[Zn(phen)3]·ZTO·6H2O(1) and[Cu(phen)3]·ZTO·6H2O(2) were synthesized by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O/Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 4,4-azo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(ZTO) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum analysis, respectively. Compound 1 was also characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. For compound 1, the coordination geometry around the Zn2+ is a distorted octahedron, with the bite angles of 76.7(3)°-77.6(4)° for all three phen ligands. Moreover, the thermal behaviors and thermal decomposition kinetics were studied and analyzed. Besides, thermal stability and safety parameters(TSADT, Tb) are 164.7 and 166.4℃ for compound 1, and 149.6 and 150.8℃ for compound 2, respectively.  相似文献

The thermal behavior and non-isothermal decomposition kinetics of [Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O (en=ethylenediamine) were studied with DSC and TG-DTG methods.The kinetic equation of the exothermal process is dα/dt=(10^17.92/β)4α^3/4exp(-1.688×10^5/RT).The self-accelerating decomposition temperature and critical temperature of the thermal explosion are 163.3 and 174.8 ℃,respectively.The specific heat capacity of [Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O was determined with a micro-DSC method,with a molar heat capacity of 661.6 J·mol^-1·K^-1 at 25 ℃.Adiabatic time-to-explosion was also estimated as 23.2 s.[Cu(en)2H2O](FOX-7)2·H2O is less sensitive.  相似文献

合成了4个新型的稀土化合物(C26H40N2O4)[Ln(NO3)5H2O](Ln=Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu),采用元素分析和红外光谱表征,用四圆衍射仪测定了其中(C26H40N2O4)[Eu(NO3)5H2O]的晶体结构,属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数:α=0.9100(4)nm,b=1.3560(3)nm,c=1.6463(4)nm;α=68.62(2)°,β=74.84(3)°,γ=87.50(2)°;Z=2.中心铕离子由5个硝酸根的10个氧原子和1个水分子中的氧原子配位,配位数是11.1,7,10,16-四氧-4,13-二氮杂-N,N'-二苄基环十八烷(N,N'-二苄基穴醚(2,2))未参与配位.  相似文献

Two hydrogen-bonded supramolecular compounds having the general formula [M(H2O)6][H2L] (M=MnII or CoII and H4L=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid), have been newly prepared by the reaction of [M(H2O)6](ClO4)2 and [C6H2(COOH)4] (H4L), and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The metal center in each compound is six-coordinated, forming an ideal octahedral geometry. Both neutral formula units make unique three-dimensional supramolecular architectures through hydrogen bonds and stabilized by electrostatic force.  相似文献

Theoretical and spectroscopic (IR and Raman) study of different 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin (mendiaxon) systems (mend, mendNa, mendCu, mendH and mendH · 2H2O) were performed at B3LYP/6-31G(d) and B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) levels of theory. The geometric and electronic structures as well as the vibrational behavior of the systems studied were discussed: (1) as to the changes that occurred in the anion coumarin ring upon the mend–X+ (X+ =Na+, Cu+, H+) interactions and (2) as to the changes that occurred in mendH due to hydrogen bondings in mendH · 2H2O. The largest bond length changes in the anion coumarin ring were obtained for mendH and the smallest ones for mendNa. The bond length changes were mainly produced from the electrostatic effect of the positive charge of X. The induced polarization of the C=O bond upon the mend–X+ interactions was found to be opposite to the basic one and it led to shorter C=O bond lengths (higher ν(C=O) frequencies) in the order: mendNa, mendCu and mendH. Conversely, upon the hydrogen bonding the induced polarization of the C=O bond was found in the same direction as the basic one and it produced elongation to the C=O bond length (lower ν(C=O) frequency). On the basis of the correlations found, the ν(C=O) positions in mendNa, mendCu, mendH and mendH · 2H2O were explained.  相似文献

A pure inorganic [P2Mo5O23]6- based cobalt complex [H8(H2O)16][Co(H2O)4(HP2Mo5O23)2] with a sandglass-like shape was synthesized and characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), infrared spectroscopy(IR), thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry(TG/DSC), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and cyclic voltammogram(CV). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit of compound 1 consists of a half cobalt ion, one [P2Mo5O23]6- anion, two coordinated water molecules and eight lattice water molecules. It is especially intriguing to note that two [P2Mo5O23]6- clusters are symmetrical about the Co ion, like a sandglass. And a chair-like water cluster with an unprecedented centrosymmetric [H8(H2O)16]8+ can be observed in compound 1. With the binucleating ligand 1-oxy-2,6-di [(N,N-biscarboxymethyl)aminomethyl]- 4-chlorobenzol (H5L) complexes of formulae FeH2L · 2H2O; FeH3L(C1O4) · H2O; Fe2L(OH) · 2H2O; M2HL · nH2O (M = Co, Cu, n = 2; M = Ni, n = 4); FeCuL · 3H2O; FeCrL(OH) · 3H2O were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectra and magnetic moment determinations. The reactions of H4Re4(CO)12 with some nitrogen-containing bases L in chloroform at room temperature were investigated. For L = pyridine, γ-picoline and piperidine, two types of products, namely [H4Re3(CO)9L][LH]+ and H3Re3(CO)9L3, were isolated. When L = -picoline, 4-CN-pyridine, imidazole or 2,4-dimethylimidazole, [H4Re3(CO)9L][LH]+ is the only product with a yield close to 75%. The structure of H3Re3(CO)9L3 (L = pyridine) (1) and [H4Re3(CO)9L][LH]+ (L = -picoline) (3) were determined by the X-ray diffraction method. For 1, the three rhenium atoms form an equilateral triangle with edge-bridging hydrides. Each rhenium is coordinated by three carbonyl groups and an axial pyridine. The three pyridines are not all on the same side of the triangular plane to reduce the steric repulsion which is obvious from bond angles and distances data. In 3, the three rhenium atoms form an isosceles with two hydride-bridged Re---Re single bonds and an Re---Re double bond bridged by two hydrides. Each rhenium is coordinated by three CO groups, and -picoline is coordinated to rhenium in the axial position.  相似文献

A new heteropolycomplex, K6H3[ZnW11 O40 Al]·9.5H2O was prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, UV spectroscopy, 27Al NMR , electrochemistry and X ray crystallography. The crystal of K6H3[ZnW11 O40 Al]·9.5H2O is cubic, space group Fm-3m , with lattice constants a=b=c =2.144 8(2) nm, V =9.866(2) nm3, Mo radiation, R =0.057 8 for 497 independent data with [ I>2δ(I) ]. The anion is of α type Keggin structure with Cs symmetry.  相似文献

The syntheses, crystal structures and characterizations of two new divalent metal carboxylate-phosphonates, namely, Zn(H3L)·2H2O (1) and Pb(H3L)(H2O)2 (2) (H5L4-HO2C–C6H4–CH2N(CH2PO3H2)2) have been reported. Compound 1 features a 1D column structure in which the Zn(II) ions are tetrahedrally coordinated by four phosphonate oxygen atoms from four phosphonate ligands, and neighboring such 1D building blocks are further interconnected via hydrogen bonds into a 3D network. The carboxylate group of H3L anion remains non-coordinated. Compound 2 has a 2D layer structure. Pb(II) ion is 7-coordinated by four phosphonate oxygen atoms from four phosphonate ligands and three aqua ligands. The interconnection of Pb(II) ions via bridging H3L anions results in a 001 layer. The carboxylate group of the H3L anion also remains non-coordinated and is oriented toward the interlayer space. Solid state luminescent spectrum of compound 1 exhibits a strong broad blue fluorescent emission band at 455 nm under excitation at 365 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

Hydrated nitrate and perchlorate salts of the transitional metal ions Co2+, Ni2+ and Cu2+ have been used to investigate the coordination capability of the octaaza macrocycle L derived from 2,6-diformylpyridine and diethylenetriamine. The synthesis of the metal complexes was carried out in 1:1 and 2:1 metal:ligand molar ratios, but dinuclear complexes were obtained in all cases due to the size of the 24-membered ligand. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, mass spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, diffuse reflectance and magnetic measurements. The dinuclear nature of the compounds was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structures of [Ni2L(NO3)2](NO3)2, [Cu2L(NO3)4] and [Cu2L(ClO4)4], were determined.  相似文献

Solid-liquid phase equilibria of the two ternary systems (NaCl+SrCl2+H2O) and (KCl+SrCl2+H2O) at T=288.15 K and p=0.1 MPa were studied using the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method. Solubilities of the equilibrium liquid phase were determined, and the solids were also investigated by the Schreinemaker method of wet residues. In the ternary system (NaCl+SrCl2+H2O) at 288.15 K, there is one invariant point corresponding to (NaCl+SrCl2·6H2O) and two crystallization regions corresponding to NaCl and SrCl2·6H2O. The crystallized area of SrCl2·6H2O decreased with the increasing temperature, while that of NaCl increased slightly. In the ternary system (KCl+SrCl2+H2O) at 288.15 K, there is one invariant point(KCl+SrCl2·6H2O) and two crystallization regions corresponding to KCl and SrCl2·6H2O. Both systems belong to a simple eutectic type, and neither double salts nor solid solutions were formed. On the basis of Pitzer-Harvie-Weare model, the solubilities of the two systems at 288.15 K were demonstrated. A comparison showed that the calculated solubilities agreed well with the experimental data.  相似文献

在室温、无水乙醇溶剂中, H2L(H2L=4, 4', 6, 6'-四叔丁基-2, 2'-[乙二氧双(氮次甲基)]二酚)与一水合醋酸铜反应得到了一种新的铜(Ⅱ)化合物C32H46CuN2O4([CuL]), 并通过红外光谱、元素分析及X射线单晶衍射等技术手段对[CuL]进行了表征。 [CuL]的结构解析表明, 属单斜晶系, 空间群C2/c, 晶胞参数为a=2.7231(3) nm, b=1.1196(3) nm, c=1.0704(2) nm, α=90.00°, β=101.293(2)°, γ=90.00°, V=3.2002(11) nm3, Z=4, Mr=586.25, Dc=1.217 g/cm3, μ=0.718 mm-1, F(000)=1252, R1=0.0957, wR2=0.2297。 [CuL]的对称单元中含有1个Cu(Ⅱ)原子和1个配位L分子组成, 中心Cu(Ⅱ)的配位数为4, 分别与来自L单元上的N1、N1#、O2、O2# 4个原子进行配位, 以金属离子为中心形成了稍微扭曲四面体结构的配位几何构型。 对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌活性实验表明, [CuL]对3种菌均有显著的抑制作用, 其抑菌活性较配体L更强。  相似文献

Recently, there has been considerable interest in cyano-bridged lanthanide(Ⅲ) hexacyanometalate(Ⅲ) complexes LnM(CN)6·nH2O (M=Fe, Cr and Co) because of their potential as catalytic, semiconductive, and magnetic materials.[1-8] In this study, we employed N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as a hybrid ligand to construct a bimetallic complex[Eu(DMF)4(H2O)2Cr(CN)6]·H2O. It was synthesized as yellow crystals by the self-assembly of anhydrous EuCl3 and (Bu4N)3[Cr(CN)6] in MeOH and DMF. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that it consists of a cyano-bridged chain structure. The Eu atom is eight-coordinate with a distorted bicapped square antiprism geometry. Six oxygen atoms of two water molecules and four DMF molecules and two nitrogen atoms of the bridging CN ligands are bound to Eu with the Eu-O distance ranging from 2.368(7) to 2.447(8) Å. The bridging cyanides coordinate to the Europium(Ⅲ) ion[N(l)-Eu=2.543(9) Å and N(3)-EuA=2.543(8) Å] in a bent fashion with the bond angles of 164.0(9) for C(1)-N(1)-Nd and 155.1(7)。for C(3)-N(3)-EuA (A denotes the symmetry transformation:-x+l,y-l/2,-z+3/2). Each Cr(CN)6 coordinates to two Eu(Ⅲ) ions using two cis cyanide ligands, while each Eu(DMF)4(H2O)2 group connects two Cr(CN)6 moieties in a cis fashion, giving rise to an unprecedented chain structure. Chromium(Ⅲ) is one essential nutrient that has been implicated as glucose tolerant factor(GTF) in the maintenance of normal carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Schiff base complexes of chromium (Ⅲ) such as N,N' -ethylenebis (Salicylideneiminato) diaquochromium (Ⅲ) chloride[Cr(Salen)(H2O)2]Cl as a new kind of GTP model was shown to reduce the symptoms of diabetes significantly, hyperglycemia and cholesterol in diabetic rates[l]. After studied the decomposition and characterization of[Cr(Salen)(H2O)2]Cl[2], a new confound of[Cr(Salen)(H2O)2]BPh4 is prepared and its transfer Gibbs energies(Δtr Go) from water to strait-chain Alkanols is studied in order to understand the thermodynamic properties of[Cr(Salen)(H2O)2]+ in different solvents.  相似文献

合成了一种酰腙类Schiff碱2,4-二羟基苯乙酮缩异烟酰腙(C14H13N3O3,H2L),经元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光光谱和热重分析等技术手段进行了表征。 用X射线单晶衍射测定了它的晶体结构,该晶体属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数a=2.0102(2) nm,b=0.75891(8) nm,c=1.9530(2) nm,α= 90°,β=111.481(12)°,γ=90°,V=2.7725(5) nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.4292 g/cm3,R1=0.0422,wR2=0.1113,F(000)=1256。 同时进行了量子化学计算研究。 使用Gaussian09量子化学程序包, 在密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平,对化合物的分子结构进行全参数优化计算,获得了热力学参数和几何结构参数,对分子的总能量及前线分子轨道、Mulliken电荷分布进行了分析讨论;同时,用TD-DEF方法计算了化合物的电子吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱。  相似文献

The molecular structure and conformational stability of CH2CHCH2X (X=F, Cl and Br) molecules were studied using ab initio and density functional theory (DFT) methods. The molecular geometries of 3-fluoropropene were optimized employing BLYP and B3LYP levels of theory of DFT method implementing 6-311+G(d,p) basis set. The MP2/6-31G*, BLYP and B3LYP levels of theory of ab initio and DFT methods were used to optimize the 3-chloropropene and 3-bromopropene molecules. The structural and physical parameters of the molecules are discussed with the available experimental values. The rotational potential energy surface of the above molecules were obtained at MP2/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory. The Fourier decomposition of the rotational potentials were analyzed. The HF/6-31G* and MP2/6-31G* levels of theory have predicted the cis conformer as the minimum energy structure for 3-fluoropropene, which is in agreement with the experimental values, whereas the BLYP/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory reverses the order of conformation. The ΔE values calculated for 3-chloropropene at MP2/6-31G*, BLYP/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory show that the gauche form is more stable than the cis form, which is in agreement with the experimental value. The same levels of theory have also predicted that the gauche form is stable than cis for 3-bromopropene molecule. The maximum hardness principle has been able to predict the stable conformer of 3-fluoropropene at HF/6-31G* level of theory, but the same level of theory reverses the conformational stability of 3-chloropropene and 3-bromopropene molecules and MP2/6-31G* level of theory predicted the stable conformer correctly.  相似文献
