It has been carried out the determination of trans-resveratrol and trans-piceid in red wine samples by using room temperature synchronous fluorescence, sensitized through their retention on nylon membranes, in front-face mode. These compounds are weakly fluorescent in solution but their retention allows using the native fluorescence of these compounds as analytical signal, due to the increase in the medium rigidity. To determine these compounds in red wine, a previous liquid-liquid extraction is necessary and in the case of trans-resveratrol it is also necessary a previous cleanup stage using C18 cartridges. Diethylether and ethyl acetate are the selected extractant solvents for trans-resvertarol and trans-piceid, respectively. The retention on nylon membranes was carried out by immersion of the membranes in solutions of these compounds. Variables involved in the retention and measurement processes were optimized, and the analytical figures of merit were obtained under optimal conditions. Ethanol:water 10:90 v:v and ethyl acetate were the solvents used for the retention of trans-resveratrol and trans-piceid, respectively and, for each case a immersion time of 300 and 600 s was selected. Satisfactory linear relation between fluorescence intensity and concentration was found in the intervals 0.040 and 0.242 mg L−1 of trans-resvertarol and 0.009 and 0.288 mg L−1 of trans-piceid. Concentration of 1.08 ± 0.21 mg L−1 for trans-resveratrol and 1.49 ± 0.36 mg L−1 for trans-piceid were found in a wine sample obtained from a pool of commercial red wines.  相似文献

Plant polyphenols are naturally occurring secondary plant metabolites, synthesized in response to environmental stress factors. As anti-oxidants and free-radical scavengers they serve as essential components of the human diet. Among polyphenols well studied representatives are the trans-resveratrol and trans-piceid molecules, the latter being the glycoside of trans-resveratrol. trans-Resveratrol is known to have anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, cardio- and vasoprotective effects which help in the prevention of chronic cardiovascular and tumorous diseases.

In the present study, 42 Hungarian wines were analyzed using LC-DAD detection. The wines were from Villány and Eger wine regions representing three wineries from 2003 to 2007 vintage years. The trans-resveratrol amount in the processed wines ranged from 0.75 to 10.4 mg mL−1 and for trans-piceid from 0.1 to 3.7 mg mL−1.

The effects of different storage conditions, light exposure, temperature and different commercially available cork stoppers on the phenolic, volatile and sensorial profile of Verdejo wines were studied. Two natural corks of different visual quality and a microgranulated cork stopper were investigated over one year at two different storage conditions. One simulating light exposure and temperature in retail outlets and the other simulating optimal cellar conditions (darkness and 12 °C). The wines stored under commercial conditions showed greater losses of total and free SO2 and higher levels of brown-yellowish tones, related to the oxidation of flavan-3-ols. Although these wines underwent a decrease in the total content of stilbenes, a significant increase in trans-piceid was observed. In addition, these wines suffered important changes in their volatile and sensory profile. Volatile compounds with fruity and floral aromas decreased significantly, while volatile compounds related to aged-type characters, as linalool oxides, vitispirane, TDN or furan derivatives increased. Wines stored in darkness at 12 °C underwent minor changes and their sensory profiles were similar to wine before bottling. The high-quality natural corks and microgranulated corks better preserved the quality of the white wines from a sensory point of view. These results showed that temperature and light exposure conditions (diffuse white LEDs and 24 ± 2 °C) in retail outlets considerably decrease the quality of bottled white wines and, consequently, their shelf life, due to the premature development of aged-type characters.  相似文献

Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene) is a phytoalexin that belongs to the group of stilbenes, known to occur in grapes and consequently in grape products. Its presence in wine is an important qualitative parameter because of the several beneficial effects on human health. The aim of this work is the development of a high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of trans resveratrol in wines, and comparisons between the results obtained by different detection techniques: UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Resveratrol is analysed on a C-18 column using gradient elution. The method permits direct injection of sample, revealing to be time-saving, overcoming the need of sample pre-treatment steps. Detection limits were 154.8 ng mL−1 by HPLC-UV, 118.0 ng mL−1 by HPLC-FL and 48.0 ng mL−1 by HPLC-MS. Trans resveratrol has been then quantified in a group of 52 wines derived from different Italian regions, cultivars and winemaking technologies by HPLC-UV.  相似文献

Headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled to gas chromatography with high-resolution mass spectrometry (GC–HRMS) was used to determine 2,4,6-trichloroanisole, 2,3,6-trichloroanisole, 2,3,4-trichloroanisole, 2,3,5,6-tetrachloroanisole, pentachloroanisole, 2,4,6-tribromoanisole, 2-methylisoborneol, and 4-ethylguaiacol in wine samples. Two types of fiber coating commonly employed for sampling trichloroanisoles in wine and cork stoppers, viz. a polar mixed 50/30 μm divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) and a nonpolar 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), both 1 cm in length, were compared. This study demonstrates that the most employed polar mixed fiber should not be used with ethanol–water solutions, viz. wine samples, as its coating is not chemically and mechanically robust for sample extractions, as confirmed by environmental scanning electron microscopy. Much more effective and reliable results were obtained with the PDMS fiber, which remained functional for more than 80 analyses of red and white wine samples with satisfactory extraction efficiencies. Detection limits of investigated compounds, under optimized experimental conditions, ranged from 0.2 to 0.4 ng/L at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 and quantification limits from 0.8 to 1.5 ng/L. The proposed method was successfully applied to commercially available Italian white and red wines using 2,4,6-TCA-d5 as the internal standard. Bioimaging is a key to understanding immune responses, cell differentiation, and development. Quantum dots (QDs) conjugated with monoclonal antibodies and other biomolecules are currently utilized for flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry, but monoclonal antibody–QD complexes are of limited use when cell surface markers are not available. In this study, we synthesized novel amphiphilic blockwise alkylated tetrasaccharides and developed a simple method for labeling a wide variety of live cells with organic QDs encapsulated with these carbohydrates. The novel amphiphilic blockwise alkylated tetrasaccharides were as follows: methyl β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-d-glucopyranoside (1), methyl β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-d-glucopyranoside (2), ethyl β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-ethyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-ethyl-d-glucopyranoside, (3), and ethyl β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-ethyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-2,3,6-tri-O-ethyl-d-glucopyranoside (4). The newly synthesized blockwise alkylated tetrasaccharides spontaneously assembled into micelle-like particles, in which the hydrophobic moiety of the blockwise alkylated tetrasaccharides played an important role. They were less toxic to human cells than octyl β-d-glucopyranoside, a commonly used amphiphilic glucoside. Flow cytometry and confocal laser scanning microscopy revealed that the blockwise alkylated tetrasaccharide–organic QD complexes were stably attached to live cells. The affinity of compounds 1 and 2 to the live cell surface was slightly higher than that of compounds 3 and 4. Because the preparation of these carbohydrate–QD complexes is simple and does not require sophisticated equipment, and because the complexes can be autonomously attached to a wide spectrum of cell lines, they can be used as cell labeling reagents in biomedical studies.  相似文献

The optimization of a porous structure to ensure good separation performances is always a significant issue in high‐performance liquid chromatography column design. Recently we reported the homogeneous embedment of Ag nanoparticles in periodic mesoporous silica monolith and the application of such Ag nanoparticles embedded silica monolith for the high‐performance liquid chromatography separation of polyaromatic hydrocarbons. However, the separation performance remains to be improved and the retention mechanism as compared with the Ag ion high‐performance liquid chromatography technique still needs to be clarified. In this research, Ag nanoparticles were introduced into a macro/mesoporous silica monolith with optimized pore parameters for high‐performance liquid chromatography separations. Baseline separation of benzene, naphthalene, anthracene, and pyrene was achieved with the theoretical plate number for analyte naphthalene as 36 000 m?1. Its separation function was further extended to cis/trans isomers of aromatic compounds where cis/trans stilbenes were chosen as a benchmark. Good separation of cis/trans‐stilbene with separation factor as 7 and theoretical plate number as 76 000 m?1 for cis‐stilbene was obtained. The trans isomer, however, is retained more strongly, which contradicts the long‐ established retention rule of Ag ion chromatography. Such behavior of Ag nanoparticles embedded in a silica column can be attributed to the differences in the molecular geometric configuration of cis/trans stilbenes.  相似文献

The complexes trans-[Ni(4-MP)2(NCS)2]·MeCN (1) and trans-[Ni(3-MP)2(NCS)2] (2) (4-MP = tri(4-methylphenyl)phosphine, 3-MP = tri(3-methylphenyl)phosphine) were prepared and characterized by IR, UV–visible, NMR spectra, CV, TGA and single crystal X-ray crystallography. Both the complexes have planar geometry and are diamagnetic. The Ni–P distances in both complexes are relatively short as a result of strong back donation from nickel to phosphorus. The phenyl rings in the 3-MP analogue (2) show increased pitching with reference to the plane formed by the ipso carbons due to increased steric effects. For complex (2), the N–Ni–N and P–Ni–P angles are significantly lower than the almost linear N–Ni–N and N–Ni–P angles observed for both complex (1) and trans-[Ni(PPh3)2(NCS)2]. This observation indicates that the 3-methylphosphine ligand forces complex (2) to distort towards a tetrahedral geometry. IR spectra of both complexes show strong bands around 2,090 cm−1 due to N-coordinated thiocyanate, while the electronic spectra contain d–d transitions around 452 nm. Cyclic voltammograms show that the irreversible one-electron reduction potentials increase in the following order: trans- [Ni(PPh3)2(NCS)2] < trans- [Ni(3-MP)2(NCS)2] < trans-[Ni(4-MP)2(NCS)2], revealing the electron releasing effect of the methyl groups. The planar complexes exhibit interallogony in coordinating solvents.  相似文献

The potential of quadrupole-based ICP–MS as a tool for B-isotopic analysis of wines and its usefulness in provenance determinations were assessed. A precision of 0.1–0.25% RSD (corresponding to a relative standard deviation of the mean of three replicate measurements of 0.06–0.12%) was sufficient to establish small differences in the B isotope ratios in wines from different geographical origins. Each sample measurement was bracketed by measurements of a standard and mass bias drift correction made by interpolation. Sample preparation was kept to a minimum to avoid possible fractionation. Dilution of the wine samples by a factor of 100 with 0.65% HNO3 was found to reduce matrix-induced mass discrimination substantially. Wines from three wine-producing regions, Stellenbosch, Robertson, and Swartland, in the Western Cape Province of South Africa, and wines from specific regions in France (Bergerac) and Italy (Valpolicella) were analyzed by ICP–QMS for their B-isotopic compositions. It was concluded that the 11B/10B ratios can be used to characterize wines from different geographical origins. Average 11B/10B ratios in red wines from South Africa (Stellenbosch), France (Bergerac), and Italy (Valpolicella) were found to differ by between 0.5 and 1.5%.  相似文献

A liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of alisol A and alisol A 24-acetate from Alisma orientale (Sam.) Juz. in rat plasma using diazepam as an internal standard. A 200-μl plasma sample was extracted by methyl tert-butyl ether and the separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile (containing 0.1% of formic acid)–water (73:27, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min in a run time of 10 min. The two analytes were monitored with positive electrospray ionization by selected ion monitoring mode. The lower limit of quantitation for both alisol A and alisol A 24-acetate were 10 ng/ml. The calibration curves were linear in the measured range 10–1,000 ng/ml for alisol A and 10–500 ng/ml for alisol A 24-acetate. The mean extraction recoveries were above 74.7% for alisol A and above 72.4% for alisol A 24-acetate from biological matrixes. The intra- and inter-day precision for all concentrations of quality controls was lower than 14.1% (RSD %) for each analyte. The accuracy ranged from −12.3% to 9.8% (RE %) for alisol A, and −8.6% to 14.2% (RE %) for alisol A 24-acetate. The method was successfully applied to the study on the pharmacokinetics of alisol A and alisol A 24-acetate in rat plasma.  相似文献

Tuberculosis (TB), an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, infects approximately one third of the current world population. Isoniazid is one of the most frequently used first-line anti-TB drugs. In this study, we developed a sensitive cation-selective exhaustive injection–sweeping–micellar electrokinetic chromatography method (CSEI-Sweep-MEKC) for analyzing isoniazid in human plasma. Parameters including acetonitrile (ACN) percentage in the separation buffer; the injection time, and concentration of the high-conductivity buffer; sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) concentration; phosphate concentration in the sample matrix; and the sample injection time were all optimized to obtain the best analytical performance. The optimal background electrolyte comprised 50 mM phosphate buffer, 100 mM SDS, and 15% ACN. Non-micelle background electrolyte, containing 75 mM phosphate buffer and 15% ACN, was first injected into the capillary, followed by a short plug of 200 mM phosphate (high-conductivity buffer). Run-to-run repeatability (n = 3) and intermediate precision (n = 3) of peak area ratios were found to be lower than 8.7% and 11.4% RSD, respectively. The accuracy of the method was within 98.1–106.9%. The limit of detection of isoniazod in human plasma was 9 ng mL−1. Compared with conventional MEKC, the enhancement factor of the CSEI-Sweep-MEKC method was 85 in plasma samples. The developed method was successfully used to determine isoniazid concentration in patient plasma. The results demonstrated that CSEI-Sweep-MEKC has the potential to analyze isoniazid in human plasma for therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical research.  相似文献

Wine contains a large number of polyphenols including stilbenes, flavanols and anthocyanins. Of these, stilbenes have been reported to have potential chemopreventive activities. We describe the simultaneous determination of six resveratrol derivatives in wines by liquid chromatography (LC) with fluorescence detection. The levels of pallidol, the symmetrical dimer of resveratrol, are reported for the first time. Quantifications were carried out at optimal wavelengths for each compound during separation. A total of 19 red and 30 white commercial wines from South-Western France were analysed, and the highest stilbene concentrations were found in red wines. In addition, the levels of catechins and two flavanonols recently isolated in red wine are reported.  相似文献

Abstract  

The cistrans isomerization pathways of 3,3′-azobenzene disulphonate in the S0 and T1 states are studied by DFT method at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level. In the S0 state, the cistrans isomerization concerns the complex pathway that is characterized by the inversion of one NNC angle combined with rotation around the NC bond, and the three sequential transition states are also found on the potential energy profile. Therefore, the cistrans isomerization of 3,3′-azobenzene disulphonate can be understood in terms of a pathway involving successive rotation, inversion, and rotation processes. The energy barrier of the S0 state is 22.79 kcal mol−1. In the T1 state, the isomerization mainly concerns the rotational pathway around the NN double bond, and the two isomers are connected through only one transition state. The isomerization of the T1 state is related to a lower energy barrier, 5.02 kcal mol−1, but requires a change in spin-multiplicity.  相似文献

A cloud-point extraction (CPE) method using Triton X-114 non-ionic surfactant was developed for the extraction and preconcentration of carbamate insecticide residues (i.e., methomyl, propoxur, carbofuran, carbaryl, isoprocarb, and promecarb) in fruit samples. The optimum conditions of CPE were 1.5% (w/v) Triton X-114, 7.0% (w/v) NaCl and 20 min equilibrated at 45 °C. The surfactant-rich phase was then analyzed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection at 270 nm, under gradient separation using methanol and 0.1% (v/v) acetic acid. Under the study conditions, six carbamate insecticides were successfully separated within 27 min. Good reproducibility was obtained with the relative standard deviation of <3% for retention time and <9% for peak area. Limits of detection in the studied fruit samples were in the range of 0.1–1.0 mg kg−1. No carbamate insecticides were detected in the studied fruit samples. The high recoveries of the spiked fruit samples were obtained in the range 80.0–107%. The CPE method has been shown to be a potential useful methodology for the preconcentration of the target analytes, with a preconcentration factor of 14. Moreover, the method is simple, has high sensitivity, consumes much less solvent than traditional methods, and is environmental friendly.  相似文献

A reverse phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid in the root extracts of Hemidesmus indicus. A comprehensive validation of the method including sensitivity, linearity, reproducibility, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) was conducted using the optimized chromatographic conditions. The method was found to be linear (r > 0.998) in the range of 5–350 μg mL−1 for 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and for 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (r > 0.999) in the range 10–300 μg mL−1. The method was found to be precise with inter-day precision values (% RSD) in the ranges of 0.61–1.76% for 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 1.3–2.8% for 2-hydroxy-4-ethoxybenzoic acid while intra-day precisions (% RSD) of two analytes were in the range of 0.41–1.07 and 0.95–2.5%. The limits of detection (LODs) for 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid were 0.84 and 2.34 μg mL−1. The described method was fast, sensitive and reproducible, and thus well suited for routine analysis of these two compounds from root extracts of H. indicus and other plants.  相似文献

A solid-phase extraction (SPE) method was developed for extraction and analysis of six phthalate esters in wine samples using Carbograph 1 sorbent. The SPE procedure allowed efficient recovery of the investigated phthalates ranging between 78% and 105% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤6.5 for an ethanolic phthalic acid ester (PAE) standard solution and between 73–71% and 96–99% with a RSD ≤8.4 for red wine samples spiked with 20 and 50 ng mL−1 of PAE, respectively. The adsorption isotherms and breakthrough curves for Carbograph 1/water solution were reported. Gas chromatography coupled with an ion-trap mass spectrometer detector (GC/IT-MS) was used for analysis. The instrumental analytical protocol was found to yield a linear calibration in the range 0.01-10.0 μg mL−1 with R 2 values ≥0.9992. The limits of detection in GC/IT-MS (SIM mode) vary between 0.2 and 14 ng mL−1 (RSD ≤5.6) whereas the limits of quantification range between 0.5 and 25 ng mL−1 (RSD ≤5.9); the intra- and inter-day repeatabilities calculated as RSD for wine samples, were between 0.9–7.8 and 1.0–10.5, respectively. The analytical method developed was applied to several commercial wine samples. Furthermore, the investigated methods are simple, reliable, reproducible, and not expensive.  相似文献

Aidi injection is a clinical medicine used in China for the treatment of cancer. Calycosin-7-O-β-d-glucoside is the main effective components of the formulas. In this study, a high performance liquid chromatographic (LC) method was developed to quantify calycosin-7-O-β-d-glucoside in rat plasma using a liquid–liquid extraction and ultraviolet (UV) absorbance detection. LC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (200 × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm particle size) with isocratic mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile–0.05% phosphoric acid (19.5:80.5, v/v) of a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. The linear range was 0.11–17.6 μg mL−1 and the low quantification limit was 0.11 μg mL−1 (S/N = 10). The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSD) in the measurement of quality control (QC) samples 0.11, 0.22, 1.32 and 8.80 μg mL−1 ranged from 4.1 to 6.3 and 4.3 to 6.2%, respectively. The accuracy was from −6.7 to 4.3% in terms of relative error (RE). Calycosin-7-O-β-d-glucoside was stable in storage at −20 °C for 2 weeks and stable after three freeze–thaw cycles in rat plasma. This method was validated for specificity, accuracy, precision and was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic study of calycosin-7-O-β-d-glucoside in rat plasma after intravenous administration of Aidi lyophilizer.  相似文献

Permethrin is the most popular synthetic pyrethroid insecticide used in agriculture and public health. For the assessment of human exposure to permethrin, a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of the glycine conjugate of a major metabolite, cis-/trans-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (DCCA), of permethrin was developed based on a polyclonal antibody. An assay based on an antibody with a high sensitivity was optimized and characterized. The IC50 value and the detection range for trans-DCCA–glycine, in the assay buffer were 1.2 and 0.2−7.0 μg/L, respectively. The antibody recognized trans-DCCA–glycine and the mixture of cis-/trans-DCCA–glycine with an isomer range from 30:70 to 50:50 nearly equally. Little or no cross-reactivity to permethrin and its other free metabolites or glycine conjugates was measured. The integration of the ELISA and solid-phase extraction which was used to reduce the matrix effect from human urine samples provided for analysis of total cis-/trans-DCCA–glycine at low parts per billion levels in the samples. The limit of quantitation of the target analyte was 1.0 μg/L in urine with a limit of detection of 0.1 μg/L in buffer. This assay might be a useful tool for monitoring human exposure to permethrin.  相似文献

Abstract  Formal [2 + 2 + 2] addition reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] (NBD = norbornadiene) with 4,4′-Diethynylbiphenyl generates [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2. The reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] with 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne generates the unusual [2 + 2 + 2] additional organic compound Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph in addition to the organometallic compound [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4]. [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BPh4]2 is generated after the reaction of compound [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2 with Na[BPh4]. The structure of this compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. A possible approach to form Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph and [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4] is suggested. The reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] with 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne simply generates unusual [2 + 2 + 2] additional organic compound Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph in addition to the organometallic compound [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4]. [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BPh4]2 is generated after the reaction of compound [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2 with Na[BPh4]. The structure of this compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. And the possible approach to form Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph and [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4] was suggested. A chiral liquid chromatographic method for enantiomeric resolution of β-amino-β-(3-methoxyphenyl) propionic acid was developed and validated. The “hybrid” π-electron donor–acceptor based stationary phase (R,R) Whelk-01 was found to be enantiomerically selective for (R) and (S) enantiomers of β-amino-β-(3-methoxyphenyl) propionic acid with a resolution greater than 2.0. The effects of isopropyl alcohol and ethanol on enantioselectivity and resolution of enantiomers were evaluated. Calibration curves were linear over the range of 0.10–1.00, with a regression coefficient (r) of 0.999. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 300 and 1,000 ng mL−1 respectively for 10 μL injection volume. The percentage RSD of the peak area of six replicate injections of (S) enantiomer at LOQ concentration was 2.8. The percentage recovery of (S) enantiomer from (R) enantiomer samples ranged from 92 to 102. The test solution was observed to be stable up to 24 h after the preparation. The developed normal phase chiral LC method can be used for the enantiomeric purity evaluation of R-β-amino-β-(3-methoxyphenyl) propionic acid.  相似文献
