Poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)/silica hybrid material has been successfully prepared from styrene–maleic anhydride copolymer and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in the presence of a coupling agent (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) by an in situ sol–gel process. It was observed that the gel time of sol–gel solution was dramatically influenced by the amount of APTES. The hybrid material exhibits optical transparency almost as good as both silica gel and the copolymer. The covalent bonds between organic and inorganic phases were introduced by the aminolysis reaction of the amino group with maleic anhydride units of copolymer to form a copolymer bearing trimethoxysilyl groups, which undergo hydrolytic polycondensation with TEOS. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that the glass transition temperature of the hybrid materials increases with increasing of SiO2 composition. Photographs of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) inferred that the size of the inorganic particles in the hybrid materials was less than 20 nm. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate), PHB has been structurally modified through reaction with maleic anhydride, MA. Transesterification reaction was carried out fixing the PHB and MA and besides time and temperature the concentration of the triethylamine (used as catalyst) was changed. Glass transition, melting and crystallization temperature obtained from DSC curves and thermal degradation temperatures obtained from TG traces were used to evaluate the influence of the reaction conditions on the modification of PHB according to factorial design. On the base of the results the optimum conditions are to perform the PHB modification reaction with MA reaction at 110°C for 1 h with 5% v/v triethylamine.  相似文献

以对称二氨基硫脲为原料,与冰醋酸反应生成5-甲基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(1);在弱酸性条件下,1与取代水杨醛反应生成席夫碱中间体5-甲基-4-(N-取代邻羟苯基)亚胺基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(2a~2c);最后在碱性条件下分别与N-取代苯基-2-氯乙酰胺发生烷基化反应生成15种未见报道的目标化合物3-(N-取代苯基-2-乙酰胺基)硫基-4-(N-取代邻羟苯基)亚胺基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑(3a~3o),其结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR确证.初步生物测试表明,质量分数为0.01%时,3a~3o对白色念珠菌的抑菌率均达90%以上,具有很强的抑菌活性;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率达80%以上,具有较强的抑菌活性.  相似文献

Alternate poly(amide-imide) [P(A-alt-I)] was synthesized from two aromatic diamines and trimellitic anhydride (TMA). When the diamine was 2,2-bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)phenyl]sulfone (BAPS), the resulted P(A-alt-I) was found to be of light color. Specifically, when BAPS was located between two amide groups in the P(A-alt-I) chain, the P(A-alt-I) was almost colorless. A series of P(A-alt-I)s (Series III) containing BAPS was synthesized through direct polycondensation of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid prepared from various aromatic diamines and TMA, as well as BAPS. Polymers of Series III were much lighter in color than those of the isomeric series (BAPS was located between two imide group). The series of P(A-alt-I)s III had inherent viscosities ranging 0.69–1.35 dL/g and good solubility in various solvents. The tensile strengths, elongations to break, and initial moduli of the films were 72–107 MPa, 7–12% and 1.93–2.39 GPa, respectively, and most of the films had no yielding. Polymers of Series III had glass transition temperatures 210–272°C and 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen 518–545°C, indicating excellent thermal stability. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A dicarboxylic acid ( I ) was prepared from the condensation of 9,9-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy) phenyl] fluorene and trimellitic anhydride. A new family of poly(amide-imide)s having inherent viscosities of 0.75-1.04 dL/g was prepared by the triphenyl phosphite activated polycondensation from the diimide-diacid I with various aromatic diamines in a medium consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), pyridine, and calcium chloride. Most of the resulting polymers showed an amorphous nature and were readily soluble in polar solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide. All the soluble poly(amide-imide)s afforded transparent, flexible, and tough films. The glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 262–325°C and the 10% weight loss temperatures were above 525°C in air. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Structure and stability of diastereoisomers of cucurbit[n]urils (CB[n = 5–10]), the inverted CB[n]s, were investigated by density functional theory (DFT) computations. All the inverted CB[n]s were less stable than their normal CB[n]s and the mono-inverted ones with one inverted glycoluril unit in their structures were more stable than their doubly-inverted isomers. Relative change in dipole moments and molecular electrostatic potentials (MEP) were discussed with the deformation in geometric structure and charge distribution of the normal and inverted CB[n]s.  相似文献

A facile, high-yielding and straightforward methodology for the copper-catalyzed synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles in water, using in situ prepared copper nanoparticles (NPs) on modified poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) [SMA] catalyst, is reported. The polymer support was easily prepared from the reaction of SMA with 4-aminopyridine and subsequently underwent reaction with CuI NPs. The catalyst was applied for the preparation of triazoles under air, followed by chromatographic separation of the products. The polymer-supported catalyst not only showed high catalytic activity but also showed high 1,4-regioselectivity for the [3 + 2] Huisgen cycloaddition in water as solvent. The products were obtained in good to excellent yields in all cases. The catalyst can be used without pre-activation and reloaded for at least five runs without significant decrease in its activity. The catalyst was characterized by SEM, energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis of X-rays, and inductively coupled plasma.  相似文献

Molecular structure, relative stability of conformers, and tautomers of (5-methyl-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-ylsulfanyl)-acetic acid (MTSA) have been investigated by experimental (X-ray diffraction) and theoretical (B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ) methods. It was demonstrated that in the solid state MTSA exists in N1H tautomeric form. This tautomer is not the most stable in gas phase and its stabilization is provided by environment effects.  相似文献

4-Amino-5-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-trazole-3-thione is formed from the reaction of 4,6-diphenylpyrimidinecarboxylic acid or its ethyl ester with thiocarbonyl hydrazide. Alkylation of the product leads to S-alkyl derivaties or 6-substituted 3-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyriimidinyl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazine. Fifteen bis(phenoxy) fluorene-containing poly(amide-imide)s III were synthesized by the direct polycondensation of 9,9-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]fluorene (BAPPF) with var-ious aromatic bis(trimellitimide)s II in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. Poly(amide-imide)s III having inherent vis-cosities up to 1.45 dL/g were obtained in quantitative yields. Most of the resulting polymers showed an amorphous nature and were readily soluble in polar solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide. All the soluble poly(amide-imide)s afforded transparent, flexible, and tough films. The glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 263–315°C and the 10% weight loss temperatures were above 510°C in nitrogen. Theoretical studies of a diquinone calix[4]arene and its interactions with the cations Li+, Na+, K+ and Ag+ have been performed. Conformational features and cation-binding properties were evaluated with the restricted hybrid Becke three-parameter exchange functional method using the 6-31G(d) basis set and its relativistic effective core potentials. To model the effect of medium, the polarisable continuum model was also used. Four typical conformations of the parent diquinone calix[4]arene were studied. The calculated results show that the most stable conformers are 1,3-alternate and partial cone in the gas phase and in CH2Cl2 solution, respectively. The optimised geometric structures were used to perform natural bond orbital analysis. The two main types of driving force metal–ligand and cation–π interactions are investigated. The calculated binding energy for cations (Li+, Na+, K+ and Ag+) is discussed. The calculated results indicate that cone complexes are the most stable.  相似文献

Four bis(ether anhydride)s, 4,4′‐(1,4‐phenylenedioxy)diphthalic anhydride (IV), 4,4′‐(2,5‐tolylenedioxy)‐diphthalic anhydride (Me‐IV), 4,4′‐(2‐chloro‐1,4‐phenylenedioxy)diphthalic anhydride (Cl‐IV), and 4,4′‐(2,5‐biphenylenedioxy)diphthalic anhydride (Ph‐IV), were prepared in three steps starting from the nucleophilic nitrodisplacement reaction of 4‐nitrophthalonitrile with the potassium phenoxides of hydroquinone and various substituted hydroquinones such as methylhydroquinone, chlorohydroquinone, and phenylhydroquinone in N,N‐dimethylformamide, followed by alkaline hydrolysis and dehydration. Four series of poly(ether imide)s were prepared from bis(ether anhydride)s with various aromatic diamines by a classical two‐step procedure. The inherent viscosities of the intermediate poly(amic acid)s were in the range of 0.40–2.63 dL/g. Except for those derived from p‐phenylenediamine and benzidine, almost all the poly(amic acid)s could be solution‐cast and thermally converted into transparent, flexible, and tough polyimide films. Introduction of the chloro or phenyl substituent leads to a decreased crystallinity and an increased solubility of the polymers. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of these polyimides were recorded in the range of 204–263°C. In general, the methyl‐ and chloro‐substituted polyimides exhibited relatively higher Tgs, whereas the phenyl‐substituted ones exhibited slightly lower Tgs compared to the corresponding nonsubstituted ones. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) showed that 10% weight loss temperatures of all the polymers were above 500°C either in nitrogen or in air. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The binding selectivity of an adenine-monofunctionalized pillar[5]arene (H) with a series of pyrimidine derivatives were investigated through 1H NMR experiments and density functional theory (DFT) study. High binding-selectivity was demonstrated. Typically, H displayed very strong binding strength with 6-(2,4-dioxo-3, 4-dihydropyrimidin-1 (2H)-yl)hexanenitrile (G1) [Ka >105 M?1], up to about 3000-fold as compared with 1-hexylpyrimidine-2,4(1H, 3H)-dione (G5) [Ka = 31 M?1]. The strong binding ability of H with G1 was due to the cooperative multiple hydrogen bond, dipole-dipole, C-H···π and π···π interactions. The high binding-selectivity was also verified by calculation results. The calculated interaction energy (ΔEi) of G1?H was ?12.92 Kcal·mol?1 while that of G5?H was ?2.85 Kcal·mol?1.  相似文献

New bis(phenoxy)naphthalene-containing poly(amide-imide)s having an inherent viscosity in the range of 0.62–1.09 dL/g were prepared by the direct polycondensation of 1,5-bis(4-trimellitimidophenoxy) naphthalene ( I ) and various aromatic diamines using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) in the presence of calcium chloride. The diimide-diacid (I) was prepared by the condensation of 1,5-bis(4-aminophenoxy) naphthalene and trimellitic anhydride. Most of the polymers were soluble in aprotic solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and afforded transparent, flexible and tough films upon casting from DMAc solutions. Measurements of wide-angle X-ray diffraction revealed that those polymers containing p-phenylene or oxyphenylene groups were characterized as crystalline polymers. Tensile strength and initial moduli of the polymer films ranged from 61–86 MPa and 1.83–2.21 GPa, respectively. Glass transition temperatures of the polymers were in the range of 231–340°C. The melting points of the crystalline polymers ranged from 375–430°C. The 10% weight loss temperatures were above 512°C in nitrogen and 481°C in air. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
