以纳米TiO_2为催化剂,靛红酸酐、2-甲酰基苯甲酸、不同芳香肼或酰肼类化合物为原料,在乙醇/水溶液为溶剂的条件下一锅法合成,高产率得到6个喹唑啉酮并酞嗪酮类化合物及10个3-酰胺基取代的异吲哚酮并喹唑啉酮类化合物.该方法简洁高效,反应条件温和,为喹唑啉酮并杂环类化合物的合成提供了一条新途径. 相似文献

以2-巯基咪唑类化合物为原料,室温下与含有端基炔的二芳基高碘盐反应,一步合成苯并咪唑并[2,1-b]噻唑衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、 单晶X-衍射和HR-MS表征。在最佳反应条件[n(2-巯基苯并咪唑)/n(二芳基高碘盐)=1/1,二氯甲烷为溶剂,反应12 h]下,目标化合物的产率最高为84%。同时对该反应的机理进行了详细探讨,并采用MTT法研究了目标化合物对人肝癌细胞(HepG2)生长情况的影响。结果表明:当浓度为4 μg/mL时,化合物3b具有较强的抑制HepG2细胞增殖的活性,抑制率为52%。 相似文献

Summary. New 4-alkyl/aryl-1-((6-(4-bromophenyl)-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-yl)-acetyl)-3-thiosemicarbazides and 3-alkyl/aryl-2-(((6-(4-bromophenyl)-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-yl)-acetyl)-hydrazono)-4-thiazolidinones were synthesized from 6-(4-bromophenyl)-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole-3-acetic acid hydrazide. Their structures were elucidated by elemental analyses and spectroscopic data. All compounds
were tested for antibacterial and antifungal activities. The antimicrobial activities of the compounds were assessed by the
microbroth dilution technique. The compounds were also evaluated for antituberculosis activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (ATCC 27294); they exhibited varying degrees of inhibition in the in vitro primary screening at 6.25 μg · cm−3. The most active compound was 3-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-(((6-(4-bromophenyl)-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-yl)-acetyl)-hydrazono)-4-thiazolidinone.

Refluxing dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) or 1,2-dibenzoylacetylene with isatin-3-thiosemicarbazone or isatin-3-thiocarbohydrazone in methanol produced 3-substituted oxindoles in good yields. One-pot reactions of 4, aromatic isocyanates, Ph 3 P, C 2 Cl 6 , and Et 3 N generated imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5(6H)-ones 7. Summary. A facile and efficient synthesis of a series of novel 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolines is described. 2,3-Diaryl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-9-ones were obtained by reaction of 3-amino-2-arylamino-3H-quinazolin-4-ones with aromatic aldehydes as well as by ring closure of the corresponding anils. Treatment of 3-amino-2-arylamino-3H-quinazolin-4-ones with aromatic carboxylic acids afforded 2,3-diaryl-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-9-ones which could also be synthesized by dehydrogenation of the corresponding dihydro derivatives. Reaction of
3-amino-2-arylamino-3H-quinazolin-4-ones with diethyl malonate and acetylacetone gave 3-aryl-3,9-dihydro-9-oxo-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-2-yl-acetic acid ethyl ester and 3-aryl-2-methyl-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-9-ones, respectively. The latter compounds were also prepared via reaction with acetic anhydride, whereas acetylation with acetic anhydride in the presence of pyridine afforded the acetyl

In our attempt towards the synthesis and development of effective antimicrobial, anticancer and antioxidant agents, a novel series of 2,3-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one 7a–e and pyrrolo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazoles 9a–e were synthesized. The synthesis of 2-(1,3-benzo thiazol-2-yl)-3-(aryl)prop-2-enenitrile (5a–e) as the key intermediate was accomplished by a microwave efficient method. Via a new variety oriented synthetic microwave pathway, these highly functionalized building blocks allowed access to numerous fused heteroaromatic such as 7-amino-6-(1,3-benzo thiazol-2-yl)-5-(aryl)-2-thioxo-2,3dihydropyrido [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(1H)-one 7a–e and 1-amino-2-(aryl)pyrrolo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazole-3-carbonitrile derivatives 9a–e in order to study their antimicrobial and anticancer activity. The present investigation offers effective and rapid new procedures for the synthesis of the newly polycondensed heterocyclic ring systems. All the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial, anticancer and antioxidant activity. Compounds 7a,d, and 9a,d showed higher antimicrobial activity than cefotaxime and fluconazole while the remaining compounds exhibited good to moderate activity against bacteria and fungi. An anticancer evaluation of the newly synthesized compounds against the three tumor cell lines (lung cell NCI-H460, liver cancer HepG2 and colon cancer HCT-116) exhibited that compounds 7a, d, and 9a,d have higher cytotoxicity against the three human cell lines compared to doxorubicin as a reference drug. These compounds also exhibited higher antioxidant activity and a great ability to protect DNA from damage induced by bleomycin. 相似文献

Several pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (3,4) and pyrazolo-[3,4-d]pyrimidine (5-13) derivatives were prepared using 5-amino-l-(5-ethyl-5H-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-b]-indol-3-yl)-lH-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (2) . Summary The reaction of 2-arylidene-1-tetralones1 with benzamidine gave 2-phenyl-4-aryl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinazolines2. Investigations on the tautomeric equilibria of2 by IR,1H- and13C-NMR showed the compounds to exist predominantly in the tautomeric form2A both in the solid state and in solution. Acetylation and oxidation of the heterocyclic ring of2 provided further evidence for the structural assignment of the title compounds.

The reaction of 4-chloro-2-methylquinolines and 1-naphthylamine under neat conditions yielded 2-methyl-N-(1-naphthyl)quinolin-4-amines. These potential intermediates on reaction with aliphatic and aromatic carboxylic acids yielded the respective 7-alkyl and -aryl substituted benzo[h]naphtho[1,2-b][1,6]naphthyridines.
