Zusammenfassung Für den mikrochemischen Nachweis von Alkaloiden und organischen Basen wird Platinbromwasserstoffsäure als Reagens vorgeschlagen. Dessen Empfindlichkeit wurde untersucht; sie ist weitaus größer als die der Platinchlorwasserstoffsäure. Die mit aliphatischen, aromatischen und heterocyklischen Basen erhaltenen Produkte eignen sich für die mikrochemische Unterscheidung der genannten Verbindungen.
Summary Bromoplatinic acid is suggested for the microchemical detection of alkaloids and organic bases. Its sensitivity was studied; it is far greater than that of chloroplatinic acid.The products obtained with aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic bases are suited to the microchemical differentiation of these compounds.
Rèsumè L'auteur prèconise l'emploi de l'acide platibromhydrique pour l'identification microchimique des alcaloïdes et des bases organiques. La sensibilité de ce réactif a été éprouvée; elle est bien supérieure à celle de l'acide platichlorhydrique.
