A streptavidin functionalized capillary immune microreactor was designed for highly efficient flow-through chemiluminescent (CL) immunoassay. The functionalized capillary could be used as both a support for highly efficient immobilization of antibody and a flow cell for flow-through immunoassay. The functionalized inner wall and the capture process were characterized using scanning electron microscopy. Compared to conventional packed tube or thin-layer cell immunoreactor, the proposed microreactor showed remarkable properties such as lower cost, simpler fabrication, better practicality and wider dynamic range for fast CL immunoassay with good reproducibility and stability. Using α-fetoprotein as model analyte, the highly efficient CL flow-through immunoassay system showed a linear range of 3 orders of magnitude from 0.5 to 200 ng mL−1 and a low detection limit of 0.1 ng mL−1. The capillary immune microreactor could make up the shortcoming of conventional CL immunoreactors and provided a promising alternative for highly efficient flow-injection immunoassay.  相似文献

A short and highly efficient route to both enantiomers of muricatacin as well as the C-5-epimer has been developed. The key to the overall transformation is the highly regio- and enantioselective Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation of an (E,Z)-dienoate. Recycling awarded the silver: Ag(3)PO(4), a highly efficient photocatalyst, decomposes to the weak photocatalyst Ag during consecutive photocatalytic cycles. A facile and very mild wet chemical oxidation method was proposed, which involves the cooperation of H(2)O(2) with Na(2)HPO(4), to rejuvenate Ag(3)PO(4) from Ag as a recyclable highly efficient photocatalyst.  相似文献

An efficient and one-pot procedure for the synthesis of arylated and stereodefined allylic alcohols has been achieved through zirconium-mediated multicomponent coupling reactions of alkynes, aldehydes (or ketones), and aryl iodides. The subsequent intramolecular Friedel-Crafts reactions of these allylic alcohols catalyzed by Br?nsted or Lewis acids afford highly substituted indenes and spiroindenes under extremely mild reaction conditions. This methodology also provided a highly efficient route to the synthesis of spiroindenepiperidines.  相似文献

An efficient domino strategy for the synthesis of bipyrazole derivatives has been established successfully using Y(OTf)3 as catalyst. This new reaction allows direct formation of highly functionalized bipyrazole derivatives with a wide diversity in substituents in a one‐pot manner. The present synthesis shows attractive characteristics, such as the use of water as reaction media, simple one‐pot operation, highly efficient catalyst, and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

A highly efficient synthesis of the enantioenriched tetrahydro‐β‐carbolines was developed by using a chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed Pictet–Spengler reaction of indolyl dihydropyridines. The reaction proceeds under mild reaction conditions to afford the desired chiral tetrahydro‐β‐carbolines in good to excellent yields (up to 96 %) and high enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee ). A new method for multi-component synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives (1,4-DHPs) in the presence of meglumine supported on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs@meglumine) as a new heterogeneous, highly efficient and reusable catalyst was investigated. The reaction was performed under ultrasonic irradiation in EtOH at room temperature. A new, highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst, short reaction times, high to excellent yield of products, and safe and clean conditions are the advantages of the presented method.  相似文献

Drug-lead synthesis through rapid construction of chiral molecular complexity around the biologically relevant framework using a highly efficient strategy is a key goal of organic synthesis. Molecules bearing a spirooxindole-type framework exhibit important bioactivities. Herein, we present a highly efficient and convenient strategy that allows rapid construction of unique optically active spiro[oxazoline-3,3'-oxindole]s through the organocatalyzed asymmetric synthesis of spirocyclic thiocarbamates via an aldol reaction. Preliminary biological evaluation of several of the spirooxazolines using a model of acute neuroinflammation revealed promising antipyretic activity and provided an opportunity to discover new antipyretic agents.  相似文献

An efficient and practical total synthesis of aquayamycin has been accomplished. The highly oxidized and stereochemically complex tetracyclic ring system was constructed using three key reactions: 1) highly diastereoselective 1,2‐addition of C‐glycosyl naphthyllithium to a cyclic ketone, 2) indium‐mediated site‐selective allylation‐rearrangement sequence of naphthoquinone, and 3) diastereoselective intramolecular pinacol coupling. This synthetic strategy offers a novel and efficient pathway to prepare aquayamycin‐type angucycline antibiotics.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, gelation abilities and aggregation-induced, blue-shifted emission (AIBSE) properties of two minimalistic diketopiperazine-based gelators. Despite containing a highly insoluble luminophore that makes up more than half of their respective molecular masses, efficient hydrogelation by multiple stimuli for one and efficient organogelation for the other compound are reported. Insights into the aggregation and gelation properties were gained through examination of the photophysical and material properties of selected gels, which are representative of the different modes of gelation. The synthesis of the gelators is highly modular and based on readily available amino acid building blocks, allowing the efficient and rapid diversification of these core structures and fine-tuning of gel properties.  相似文献

A highly efficient two-step chemoenzymatic synthesis of structured triacylglycerols comprising a pure n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid at the mid-position and a pure saturated fatty acid located at the end-positions is described. In the first step an immobilized Candida antarctica lipase was observed to display an excellent regioselectivity toward the end-positions of glycerol at 0-4°C using vinyl esters as acylating agents. The n-3 fatty acids were introduced into the remaining mid-position highly efficient and in excellent yields using EDCI coupling agent.  相似文献

Ultralong organic phosphorescent materials have invoked considerable attention for their great potential in sensing, data encryption, information anti-counterfeiting and so forth. However, effective ways to achieve highly efficient ultralong organic phosphorescence (UOP) in metal-free organic materials remain a great challenge. Herein, we designed three isomers based on asymmetric triazines with various bromine substituted positions. Impressively, phosphorescence efficiency of p-BrAT in solid state can reach up to 9.7% with a long lifetime of 386 ms, which was one of the highest efficient UOP materials reported so far. Theoretical calculations further demonstrated that para-substitution exhibited the most effective radiative transition for triplet excitons. These results will provide an effective approach to achieving highly efficient UOP materials.  相似文献

A highly stereoselective and efficient synthesis of sitagliptin 1 consisting of a chiral β-amino acid unit has been achieved through 6 steps from commercially available 2,4,5-trifluorobenzaldehyde 4. The chiral antidiabetic drug was obtained with almost perfect enantiomeric purity (>99.9% ee) in 40.9% overall yield. The key feature of the synthesis is the addition of a malonate enolate to a chiral sulfinylimine in more than 99:1 dr. Our synthetic procedure proved to be highly efficient, economical, and sustainable.  相似文献
