N,N-dimethyl-3-oxa-glutaramic acid was purified and characterized by 1H-NMR, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and elemental analysis. The thermal decomposition of the title compound was studied by means of thermogravimetry differential thermogravimetry (TG-DTG) and FT-IR. The kinetic parameters of its second-stage decomposition reaction were calculated and the decomposition mechanism was discussed. The kinetic model function in a differential form, apparent activation energy and pre-exponential constant of the reaction are 3/2 [(1−α)1/3−1]−1, 203.75 kJ·mol−1 and 1017.95s−1, respectively. The values of ΔS , ΔH and ΔG of the reaction are 94.28 J·mol−1·K−1, 203.75 kJ·mol−1 and 155.75 kJ·mol−1, respectively. Kinetics and reaction mechanisms governing inversion of the tetrahedral configuration at the metal center in the series ofbis-chelate Zn(II) complexes of 3,2-, 1,2-, and 2,1-oxy(mercapto)naphthaldimines, respectively4–6, have been studied with the use of dynamic1H NMR spectroscopy. A polytopal rearrangement of the diagonal twist type has been found to be an energetically preferable pathway of the inversion reaction for complexes4 and5 with a ZnN2O2 coordination site, whereas the inversion reaction for complexes with a ZnN2S2 coordination site occurs by an intramolecular dissociation-recombination pathway that involves cleavage of a Zn-N coordination bond. The hydrogenation of the FeII complex ofN-Ac-Phe-(S)- or -(R)-Met over a Pd/C catalyst affords mainlyN-Ac-(R)-Phe-(S)-Met orN-Ac-(S)-Phe-(R)-Met, correspondingly. Reactions of 3-[(N-aryl-N-chloroacetyl)amino]-2-formylindoles with substituted anilines gave 1,4-diaryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indol-4-ium chlorides and those with 4-aminopyridine yielded 4-amino-1-(1-aryl-2-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrido[3,2-b]indol-3-yl)pyridinium chlorides. Reduction of 1,2,3,6-tetrahydrodiazepinoindol-4-ium chlorides afforded the corresponding hexahydro derivatives. An alternative synthesis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-oxo-4-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole from 3-[N-(4-nitrophenyl)amino]-2-[(phenylimino)methyl]indole was developed. A facile method was developed for the synthesis of N-(3-phosphonopropyl)-substituted α-amino acids and their phosphine oxide analogs based on hydrolysis of 2-oxo-1,2-azaphospholanes and 1,2-azaphospholanium salts prepared from readily available reagents. A method of one-step C-C coupling of 1,5-bis(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-3-oxapentane (1a) and 1,8-bis(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-3,6-dioxaoctane (1b) with 3-methylthio- (2) and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazine (3) and 3-aryl-1,2,4-triazin-5-one (6-8) has been described. The reaction of compounds 1a,b with compounds 2 and 3 in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid results in the addition of the dimethylphenoxy group to the unsubstituted C(5) carbon atom of the triazine ring. The reactions of triazinones 6-8 with compounds 1a,b in a mixture of trifluoroacetic acid and organic anhydrides are accompanied by the acylation of the nitrogen atom adjacent to the reaction center and affords bis[(3-R-1-acyl-5-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazin-6-yl)-2,6-dimethylphenoxy]-3-oxapentane or -3,6-dioxaoctane. The obtained adducts can smoothly be oxidized under mild conditions to form more stable products of nucleophilic hydrogen substitution in the triazine ring. The extraction and transport of Ca2+ and Mg2+ cations through an organic membrane by the compounds synthesized are discussed.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Salts ofN-(β-hydroxyalkyl)-N′-hydroxydiazeneN-oxides, RCH(OH)CH2N(O)=NO M+ (R=Me, Pri, or But; and M=Li, Na, K, Ag, NH4, or Me4N), were prepared. The reactions of M2(CO)10 (M = Mn, Re) withtrans-1-aryl-3-cyanoprop-2-en-1-ones in the presence of Me3NO proceed with replacement of the CO ligand and lead to complexeseq-(1-aryl-3-cyanoprop-2-en-1-on)nonacarbonyldimanganese andeq-(1-aryl-3-cyanoprop-2-en-1-on)nonacarbonyldirhenium complexes where the metals are bonded with the ligand through the nitrogen atom of the cyanogroup. The treatment of (1-phenyl-3-cyanoprop-2-en-1-on)nonacarbonyldirhenium with a second equivalent of the ligand resulted in the disubstituted complex,eq,eq-bis(1-phenyl-3-cyanoprop-2-en-1-on)octacarbonyldirhenium in a good yield. ansa55′-[1,1′-(1-silacyclopent-3-ene-1,1-diyl)bis(indenyl)]} dichlorozirconium (1a,b) was synthesized. The crystal structure ofmeso-[(1,4-CH2CH=CHCH2)Si(C9H6)2ZrCl2] (1b) was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Photoinduced interconversion of the racemic (1a) andmeso forms was studied under various conditions. A novel capacitive sensor for pazufloxacin mesilate (pazufloxacin) determination was developed by electropolymerizing p-aminobenzene sulfonic (p-ABSA) and molecularly imprinted polymers (MPs), which was synthesized through thermal radical copolymerization of metharylic acid (MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) in the presence of pazufloxacin template molecules, on the gold electrode surface. Furthermore, 1-dedecanethiol was used to insulate the modified electrode. Alternating current (ac) impedance experiments were carried out with a Model IM6e to obtain the capacitance responses. Under the optimum conditions, the sensor showed linear capacitance response to pazufloxacin in the range of 5 ng·mL−1 to 5 μg·mL−1 with a relative standard deviation (RSD) 5.3% (n=7) and a detection limit of 1.8 ng·mL−1. The recoveries for different concentration levels of pazufloxacin samples varied from 94.0% to 102.0%. Electrochemical experiments indicated the capacitive sensor exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity and showed excellent parameters of regeneration and stability. 3-Arylamino-2-formylindoles were converted into oximes and then acetylated to give the corresponding O-acetyl derivatives. Chloroacetylation of the latter was accompanied by elimination of acetic acid, yielding 3-(N-aryl-N-chloroacetyl)amino-2-cyanoindoles. When heated in pyridine, these nitriles underwent cyclization into novel δ-carboline derivatives: 4-amino-1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrido[3,2-b]indol-3-yl)pyridinium chlorides. Aprotic N,N-dimethylpropionamide (DMPA) and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylurea (TMU) are both strong donor solvents and coordinate to metal ions through the carbonyl oxygen atom. These solvents show a different conformational aspect in the bulk phase, i.e., DMPA exists as either a planar cis or a nonplanar staggered conformer, while TMU exists in a single planar cis conformer. It has been established that the manganese(II) ion is solvated by five molecules in both solvents. Interestingly, although the planar cis conformer of DMPA is more favorable than the nonplanar staggered one in the bulk phase, the reverse is the case in the coordination sphere of the metal ion, i.e., a conformational change occurs upon solvation. To reveal the thermodynamic aspect of this conformational change, the complexation of Mn(II) with bromide ions in DMPA and TMU has been studied by titration calorimetry at 298 K. It was found that the Mn(II) ion forms mono-, di- and tri-bromo complexes in both solvents, and their formation constants, enthalpies and entropies were obtained. The Δ H1 value for MnBr+ strongly depends on the solvent, i.e., it is positive (19.4 kJ-mol−1) in DMPA and negative (−8.7 kJ-mol−1) in TMU, whereas the Δ H^∘2 and Δ H3 values for the stepwise formation of MnBr2 and MnBr3 are both small and negative. The enthalpy of transfer ΔtH from DMPA to TMU, which is evaluated on the basis of the extrathermodynamic TATB assumption, is 25.5 kJ-mol−1 for Mn2+ and −3.6 kJ-mol−1 for MnBr+. These values indicate that the difference between the formation enthalpy of MnBr+ in the two solvents, Δ H^∘1 (DMPA) – Δ H1 (TMU), is mainly ascribed to the value of ΔtH(Mn2+). It is found that the metal ion is also five-coordinated in the monobromo complex, MnBr(DMPA)4+ . The enthalpy for the conformational change of DMPA from its planar cis to the nonplanar staggered form is evaluated to be −11 and −5.5 kJ-mol−1 for Mn(DMPA)52 + and MnBr(DMPA)4+, respectively. Note that these values are significantly smaller than the corresponding value (5.0 kJ-mol−1) in the bulk phase. We thus conclude that, although steric hindrance among solvent molecules is reduced by replacing one DMPA of Mn(DMPA)52 + with the relatively small bromide ion, DMPA molecules are still sterically hindered in the MnBr(DMPA)4+ complex.  相似文献

The possibilities for stabilization of compounds with the A-B-NO2 fragment, where A is an atom containing a lone electron pair, were examined. Due to the nontoxicity and efficient anti-cancer activity, more and more attention has been paid to N-glycoside compounds. Laser photolysis of N-(α-D-glucopyranoside) salicyloyl hydrazine (NGSH) has been performed for the first time. The research results show that NGSH has high photosensitivity and is vulnerable to be photo-ionized via a monophotonic process with a quantum yield of 0.02, generating NGSH and hydrated electrons. Under the aerobic condition of cells, the hydrated electrons are very easy to combine with oxygen to generate 1O2 and O2 , both of which are powerful oxidants that can kill the cancer cells. In addition, NGSH can be changed into neutral radicals by deprotonation with a pK a value of 4.02 and its decay constant was determined to be 2.55×109dm3·mol−1·s−1. NGSH also can be oxidized by SO4 −· with a rate constant of 1.76×109 dm3·mol−1·s−1, which further confirms the results of photoionization. All of these results suggest that this new N-glycoside compound might be useful for cancer treatment.
