Hydrosilyl ethers, generated in situ by the dehydrogenative silylation of cyclopropylmethanols with diethylsilane, undergo asymmetric, intramolecular silylation of cyclopropyl C?H bonds in high yields and with high enantiomeric excesses in the presence of a rhodium catalyst derived from a rhodium precursor and the bisphosphine (S)‐DTBM‐SEGPHOS. The resulting enantioenriched oxasilolanes are suitable substrates for the Tamao–Fleming oxidation to form cyclopropanols with conservation of the ee value from the C?H silylation. Preliminary mechanistic data suggest that C?H cleavage is likely to be the turnover‐limiting and enantioselectivity‐determining step.  相似文献

An iridium‐catalyzed regioselective sequential silylation and borylation of heteroarenes was developed, which represents a rare example of unsymmetrical intermolecular C?H bond difunctionalization through the introduction of two different functionalities during a one‐pot transformation. Although the substrate scope for the dehydrogenative silylation of heteroarenes has been limited mainly to electron‐rich five‐membered rings, the current reaction proceeds with both electron‐rich and electron‐deficient heteroarenes with the aid of heteroatom‐directing C?H bond activation. The regioselectivity of the second borylation was controlled by both steric factors and the electronic effect of the silyl group installed in the first step. In combination with the classic cross‐coupling reaction, this method provides rapid access to multisubstituted heteroarenes.  相似文献

Iridium catalysts containing dative nitrogen ligands are highly active for the borylation and silylation of C−H bonds, but chiral analogs of these catalysts for enantioselective silylation reactions have not been developed. We report a new chiral pyridinyloxazoline ligand for enantioselective, intramolecular silylation of symmetrical diarylmethoxy diethylsilanes. Regioselective and enantioselective silylation of unsymmetrical substrates was also achieved in the presence of this newly developed system. Preliminary mechanistic studies imply that C−H bond cleavage is irreversible, but not the rate‐determining step.  相似文献

A highly efficient palladium‐catalyzed disilylation reaction of aryl halides through C?H activation has been developed for the first time. The reaction has broad substrate scope. A variety of aryl halides can be disilylated by three types of C?H activation, including C(sp2)?H, C(sp3)?H, and remote C?H activation. In particular, the reactions are also unusually efficient. The yields are essentially quantitative in many cases, even in the presence of less than 1 mol % catalyst and 1 equivalent of the silylating reagent under relatively mild conditions. The disilylated biphenyls can be converted into disiloxane‐bridged biphenyls.  相似文献

Metal‐catalyzed chelation‐assisted C?H olefinations have emerged as powerful tools for the construction of functionalized alkenes. Herein, we describe the rhoda‐electrocatalyzed C?H activation/alkenylation of arenes. The olefinations of challenging electron‐poor benzamides were thus accomplished in a fully dehydrogenative fashion under electrochemical conditions, avoiding stoichiometric chemical oxidants, and with H2 as the only byproduct. This versatile alkenylation reaction also features broad substrate scope and used electricity as a green oxidant.  相似文献

Palladium‐catalyzed regio‐ and diastereoselective C?H functionalization with bromoalkynes and electronically unbiased olefins is reported. The picolinamide directing group enables the formation of putative 5 and 6‐exo‐metallacycles as intermediates to afford monoalkynylated products in up to 91 % yield in a stereospecific fashion. The systematic study reveals that substrates with a wide range of substituents on the olefin and bromoalkyne coupling partners are tolerated. Chemoselective transformations were demonstrated for the obtained amides, olefins, and alkynes.  相似文献

The dual function of the N?F bond as an effective oxidant and subsequent nitrogen source in intramolecular aliphatic C?H functionalization reactions is explored. Copper catalysis is demonstrated to exercise full regio‐ and chemoselectivity control, which opens new synthetic avenues to nitrogenated heterocycles with predictable ring sizes. For the first time, a uniform catalysis manifold has been identified for the construction of both pyrrolidine and piperidine cores. The individual steps of this new copper oxidation catalysis were elucidated by control experiments and computational studies, clarifying the singularity of the N?F function and characterizing the catalytic cycle to be based on a copper(I/II) manifold.  相似文献

Activation of C?H bonds and their application in cross coupling chemistry has received a wider interest in recent years. The conventional strategy in cross coupling reaction involves the pre‐functionalization step of coupling reactants such as organic halides, pseudo‐halides and organometallic reagents. The C?H activation facilitates a simple and straight forward approach devoid of pre‐functionalization step. This approach also addresses the environmental and economical issues involved in several chemical reactions. In this account, we have reported C?H bond activation of small organic molecules, for example, formamide C?H bond can be activated and coupled with β‐dicarbonyl or 2‐carbonyl substituted phenols under oxidative conditions to yield carbamates using inexpensive copper catalysts. Phenyl carbamates were successfully synthesized in moderate to good yields by cross dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) of phenols with formamides using copper catalysts in presence of a ligand. We have also prepared unsymmetrical urea derivatives by oxidative cross coupling of formamides with amines using copper catalysts. Synthesis of N,N‐dimethyl substituted amides, 5‐substituted‐γ‐lactams and α‐acyloxy ethers was carried out from carboxylic acids using recyclable CuO nanoparticles. Copper nanoparticles afforded N‐aryl‐γ‐amino‐γ‐lactams by oxidative coupling of aromatic amines with 2‐pyrrolidinone. Reusable transition metal HT‐derived oxide catalyst was used for the synthesis of N,N‐dimethyl substituted amides by the oxidative cross‐coupling of carboxylic acids and substituted benzaldehydes. Overview of our work in this area is summarized.  相似文献

The catalytic C?H silylation of a variety of aromatic heterocycles such as furan, pyrrole and thiophene derivatives with secondary hydrosilanes has been achieved by using an yttrium metallocene complex. This protocol provides an efficient and straightforward way for the synthesis of a series of silylated heteroaromatic compounds containing tertiary silane moieties without the need for an additive or H2 acceptor.  相似文献

The C?H thiolation of aniline derivatives was accomplished with a versatile nickel(II) catalyst under ligand‐free conditions. The robust nature of the nickel catalysis system was reflected by the C?H thiolation with a good functional group tolerance and an ample scope, employing anilines possessing removable directing groups. The widely applicable nickel catalyst also allowed for aniline C?H selenylations, while mechanistic studies provided strong support that the rate‐determining step is the C?H activation.  相似文献

Rhodium(III) catalysis has enabled a plethora of oxidative C?H functionalizations, which predominantly employ stoichiometric amounts of toxic and/or expensive metal oxidants. In contrast, we herein describe the first electrochemical rhodium‐catalyzed C?H activation that avoids hazardous chemical oxidants. Environmentally benign twofold C?H/C?H functionalizations were accomplished with weakly coordinating benzoic acids and benzamides, employing electricity as the terminal oxidant and generating H2 as the sole byproduct.  相似文献

An electrophilic aromatic substitution (SEAr) with a catalytically generated silicon electrophile is reported. Essentially any commercially available base‐metal salt acts as an initiator/catalyst when activated with NaBArF4 . The thus‐generated Lewis acid then promotes the SEAr of electron‐rich arenes with hydrosilanes but not halosilanes. This new C?H silylation was optimized for FeCl2 /NaBArF4 , affording good yields at catalyst loadings as low as 0.5 mol %. The procedure is exceedingly straightforward and comes close to typical Friedel–Crafts methods, where no added base is needed to absorb the released protons.  相似文献

Electrocatalysis has been identified as a powerful strategy for organometallic catalysis, and yet electrocatalytic C?H activation is restricted to strongly N‐coordinating directing groups. The first example of electrocatalytic C?H activation by weak O‐coordination is presented, in which a versatile ruthenium(II) carboxylate catalyst enables electrooxidative C?H/O?H functionalization for alkyne annulations in the absence of metal oxidants; thereby exploiting sustainable electricity as the sole oxidant. Mechanistic insights provide strong support for a facile organometallic C?H ruthenation and an effective electrochemical reoxidation of the key ruthenium(0) intermediate.  相似文献

The first example of cobalt‐catalyzed oxidative C?H/C?H cross‐coupling between two heteroarenes is reported, which exhibits a broad substrate scope and a high tolerance level for sensitive functional groups. When the amount of Co(OAc)2?4 H2O is reduced from 6.0 to 0.5 mol %, an excellent yield is still obtained at an elevated temperature with a prolonged reaction time. The method can be extended to the reaction between an arene and a heteroarene. It is worth noting that the Ag2CO3 oxidant is renewable. Preliminary mechanistic studies by radical trapping experiments, hydrogen/deuterium exchange experiments, kinetic isotope effect, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), and high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) suggest that a single electron transfer (SET) pathway is operative, which is distinctly different from the dual C?H bond activation pathway that the well‐described oxidative C?H/C?H cross‐coupling reactions between two heteroarenes typically undergo.  相似文献

A cobalt‐catalyzed chelation‐assisted tandem C?H activation/C?C cleavage/C?H cyclization of aromatic amides with alkylidenecyclopropanes is reported. This process allows the sequential formation of two C?C bonds, which is in sharp contrast to previous reports on using rhodium catalysts for the formation of C?N bonds. Here the inexpensive catalyst system exhibits good functional‐group compatibility and relatively broad substrate scope. The desired products can be easily transformed into polycyclic lactones with m‐CPBA. Mechanistic studies revealed that the tandem reaction proceeds through a C?H cobaltation, β‐carbon elimination, and intramolecular C?H cobaltation sequence.  相似文献

C−C coupling by transition metal catalyzed C−H activation has developed into a diverse area of research. The applicable catalysts are manifold, and the variety of products obtained range from basic chemicals to pharmaceuticals and building blocks for carbon networks. One reaction, in which several C−C bonds are formed under C−H activation of a methyl group, is the conversion of ortho-iodoanisole according to Equation (1).  相似文献

Visible‐light‐induced ruthenium catalysis has enabled remote C?H alkylations with excellent levels of position control under exceedingly mild conditions at room temperature. The metallaphotocatalysis occurred under exogenous‐photosensitizer‐free conditions and features an ample substrate scope. The robust nature of the photo‐induced mild meta‐C?H functionalization is reflected by the broad functional group tolerance, and the reaction can be carried out in an operationally simple manner, setting the stage for challenging secondary and tertiary meta‐C?H alkylations by ruthenaphotoredox catalysis.  相似文献

A general and practical PdII‐catalyzed intermolecular silylation of primary and secondary C?H bonds of α‐amino acids and simple aliphatic acids is reported. This method provides divergent and stereoselective access to a variety of optical pure β‐silyl‐α‐amino acids, which are useful for genetic technologies and proteomics. It can also be readily performed on a gram scale and the auxiliary can be easily removed with retention of configuration. The synthetic importance of this method is further demonstrated by the late‐stage functionalization of biological small molecules, such as (?)‐santonin and β‐cholic acid. Moreover, several key palladacycles were successfully isolated and characterized to elucidate the mechanism of this β?C(sp3)‐H silylation process.  相似文献
