A novel aromatic diamine, 1, 2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methoxy-4-(4-aminophenoxy)]-2, 3-phthalazin-l-one (OO-DA) containing aza heterocyclic structure was synthesized from the bisphenol-like monomer in two steps and used for preparing new aromatic polyamides with high inherent viscosity of 0.89-1.03 dL.g^-1. The structures of diamine and polymers obtained were confirmed by MS, PT-IR, WAXD and ^1H-NMR. The synthesized polymers exhibited high glass transition temperature in the range of 281-307℃ and good solubility in polar solvents. 相似文献

用亲核取代路线合成了含亚联苯结构的新型聚醚醚酮酮(联苯PEEKK),并对其基本性能进行了测定。结果表明,联苯PEEKK的Tm比聚醚醚酮(PEEK)高77℃,其Tg比PEEK的高41℃,且保持了良好的力学性能,本文还对联苯PEEKK的晶体结构进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

通过共聚改性在酚酞聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)的主链上引入含芴侧基,制备了一系列主链含酞和芴结构的线性高分子量无定形聚芳醚酮无规共聚物.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(1H,13C NMR)等手段确定了共聚物结构.凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)数据表明,共聚物的Mn>6.0×104,Mw>1.0×105,PDI(Mw/Mn)范围在1.6~1.7之间.X射线衍射(XRD)数据表明共聚物系无定形结构,差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)测试表明聚合物具有良好的耐热性;初始热分解温度高于467℃;700℃时残炭率大于58.9%;共聚物呈现单一的玻璃化转变温度(Tg>243℃).当酚酞与双酚芴摩尔比在3∶7~5∶5范围时,共聚物的弹性模量和断裂伸长率显著提高,可分别达到3.1 GPa和58%,是酚酞聚芳醚酮的1.4倍和8.3倍.这类含酞和芴侧基的无定形聚芳醚酮保持了在氯仿、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃(THF)和甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)等极性非质子溶剂中良好的溶解性能,并显著提高了聚合物的力学性能和热性能. 相似文献

A series of novel aromatic copolyamides were synthesized by the direct polycondensation of 2‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)‐4‐[4‐(4‐carboxyphenoxyl)phenyl]‐phthalazinone (1), terephthalic acid (TPA), and four commercial diamines. The inherent viscosities of the polyamides were between 0.79~1.56 dL/g. Introduction of the non‐coplanar phthalazinone segments into the main chains remarkably decreased the crystallinity and improved the solubility of the copolyamides. When the percentage of 1 in the diacid monomers was above 50%, the copolymers were soluble in aprotic polar solvents, such as N‐methyl‐pyrrolidinone and N,N‐dimethylacetamide. The copolyamides showed high thermal properties associated with the glass transition temperatures in the range of 276~337°C and 10% wt loss temperatures in nitrogen over 496°C. Some polymer films cast from NMP solution had tensile strengths up to 123.4 MPa, initial moduli up to 2.10 GPa, and elongation at break values up to 9.6%. 相似文献

以邻羟基苯乙酮和苯甲酰氯为原料, 经过酯化反应、 Fries重排合成了1-(2-羟基苯基)-3-苯基-1,3-丙二酮(HPPPD)及其与铕(Ⅲ)的配合物, 并通过IR, 热重-差热分析和^1H-NMR谱对其进行了表征. 研究了酚羟基的引入对稀土配合物发光性能的影响. 结果表明该配体与铕(Ⅲ)形成的配合物发出很强的铕(Ⅲ)的特征荧光, 并且以邻菲罗啉为第二配体的三元配合物的荧光强度明显高于二元配合物. 但是, 配体HPPPD与铽(Ⅲ)、钐(Ⅲ)和镝(Ⅲ)等形成的配合物, 无论是二元的, 还是三元的发光均很弱. 这是由于该配体的能级与不同稀土离子能级匹配程度的差别所致. 相似文献
