In this paper, large deformation problems for nonlinear elasticity are studied on the basis of hypoelastic theory. The expression of Cauchy elasticity is derived in the form of hypoclasticity. This makes it possible to solve large deformation for nonlinear elastic problems by the hypoelastic method. The variational principle of hypoclasticity and the Ritz method are used to obtain the numerical solution of a rectangular rubber membrane under uniaxial stretch.  相似文献

Thermal post-buckling analysis is presented for a simply supported, composite laminated plate subjected to uniform or non-uniform tent-like temperature loading. The initial geometrical imperfection of the plate is taken into account. The formulations are based on the Reddy's higher-order shear deformation plate theory, and include thermal effects. The analysis uses a mixed Galerkin-perturbation technique to determine thermal buckling loads and post-buckling equilibrium paths. Numerical examples cover the performances of perfect and imperfect, antisymmetrically angle-ply and symmetrically cross-ply laminated plates. The effects played by transverse shear deformation, thermal load ratio, plate aspect ratio, total number of plies, fiber orientation and initial geometrical imperfections are studied. Typical results are presented in dimensionless graphical form.  相似文献

在微机电系统(MEMS)的建模和模拟研究中,大变形或大移动要充分予以考虑.用有限元法分析这类问题,由于难以避免的网格畸变,使模拟效率精度降低甚至失效,无网格方法(Meshless Method)则能在分析这类问题时显示出明显的优势,无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin(MLPG)法被誉为是一种有发展前景的真正无网格法.本文进一步发展了MLPG法,通过对任意的离散分布节点采用局部径向基函数构造插值形函数和Heaviside权函数,分析方程采用局部加权弱形式离散,建立了变量仅依赖于初始构型的完全Lagrange分析格式,最后用Newton-Raphson法迭代求解.文中分析了悬臂梁典型算例和微机电开关非线性大变形问题,通过与有限元结果的比较,表明本文提出的大变形问题无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin法具有稳定性好及收敛性快等优点.  相似文献

从理论上探讨了非线性弹性大变形材料应用于抗爆结构的可行性,为此,基于等效结构体系的分析原理,将两端固定铰支梁的横向和纵向位移表示为三角级数形式,应用第二类Lagrange方程建立了非线性大变形材料梁的非线性分析方法,并且用ABAQUS有限元软件中的超弹性材料模型验证了所提出的方法的有效性。对典型的爆炸荷载作用下非线性弹性大变形材料梁的抗爆特性进行了分析,讨论了动力放大系数和材料性质及动荷载之间的关系。结果表明:与线弹性小变形材料相比,非线性弹性大变形材料具有优良的抗爆特性,结构的抗爆能力随结构变形的增大而显著提高。  相似文献

In this paper, we present an effectively numerical approach based on isogeometric analysis (IGA) and higher-order shear deformation theory (HSDT) for geometrically nonlinear analysis of laminated composite plates. The HSDT allows us to approximate displacement field that ensures by itself the realistic shear strain energy part without shear correction factors (SCFs). IGA utilizing basis functions namely B-splines or non-uniform rational B-splines (NURBS) enables to satisfy easily the stringent continuity requirement of the HSDT model without any additional variables. The nonlinearity of the plates is formed in the total Lagrange approach based on the small strain assumptions. Numerous numerical validations for the isotropic, orthotropic, cross-ply and angle-ply laminated plates are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

A structural theory of short-term microdamage is proposed for a two-component laminated composite with microdamageable reinforcement and physically nonlinear matrix. The basis of the theory is the stochastic elasticity equations of a laminated composite with a porous reinforcement. Microvolumes in the reinforcement material meet the Huber-Mises failure criterion. The damaged-microvolume balance equation for the reinforcement is derived. This equation and the equations relating macrostresses and macrostrains of a laminated composite with porous reinforcement and physically nonlinear matrix constitute a closed-form system of equations. This system describes the coupled processes of physically nonlinear deformation and microdamage occurring in different composite components. Algorithms for computing the microdamage-macrostrain relationships and deformation diagrams are developed. 研究了柔性梁大变形问题。常规Lagrangian有限元格式在处理大变形问题时,由于其单元插值函数不满足位移场的协调性要求,从而需要划分较多的单元,才能得到较好的结果。本文首先推导了Lagrangian坐标描述下的位移场变量满足的协调关系式,利用此关系式给出了位移场协调的非线性单元插值函数。基于虚功原理导出了梁大变形问题的非线性控制方程,数值计算结果证明了本文方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

The paper presents an approach for the formulation of general laminated shells based on a third order shear deformation theory. These shells undergo finite (unlimited in size) rotations and large overall motions but with small strains. A singularity-free parametrization of the rotation field is adopted. The constitutive equations, derived with respect to laminate curvilinear coordinates, are applicable to shell elements with an arbitrary number of orthotropic layers and where the material principal axes can vary from layer to layer. A careful consideration of the consistent linearization procedure pertinent to the proposed parametrization of finite rotations leads to symmetric tangent stiffness matrices. The matrix formulation adopted here makes it possible to implement the present formulation within the framework of the finite element method as a straightforward task.  相似文献

A general nonlinear theory for the dynamics of elastic anisotropic plates undergoing moderate-rotation vibrations is presented. The theory fully accounts for geometric nonlinearities (moderate rotations and displacements) by using local stress and strain measures and an exact coordinate transformation, which result in nonlinear curvatures and strain-displacement expressions that contain the von Karman strains as a special case. The theory accounts for transverse shear deformations by using a third-order theory and for extensionality and changes in the configuration due to in-plane and transverse deformations. Five third-order nonlinear partial-differential equations of motion describing the extension-extension-bending-shear-shear vibrations of plates are obtained by an asymptotic analysis, which reveals that laminated plates display linear elastic and nonlinear geometric couplings among all motions.  相似文献

A consistent higher-order shear deformation non-linear theory is developed for shells of generic shape, taking geometric imperfections into account. The geometrically non-linear strain-displacement relationships are derived retaining full non-linear terms in the in-plane displacements; they are presented in curvilinear coordinates in a formulation ready to be implemented. Then, large-amplitude forced vibrations of a simply supported, laminated circular cylindrical shell are studied (i) by using the developed theory, and (ii) keeping only non-linear terms of the von Kármán type. Results show that inaccurate results are obtained by keeping only non-linear terms of the von Kármán type for vibration amplitudes of about two times the shell thickness for the studied case.  相似文献

给出了一个对复合材料压电层合梁进行数值分析的高精度压电层合梁单元。基于Shi三阶剪切变形板理论的位移场和Layer-wise理论的电势场,用力-电耦合的变分原理及Hamilton原理推导了压电层合梁单元列式。采用拟协调元方法推导了一个可显式给出单元刚度矩阵的两节点压电层合梁单元,并应用于压电层合梁的力-电耦合弯曲和自由振动分析。计算结果表明,该梁单元给出的梁挠度和固有频率与解析解吻合良好,并优于其它梁单元的计算结果,说明了本文所给压电层合梁单元的可靠性和准确性。研究结果可为力-电耦合作用下压电层合梁的力学分析提供一个简单、精确且高效的压电层合梁单元。  相似文献

A general nonlinear theory for the dynamics of elastic anisotropic circular cylindrical shells undergoing small strains and moderate-rotation vibrations is presented. The theory fully accounts for extensionality and geometric nonlinearities by using local stress and strain measures and an exact coordinate transformation, which result in nonlinear curvatures and strain-displacement expressions that contain the von Karman strains as a special case. Moreover, the linear part of the theory contains, as special cases, most of the classical linear theories when appropriate stress resultants and couples are defined. Parabolic distributions of the transverse shear strains are accounted for by using a third-order theory and hence shear correction factors are not required. Five third-order nonlinear partial differential equations describing the extension, bending, and shear vibrations of shells are obtained using the principle of virtual work and an asymptotic analysis. These equations show that laminated shells display linear elastic and nonlinear geometric couplings among all motions.  相似文献
