近年来, 磁性纳米管的物理性质和相关应用得到了人们的广泛关注. 利用有效场理论研究了纳米管上双模随机晶场中Blume-Capel模型的磁化强度和相变性质, 得到了系统的磁化强度与温度和随机晶场的关系及其相图. 结果表明: 系统在稀释晶场、交错晶场和同向晶场中会表现出不同的磁学性质和相变行为; 稀释晶场和交错晶场会抑制系统的磁化强度, 导致其基态饱和值小于1, 而同向晶场则不会; 随着随机晶场参量的变化, 系统存在多个相变温度, 并呈现出三临界现象和重入现象.  相似文献

在有效场理论和切断近似框架内,选择自旋S=1的二维方格子,研究横向随机晶场Ising模型的相图和磁化行为,重点是横向随机晶场浓度和晶场比率对相图和磁化的影响.给出了i>T-Dx空间的相图和m-T空间的磁化图.在晶场稀疏情况下,负晶场方向存在临界温度的峰值,正方向可出现重入现象.晶场比率取+0.5和-0.5时,磁有序相范围缩小,特别是晶场比率取-0.5时,随晶场浓度的降低,临界温度峰值从横向晶场负方向渡越到正方向.固定某一负晶场值,不同晶场比率的磁化行为有明显差异.同时与纵向稀疏晶场Ising模型结果进行有意义的比较. 关键词: 横向随机晶场Ising模型 相图 磁化行为  相似文献

Within the framework of an effective field approximation, the effects of single-ion anisotropy and different trimodal transverse fields of two sublattices on the critical properties of the mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising system are investigated on the simple cubic lattice. A smaller single-ion anisotropy can magnify magnetic ordering phases and a larger one can depress magnetic ordering phase for T-Ω1/2 space at low temperatures, while a smaller single-ion anisotropy can hardly change the value of critical transverse field for T-Ω1 space. On the other hand, influences of two different trimodal transverse fields concentrations on tricritical points and magnetic ordering phases take on some interesting results in T-D space. The main reason comes from the common action of single-ion anisotropy, different transverse fields and two trimodal distributions.  相似文献

利用有效场理论和切断近似,在伊辛模型的框架内考虑随机横场与晶场作用的混合自旋1/2 和自旋1系统的热力学性质。重点研究了晶场、横场和随机浓度对混合自旋系统相变的影响 ,研究发现在随机横场条件下,较小的晶场存在并不能改变临界横场阈值;取较大横场值时 在某些随机浓度的范围内出现重入相变现象,而取较小横场值时则没有出现重入相变现象。 给出了有关相图并进行了讨论。 关键词: 混合自旋系统 伊辛模型 热力学性质 随机横场  相似文献

Within effective field theory (EFT), the critical properties of a random transverse crystal field Ising model with bond dilution are studied on a square lattice. Under both weak and strong bond dilution conditions, we consider three cases (α = 0,±0.5) of a transverse crystal field ratio, obtaining global phase diagrams in T−D x space for changes in the random transverse crystal field concentration. The phase diagrams obtained for a weak bond dilution are very similar in shape to those of pure bond but with decreases in corresponding ordered phases and critical values. However, the phase diagrams for a strong bond dilution exhibit varieties, including a change in reentrant phenomenon, the occurrence of transverse crystal field degeneration, and the opposite direction crossover of temperature peak value.  相似文献

Dynamic magnetic properties of the mixed-spin (3/2, 5/2) Ising graphene-like monolayer in an oscillating magnetic field are studied by means of Monte Carlo simulation. The effects of Hamiltonian parameters such as crystal field and time-dependent oscillating magnetic field on the dynamic order parameter, susceptibility and internal energy of the system are well presented and explained. Moreover, much attention has also been dedicated to the phase diagrams with different parameters in order to better comprehend the impacts of these parameters on the critical temperature. Our results reveal that the crystal fields of two sublattices have similar effects on the critical temperature, but the bias field and amplitude of oscillating field have opposite effects on it. We hope that our research can be of guiding significance to the theoretical and experimental studies of graphene-like monolayer.  相似文献

The Ising model with quenched random magnetic fields is examined for single Gaussian, bimodal and double Gaussian random field distributions by introducing an effective field approximation that takes into account the correlations between different spins that emerge when expanding the identities. Random field distribution shape dependence of the phase diagrams, magnetization and internal energy is investigated for a honeycomb lattice with a coordination number q=3. The conditions for the occurrence of reentrant behavior and tricritical points on the system are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

The anomalies of polarization (mismatch of hysteresis loops for several first repolarization cycles, the absence of specific coercive field, etc.) in quasi-static and dc electric fields have been found in the strontium barium niobate relaxor ferroelectric. The anomalies are associated with a highly inhomogeneous structure of the crystal, which is considered a clearly defined nonergodic system with a random distribution of strong local internal fields. The energy distributions of potential barriers for the polarization and the depolarization are obtained at different electric field strengths and temperatures.  相似文献

The fluctuations of the order parameter in the Curie-Weiss version of the Ising model with random magnetic field are computed. Away from criticality or at first-order critical points they have a Gaussian distribution with random (i. e.,sample-dependent) mean, thermal fluctuations contributing in same order as the fluctuations of the field; at second- or higher-order critical points, non-Gaussian sample-dependent distributions appear, and the fluctuations of the fields are enhanced, dominating over the thermal ones.  相似文献

In this study, we have analyzed the dynamical phase transitions of spin-1 Blume-Capel model with quenched random crystal field under the effect of a time dependent oscillating magnetic field. We have obtained the magnetic field, temperature (h,T) cross sections of the global phase diagram for constant values of the concentration and the amplitude of the single-ion anisotropy within mean field approximation. There are regions of the phase space where both ordered and disordered phases coexist. In addition, the dynamic phase transition from one regime to the other can be a first- or a second-order depending on the region in the phase diagram. Hence, the system exhibits a number of interesting phenomena and a rich variety of phase diagrams with type being according to the concentration p of active local crystal fields.  相似文献

The random crystal field(RCF) effects are investigated on the phase diagrams of the mixed-spins 1/2 and 3/2 Blume-Capel(BC) model on the Bethe lattice.The bimodal random crystal field is assumed and the recursion relations are employed for the solution of the model.The system gives only the second-order phase transitions for all values of the crystal fields in the non-random bimodal distribution for given probability.The randomness does not change the order of the phase transitions for higher crystal field values,i.e.,it is always second-order,but it may introduce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values for the probability in the range about 0.20 and 0.45,which is only the second-order for the non-random case in this range.Thus our work claims that randomness may be used to induce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values at lower probabilities.  相似文献

We use a method developed by van Hemmen to obtain the free energy of the mean-field Ising model in a random external magnetic field. Some results of previous mean-field calculations are confirmed and generalized. The tricritical point in the global phase diagram is discussed in detail. We also consider different probability distributions of the random fields and provide some proofs regarding the conditions for the existence of a tricritical point.  相似文献

In this article, we employ the classical Monte Carlo approach to study the magnetic properties of graphene system. We analyze the ground-state phase diagrams in the presence of external magnetic and crystal fields under effect of the exchange interactions. The critical temperature is deduced. It is proven that the model exhibits the second-order phase transitions at the transition temperature. The total magnetization with the exchange interactions has studied under the temperatures effect. The total magnetization with the crystal field has been established under effect of exchange interactions and temperatures effect. The magnetic hysteresis cycles of graphene system is deduced under effect of temperatures and crystal field. The observations are in good agreement with related experiments and the other theoretical results. It is proven that the graphene system exhibits the superparamagnetic at the transition temperature and a specific value of reduced crystal field.  相似文献

We apply the Wang-Landau method to the study of the critical behavior of the three-dimensional random field Ising model with a bimodal probability distribution. For high values of the random field intensity we find that the energy probability distribution at the transition temperature is double peaked, suggesting that the phase transition is of first order. On the other hand, the transition looks continuous for low values of the field intensity. In spite of the large sample to sample fluctuations observed, the double peak in the probability distribution is always present for high fields.  相似文献

Numerical methods are used to analyze the Ginzburg-Landau equations for a superconducting plate carrying transport current in a magnetic field. Critical current is calculated as a function of the applied magnetic field strength for superconducting plates with different thicknesses. The relations between the field dependence of critical current and the distributions of order parameter, magnetic field, and supercurrent in a plate are analyzed. The field-dependent critical currents computed for plates are used to determine the critical current as a function of the applied magnetic field strength and local magnetic field and current distributions for multilayers in parallel magnetic fields. The constituent superconducting layers are assumed to interact only via magnetic field. A simple method is proposed for analyzing the critical states of multilayers in magnetic fields of arbitrary strength, based on elementary transformations of the critical current-density distribution over individual layers in zero applied magnetic field. The method can be used to analyze experimental results.  相似文献

合金中溶质组元的组织形态和分布对于改善合金的组织和性能具有重要意义.本文研究了铝合金在强磁场作用下的凝固行为,考察了Al-Cu,Al-Mg合金中溶质组元的相形态、分布状况随高强度均恒磁场和梯度磁场的强度和方向变化的规律.研究发现,由于Cu元素和Mg元素的物性不同导致其在基体中受到的电磁力不同,在均恒磁场作用下,铝合金中Cu元素和Mg元素在α-Al基体晶粒内和晶界上的分布变化规律相反;在梯度磁场作用下,Cu元素和Mg元素在铝基体中含量和分布状态也有显著的差异.本研究为利用强磁场有效控制不同物性的溶质元素在合金基体中组织状态和分布提供了实验依据. 关键词: 强磁场 铝合金 溶质元素分布 凝固组织 凝固过程  相似文献

The problem of critical behaviour of three dimensional random anisotropy magnets, which constitute a wide class of disordered magnets is considered. Previous results obtained in experiments, by Monte Carlo simulations and within different theoretical approaches give evidence for a second order phase transition for anisotropic distributions of the local anisotropy axes, while for the case of isotropic distribution such transition is absent. This outcome is described by renormalization group in its field theoretical variant on the basis of the random anisotropy model. Considerable attention is paid to the investigation of the effective critical behaviour which explains the observation of different behaviour in the same universality class.  相似文献
