聚电解质PDDA/PSS层层自组装膜的渗透汽化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用聚电解质层层自组装(LbL)技术, 在不同盐浓度下制备了聚(二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵)/聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PDDA/PSS) 多层自组装膜, 并用于渗透汽化性能的研究. 重点考察了组装溶液中NaCl的浓度、组装层数及操作温度对自组装膜的异丙醇脱水性能的影响. 同时, 用扫描电镜观测了不同条件下制备膜的表面形貌. 结果表明, 在高NaCl含量的聚电解质溶液中只需组装几个双层的LbL膜, 即能获得较高的分离因子和较大的通量, 并解释了该LbL膜呈现反“trade-off”现象的原因.  相似文献

将聚乙烯醇(PVA)聚离子复合物(PIC)膜在95%乙醇中浸泡48 h,在20~120℃(间隔20℃)下测定吸水后PIC膜的红外光谱,分析了3000 cm-1以上羟基伸缩振动基频随温度的变化情况,探讨了水与PIC膜中羟基的氢键作用。由于羟基谱带在3000 cm-1以上重叠比较严重,结合1000~1700 cm-1水与PIC膜中离子键之间的静电作用,采用二维相关分析提高光谱分辨率,定性地描述了95%乙醇中水与PIC膜之间的结合方式。结果表明:>3000 cm-1羟基的重叠谱带得到了分辨,证明了水与膜内羟基缔合优先吸附渗透,随温度变化早于膜内羟基自缔合被解吸与乙醇分离;确认了水和PIC膜内聚电解质基的吸收,证明了水与聚电解质基团靠静电作用被吸附,随温度升高被解吸与乙醇分离。为PIC膜对95%乙醇脱水分离性能研究提供了一种新方法。  相似文献

以壳聚糖和聚丙烯酸为原料制备了聚电解质复合物膜,并对其分离水/乙醇体系的渗透汽化特性和浓度,温度,化学组成等因素的影响进行了研究,发现后处理方法对复合物膜的分离性能影响很大。同时对其它水/有机液体系,该膜也具备优异的分离性能。  相似文献

研究了含碱金属氯化物的聚乙烯醇。马来酸酐(PVA-MA)交联膜对乙醇-水混合物的分高性能,盐含量低于6%质量时,膜的透量明显增加,原料液乙醇浓度较高时,分离系数也增大,含盐膜从50%乙醇水溶液中吸附了5%~8%的自由水。  相似文献

用原位聚合法制备聚丙烯酰胺/蒙脱土(PAM/MMT)纳米复合材料, 通过透射电镜研究了蒙脱土在聚丙烯酰胺基体中的形貌和分布. 结果表明, 蒙脱土以片层结构分布在聚合物基体中. 用超声波分散聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺-蒙脱土共混铸膜液制得共混膜, 用红外吸收光谱和扫描电镜研究了两者的相互作用和形貌. 考察了共混膜在异丙醇-水混合溶液中的溶胀吸附性能及共混比和蒙脱土含量对膜分离性能的影响, 结果显示, 聚乙烯醇膜中添加适量的蒙脱土纳米粒子可以大大改善膜的分离选择性.  相似文献

The mechanical behavior of polyionic complex (PIC)membranes derived from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVA) have been investigated. The presence of ethylene block segment in the backbone of polyions can endow PIC membranes with more toughness. Increasing the degree of substitution of the polyions, the formed PIC becomes harder and more brittle. Under the environment of relative humidity (R. H. ) of 40%, the tensile strength, relative elongation and modulus of PICs are at about 300kg/cm2,10% and 8×103kg/cm2,respectively,whereas inthe environment of 90% R.H.M these of PICs derived from EVA are at about 90 kg/cm2,150% and 13kg/cm2,respectively,better than that of PVA derived polyionic membrane and ordinary PIC such as Ioplex 101. The self-diffesion of water, ethanol and water-ethanol mixtures in chitosan (CS) membranes crosslinked byaqueous H_2SO_4 solution and uncrosslinked membrane was measured using pulsed-field gradient (PFG) nuclear magneticresonance (NMR) spectroscopy to obtain the partial solubilities and self-diffusion coefficients. An attempt was made toexplain the transport properties of water and ethanol through the CS membrane. It was concluded that there are two types ofchannel water and ethanol diffesate transfer. The water was localized in the hydrophilic ionic region formed by the ionizedgroups, and the ethanol was localized in the hydrophobic amorphous network of the polymer. 制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚丙烯睛(PAN)渗透汽化复合膜,研究了交联剂用量、底膜结构、进料液组成、操作温度等因素对膜的渗透汽化性能的影响.发现PVA/PAN复合膜对水/醇混合液表现为水优先透过,进料液中乙醇浓度在60~99wt%的范围内,渗透通量Jt与温度之间符合Arrhenius关系,选择分离系数αW/E也随温度上升而增大.进料液为95wt%的乙醇/水混合液时,75℃下Jt高达300~450g/m2h,αW/E为800~1100.对异丙醇/水、异丁醇/水及甘油/水混合体系,复合膜显示出更为优秀的透过、分离性能.就膜的化学、物理结构与其渗透汽化性能间的关系进行了讨论.  相似文献

An investigation into the organic permselective separation through poly [1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne] (PTMSP) and (1-trimethylsily1)-1-(1-penta-methyl-disilyl)-1-propyne copoly-mer (TMSP-PMDSP) dense membranes was made to gain an insight into the effect ofthe chemical structure of membrane materials on pervaporation (PV) characteristics. Theresults show that the copolymer has a higher separation factor α_(org/water) but with a rela-tively lower value of flux J_t (g/m~2·h) than pure PTMSP. This phenomenon may be at-tributed to the introduction of side chain with large bulk volume in copolymer, whichbrought about a decrease of excess free volume and the improvement of diffesion selectivityto some extent. With the same molar concentration of organic liquids in feed, THF/watersolutions have the highest value of α_(org/water) as well as J_t in comparison with ethanol/water,iso-propanol/water and THF/water mixtures.  相似文献

本文用非均相光化学氯磷化反应制得了亲水的耐有机溶剂耐酸碱的磺化聚乙烯离子交换膜.膜截面离子基因密度与反应程度有关.该膜对近恒沸组成的二氧六环/水混合液显示出很高的渗透汽化分离系数和透过速率.研究了对离子、离子交换容量、料液浓度和温度对分离性能的影响.通过膜内水合离子形成“水通道”模型讨论了渗透机理.膜内离子基团密度估计及水的表观渗透活化能的大小支持“水通道”的存在.  相似文献

由3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(ODPA)和3,3′-二甲基4,4′二氨基二苯甲烷(DMMDA)二胺为单体,利用低温溶液缩聚化学亚胺化法合成了ODPA DMMDA聚酰亚胺.利用FT IR、NMR与DSC等手段对聚酰亚胺的结构进行了表征;研究了其溶解性能、耐热性能和力学性能.结果表明,此聚酰亚胺可溶于DMF、DMAc等极性溶剂;玻璃化转变温度为264℃,其10%的热分解温度为521℃;断裂强度为137MPa;断裂伸长率为18%.采用相转化法将其制成非对称膜,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察内部结构,在渗透汽化脱硫实验中,对噻吩有良好的选择透过性能.350K时,硫富集率为3.68,渗透通量为0.92kg m2h.  相似文献
