表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)技术可有效增强样品分子的拉曼信号,对生物分子检测具有较高的灵敏性,因此在生化方面有着许多潜在的应用.而将空芯微结构光纤与SERS技术相结合不仅能够远端实时、分布式地检测,同时还可以增加光场与待测物的有效作用面积,减少传统光纤探针无法避免的石英背景信号等问题.本文基于空芯微结构光纤进行SERS探针的制备及性能测试研究,利用真空物理溅射法在空芯光纤内镀纳米Ag膜,从而制备成SERS探针,通过实验检测不同浓度的罗丹明6G (R6G)酒精溶液的拉曼信号.结果表明,在探针的近端正面成功探测到了浓度低至10~(-9)mol/L的R6G拉曼信号,在探针的远端反面探测到的浓度可小于10~(-6)mol/L.该实验结果为研究高灵敏度的SERS探针提供了一种新的手段.  相似文献

A simple method is presented to measure the transmission spectrum of hollow-core microstructured fibers in the visible, near-infrared, and mid-infrared regions. The plane wave expansion method is applied to analyze the photonic bandgaps of hollow-core microstructured fibers. The experimental results indicate that there are several strong transmission bands in the near-infrared and mid-infrared region, but hardly any transmission phenomena in the visible region, which shows that there are some bandgaps in nearinfrared wavelength. The experimental results are consistent with the numerically simulative results using a plane wave expansion method.  相似文献

采用全矢量有限元法,仿真设计了一种工作在2.5THz频段的中空芯太赫兹光子晶体光纤,用环烯烃聚合物材料(COC)制备了光纤样品,利用CO2激光泵浦气体太赫兹源搭建了测试平台并对光纤的太赫兹波传输性能进行了测试。实测光纤最低损耗0.17dB/cm、平均损耗约0.5dB/cm,在弯曲90°情况下光纤传输损耗波动小于5%,具有良好的可弯曲性;光纤输出端口的模场分布测试结果表明,光纤是以主模进行传输,太赫兹能量很好地被束缚在光纤芯中。  相似文献

A hollow-core microstructured polymer optical fiber is fabricated from polycarbonate material and guidance by inhibited coupling in a two-layer structure is demonstrated in two strong transmission bands with minimum losses of 9.0 dB/m at 800 nm and 3.1 dB/m at 1550 nm. The latter corresponds to a loss well below the polycarbonate material loss at this wavelength, and to our knowledge it is the lowest loss hollow-core polymer fiber reported to date. The short-term operational temperature limit of the fiber is shown to be 135 degrees C, significantly higher than that of conventional polymer optical fibers made of other polymers.  相似文献

A novel high-birefringence hollow-core anti-resonant THz fiber is proposed in this paper. This fiber has a simple structure which consists of only ten Topas tubes. High birefringence is achieved by introducing two large tubes. The first two resonant frequencies are 1.44 and 2.88 THz by fixing tube thickness at 0.09 mm, which makes two low-loss transmission windows exist in the frequency range from 0.8 to 3.0 THz. The lowest loss is 2.10 dB/m occurring at 1.2 THz in the first transmission window and 1.68 dB/m at 2.34 THz in the second transmission window. By optimizing the structure parameters, high birefringence above 7 × 10?4 in the frequency range from 1.0 to 1.24 THz are obtained. The highest birefringence is up to 8.7 × 10?4 at 1.04 THz. Birefringence can be further increased to the order of 10?3 by adjusting the structure parameters at the cost of loss increasing and the bandwidth decreasing. In addition, bent performance of this fiber is also discussed. In addition, this fiber can keep good performance when it is bent for x-direction. At the bend radius of 15 cm, the loss and birefringence has a more slightly change in the first transmission window than the second transmission window. The first transmission window own much better bent-insensitive characteristics.  相似文献

A method to measure the refractive index for high reflectance materials in the terahertz range with terahertz time domain reflection spectroscopy is proposed. In this method, the THz waveforms reflected by a silicon wafer and high reflectance sample are measured respectively. The refractive index of the silicon wafer, measured with the THz time domain transmission spectroscopy, is used as a reference in the THz time domain reflective spectroscopy. Therefore, the complex refractive index of the sample can be obtained by resorting to the known reflective index of the silicon and the Fresnel law. To improve the accuracy of the phase shift, the Kramers-Kronig transform is adopted. This method is also verified by the index of the silicon in THz reflection spectroscopy. The bulk metal plates have been taken as the sample, and the experimentally obtained metallic refractive indexes are compared with the simple Drude model.  相似文献

本文建立了时变非磁化等离子体平板的一维模型,并采用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法对太赫兹(THz)电磁波在时变等离子体中传播时的反射、透射系数及吸收率进行了计算.然后根据计算结果分析了时变等离子体的上升时间、电子密度、温度以及等离子体平板厚度等参数对不同频段THz波在等离子体中传播特性的影响.分析结果表明:THz波在时变等离子体中传播时,其反射系数受等离子体电子密度和上升时间的影响较大;而吸收率则随着上升时间的减小、电子密度及平板厚度的增加而增大;此外,THz电磁波能够穿透量级为1020m-3的高密度等离子体层,可以作为再入段飞行器通信以及高密度等离子体诊断的理想工具.  相似文献

为了实现太赫兹波的保偏波导传输,设计了一种含有纤芯缺陷孔和椭圆形包层空气孔的高双折射微结构光纤。通过在包层空气孔中选择性地填充太赫兹近零介电常量(epsilon-nearzero,ENZ)材料,引入了几何结构和材料分布的双重不对称性,破坏了2个偏振基模的简并以获得高双折射特性。应用有限元方法研究了光纤的双折射、损耗和色散等传输特性随结构参数的变化规律。在0.5 THz~2 THz的宽频段范围内获得了大于0.01的高双折射。x和y偏振基模的损耗在0.8 THz附近具有最小值,分别为0.903 dB·cm^(-1)和0.851 dB·cm^(-1)。纤芯缺陷孔可以有效调节色散特性,y偏振基模在1 THz~1.8 THz范围内具有(0±0.054)ps·THz^(-1)·cm^(-1)近零平坦色散特性。光纤的传输特性对ENZ材料的折射率变化不敏感。研究结论为研制太赫兹保偏光纤提供了理论参考。  相似文献

We fabricated a microfluidic chip with simple structure and good sealing performance, and studied the influence of the electric field on THz absorption intensity of liquid samples treated at different times by using THz time domain spectroscopy system. The tested liquids were deionised water and CuSO4, CuCl2, NaHCO3, Na2CO3 and NaCl solutions. The transmission intensity of the THz wave increases as the standing time of the electrolyte solution in the electric field increases. The applied electric field alters the dipole moment of water molecules in the electrolyte solution, which affects the vibration and rotation of the whole water molecules, breaks the hydrogen bonds in the water, increases the number of single water molecules and leads to the enhancement of the THz transmission spectrum.  相似文献

A broadband tunable terahertz filter based on a zone plate is demonstrated in our terahertz time domain spec- trometer. The central bandpass frequency covers the whole spectral range of the terahertz wave emitted from a ZnTe emitter, from 0.5 THz to 2.5 THz, and can be tuned continuously by simply moving the zone plate along the terahertz beam path. The peak transmission is about 40% and the bandwidth varies from 0.16 THz to 0.25 THz at different bandpass frequencies when the aperture size is kept constant.  相似文献

针对二氧化钒(VO2)薄膜在可调谐太赫兹功能器件中的应用, 采用磁控溅射法在K9玻璃衬底上制备了VO2薄膜, 并用X射线衍射(XRD)对薄膜的晶相进行表征。利用配备加热装置的太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)研究了薄膜样品在变温过程中的THz反射、透射光谱特性及其变化规律。实验结果表明, 随着加热温度的升高, VO2薄膜发生半导体-金属相变并对宽频段THz波产生显著的调制作用。调制深度明显依赖于THz频率, 薄膜样品对THz波反射功率、透射率的幅度调制深度在0.3~0.5 THz范围波动较大;对THz波的透射率在低频处较大, 高频处较小, 调制深度在35%~65%之间变化。该薄膜制备简单, 质量高, 可应用于太赫兹开关和调制器等功能器件。  相似文献

利用太赫兹时域光谱(terahertz time domain spectroscopy,简称THz-TDS),研究了亚波长金属分形结构在THz波段的透射增强特性.分别从实验和理论两个方面,研究了铜箔上各级分形结构THz透射增强现象的产生机理.结果表明,在低频区的透射增强主要是由低级分形线中电子运动的共振引起的,而高频区的透射增强则主要由高级分形线中电子运动的共振引起的.从而将这种透射增强效应归结为分形结构中电子的共振辐射,即分形结构的局域共振效应. 关键词: 分形 太赫兹 透射 共振峰  相似文献

太赫兹滤波器是太赫兹通信、太赫兹成像和太赫兹检测等太赫兹应用系统中不可或缺的功能器件。按照不同的分类方式,滤波器有不同的种类,常见的按照选频功能可分为高通滤波器、低通滤波器、带阻滤波器和带通滤波器。为了实现在太赫兹波段的滤波效果,世界各地的研究人员利用不同的结构、材料和控制方式实现了功能各异的太赫兹滤波器,但是考虑到设计的器件要应用到太赫兹系统中,成本低廉、结构简单、性能优越的太赫兹滤波器一直是研究人员的追求。分形概念自提出以来在很多研究领域都有了快速发展,但是在太赫兹波段的应用还不是很常见,特别是应用于太赫兹功能器件的设计。引入分形中科赫曲线的概念设计并制备了一种新型的太赫兹带通滤波器,该滤波器是在金属薄膜上刻蚀出科赫曲线分形结构,当太赫兹波垂直入射到该滤波器时候实现了在太赫兹波段的窄带滤波。在滤波器的设计过程中,追求理论与实验相结合,首先在电磁仿真软件中建立科赫曲线分形结构滤波器模型进行计算,探究分形结构应用于太赫兹波段进行滤波的可行性,在进行多次计算之后得到优化后的尺寸和结构,然后根据优化后的尺寸加工出科赫曲线分形结构太赫兹滤波器样品,并且将样品放在太赫兹时域光谱系统中进行实验测量,得到实验数据后与仿真结果进行比较。在仿真中利用了时域有限差分法模拟科赫曲线分形结构太赫兹带通滤波器的传输特性,优化后的仿真结果表明:滤波器的谐振频率为0.715 THz,透射系数能够达到0.92,-3 dB带宽为21.9 GHz,将仿真得到的散射参数进行S参数反演得到了太赫兹滤波器样品的电磁参数,这在理论上分析了太赫兹波在谐振点处产生透射增强的原因。利用飞秒激光微加工系统制备了尺寸优化后的科赫曲线分形结构太赫兹带通滤波器样品,然后使用太赫兹时域光谱系统对样品的传输特性进行测试,对实验得到的时域数据进行快速傅里叶变换之后得到频域数据,再把频域数据进行归一化处理后与之前的电磁仿真结果进行对比,发现实验测得的结果与电磁软件仿真得到的结果较为吻合。  相似文献

利用太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)系统,在5—300 K温区下测量了在厚度约200 nm的金属Nb薄膜刻蚀的亚波长圆孔阵列的异常THz波透射情况.实验结果表明,在03—2 THz波段,具有亚波长孔阵结构的金属Nb薄膜的异常透射现象波谱的峰位置与CST(computer simulation technology)软件仿真模拟的结果一致,峰值随温度降低有逐渐增强的趋势. 关键词: 亚波长孔阵列 THz时域光谱技术 异常透射  相似文献

In the experiments of THz wave transmitting through the metallic cylindrical gratings fabricated by sub-wavelength brass wires, this paper reports that the discrepancy in the sharp resonances occurred as the grating perpendicular or parallel to the electric vector are observed. A simulation based on the finite difference time domain (FDTD) indicated that the enhanced transmission through the grating is attributed to the combined effects of surface plasmons and cavity modes in the perpendicular condition, while the cavity modes dominate the resonant transmission under the other conditions. Additional experimental data and calculated results show that ~1 enhanced coupling efficiency can be realized in some THz frequency, which could be applied to the design and improvement of various optoelectronic devices, or detection of biological molecule and powder samples, etc.  相似文献

A spatial optical filter based on a hollow-core silica tube is proposed. Because of the hollow-core dimensions, it is possible to obtain a periodical spatial filter ranging from 1200 to 1700 nm with a channel spacing of 2.64 THz. The bandwidth is approximately 5.32 nm, and the isolation loss is ~30 dB. The optical losses are approximately ~0.67 dB/mm for a wavelength of 1500 nm. The 40 mm long spatial optical filter is tested as a sensing element and subjected to different physical parameters. The spatial optical filter is wavelength sensitive to strain and temperature, while for refractive-index variations there is an optical power dependency. This fiber structure can be used as a sensing element for extreme conditions, such as in very high temperature environments, where it presents a sensitivity of 27.5 pm °C(-1).  相似文献

针对目前太赫兹光谱仪的数据采集和数据处理软件不能兼容的情况,设计了一个基于LabVIEW软件平台的THz时域光谱分析软件。主要研究了THz时域光谱系统的反射式以及透射式样品光学信息提取算法、支持向量机分类算法、以及偏最小二乘等分析算法以及它们的LabVIEW实现。该软件采用全LabVIEW代码实现,能够实现样品光学信息提取,物质分类识别以及多组分样品浓度分析,并且具有很高的移植性,可扩展性,与数据采集软件具有很好的兼容性。利用该光谱分析软件,分析了三种塑化剂的THz时域光谱信号,得到了它们在THz波段的折射率和吸收系数, 结果表明三种塑化剂可以用THz时域光谱完全区分,软件运行稳定可靠。  相似文献

We report on the fabrication of a seven-cell-core and three-ring-cladding large-pitch Kagome-lattice hollow-core photonic crystal fiber (HC-PCF) with a hypocycloid-shaped core structure. We demonstrate experimentally and theoretically that the design of this core shape enhances the coupling inhibition between the core and cladding modes and offers optical attenuation with a baseline of ~180?dB/km over a transmission bandwidth larger than 200?THz. This loss figure rivals the state-of-the-art photonic bandgap HC-PCF while offering an approximately three times larger bandwidth and larger mode areas. Also, it beats the conventional circular-core-shaped Kagome HC-PCF in terms of the loss. The development of this novel (to our knowledge) HC-PCF has potential for a number of applications in which the combination of a large optical bandwidth and a low loss is a prerequisite.  相似文献
