A new simple Pd(memantine)2Cl2 complex was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray single crystal structure determination. The Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides catalyzed by Pd(memantine)2Cl2 complex was investigated in air with different temperature. The high turnover numbers of 650,000 have been obtained in the reaction of 4-bromonitrobenzene with phenylboronic acid at 80 °C. At room temperature, the complex also showed high activity for Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of aryl bromides with a wide range of functional groups under air, and the turnover number of up to 99,000 was achieved. The catalytic system also gives good yields toward the reaction of several heteroaryl bromides with thiophenylboronic acid.  相似文献

Iron oxide produced by iron-oxidizing bacteria, Leptothrix ochracea, (biogenous iron oxide: BIO) was used as a support for immobilized palladium catalysts with organic cross-linkers. Palladium immobilized on BIO bearing imidazolium chloride delivered the desired biaryl products in sufficient yields in the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions under solvent-free conditions and could be reused several times without significant loss of catalytic activity. It is shown that BIO can be exploited as a useful support for immobilization of palladium and the BIO-immobilized palladium catalyst effectively promotes the solvent-free Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions.  相似文献

Pd nanoparticles have been successfully supported on nanoscale metal-organic frameworks (NMOFs) by using a simple and effective microwave-assisted impregnation process. The resulting composite, representing as a highly active NMOFs supported metal nanoparticles catalyst for the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction between aryl/heteroaryl halides and arylboronic acids, is well characterized, and its high activity and good recyclability are discussed in details. It reveals that, compared to the corresponding bulk MOFs and conventional active carbon materials, nanoscale MOFs as novel support materials for heterogeneous catalysts can exhibit superior performance in the catalytic reactions.  相似文献

Synthesis of catalysts based on hyperbranched pyridylphenylene polymer and palladium nanoparticles (РРР-Рd) is described. Catalytic activity in the Suzuki—Miyaura cross-coupling reaction is studied for the interaction of bromobenzene with phenylboronic acid. Optimal reaction conditions providing maximum conversion (100%) of the initial compounds are established.  相似文献

Carbohydrate-based mono-phosphines (1 and 2) derived from glucose have been explored as supporting ligand for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. The combination of phosphine to palladium in a ratio of 2:1 resulted in a longer-living system than that in a ratio of 1:1. Using K2CO3 as base, aryl bromides as well as active aryl chlorides can be coupled nearly quantitatively by 0.1–0.2 mol % of 1/Pd(OAc)2 with 95–99% of isolated yields. The amount of the catalyst could be lowered to 0.01 mol % under the optimized condition with 80% yield at room temperature. The carbohydrate hydroxyl group in 1 was found to contribute to catalytic activity.  相似文献

1-Glycyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride–palladium(II) complex [[Gmim]Cl–Pd(II)] was found to be a catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction with excellent yields with high turnover number (6.5 × 102–9.4 × 102).  相似文献

Xylan-type hemicelluloses supported terpyridine–palladium(II) as a novel biomass-supported catalyst was synthesized and characterized in terms of morphology, composition, and thermal stability. The nano-Pd catalyst was further explored for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction between arylboronic acid and aryl halide under aerobic condition, with a yield up to 98 %. In particular, the catalyst exhibited both high catalytic activity and stability for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused at least six times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. This work provides a novel and effective supported catalyst, and broadens the applications of polysaccharides in green catalysis.  相似文献

Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction with 2-heteroarylboronic acids is generally challenging due to these acids easy decomposition. To overcome this problem, we developed a coupling method that uses 2-heteroaryl pinacol boronates in the presence of 1.0 mol % Pd(OAc)2 and 2.0 mol % S-Phos with 4 equiv amount of LiOH in dioxane and H2O at 80 °C for 30 min. This developed method allowed for the synthesis of a wide variety of 2-heteroaryl pyrimidines from 2-chloropyrimidyl derivatives in high yields, and is also useful in the preparation of various biaryl derivatives from heteroaryl chlorides.  相似文献

The set of heterogeneous Pd catalysts containing different forms of Pd (PdCl42– or Pd0) was prepared by chemical modification and laser electrodispersion using two types of + supports, namely, SiO2 modified by ionic liquid and γ-Al2O3. Testing of the synthesized catalysts in the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction with aryl bromides pointed out the possibility to achieve the prominent TOF and TON values. The dependencies of TOF on the catalyst loading indicate that only a fraction of loaded Pd was involved in the catalysis.  相似文献

A simple and efficient catalytic system based on Pd complex of tetradentate Schiff base ligands is found to be highly active (up to 99% isolated yield) for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids in water at room temperature. Further the scope of this protocol has been extended to the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of aryl chlorides with arylbronic acids in isopropanol.  相似文献

A new heterogeneous catalyst was synthesized by immobilizing Pd on areca nut kernel-derived carbon nanospheres (CNSs). The CNSs, without any further activation processes, accommodated 3% of Pd on their surface. The new Pd/CNS material was used for the reduction of nitroarenes and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling of bromoarenes with aryl boronic acids. The reactions were conducted under microwave irradiation at 160 °C using 12 mol% of Pd/CNS (0.36% actual Pd content). The reduction of nitroarenes into their respective amino compounds was achieved in 10–20 min (conversion up to 100%); by contrast, the Suzuki–Miyaura reactions yielded up to 98% at 150 °C with 10 mol% of Pd/CNS catalyst. The products were identified using gas chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The catalyst was isolated from reaction mixture and reused without any significant loss in the activity. Thus, the present work introduces one-pot-derived porous CNSs as efficient catalytic support to Pd, establishing an alternative to existing Pd/C in terms of cost and efficiency.  相似文献

Herein, we report air- and water-stable borate complexes between scyllo-inositol and aryl boronic acids. The complexes were less reactive than free aryl boronic acids under Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction conditions; thus, the borate complexes were used as protected boronic acids. Although protecting groups for organoboronic acids are useful in coupling reactions, especially those used to produce π-conjugated molecules, only a few reports describing the use of protecting groups for boronic acids have been published. The proposed unique structural borate complex provides a novel protective method for aryl boronic acids.  相似文献

A general and highly efficient trifluoromethylated-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-based catalyst for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction was reported. In the presence of the catalyst, reactions of non-activated aryl chlorides and triflates with aryl boronic acids occurred at room temperature with good to excellent yields (63–98%). In addition, catalysts generated from a combination of Pd(OAc)2/imidazolium salt 6a is not only effective for the coupling of heteroaryl boronic acid with aryl halides and heteroaryl halides, but also efficient for coupling of other heteroaryl halides and heteroaryl boronic acids. Finally, the catalyst is highly effective for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides and chlorides with 0.01–0.1 mol % loading if the temperature was raised at refluxed THF/H2O.  相似文献
