Brnsted acidic ionic liquids, namely 2-pyrrolidonium hydrogen sulfate, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidonium hydrogen sulfate, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidonium dihydrogen phosphate, (4-sulfobutyl)tris(4-sulfophenyl)phosphonium hydrogen sulfate, and triphenyl(propyl-3-sulfonyl)phosphonium toluenesulfonate, catalyzed efficient Pechmann condensation of phloroglucinol with β-keto ethyl/ methyl esters. 5,7-Dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin and 5,7-dihydroxy-4-phenylcoumarin were prepared in good to excellent yields under mild, ambient, and solvent-free conditions. Pyrano[2,3-h] coumarins were then prepared by one-pot three-component reactions of 5,7-dihydroxy-4-subsituted coumarin, malononitrile, and aldehydes in the presence of catalytic amounts of Br nsted basic ionic liquids, namely 2-hydroxyethylammonium formate, 3-hydroxypropanaminium acetate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide, pyrrolidinium formate, and pyrrolidinium acetate, under thermal solvent-free conditions. The catalysts are environmentally benign and can be easily prepared, stored, and recovered without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and environmentally benign route was developed for the preparation of 14-aryl or alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene, 1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthene and 12-aryl??8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-ones from condensation of various aldehydes with (i) ??-naphthol, (ii) cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and (iii) ??-naphthol and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, using novel polymeric catalyst [poly(AMPS-co-AA)] under solvent-free conditions. Use of easily available catalyst, shorter reaction times, better yields, simplicity of the reaction, heterogeneous system, and easy work-up are the advantages of the present method.  相似文献

An efficient and simple method for synthesis of new hyodeoxycholic acid thiosemicarbazone derivatives under solvent-free conditions using microwave has been developed.Its main advantages are short reaction times,good conversions and the environmentally friendly nature of the process.The preliminary results indicate that some of these compounds possess inhibitory effects against E.coli.  相似文献

In this work, the natural nanozeolite clinoptilolite (Nano CP) was successfully functionalized by propylsulfonic acid and applied as efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives in aqueous media. The nanocatalyst was characterized by various techniques such as CHN, XRD, FT-IR, BET, TGA/DTA, SEM, TEM and TEM-EDS. The results show its applicability as green, reusable and promising catalyst in organic synthesis. It was found that the nanocatalysts could be recycled and reused eight times without significant loss of catalytic activities.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, rapid, and highly efficient method has been attempted for the three-component condensation of benzil/benzoin, aldehydes, and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation in the presence of a catalytic amount of bio-supported cellulose sulfuric acid under solvent-free conditions to afford the 2,4,5-triarylimidazole derivatives. The catalyst is easily prepared, inexpensive, separated simply by filtration, gives excellent yield of products with shorter reaction times, and is recyclable several times.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient method is developed to synthesize a series of benzoxanthene derivatives by the reaction of aldehydes and 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione in mixed solvent of acetic acid and ethylene glycol under microwave irradiation. An efficient, environmentally friendly procedure for the synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols through the one‐pot, three‐component reaction of β‐naphthol, aryl aldehydes, and acetamide in the presence of a carbon‐based solid acid under thermal solvent‐free conditions is described. The beneficial fea-tures of this new synthetic approach include short reaction time, high yields, clean reaction profiles, and a simple work‐up procedure. Furthermore, the catalyst can be readily recycled and reused four times without obvious significant loss of activity. The structure of the catalyst was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, N2 adsorption/desorption analysis, and X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Abstract

A facile and practical method was described for the synthesis of 4H-chromen-5-ones under catalyst- and solvent-free conditions by one-pot stirring of starting materials at 110?°C. The products were obtained by the reaction between cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, aromatic aldehydes and (E)-N-methyl-1-(methylthio)-2-nitroethenamine (NMSM) in short duration with good to excellent yields. This simple and environmentally benign method eliminates the use of expensive, metallic and corrosive catalysts, hazardous organic solvents, and chromatographic separation.  相似文献

A new magnetic catalyst was prepared through the reaction of silanol groups, on the surface of silica‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, with (3‐chloropropyl)triethoxysilane followed by hexamethylenetetramine and chlorosulfonic acid. The obtained magnetic catalyst was characterized using thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry, scanning electron microscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. Its catalytic activity was investigated in the synthesis of pyranopyrazole compounds, and the results were excellent regarding high yield of the products and short reaction time.  相似文献

Sulfamic acid immobilized on amino‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs/DETA‐SA) was successfully fabricated and characterized using various techniques. Diameters of approximately 15 nm for the MNPs/DETA‐SA were observed from scanning electron microscopy images. The as‐fabricated nanocomposite was applied as an efficient and magnetically reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazoline‐4(1H)‐one and polyhydroquinoline derivatives. All products were obtained in good to excellent yields. Recovery tests confirm that the catalyst can be readily recovered using an external magnet and reused many times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A series of novel dihydroquinoline derivatives were synthesized using malononitrile, 2-aminobenzoic acid, and benzaldehydes in the presence of a catalytic amount of acetic acid, without the use of any additional cocatalyst, under solvent-free conditions. Xanthan sulfuric acid (XSA) is found to be an efficient catalyst for the electrophilic substitution reaction of indole with aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding bis(indolyl)methanes at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst was characterized for the first time with the help of powder XRD, SEM–EDX and DSC–TGA. The attractive features of this green, new methodology are excellent yield of products, clean reaction profile, reusability of the catalyst, energy sustainable protocol, simple experimental and easier work-up procedures.  相似文献

Phosphated tungstate as a new, reusable and efficient solid phosphoric acid catalyst was synthesized and used to promote the reaction of diaminoglyoxime with various aromatic aldehydes. The prepared phosphated tungstate was characterized using various techniques including X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis. A wide variety of heterocyclic nitrones were obtained under mild reaction conditions and in high yields by using the prepared catalyst.  相似文献
