The title complex [Ru(η5-C5H5)(dppc)Cl][PF6] has been synthesized by the reaction of [Ru(η5-C5H5)(PPh3)2Cl] with [dppc][PF6] (1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)cobaltocenium hexaflurophospate) in CH2Cl2, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 15.754(8), b =13.704(7), c=19.120(10) (A),β=106.148(9)°, V=3965(4) (A)3, Z=4, C40H35Cl3CoF6P3Ru, Mr=988.94, Dc=1.657 g/cm3, F(000) = 1984 and μ(MoKα) = 1.181 mm-1. The final R = 0.0425 and wR = 0.1001 for 7002 independent reflections. The title complex shows a mononuclear Ru(Ⅱ)capped by an η5-Cp ring, a chelating η2-dppc and a terminal chloride to assume a three-legged piano-stool configuration.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the complex [Ru(η6-C6H6)(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)] [BF4]2 (2) and of its precursor [Ru(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)Cl2]2 (1) are reported. Compound (2) has been characterized in two polymorphic modifications (2a and 2b) and the molecular organization in the solid state has been investigated. The complex [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H5OH)][PF6] (3) has also been investigated; it has been shown to possess a disorder similar to that observed in the high temperature phase of related systems such as [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H6)][PF6].  相似文献

The crystal structure of double complex salt [Pt(NH3)5Cl][ReCl6]Cl·H2O is determined. Crystallographic characteristics are: a = 23.9502(4) Å, b = 7.5963(1) Å, c = 8.9016(2) Å, V = 1619.49(5) Å3, space group Pnma, Z = 4, d x = 3.150 g/cm3. The packing of structural fragments is studied. It is shown that on heating the salt in a helium atmosphere up to 840 °C a mixture of two solid solutions of fcc Pt0.90Re0.10 and hcp Pt0.25Re0.75 forms.  相似文献

Single addition of the nucleophiles X (X = H, CN, OH) to the less sterically hindered ring in [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(η6-C16H16)][BF4]2 (1) proceeds smoothly to produce, as the sole product, [(exo5-C6Me6X)Ru(η6-C16H16)][BF4]. Use of Na[BD4] in place of Na[BH4] gives the expected shift in ν(C-Hexo) in the infrared spectrum.  相似文献

The substituted sandwich complex crystallizes in monoclinic space groupP21/m withZ=2. Twinning to the (001) direction with the special conditionc */4a * = cos * causes systematic superposition of the reciprocal lattices of both domains and results in an apparent unit cell with double volume and the reflection condition (2h)kl, l=2n. The structure solution was obtained with the subset of intensity data for the predominant individuum and converged atR = 0.040,R w =0.046 for 832 independent observations and 122 variables. The molecules show disorder with respect to the crystallographic mirror plane. The structure is closely related to that of decamethylruthenocene.  相似文献

The structure of the new compound [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(2-NHNC5H4)][PF6] (1) has been determined. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group Pca21 with a 20.807(1), b 8.0030(8), c 10.056(3) Å, V 1674.5 Å3, Z = 4. The structure of [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(2-ONC5H4)][PF6] (2) has also been determined. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a 12.727(3), b 10.174(2), c 12.918(1) Å, V 1672.8 Å3, Z = 4. The structures were solved by Patterson and difference electron density syntheses and refined by least-squares to R of 0.028 for 1287 reflections for 1 and 0.059 for 1178 reflections for 2.Although not isostructural the two cationic complexes have equivalent geometries with the normal bent bismetallocene structure. For 1 the MoN bond lengths are 2.160(8) and 2.142(9) Å, with a NMoN bond angle of 59.8(3)°, whereas for 2 MoO is 2.142(10), MoN is 2.138(11) Å, the NMoO angle is 61.2(4)°. These parameters are discussed and compared with the corresponding data for similar biscyclopentadienyl complexes of molybdenum(IV). Extended Hückel molecular orbital calculations have been carried out to throw light on the nature of the bonding between the metal and the bidentate ligand.  相似文献

The dimeric complex [{(η6-p-cymene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl}2] (1) reacts with S,N-donor Schiff base ligands, para-substituted S-(thiophen-2-ylmethylene)phenylamines in methanol to give mononuclear amine complexes of the type [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2(NH2–C6H4p-X)] {X?=?H (2a); X?=?CH3 (2b); X?=?OCH3 (2c); X?=?Cl (2d); Br (2e) X?=?NO2 (2f), respectively} by hydrolysis of the imine group of the ligand after coordination to the metal. The complexes were characterized by analysis and IR and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of [(η6-C10H14)RuCl2(H2N–C6H4p-Cl)] (2d) was established by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献

Crystals of [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(NH3)(SC6H5)][PF6] · (CH3)2CO solvate are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a 9.777(1), b 11.6343(2), c 19.656(4) Å, β 93.60(1)°, V 2231-46 Å3, ZDc 1.617 g cm−3, μ(Mo-Kα) 7.21 cm−1. The structure was solved by Patterson and difference Fourier electron density synthesis and refined to R (F)  0.047 and Rw(F)  0.057 for 3293 observed reflections. The molybdenum atom has the usual distorted tetrahedral geometry comprising the two MoCp (Cp  η5-C5H5) ring normals (MoCp 1.988(13), 1.989(15) Å), one Mo-NH3 (MoN 2.226(12) Å), and one MoSc6H5 (MoS 2.465(5) Å). Extended HMO and steric energy calculations were made in order to account for the geometry adopted by the thiolato ligand in this complex.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)Cl] (1) with monodentate nitriles, (L) in the presence of NH4PF6 afforded the complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)(L)]PF6, with L?=?CH3CN (2a), CH3CH=CHCN (2b), NCC6H4CN (2c), C6H5CH2CN (2d), respectively. However, reaction of 1 with NH4PF6 in methanol yielded an amine complex of the type [(η5-C9H7) Ru(η2-dppe)(NH3)]PF6 (3a). The complexes were fully characterized by spectroscopy and analytical data. The molecular structures of the complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe) (CH3CN)]PF6 (2a) and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)(NH3)]PF6 (3a) have been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Summary A series of new compounds with molecular formula [Ti(5-C5H5)Cl2(OR)] (R=C6H11 (cyclohexyl,1), CH2CH(CH3)2 (2), CH(C2H5)2 (3), and CH2C6H5 (4)) has been obtained by the reaction of [Ti(5-C5H5)Cl3] with the appropriate alcohol. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and by IR and1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure of1 was determined by X-ray diffraction studies; crystal data: triclinic,a=11.334(2),b=13.590(2),c=12.237(2) Å, =113.501(5), =118.182(5), =101.993(6),V=1328.2(4) Å3,T=298K, space P1,Z=4, two crystallographically independent molecules in the unit cell. FinalR andR w values are 0.0583 and 0.0632, respectively. Compound1 exhibits surprisingly short Ti-Cl and Ti-O distances, suggesting strong donation by the chloride and in particular by the alkoxide ligand. The Ti-O-C angle is unusually large.

Zusammenfassung Durch Umsetzung von [Ti(5-C5H5)Cl3] mit dem geeigneten Alkohol wurde eine Reihe von neuen Verbindungen der Formel [Ti(5-C5H5)(OR)] (R=C6H11 (cyclohexyl,1), CH2CH(CH3)2 (2), CH(C2H5)2 (3) und CH2C6H5 (4)) erhalten. Alle Komplexe wurden elementaranalytisch sowie IR- und1H-NMR-spektroskopisch charakterisiert. Die Struktur von1 wurde röntgenographisch bestimmt; Kristalldaten: triklin,a=11.334(2),b=13.590(2),c=12.237(2) Å, =113.501(5), =118.182(5), =101.993(6),V=1328.2(4) Å3,T=298K, Raumgruppe P1,Z=4, zwei kristallographisch unabhängige Moleküle in der Elementarzelle; abschließendeR-Werte:R=0.0583 undR w=0.0632. Verbindung1 zeigt überraschend kurze Ti-Cl- und Ti-O-Abstände; dies deutet auf eine starke -Elektronendonorwirkung des Chlorid- und vor allem des Alkoxidliganden hin. Der Ti-O-C-Bindungswinkel ist ungewöhnlich groß.

The structure of a new ansa compound, (5-C5H4)CMe2(5-C9H6)TiCl2 (1), was studied by X-ray analysis:a = 15.00(1),b =15.500(5),c = 13.032(4) Å, = 92.66°(4),V = 3025.1(1) Å3, space groupP21/.,R = 0.038. Inter- and intramolecular ene-yne coupling reactions catalyzed by a species generated in situ via photolysis of CpRu(η(6)-C(6)H(6))PF(6)--an inexpensive, readily available, and shelf-stable complex--have been demonstrated under conditions of continuous flow. Importantly, the catalyst can be recovered quantitatively at the end of the reaction. Thermolysis of [Ru3(CO)12] in cyclohexene for 24 h affords the complexes [Ru(CO)34-C6H8)] (1), [Ru3H2(CO)92121-C6H8)] (2), [Ru4(CO)124-C6H8)] (3) [Ru4(CO)94-C6H8)(η6-C6H6)] (4a and 4b, two isomers) and [Ru5(CO)1242-C6H8)(η4-C6H8)] (5), where 1, 3, 4a and 4b have been previously characterised as products of the thermolysis of [Ru3(CO)12] with cyclohexa-1,3-diene. The crystal and molecular structures of (η5-C5H5)Fe[η5--C5H4CCo3(CO)9] (1), Pna21, α 17.354, b 11.463, c 11.207 Å Z = 4, R = 0.053, Rw = 0.056 for 939 reflections (I>3σ(I)) at 293 K, and (η5-C5H5Fe[η5--C5H4CCo35C5H5)3CH] (2), P21/n, a 13.807(9), b 11.254(4), c 13.991(9) Å, β 99.98(5)°, Z = 4, R = 0.033 and Rw = 0.033 for 3051 observed reflections (I>3σ(I)) at 180 K, have been determined by X-ray methods.The results provide a detailed characterisation of related tricobalt-carbon complexes directly bound to ferrocene residues. In 1 the ferrocenyl moiety tops the pyramidal CCo3 cluster core, while in 2 the CCo3C core is bipyramidal with a ferrocenyl substituent on one capping carbon atom and a hydrogen atom at the other. In both cases the ferrocenyl group is tilted towards one cobalt atom of the cluster core, a distortion believed to be the consequence of the non-degeneracy of the carbyne p(π) orbitals resulting from a cooperative π-interaction between the clusters and the ferrocenyl substituents.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis of a samarium triscyclopentadienyl complex, Cp3Sm·OC4H8 (1), and a samarium ionic salt, [Li(Et2O)2][Cp3Sm(-Cl)SmCp3] (2), was carried out. In both compounds coordination saturation is achieved by coordination of the THF molecule (in1) or the Cl anion (in2) to the monomeric fragment Cp3Sm. The parent 30-electron triple-decker iron complex with cyclopentadienyl ligands, [(η-C5H5)Fe(μ-η:η-C5H5)Fe(η-C5H5)]PF6 (1), was prepared for the first time by visible-light irradiation of ferrocene and [(η-C5H5)Fe(η-C6H6)]PF6 in CH2Cl2 at 0 °C. An analogous reaction performed with the use of (η-C5H5)Co(η-C4Me4) (2) instead of ferrocene afforded the thermally labile 30-electron cationic iron-cobalt triple-decker complex [(η-C5H5)Fe(μ-η:η-C5H5)Co(η-C4Me4)]PF6. The latter reacted with compound 2 at 20 °C to form the symmetrical 30-electron cationic dicobalt triple-decker complex [(η-C4Me4)Co(μ-η:η-C5H5)Co(η-C4Me4)] PF6.
