激光焊机使用的激光器如CO2激光器(输出激光波长λ=10.6μm),钕玻璃激光器(λ=1.06μm).YAG激光器(λ=1.06μm)波长属于红外区,人的肉眼是无法看见的,也就不知道光束在空间的确切路径,这对于焊接是十分不方便的。因此我们采用了正面显示方法,使激光精确地对准需要焊接的部位,并使这个焊接点显示出来,以便于实施焊接。  相似文献

The promise of producing a cathode-ray-tube type of display with essentially unlimited screen size accounts for much of the current interest in laser displays. The first display that used a laser light source to generate a television image was operated in late 1964. Since that time, a number of experimental laser display systems have been demonstrated, including versions capable of reproducing color television images and displaying computer-generated information. Adequate light modulation and scanning techniques are presently available, but the design of broadly applicable equipment still awaits the development of more efficient multicolor lasers.  相似文献

Chip-on-glass (COG) mounting of area array electronic packages was attempted by heating the rear surfrace of a contact pad film deposited on a glass substrate. The pads consisted of an adhesion (i.e., Cr or Ti) and a top coating layer (i.e., Ni or Cu) was heated by an UV laser beam transmitted through the glass substrate. The laser energy absorbed on the pad raised the temperature of a solder ball which was in physical contact with the pad, forming a reflowed solder bump. The effects of the adhesion and top coating layer on the laser reflow soldering were studied by measuring the temperature profile of the ball during the laser heating process. The results were discussed based on the measurement of reflectivity of the adhesion layers. In addition, the microsctructures of solder bumps and their mechanical properties were examined.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional (3-D) 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) display method is presented which employs a 3-D rectangular coordinate system to display the 12-lead cardiac electric signals in two 3-D graphs. The 3-D graph consists of a temporal axis representing the time domain of the cardiac signals, a spatial axis representing the lead positions, and an amplitude axis representing the voltages of the cardiac signals. The six horizontal plane leads and the other six frontal plane leads were displayed in two 3-D graphs, respectively. The voltages of the cardiac signals were represented in rainbow-like colors. Cubic interpolation was employed to insert interconnecting points between neighboring leads on each plane and to smooth the surface of the 3-D ECG graphs. The 3-D ECG graphs of a normal subject, a patient with myocardial infarction, and a patient with left bundle branch block were presented in this paper. This new display method could not only be used as a complementary display method to the 12-lead ECG, but also provide physicians with an overall integral view about the spatial distribution of the cardiac signals.  相似文献
