A series of benzo-fused heteroaromatic compounds with 5-, 6- and 7-membered tings, such as benzimidazole,quinoxaline and 1H-1,5-benzodiazepine derivatives, were synthesized through condensation reaction of o-pheny1-enediamine with ary1 aldehydes or ketones. The experimental conditions were carefully examined, and the products were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS, IR and elemental analyses. In addition, the structure of a benzodiazaepine derivative with 7-membered ring was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The conformations of (Z)‐ and (E)‐5‐oxo‐B‐nor‐5,10‐secocholest‐1(10)‐en‐3β‐yl acetates ( 2 and 3 , resp.) were examined by a combination of X‐ray crystallographic analysis and NMR spectroscopy, with emphasis on the geometry of the cyclononenone moiety. The 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectra showed that the unsaturated nine‐membered ring of (E)‐isomer 3 in C6D6 and (D6)acetone solution exists in a sole conformation of type B 1 , which is similar to its solid‐state conformation. The (Z)‐isomer 2 in C6D6, CDCl3, and (D6)acetone solution, however, exists in two conformational forms of different families, with different orientation of the carbonyl group, the predominant form (85%) corresponding to the conformation of type A 1 and the minor (15%) to the conformation A 2 present also in the crystalline state. In this solid‐state conformations of the nine‐membered ring of both compounds, the 19‐Me and 5‐oxo groups are ‘β’‐oriented. The NMR analysis suggests that the nine‐membered ring of 4 has a conformation of type C 1 in CDCl3 solution.  相似文献

A new four‐membered cyclic carbamates have been synthesized through solar irradiation of N‐cyano(α‐bromo‐α‐phenyl)methylanilines in their aqueous methanolic solution using iodide salt in basic medium. These compounds have been characterized as 3,4‐diphenyl‐1,3oxazetidin‐2‐one through their elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectral studies.  相似文献

The use of 1,2‐diselenolato‐1,2‐dicarba‐closo‐dodecaborane(12) dianions [1,2‐(1,2‐C2B10H10)Se2]2? prepared in situ as the dilithium salt may lead to irreproducible results. This is shown by the straightforward synthesis of silanes using the purified and isolated dianions, in contrast with previous less successful attempts. Thus, the reactions of the dianions with dichlorosilanes afford the five‐membered diselenasila cycles containing the SiMe2 or the SiPh2 units, and with 1,2‐dichloro‐tetramethyldisilane the six‐membered cycle containing the Si2Me4 unit. The latter was studied by X‐ray diffraction, and all products were characterized by multinuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 13C, 29Si, 77Se NMR) in solution. Novel isotope effects were detected in 13C and 77Se NMR spectra. Exchange reactions of the five‐ and six‐membered diselanasila cycles with chlorosilanes were studied. Treatment of the salt [PPh4]+[Cp*W(S)3]? ( 6 ) with allyl bromide gave the neutral complex [Cp*W(S)2S‐CH2‐CH?CH2] ( 7 ). The product 7 was characterized by an X‐ray crystal structure analysis. Complex 7 features dynamic NMR spectra that indicate a rapid allyl automerization process. From the analysis of the temperature‐dependent NMR spectra a Gibbs activation energy of ΔG (278 K)≈13.7±0.1 kcal mol?1 was obtained [ΔH≈10.4±0.1 kcal mol?1; ΔS≈?11.4 cal mol?1 K?1]. The DFT calculation identified an energetically unfavorable four‐membered transition state of the “forbidden” reaction and a favorable six‐membered transition state of the “Cope‐type” allyl rearrangement process at this transition‐metal complex core.  相似文献

The aldol reactions of 2‐arylimino‐3‐aryl‐thiazolidine‐4‐ones with benzaldehyde carried out at ?78 °C were found to produce sec‐carbinols. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding within the aldol products forming a six‐membered ring enabled the assignment of stereochemistries of the major and minor diastereomers via analysis of the syn and anti 3JH,H 1H NMR coupling constants. In the series of diaminoenones, large high‐frequency shifts of the 1H NMR of the N? H group in the cis‐position relative to the carbonyl group suggests strong N? H···O intramolecular hydrogen bonding comprising a six‐membered chelate ring. The N? H···O hydrogen bond causes an increase of the 1J(N,H) coupling constant by 2–4 Hz and high‐frequency shift of the 15N signal by 9–10 ppm despite of the lengthening of the relevant N? H bond. These experimental trends are substantiated by gauge‐independent atomic orbital and density functional theory calculations of the shielding and coupling constants in the 3,3‐bis(isopropylamino)‐1‐(aryl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one (12) for conformations with the Z‐ and E‐orientations of the carbonyl group relative to the N? H group. The effects of the N? H···O hydrogen‐bond on the NMR parameters are analyzed with the atoms‐in‐molecules (AIM) and natural bond orbital (NBO) methods. The AIM method indicates a weakening of the N? H···O hydrogen bond as compared with that of 1,1‐di(pyrrol‐2‐yl)‐2‐formylethene (13) where N? H···O hydrogen bridge establishes a seven‐membered chelate ring, and the corresponding 1J(N,H) coupling constant decreases. The NBO method reveals that the LP(O) →σ*N? H hyperconjugative interaction is weakened on going from the six‐membered chelate ring to the seven‐membered one due to a more bent hydrogen bond in the former case. A dominating effect of the N? H bond rehybridization, owing to an electrostatic term in the hydrogen bonding, seems to provide an increase of the 1J(N,H) value as a consequence of the N? Complete hydroboration of cyclododecatrienes was reported to give two isomers, depending on conditions. The assignment of their structure had been attempted without unequivocal proofs. We have now used NMR spectroscopy (11B, 13C, 15N and 23Na NMR) to study the sodium amides of these two polycyclic boranes. In addition, one of the isomeric borates could be crystallized, and the X‐ray analysis revealed a cis‐,cis‐,trans configuration of the six‐membered rings reversing the original structural assignment.  相似文献

A facile, convenient, and adequate method has been developed for the synthesis of novel 5‐amino‐3‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)‐7‐aryl‐7H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐6,8‐dicarbonitriles ( 6 ) by employing 2‐(4‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)thiazol‐2‐yl)acetonitrile ( 3 ) as an important precursor. Initially, we have synthesized the target compounds in a stepwise manner and then approached a tandem method to examine the feasibility of one‐pot method. Subsequently, one‐pot three‐component protocol has been established for the synthesis of title compounds by the reaction of 3 with benzaldehyde and malononitrile in refluxing ethanol engender a new six‐membered thiazolo[3,2‐a] pyridine as a hybrid scaffold. Reaction conditions were optimized for this reaction and a broad substrate scope with various aryl and heteroaryl aldehydes make this protocol very practical, attractive, and worthy. Mechanistic aspects for the formation of these compounds were outlined comprehensively. Characterization of these newly synthesized compounds was achieved by means of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS.  相似文献

Two unprecedented mixed BIII/PV complexes of meso‐triaryl 25‐oxasmaragdyrins were synthesized in appreciable yields under mild reaction conditions. These unusual 25‐oxasmaragdyrin complexes containing one or two seven‐membered heterocyclic rings comprised of five different atoms (B, C, N, O, and P) were prepared by reacting B(OH)(Ph)‐smaragdyrin and B(OH)2‐smaragdyrin complexes, respectively, with POCl3 in toluene at reflux temperature. The products were characterized by HRMS and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. X‐ray crystallography of one of the mixed BIII/PV smaragdyrin complexes indicated that the macrocycle is significantly distorted and contains a stable seven‐membered heterocyclic ring within the macrocycle. The bands in the absorption and emission spectra were bathochromically shifted with reduced quantum yields and singlet‐state lifetimes relative to the free base, meso‐triaryl 25‐oxasmaragdyrin. The mixed BIII/PV complexes were difficult to oxidize but easier to reduce than the free base. The DFT‐optimized structure of the 25‐oxasmaragdyrin complex with two seven‐membered heterocycles indicated that it was a bicyclic spiro compound with two half‐chair‐like conformers. This was in contrast to the chair‐like conformation of the complex with a single seven‐membered heterocyclic ring. Moreover, incorporation of a second phosphate group in the former case stabilized the bonding geometry and resulted in higher stability, which was reflected in the bathochromic shift of the absorption spectra, more‐positive oxidation potential, and less‐negative reduction potential.  相似文献

The title chiral compound, 3‐amino­carbonyl‐1,2,2‐tri­methyl­cyclo­pentane‐1‐carboxylic acid, C10H17NO3, was prepared from (1R,3S)‐camphoric acid. The five‐membered ring adopts a conformation which is intermediate between a twist and an envelope. Elongations of the C—C bonds and contractions of the C—C—C bond angles are observed within the five‐membered ring. A 1H NMR spectrum was recorded to assist in distinguishing the amide group from the carboxyl group.  相似文献

Structures of cyclic 2‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenylpropyl)‐substituted 1,3‐diketones 4a – c were determined by 17O‐NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. In CDCl3 solution, compounds 4a – c form an eight‐membered‐ring with intramolecular H‐bonding between the enolic OH and the carbonyl O(11)‐atom of the phenylpropyl group, as demonstrated by increased shielding of specifically labeled 4a – c in the 17O‐NMR spectra (Δδ(17O(11))=36 ppm). In solid state, intermolecular H‐bonding was observed instead of intramolecular H‐bonding, as evidenced by the X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis of compound 4b . Crystals of compound 4b at 293 K are monoclinic with a=11.7927 (12) Å, b=13.6230 (14) Å, c=9.8900 (10) Å, β=107.192 (2)°, and the space group is P21/c with Z=4 (refinement to R=0.0557 on 2154 independent reflections).  相似文献

(E) and (Z)‐1,2‐bis(trifluoromethyl)ethene‐1,2‐dicarbonitrile (BTE; (=E) and (Z)‐1,2‐bis(trifluoromethyl)but‐2‐enedinitrile) were reacted with an excess of methyl vinyl ether, used as solvent, and furnished 1 : 2 adducts 6 (54%) and cyclobutanes 3 as 1 : 1 adducts (41%). The four diastereoisomeric bis‐adducts 6 (different ratios from (E) and (Z)‐BTE) are derivatives of 1‐azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct‐5‐ene; X‐ray analyses and 19F‐NMR spectra revealed their structures. Since the cyclobutanes 3 are resistant to vinyl ether, the pathways leading to mono‐ and bis‐adducts must compete on the level of the intermediate l,4‐zwitterions 1 and 2 . The latter either cyclize to the cyclobutanes 3 or to six‐membered cyclic ketene imines 8 which accept a second molecule of vinyl ether to yield the bis‐adducts 6 . The occurrence of the highly strained ketene imines 8 gains credibility by comparison to stable seven‐membered cyclic ketene imines recently reported.  相似文献

A series of pyridoxine derivatives was investigated by 1H and 2D nuclear overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY) NMR. The free energies of activation for the pyridyl‐oxygen rotation of the 2,4‐dinitrophenyl ether of the seven‐membered acetals of pyridoxine were measured by dynamic NMR. The mononuclear title complex, [Co(C6H6NO6)(C2H8N2)]·3H2O, contains an octahedrally coordinated CoIII atom. The N‐(carboxy­methyl)­aspartate moiety is coordinated as a tetradentate ligand, providing an OONO‐donor set and forming two trans five‐membered chelate rings and one six‐membered chelate ring. A seven‐membered chelate ring is also formed, which consists of part of the six‐membered chelate ring and part of one of the five‐membered chelate rings. The crystal structure of the complex is stabilized by hydrogen bonds with three water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐mercaptophenylacetic acid with dimethyltin dichloride in the presence of sodium ethoxide in ethanol affords a novel two‐dimensional organotin network structure compound 1, which is an unusual network containing dinuclear 18‐membered and tetranuclear 26‐membered organotin macrocycles. The compound has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. Furthermore, we have also characterized the compound by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

1H‐1, 3‐Benzazaphospholes react with M(CO)5(THF) (M = Cr, Mo, W) to give thermally and relatively air stable η1‐(1H‐1, 3‐Benzazaphosphole‐P)M(CO)5 complexes. The 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR‐data are in accordance with the preservation of the phosphaaromatic π‐system of the ligand. The strong upfield 31P coordination shift, particularly of the Mo and W complexes, forms a contrast to the downfield‐shifts of phosphine‐M(CO)5 complexes and classifies benzazaphospholes as weak donor but efficient acceptor ligands. Nickelocene reacts as organometallic species with metalation of the NH‐function. The resulting ambident 1, 3‐benzazaphospholide anions prefer a μ2‐coordination of the η5‐CpNi‐fragment at phosphorus to coordination at nitrogen or a η3‐heteroallyl‐η5‐CpNi‐semisandwich structure. This is shown by characteristic NMR data and the crystal structure analysis of a η5‐CpNi‐benzazaphospholide. The latter is a P‐bridging dimer with a planar Ni2P2 ring and trans‐configuration of the two planar heterocyclic phosphido ligands arranged perpendicular to the four‐membered ring.  相似文献

Structure elucidation of 9‐S and 9‐R oxirane derivatives of ascomycin, a 23‐membered immunomodulating macrolactam, was performed using NMR spectroscopy. The total 1H and 13C signal assignments required the gradient‐selected versions of COSY (gs‐COSY), heteronuclear multiple quantum‐correlation spectroscopy (gs‐HSQC), heteronuclear multiple‐bond correlation spectroscopy (gs‐HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser methods. The data sets then were used to examine the dependence of ketone–hemiketal and cistrans amide equilibria on the substitution pattern and the absolute configuration of the chiral oxirane. The structural properties of four mixed β‐peptides with alternating β2/β3‐ or β3/β2‐sequences have been analyzed by two‐dimensional homonuclear 1H‐NMR‐ and CD spectroscopic measurements. All four β‐peptides fold into (P)‐helices with twelve‐ and ten‐membered H‐bonded rings (Figs. 3–6). CD Spectra (Fig. 2) of the mixed β3/β2‐hexapeptide 4a and β3/β2‐nonapeptide 5a , indicating that peptides of this type also adopt the 12/10‐helical conformation, were confirmed by NMR structural analysis. For the deprotected β3/β2‐nonapeptide 5d , NOEs not consistent with the 10/12 helix have been observed, showing that the stability of the helix decreases upon N‐terminal deprotection. From the NMR structures obtained, an idealized helical‐wheel representation was generated (Fig. 7), which will be used for the design of further 12/10 or 10/12 helices.  相似文献

The cyclization of N 6‐(ω‐hydroxyalkyl)adenines with a N6H‐group leads to N6,N1 ring closure regardless of the method of the cyclization that was used. Five‐membered to eight‐membered rings were obtained using NBS/PPh3; however, under Mitsunobu conditions, the eight‐membered fused purine was not formed. Surprisingly, the cyclization of N 6‐methyl‐N 6‐(4‐hydroxybutyl)adenine only leads to N6,N7 ring closure using both methods.  相似文献
