了一种双向梯度仿生夹芯圆板。在此基础上,运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对不同排列方式的双向梯度夹芯圆板在不同爆炸载荷作用下的响应进行了数值仿真,着重分析了不同仿生夹芯圆板的前后面板挠度、芯层压缩量、变形模式和能量吸收等特性,得到了一种抗爆性能较好的芯层排列方式。结果表明:相较于单一的面外梯度夹芯圆板,合理设计的双向梯度仿生夹芯圆板可以有效降低后面板挠度,并提高芯层的能量吸收。  相似文献

The paper is devoted to a stability and out-of-plane deformation analysis of an axially moving elastic web modelled as a panel (a plate undergoing cylindrical deformation). The panel is under homogeneous pure mechanical in-plane tension and thermal strains corresponding to the thermal tension and bending. In accordance with the static approach of stability analysis the problem of out-of-plane thermomechanical divergence (buckling) is reduced to an eigenvalue problem which is analytically solved. This problem corresponds to the case of in-plane thermomechanical tension and zero thermal bending. The general case of deformations induced by combined thermomechanical bending and tension is reduced to nonhomogeneous boundary-value problem and analyzed with the help of Fourier series.  相似文献

Assessment of the structural dynamic response caused by an explosion is complex due to the high velocity impact, the transient nature of the deformation and the interactions between the structure and the pressure wave. This paper deals with full-field measurements of aluminum plates under free air blast loading conditions. Forty grams of explosive material C4 is detonated at a stand-off-distance of 250?mm and two synchronized high-speed cameras in a stereoscopic setup are used to capture the plate response with an inter frame rate of 6,000 fps. The transient deformation fields are calculated using a three-dimensional digital image correlation technique. The observations appeared to be interesting and somewhat counter intuitively. Results show that a free air blast load induces a highly localized, rapid material response which can be essentially divided in two different stadia. First, when the shock impulse occurs, all particles are forced to move out-of-plane and provided with initial velocities. Secondly, when the pressure wave has vanished, the deformation is further driven by this imparted momentum. This paper shows that a 3D high-speed DIC system is a powerful tool for the assessment of the dynamic response of a structure subjected to extreme loading conditions such as explosions and that this system is capable of accurately measuring surface displacement and deformation data at high rates. Moreover, a free air blast load makes it possible to load a plate specimen at different strain rates in different zones. This makes the test suitable for future material identification using inverse methods, which profit from heterogeneous displacement and strain fields.  相似文献

采用阴影云纹和应变片方法对伪弹性TiNi合金圆板在固支条件下的准静态力学行为进行了实验研究,得到了载荷位移曲线、全场离面位移和局部应变等数据.载荷位移曲线呈现非线性、滞回耗能和无残余变形的特性,表明试样已经发生马氏体相变.应变测量显示,相变局限于加载中心较小区域,相变区内,环向应变大于径向应变,且拉伸侧应变大于压缩侧的应变.有限元模拟揭示出相变区内两侧表层的相变范围、相变铰区和马氏体相含量的不对称分布规律.  相似文献

The general solution of stresses is derived for a T-shaped junction of two thin plates with an adhesion crack.The plates are orthotropic.A shear force is applied on the crack surface.The analysis is based on the supposition that the stresses in each plate can be approximated by a plane stress condition.The results obtained are verified by numerical calculation of FEM.  相似文献

The exact shape of the deformed internal oblique crack in an infinite elastic plate under conditions of plane stress was studied. The Muskhelishvili potential function yielded the exact stress and displacement field around the crack. While in previous papers by the author the study was mainly concerned with the definition of the in-plane shape of the deformed crack and important properties were disclosed concerning especially the contribution of the shear loading of the crack, in this paper the out-of-plane component of displacements is determined and its influence on the exact shape of the deformed crack in space is presented. It is shown that, as soon as shear displacements appear in the cracked plate under plane stress, out-of-plane shear displacements are a compulsory consequence for plane-stress conditions of the plate. The elliptic form of the deformed internal crack was twisted out of the plane of the plate with its zero twisting displacement near the new crack tip of its deformed shape corresponding to the vertex of the ellipse. The points of maximum and minimum out-of-plane displacements were placed close to the vertices of the ellipse at polar angles, θ, depending only on the eccentricity of the ellipse and displaced always on both sides of the vertices. The compulsory coexistence of mode II and mode III deformations makes the internal crack in plane stress to present a complicated pattern of deformation at its deformed crack tips. All of these results are amply supported by experimental evidence with caustics, which always show either a simple mode I pattern or a complex mode II and III pattern as soon as shear interferes in the mode of deformation of the plate.  相似文献

Deforming a cracked magnetoelastic body in a magnetic field induces a perturbed magnetic field around the crack. The quantitative relationship between this perturbed field and the stress around the crack is crucial in developing a new generation of magnetism-based nondestructive testing technologies. In this paper, an analytical expression of the perturbed magnetic field induced by structural deforma- tion of an infinite ferromagnetic elastic plate containing a centered crack in a weak external magnetic field is obtained by using the linearized magnetoelastic theory and Fourier transform methods. The main finding is that the perturbed magnetic field intensity is proportional to the applied tensile stress, and is dominated by the displacement gradient on the boundary of the magnetoelastic solid. The tangential component of the perturbed magnetic-field intensity near the crack exhibits an antisymmetric distribution along the crack that reverses its direction sharply across its two faces, while the normal component shows a symmetric distribution along the crack with singular points at the crack tips.  相似文献

Based on Timoshenko's beam theory and Vlasov's thin-walled member theory, a new model of spatial thin-walled beam element is developed for analyzing geometrical and physical nonlinearity, which incorporates an interior node and independent interpolations of bending angles and warp and takes diversified factors into consideration, such as traverse shear deformation, torsional shear deformation and their coupling, coupling of flexure and torsion, and the second shear stress. The geometrical nonlinear strain is formulated in updated Lagarange (UL) and the corresponding stiffness matrix is derived. The perfectly plastic model is used to account for physical nonlinearity, and the yield rule of von Mises and incremental relationship of Prandtle-Reuss are adopted. Elastoplastic stiffness matrix is obtained by numerical integration based on the finite segment method, and a finite element program is compiled. Numerical examples manifest that the proposed model is accurate and feasible in the analysis of thin-walled structures.  相似文献
