Planar (HgCl3) anions are stacked fairly closely together in a slipped parallel arrangement within several crystal structures. Quantum chemical analysis shows evidence of strong noncovalent spodium bonds between the Hg π-hole of one unit and the Cl atom of an adjacent unit. Anion⋅⋅⋅anion spodium bonds work in tandem with crystal packing forces.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray diffraction of iodate and bromate salts shows that the I and Br atoms in IO3 and BrO3 anions form short and linear O−I/Br ⋅⋅⋅ O contacts with the O atoms of nearby anions. Non-centrosymmetric systems are formed wherein anions are orderly aligned into supramolecular 1D and 2D networks. Theoretical evidences, namely the outcome of QTAIM and NCIplot studies, prove the attractive nature of these contacts and the ability of iodate and bromate anions to act as robust halogen bond (HaB) donors. The HaB is proposed as a general and effective assisting tool to control the architecture of acentric iodate salts.  相似文献

In this communication experimental and theoretical results are reported affording strong evidence that interactions between electron rich atoms and the metal of tetroxide anions of group 7 elements are a new case of attractive and σ-hole interactions. Single crystal X-ray analyses, molecular electrostatic potentials, quantum theory of atoms-in-molecules, and noncovalent interaction plot analyses show that in crystalline permanganate and perrhenate salts the metal in Mn/ReO4 anion can act as electron acceptors, the oxygen of another Mn/ReO4 anion can act as the donor and supramolecular anionic dimers or polymers are formed. The name matere bond (MaB) is proposed to categorize these noncovalent interactions and to differentiate them from the classical metal-ligand coordination bond.  相似文献

The anionic carbonyl complexes of groups IV and V metals TM(CO)\begin{document}$ _{6,7} $\end{document} (TM=Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta) are prepared in the gas phase using a laser vaporation-supersonic expansion ion source. The infrared spectra of TM(CO)\begin{document}$ _{6,7} $\end{document}\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document} anion complexes in the carbonyl stretching frequency region are measured by mass-selected infrared photodissociation spectroscopy. The six-coordinated TM(CO)\begin{document}$ _6 $\end{document}\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document} anions are determined to be the coordination saturate complexes for both the group IV and group V metals. The TM(CO)\begin{document}$ _6 $\end{document}\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document} complexes of group IV metals (TM=Ti, Zr, Hf) are 17-electron complexes having a \begin{document}$ ^2 $\end{document}A\begin{document}$ _{\rm{1g}} $\end{document} ground state with \begin{document}$ D_{\rm{3d}} $\end{document} symmetry, while the TM(CO)\begin{document}$ _6 $\end{document}\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document} complexes of group V metals (TM=V, Nb, Ta) are 18-electron species with a closed-shell singlet ground state possessing \begin{document}$ O_{\rm{h}} $\end{document} symmetry. The energy decomposition analyses indicate that the metal-CO covalent bonding is dominated by TM\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document}(d)\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}(CO)\begin{document}$ _6 $\end{document} \begin{document}$ \pi $\end{document}-backdonation and TM\begin{document}$ ^- $\end{document}(d)\begin{document}$ \leftarrow $\end{document}(CO)\begin{document}$ _6 $\end{document} \begin{document}$ \sigma $\end{document}-donation interactions.  相似文献

A novel heterocyclic hexacoordinate organotin(Ⅳ) complex, bis(O-vanillin)-semi ethylenediamino dibenzyltin (VEDBT) was synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with bis(O-vanillin)-semiethyenediamine, its structure has been characterized by spectral methods.The electrodes using VEDBT as a neutral carrier show high selectivity for salicvlate anions.  相似文献

This paper, for the first time, reports a method that can be used as a highly sensitive probe for singlet oxygen (^1O2) and superoxide anion (O2^-) in vitro or in vivo. FCLA(3,7-dihydro-6-{4-[2-(N‘-(5-fluoresceinyl)thioureido)ethoxy]phenyl}-2-methylimidazo{1,2-a}pyrazin-3-one sodium salt), a chemiluminescence (CL) analysis reagent, has been reported to sensitively react with ^1O2 and O2^- to emit photons with a spectral peak of 525nm. In this work,when human serum albumin (HSA) was added into FCLA solution to enhance the CL intensity,approximately 20 times, compared to that without HSA. The enhanced CL had the same 525 nm spectral peak, identical to that without HSA. By gradually reducing the molecular oxygen content in the solution, we find that the auto-oxidation of oxygen molecules dissolved in the solution plays an important role in the CL process. Based on these experimental evidences, we propose a novel and highly sensitive detection method of ^1O2 and O2^- which may have a great potential in chemical and medical applications.  相似文献

A new series of bisthiosemicarbazone derivative receptors(1,2 and 3)have been synthesized by simple steps ingood yields.Their anion recognition properties were studied by UV-Vis and ~1H NMR spectroscopy.The resultshowed that the receptors 1,2 and 3 all had a better selectivity to F~-,CH_3COO~- and H_2PO_4~-,but no evidentbinding with Cl~-,Br~-,I~-,NO_3~- and HSO_4~-.Upon addition of the three anions to the receptors in DMSO,thesolution acquired a color change from colorless to dark yellow that can be observed by the naked-eyes,thus the re-ceptors can act as fluoride ion sensors even in the presence of other halide ions.The data showed that it was regularthat the three receptors had different binding ability with the three anions.For the same anion,the association con-stants followed the trend:receptor 1>3>2.The UV-Vis data indicates that a 1:1 stoichiometry complex isformed through hydrogen bonding interactions between compound 1,2 or 3 and anions.  相似文献

The bridged tri-imidazoliums 3.3X^--5.3X^-(X^-=PF6^-,Br^-,I^-)and bis-imidazoliums 6.2PF6^- were synthesized by N-quaternization of imidazole derivative 1 in acetonitrile under reflux.UV spectroscopic titration experiments showed that the halide salts and hexafluorophosphate salts of these imidazoliums exhibited good recognition toward anions in water and in acetonitrile,respectively.  相似文献

Interaction between a closo-decaborate anion B10H2– 10and carboxylic acids RCOOH (R = H, CH3, C2H5, iso-C3H7, C4H9) is studied. The mono-, di- tri- and tetrasubstituted products B10H10 – n (OCOR)2– n are formed in sequence with the temperature growth. The reaction follows an essentially regioselective mechanism: only one of all possible isomers forms at every stage of the process. The respective hydroxy-closo-decaborates B10H10 – n (OH)2– n were prepared by alkaline hydrolysis in aqueous and nonaqueous solutions. All the compounds were identified by chemical analysis and 11B NMR and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [Pb(Bipy)(DMF)(B10H9OH)] · DMF was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the synthesis and anion recognition properties of the amide based phenanthroline derivatives 1, 2 and 3. In all cases 1:1 receptor : anion complexes were observed. The superoxide anion (O2.−) is widely engaged in the regulation of cell functions and is thereby intimately associated with the onset and progression of many diseases. To ascertain the pathological roles of O2.− in related diseases, developing effective methods for monitoring O2.− in biological systems is essential. Fluorescence imaging is a powerful tool for monitoring bioactive molecules in cells and in vivo owing to its high sensitivity and high temporal-spatial resolution. Therefore, increasing numbers of fluorescent imaging probes have been constructed to monitor O2.− inside live cells and small animals. In this minireview, we summarize the methods for design and application of O2.−-responsive fluorescent probes. Moreover, we present the challenges for detecting O2.− and suggestions for constructing new fluorescent probes that can indicate the production sites and concentration changes in O2.− as well as O2.−-associated active molecules in living cells and in vivo.  相似文献

The title complex [Ph3Sn(CH3OH) (terephthalate) (CH3OH) SnPh3]·2CH3OH was synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnCl with terephthalate in the molar ratio of 2:1 in methanol solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra, and the crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction study. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/n, a = 1.5199(5) nm, b = 0.9000(3) nm, c = 1.8206(6) nm, β= 113.970(5)°, Z = 2, V = 2.2755 (13) nm3, Dc= 1.413 g/cm3, μ = 1.146 mm?1, F(000) = 980, R =0.0353, wR = 0.0606. In the crystals of complex, the tin atoms rendered five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure.  相似文献

Alkyne hydroamination is an effective approach for the production of enamines and enamine-containing N-heterocycles. However, stereoselectivity control is a considerable challenge in this reaction because of the electronic repulsion between an incoming nitrogen lone pair and the alkyne π-system. Herein, we propose a methodology involving β-regio- and Z-selective alkyne hydroamination by using tetrafluoro-λ6-sulfanyl (SF4) alkynes under superbasic, naked anion conditions. The reaction is compatible with a wide variety of N-heterocycles, including indoles, carbazoles, pyrazoles, and imidazoles, and selectively furnishes SF4-linked Z-vinyl enamines with β-regioselectively. Moreover, the method can be extended to the β- and Z-controlled, base-mediated alkyne hydrophenoxylation with phenols to provide SF4-linked Z-vinyl ethers in high yields. As the SF4 unit has attracted attention as a bioisostere for alkynes, p-benzenes, bicyclo[1.1.1]pentyl (BCP) groups, and cubanes in medicinal chemistry, this chemistry represents an effective approach to creating novel drug candidates incorporating SF4-containing molecules.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献

A new colorimetric recognition receptor 1 based on the dual capability containing NH binding sites of selectively sensing anionic guest species has been synthesized. Compared with other halide anions, its UV/Vis absorption spectrum in dimethyl sulfoxide showed the response toward the presence of fluoride anion with high selectivity, and also displayed dramatic color changes from colorless to yellow in the presence of TBAF (5 × 10^-5 mol/L). The similar UV/Vis absorption spectrum change also occurred when 1 was treated with AcO^- while a little change with H2PO^-4 and OH^-. Receptor 1 has almost not affinity abilities to Cl^-, Br^- and I^-. The binding ability of receptor 1 to fluoride with high selectivity over other halides contributes to the anion size and the ability of forming hydrogen bonding. While the different ability of binding with geometrically triangular (AcO^-), tetrahedral (H2PO^-4 ) and linear (OH^-) anions maybe result from their geometry configuration.  相似文献

The anion transport and binding properties of a series of bis-amide based compounds have been studied in POPC lipid bilayers.
