The potential energy surface for the CF3O2 + OH reaction has been theoretically investigated using the DFT (B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)) level of theory. Both singlet and triplet potential energy surfaces are investigated. The reaction mechanism on the triplet surface is simple. However, the reaction mechanism on the singlet surface is more complicated. It is revealed that the formation of CF3O + HO2 is the dominant channel on the triplet surface. The potential energy surface (PES) for this reaction has been given according to the relative energies calculated at the DFT/B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level. Because this reaction involves both triplet and singlet states, triplet–singlet intersystem crossing (ISC) crossing also have been investigated in this paper.  相似文献

The rate constants of the hydrogen abstraction reactions of CF3CHFCF3 + H (R1) and CF3CF2CHF2 + H (R2) have been calculated by means of the dual-level direct dynamics method. Optimized geometries and frequencies of stationary points and extra points along the minimum-energy path (MEP) are obtained at the MPW1K/6-311+G(d,p) level, and the classical energetic information is further corrected with the interpolated single-point energy (ISPE) approach by the G3(MP2) level of theory. Using the canonical variational transition state theory (CVT) with small-curvature tunneling corrections (SCT), the rate constants are evaluated over a wide temperature range of 200-2000 K. The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants are in good agreement with available experimental values. It is found that the variational effect is very small and almost negligible over the whole temperature region. However, the small-curvature tunneling correction plays an important role in the lower temperature range. Furthermore, the heats of formation of species CF3CF2CHF2 (SC1 or SC2) and CF3CF2CF2 are studied using isodesmic reactions to further elucidate the thermodynamic properties.  相似文献

The mechanisms for the reaction of CF3O2 with atomic hydrogen were studied with ab initio and DFT methods. The results reveal that the reaction could take place on the singlet and triplet potential energy surfaces (PES). For the singlet PES, addition/elimination and substitution mechanisms are determined, and the former one is dominant. The most favorable channel involves the association of CF3O2 with H atom to form CF3O2H (IM1) via a barrierless process, and then the O–O bond dissociates to give out CF3O + OH. The secondary product might be CF3OH + O, formed from the O–O bond cleavage in the initial adduct CF3O(H)O (IM2). Other products such as CF3 + O2H, HF + CF2O2 and O2 + CHF3 are of no importances because of higher barriers. On the triplet PES, only substitution mechanism is located. With higher barriers involving, the channels on the triplet PES could be negligible compared with the channels on the singlet PES.  相似文献

The La2CuO4 crystal nanofibers were prepared by using single-walled carbon nanotubes as templates under mild hydrothermal conditions. The steam reforming of methanol (SRM) to CO2 and H2 over such nanofiber catalysts was studied. At the low temperature of 150 °C and steam/methanol=1.3, methanol was completely (100%, 13.8 g/h g catalyst) converted to hydrogen and CO2 without the generation of CO. Within the 60 h catalyst lifespan test, methanol conversion was maintained at 98.6% (13.6 g/h g catalyst) and with 100% CO2 selectivity. In the meantime, for distinguishing the advantage of nanoscale catalyst, the La2CuO4 bulk powder was prepared and tested for the SRM reaction for comparison. Compared with the La2CuO4 nanofiber, the bulk powder La2CuO4 showed worse catalytic activity for the SRM reaction. The 100% conversion of methanol was achieved at the temperature of 400 °C, with the products being H2 and CO2 together with CO. The catalytic activity in terms of methanol conversion dropped to 88.7% (12.2 g/h g catalyst) in 60 h. The reduction temperature for nanofiber La2CuO4 was much lower than that for the La2CuO4 bulk powder. The nanofibers were of higher specific surface area (105.0 m2/g), metal copper area and copper dispersion. The in situ FTIR and EPR experiments were employed to study the catalysts and catalytic process. In the nanofiber catalyst, there were oxygen vacancies. H2-reduction resulted in the generation of trapped electrons [e] on the vacancy sites. Over the nanofiber catalyst, the intermediate H2CO/HCO was stable and was reformed to CO2 and H2 by steam rather than being decomposed directly to CO and H2. Over the bulk counterpart, apart from the direct decomposition of H2CO/HCO to CO and H2, the intermediate H2COO might go through two decomposition ways: H2COO=CO+H2O and H2COO=CO2+H2.  相似文献

The potential energy surface for the reaction of CF3S with CO is calculated at the G4//B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory. The results show that F-abstraction and addition-elimination mechanisms are involved, and the latter one is dominant thermodynamically and kinetically. The dominant channel is the reactant addition to form CF3SCO, and then decomposes to CF3 + OCS. While the direct F-abstraction channel and CF3SCO isomerization channel are not significant for the title reaction due to higher barriers involved. The comparisons among four reactions of CX3Y + CO (X = H, F; and Y = O, S) are made to imply the similar and different properties and reactivities of the same family elements and the F- and S-substituted derivatives.  相似文献

This paper investigates the synthetic mechanism of trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) in the reaction of trifluoromethane and iodine via vapor-phase catalytic reaction. It is suggested that CF2 carbene is the key intermediate and is formed in the pyrolysis process of CHF3 at high temperature. However, in pyrolysis of CHF3 under activated charcoal (AC) existing conditions, no C2F4 was detected. H2 and 2-methyl-2-butene could not trap the CF2 carbene. When treating the remained compounds on the used AC with H2, CH4 is formed on the process. It is proposed that CF2 carbene combines with AC strongly and transfers into CF3 radical on heat. In addition, it is found that the AC is not only the catalyst supporter to form CF3I, but also a co-catalyst to promote the formation of CF2 carbene and CF3 radical.  相似文献

Based on our previous investigation on the reaction mechanism to produce difluorocarbene and subsequent CF3I starting with CHF3 and I2, a new route for preparing CF3I at a relative low temperature, 200 °C, has been developed via a vapor-phase catalytic reaction between hexafluoropropylene oxide with I2 in the presence of KF supported on activate charcoal as a catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the amount of CF3I was investigated. In the reaction process, coke-formation was suggested on the surface of catalysts by means of BET, XPS and TG-DTA analysis. The process for the formation of CF3I and by-products is also discussed.  相似文献

Free and trioctylamine (TOA)-stabilized ruthenium nanoparticles have been prepared by decomposition of the metal precursor Ru(η6-cycloocta-1,3,5-triene)(η4-cycloocta-1,5-diene) under mild conditions (room temperature, hydrogen atmospheric pressure). The nanoparticles have been deposited on γ-Al2O3 supports having different surface area. The resulting systems are active in the hydrogenation of methyl benzoate to methyl cyclohexanoate with a reaction rate decreasing in the order Ru(TOA)/γ-Al2 O3 (high surface area, catalyst D) > Ru(TOA)/γ-Al2O3 (catalyst C) > Ru/γ-Al2O3 (high surface area, catalyst B) > Ru/γ-Al2O3 (catalyst A). Catalysts A-D are long lived and can be reused without loss of activity; they are considerably more active than a commercial ruthenium on γ-Al2O3 sample. High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy analyses of such systems show that the nanoparticles are homogeneously dispersed on the support and that the size distribution decreases in the order catalyst A, 2.9 nm > catalyst B, 2.8 nm > catalyst C, 2.4 nm > catalyst D, 2.3 nm. Based on the easy hydrogenation of the aromatic ring to the cyclohexane derivative, an efficient synthesis of 4-carbomethoxyformylcyclohexane, important starting material in the preparation of pharmaceutical products, from the largely available methyl 4-formylbenzoate, has been set up in the presence of catalyst D.  相似文献

We have analyzed decay kinetics of CF2 radicals in the afterglow of low-pressure, high-density C4F8 plasmas. The decay curve of CF2 density has been approximated by the combination of first- and second-order kinetics. The surface loss probability evaluated from the frequency of the first-order decay process has been on the order of 10–4. This small surface loss probability has enabled us to observe the second-order decay process. The mechanism of the second-order decay is self-association reaction between CF2 radicals (CF2+CF2C2F4). The rate coefficient for this reaction has been evaluated as (2.6–5.3)×10–14 cm3/s under gas pressures of 2 to 100 mTorr. The rate coefficient was found to be almost independent of the gas pressure and has been in close agreement with known values, which are determined in high gas pressures above 1 Torr.  相似文献

Effect of surface fluorination and conductive additives on the charge/discharge behavior of lithium titanate (Li4/3Ti5/3O4) has been investigated using F2 gas and vapor grown carbon fiber (VGCF). Surface fluorination of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 was made using F2 gas (3 × 104 Pa) at 25-150 °C for 2 min. Charge capacities of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 samples fluorinated at 70 °C and 100 °C were larger than those for original sample at high current densities of 300 and 600 mA/g. Optimum fluorination temperatures of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 were 70 °C and 100 °C. Fibrous VGCF with a large surface area (17.7 m2/g) increased the utilization of available capacity of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 probably because it provided the better electrical contact than acetylene black (AB) between Li4/3Ti5/3O4 particles and nickel current collector.  相似文献

A novel method for the preparation of o-, m-, p-SF5CF2CFYC6H4X (Y = Br, F and X = m-Br, p-Br, Cl, CH3, CF3, NO2, o-NO2, F, CF3, CH(CH3)2) derivatives was devised by a two-step reaction: SF5Br-addition to o-, m-, p-CF2CFC6H4X followed by reaction of AgBF4 with the o-, m-, p-SF5CF2CFBrC6H4X adducts. Additional studies have been carried out with several derivatives and includes the preparation of SF5CF2C(O)C6H5, p-CF3CFBrC6H4NO2, SF5CF2CF2C6H3(NO2)2, SF5CF2CF2C6H3(NH2)2, and an SF5CF2CF2-containing polyimide and dye. The complete characterization (IR, NMR, and MS) of these compounds is given.  相似文献

Through controlling the amount of NaOH added, BiOBr and Bi2O3 with different shapes were hydrothermally synthesized in the reaction system of Bi(NO3)3-hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)-NaOH. As 8 mmol of NaOH was added, BiOBr microflowers constructed of nanoflakes were synthesized. The thickness of these single-crystal nanoflakes was about 20 nm. In the similar condition, when the amount of NaOH added was 28 mmol, Bi2O3 shuttles with concave surfaces were obtained. The length of these shuttles was 100 μm and the diameter at the middle of these shuttles was 50 μm. The photocatalytic activity of as-prepared BiOBr microflowers was evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under visible-light irradiation (λ>420 nm), which was up to 96% within 90 min.  相似文献

Garnet-structure related metal oxides with the nominal chemical composition of Li5La3Nb2O12, In-substituted Li5.5La3Nb1.75In0.25O12 and K-substituted Li5.5La2.75K0.25Nb2O12 were prepared by solid-state reactions at 900, 950, and 1000 °C using appropriate amounts of corresponding metal oxides, nitrates and carbonates. The powder XRD data reveal that the In- and K-doped compounds are isostructural with the parent compound Li5La3Nb2O12. The variation in the cubic lattice parameter was found to change with the size of the dopant ions, for example, substitution of larger In3+(rCN6: 0.79 Å) for smaller Nb5+ (rCN6: 0.64 Å) shows an increase in the lattice parameter from 12.8005(9) to 12.826(1) Å at 1000 °C. Samples prepared at higher temperatures (950, 1000 °C) show mainly bulk lithium ion conductivity in contrast to those synthesized at lower temperatures (900 °C). The activation energies for the ionic conductivities are comparable for all samples. Partial substitution of K+ for La3+ and In3+ for Nb5+ in Li5La3Nb2O12 exhibits slightly higher ionic conductivity than that of the parent compound over the investigated temperature regime 25-300 °C. Among the compounds investigated, the In-substituted Li5.5La3Nb1.75In0.25O12 exhibits the highest bulk lithium ion conductivity of 1.8×10−4 S/cm at 50 °C with an activation energy of 0.51 eV. The diffusivity (“component diffusion coefficient”) obtained from the AC conductivity and powder XRD data falls in the range 10−10-10−7 cm2/s over the temperature regime 50-200 °C, which is extraordinarily high and comparable with liquids. Substitution of Al, Co, and Ni for Nb in Li5La3Nb2O12 was found to be unsuccessful under the investigated conditions.  相似文献

Formation of nano-sized Y2O3-doped CeO2 (YCO) was observed in the chemical reaction between proton conducting Y2O3-doped BaCeO3 (BCY) and CO2 in the temperature range 700-1000 °C, which is generally prepared by wet-chemical methods that include sol-gel, hydrothermal, polymerization, combustion, and precipitation reactions. BCY can capture CO2 of 0.13 g per ceramic gram at 700 °C, which is comparable to that of the well-known Li2ZrO3 (0.15 g per ceramic gram at 600 °C). Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), laser particle size analysis (LPSA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and ac impedance spectroscopy were employed to characterize the reaction product obtained from reaction between BCY and CO2 and subsequent acid washing. PXRD study reveals presence of fluorite-like CeO2 (a=5.410 (1) Å) structure and BaCO3 in reaction products. TEM investigation of the acid washed product showed the formation of nano-sized material with particle sizes of about 50 nm. The electrical conductivity of acid washed product (YCO) in air was found to be about an order higher than the undoped CeO2 reported in the literature.  相似文献

The NO catalytic direct decomposition was studied over La2CuO4 nanofibers, which were synthesized by using single walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as templates under hydrothermal condition. The composition and BET specific surface area of the La2CuO4 nanofiber were La2Cu0.882+Cu0.12+O3.94 and 105.0 m2/g, respectively. 100% NO conversion (turnover frequency-(TOF): 0.17 gNO/gcatalyst s) was obtained over such nanofiber catalyst at temperatures above 300 °C with the products being only N2 and O2. In 60 h on stream testing, either at 300 °C or at 800 °C, the nanofiber catalyst still showed high NO conversion efficiency (at 300 °C, 98%, TOF: 0.17 gNO/gcatalyst s; at 800 °C, 96%, TOF: 0.16 gNO/gcatalyst s). The O2 and NO temperature programmed desorption (TPD) results indicated that the desorption of oxygen over the nanofibers occurred at 80-190 and 720-900 °C; while NO desorption happened at temperatures of 210-330 °C. NO and O2 did not competitively adsorb on the nanofiber catalyst. For outstanding the advantage of the nanostate catalyst, the usual La2CuO4 bulk powder was also prepared and studied for comparison.  相似文献

A new pyrochlore-type Na0.32Bi1.68Ti2O6.46(OH)0.44 with the cubic cell of a=10.339(5) Å was prepared by hydrothermal reaction using TiO2 (anatase) and Bi2O3 in NaOH solution. This compound was obtained when the molar ratio of NaOH/TiO2 was above 2 and the reaction temperature was above 240 °C. The TG-curve of as-prepared sample showed a mass loss of 0.8 mass% which was caused by release of OH group. This compound decomposed to a pyrochlore-type compound and a layered-type Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 above 800 °C. The optical band gap of Na0.32Bi1.68Ti2O6.46(OH)0.44 was estimated to be 2.5 eV.  相似文献

Mn/Fe mixed oxide solids doped with Al2O3 (0.32-1.27 wt.%) were prepared by impregnation of manganese nitrate with finely powdered ferric oxide, then treated with different amounts of aluminum nitrate. The obtained samples were calcined in air at 700-1000 °C for 6 h. The specific surface area (SBET) and the catalytic activity of pure and doped precalcined at 700-1000 °C have been measured by using N2 adsorption isotherms and CO oxidation by O2. The structure and the phase changes were characterized by DTA and XRD techniques. The obtained results revealed that Mn2O3 interacted readily with Fe2O3 to produce well-crystallized manganese ferrite (MnFe2O4) at temperatures of 800 °C and above. The degree of propagation of this reaction increased by Al2O3-doping and also by increasing the heating temperature. The treatment with 1.27 wt.% Al2O3 followed by heating at 1000 °C resulted in complete conversion of Mn/Fe oxides into the corresponding ferrite phase. The catalytic activity and SBET of pure and doped solids were found to decrease, by increasing both the calcination temperature and the amount of Al2O3 added, due to the enhanced formation of MnFe2O4 phase which is less reactive than the free oxides (Mn2O3 and Fe2O3). The activation energy of formation (ΔE) of MnFe2O4 was determined for pure and doped solids. The promotion effect of aluminum in formation of MnFe2O4 was attributed to an effective increase in the mobility of reacting cations.  相似文献

ZnO/TiO2/SnO2 mixture was prepared by mixing its component solid oxides ZnO, TiO2 and SnO2 in the molar ratio of 4?1?1, followed by calcining the solid mixture at 200-1300 °C. The products and solid-state reaction process during the calcinations were characterized with powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurement of specific surface area. Neither solid-state reaction nor change of crystal phase composition took place among the ZnO, TiO2 and SnO2 powders on the calcinations up to 600 °C. However, formation of the inverse spinel Zn2TiO4 and Zn2SnO4 was detected at 700-900 and 1100-1200 °C, respectively. Further increase of the calcination temperature enabled the mixture to form a single-phase solid solution Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4 with an inverse spinel structure in the space group of . The ZnO/TiO2/SnO2 mixture was photocatalytically active for the degradation of methyl orange in water; its photocatalytic mass activity was 16.4 times that of SnO2, 2.0 times that of TiO2, and 0.92 times that of ZnO after calcination at 500 °C for 2 h. But, the mass activity of the mixture decreased with increasing the calcination temperature at above 700 °C because of the formation of the photoinactive Zn2TiO4, Zn2SnO4 and Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4. The sample became completely inert for the photocatalysis after prolonged calcination at 1300 °C (42 h), since all of the active component oxides were reacted to form the solid solution Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4 with no photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

The reaction pathways and energetics for the reaction of methane with CaO are discussed on the singlet spin state potential energy surface at the B3LYP/6-311+G(2df,2p) and QCISD/6-311++G(3df,3pd)//B3LYP/6-311+G(2df,2p) levels of theory. The reaction of methane with CaO is proposed to proceed in the following reaction pathways: CaO + CH4 → CaOCH4 → [TS] → CaOH + CH3, CaO + CH4 → OCaCH4 → [TS] → HOCaCH3 → CaOH + CH3 or [TS] → CaCH3OH → Ca + CH3OH, and OCaCH4 → [TS] → HCaOCH3 → CaOCH3 + H or [TS] → CaCH3OH → Ca + CH3OH. The gas-phase methane–methanol conversion by CaO is suggested to proceed via two kinds of important reaction intermediates, HOCaCH3 and HCaOCH3, and the reaction pathway via the hydroxy intermediate (HOCaCH3) is energetically more favorable than the other one via the methoxy intermediate (HCaOCH3). The hydroxy intermediate HOCaCH3 is predicted to be the energetically most preferred configuration in the reaction of CaO + CH4. Meanwhile, these three product channels (CaOH + CH3, CaOCH3 + H and Ca + CH3OH) are expected to compete with each other, and the formation of methyl radical is the most preferable pathway energetically. On the other hand, the intermediates HCaOCH3 and HOCaCH3 are predicted to be the energetically preferred configuration in the reaction of Ca + CH3OH, which is precisely the reverse reaction of methane hydroxylation.  相似文献
