A general atom‐economical approach for the synthesis of α‐halomethyl ketones is demonstrated through Ce(SO4)2/acid co‐catalyzed hydration of a wide range of haloalkynes. The reactions are conducted under convenient conditions and provide products with excellent regioselectivity in good to excellent yields, with broad substrate scope. This protocol is an alternative to conventional α‐halogenation of ketones.  相似文献

A novel super acidic magnetic nanoparticle as catalyst was successfully synthesized. The preparation of this dendrimer sulfonic acid functionalized γ‐Fe2O3 magnetic core‐shell silica nanoparticles as a new recoverable and heterogeneous nanocatalyst was described. The new catalyst was characterized using various techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), and thermo gravimetric synthesis (TGA). Moreover, we have examined the catalytic activity of the catalyst for one‐pot, efficient and facile synthesis of 2‐hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthoquinone derivatives via a three‐component condensation reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, aromatic aldehydes and aniline derivatives. High yields of products, short reaction times, waste‐free, mild, ambient and solvent‐free reaction conditions are advantages of this protocol. Also, the catalyst can be easily recovered by an external magnetic and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

We have investigated 1,5‐electrocyclic ring‐closure reactions of conjugated esters with dimethyl diazomalonate in the presence of [Cu(acac)2] as catalyst. Our new protocol offers an easy entry to various polyfunctionalized γ‐lactones in high yields. Their subsequent derivatives may be used as valuable intermediates, especially in the synthesis of natural products and their analogues.  相似文献

The synthesis of some new N‐[1‐(2,5‐dichlorophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl]‐carbamic acid ester derivatives are reported in this paper. The yielded products 6a‐l were confirmed by Elemental analyses, NMR, MS, and IR spectra.  相似文献

Magnetic graphene oxide functionalized with sulfonic acid (Fe3O4‐GO‐SO3H) was used as a new recyclable nanocatalyst for one‐pot synthesis of N‐aryl‐2‐amino‐1,6‐naphthyridine derivatives under solvent free conditions. The catalyst could be easily recovered from the reaction mixture by an external magnet and reused without significant decrease in activity even after 4 runs. This nanocatalyst exhibited better activities to other commercially available sulfonic acid catalysts.  相似文献

Hexahydro‐5‐oxoquinoline‐3‐carboxylates and 1,4‐dihydropyridine‐3,5‐dicarboxylates were synthesized efficiently and rapidly (2 min) in the presence of molybdenum‐ and tungsten‐based coordination polymers [M(Bu3Sn)2O4)]n (M=Mo or W) as catalysts (Schemes 1 and 2; Tables 2 and 3). The products were formed at room temperature in excellent yields (90–98%). The catalysts worked under heterogeneous conditions and were recyclable. The earlier reports for the application of these polymers to conduct organic synthesis are limited. The present method explores a new and useful application of these catalysts.  相似文献

A selective synthesis of 4‐methylthiosemicarbazide (=N‐methylhydrazinecarbothioamide; 4a ) derivatives by reaction with benzil (=1,2‐diphenylethane‐1,2‐dione; 3 ) is described. The reaction conditions determined the condensation product formed. The most important factor was the acid used: in the presence of conc. HCl solution, the open‐chain 2 : 1 compound 1a was exclusively obtained, whereas in the presence of 2M HCl, the cyclic 1 : 1 condensation product 2a was formed. The alcohol used, the presence of H2O, and the time of heating were additional crucial factors. The new cyclic compound 2a with a MeO group was exclusively formed when working under high‐dilution conditions. The reaction with the 4‐phenyl derivative 4b gave new cyclic compounds as the major products under all conditions used (Scheme).  相似文献

A novel and efficient isocyanide‐based multicomponent reaction between alkyl or aryl isocyanides 1 , 2,3‐diaminomaleonitrile ( 2 ), naphthalene‐2,3‐diamines ( 6 ) or benzene‐1,2‐diamine ( 9 ), and 3‐oxopentanedioic acid ( 3 ) or Meldrum's acid ( 4 ) or ketones 7 was developed for the ecologic synthesis, at room temperature under mild conditions, of 1,6‐dihydropyrazine‐2,3‐dicarbonitriles 5a – 5f in H2O without using any catalyst, and of 3,4‐dihydrobenzo[g]quinoxalin‐2‐amine and 3,4‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐quinoxalin‐2‐amine derivatives 8a – 8g and 10a – 10e , respectively, in the presence of a catalytic amount of p‐toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH) in EtOH, in good to excellent yields (Scheme 1).  相似文献

A new and efficient two‐step solid‐state synthesis method is described for 2‐thioxo‐4‐imidazolidinone from aryl isothiocyanate and free amino acid. This method requires only simple equipment and is easy to perform. The products reported were characterized on the basis of IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The I2 catalyzed highly selective oxidative condensation of cyclohexenones and alcohols for the synthesis of aryl alkyl ethers has been described. DMSO is employed as the mild terminal oxidant. This novel methodology offers a metal‐free reaction condition, operational simplicity and broad substrate scope to afford valuable products from inexpensive reagents. Various meta‐substituted aromatic ethers which are hardly synthesized from the reported methods requiring meta‐substituted phenols, are efficiently prepared by the present protocol.  相似文献

MoO3 has a unique rigid double‐layer structure, which makes it a real challenge to prepare nanotubular structures. The controlled synthesis of MoO3 single‐walled nanotubes (SWNTs) is achieved through a cluster‐based self‐assembly route on the dodecanethiol/water interface. Various factors are studied at length, including precursor type, reaction time, temperature, pH value, and their influence on the morphology of products. The concept of “self‐assembly—from simple clusters to nanostructures” is proposed here based on preliminary results from the synthesis of MoO3 SWNTs, which provides a new aspect for traditional synthetic chemistry of nanomaterials and polyoxometalates.  相似文献

An SO3H‐functionalized nano‐MGO‐D‐NH2 catalyst has been prepared by multi‐functionalization of a magnetic graphene oxide (GO) nanohybrid and evaluated in the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran and pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidinone derivatives. The GO/Fe3O4 (MGO) hybrid was prepared via an improved Hummers method followed by the covalent attachment of 1,4‐butanesultone with the amino group of the as‐prepared polyamidoamine‐functionalized MGO (MGO‐D‐NH2) to give double‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles as the catalyst. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized to confirm their synthesis and to precisely determine their physicochemical properties. In summary, the prepared catalyst showed marked recyclability and catalytic performance in terms of reaction time and yield of products. The results of this study are hoped to aid the development of a new class of heterogeneous catalysts to show high performance and as excellent candidates for industrial applications.  相似文献

A new one‐pot, four‐component reaction of phenylglyoxal or ethylglyoxalate, 1,3‐dicarbonyls, N ,N‐ dimethylbarbituric acid, and aromatic amines for the synthesis of highly substituted pyrroles or dihydro‐1H‐pyrrole containing barbituric acid in moderate‐to‐good yields is described. Short reaction time, mild reaction condition, use of simple experimental procedure, and prompt isolation of the products are some advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

pH‐Responsive polymers have great potential in biomedical applications, including the selective delivery of preloaded drugs to tissues with low pH values. These polymers usually contain acid‐labile linkages such as esters and acetals/ketals. However, these linkages are only mildly pH‐responsive with relatively long half‐lives (t1/2). Orthoester linkages are more acid‐labile, but current methods suffer from synthetic challenges and are limited to the availability of monomers. To address these limitations, a sugar poly(orthoester) was synthesized as a highly pH‐responsive polymer. The synthesis was achieved by using 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D ‐glucopyranosyl bromide as a difunctional AB monomer and tetra‐n‐butylammonium iodide (TBAI) as an effective promoter. Under optimal conditions, polymers with molecular weights of 6.9 kDa were synthesized in a polycondensation manner. The synthesized glucose poly(orthoester), wherein all sugar units were connected through orthoester linkages, was highly pH‐responsive with a half‐life of 0.9, 0.6, and 0.2 hours at pH 6, 5, and 4, respectively.  相似文献

Thiourea dioxide was immobilized on γ‐Fe2O3@Cu3Al‐LDH magnetic nanoparticles to prepare the γ‐Fe2O3@Cu3Al‐LDH‐TUD MNPs. The structure and properties of these magnetic nanoparticles were established by FT‐IR, EDX, SEM, XRD, and hystogram of particle size analytical methods. The results obtained from these analytical methods confirmed the successful immobilization of the thiourea dioxide onto the magnetic support. The synthesized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) exhibited high catalytic activity in one‐pot three‐component reactions under mild and solvent‐free conditions for the synthesis of diverse ranges of dihydropyrano[3,2‐c]pyrazoles and dihydropyrano[3,2‐c]chromens. All the reactions proceeded smoothly to furnish the respective products in excellent yields. Simple isolation of the products, avoidance of harmful organic solvents, versatility of the catalyst and its easy magnetic separation and reusability with no significant loss of activity are the main advantages of the present method.  相似文献

The 1D complex [(CuL0.5H2O) ? H2O]n ( 1 ) (H4L=2,2′‐bipyridine‐3,3′,6,6′‐tetracarboxylic acid) undergoes an irreversible thermally triggered single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) transformation to produce the 3D anhydrous complex [CuL0.5]n ( 2 ). This SCSC structural transformation was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) patterns, variable‐temperature powder X‐ray diffraction (VT–PXRD) patterns, and IR spectroscopy. Structural analyses reveal that in complex 2 , though the initial 1D chain is still retained as in complex 1 , accompanied with the Cu‐bound H2O removed and new O(carboxyl)?Cu bond forming, the coordination geometries around the CuII ions vary from a distorted trigonal bipyramid to a distorted square pyramid. With the drastic structural transition, significant property changes are observed. Magnetic analyses show prominent changes from antiferromagnetism to weak ferromagnetism due to the new formed Cu1‐O‐C‐O‐Cu4 bridge. The catalytic results demonstrate that, even though both solid‐state materials present high catalytic activity for the synthesis of 2‐imidazolines derivatives and can be reused, the activation temperature of complex 1 is higher than that of complex 2 . In addition, a possible pathway for the SCSC structural transformations is proposed.  相似文献

A sequential one‐pot synthesis of N‐sulfonylcyclothioureas from N‐monosulfonyl diamines, CS2 and chloroacetic acid at room temperature in water is described. In the absence of highly toxic thiophosgene and organic solvents, this method is environmentally benign. Simple reaction conditions, easy purification of the products, good yields and thioglycolic acid as the useful byproduct are also important attributes of this methodology. The plausible mechanism including tandem reactions is proposed.  相似文献

An efficient liquid‐phase synthesis of 2‐methyl‐2‐aryloxypropanoic acid derivatives with good yields and high purity on soluble polyethylene glycol (PEG) has been developed by treatment of PEG‐bound 2‐bromo‐2‐methylpropanoate with phenoxides in the presence of a catalytic amount of NBu4I and KI, and subsequent cleavage from the PEG.  相似文献

A mild and efficient method for the one‐pot synthesis of substituted dihydropyrrol‐2‐one derivatives is described via four‐component domino reaction of amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxyaltes and formaldehyde in the presence of 1‐methyl‐2‐oxopyrrolidinium hydrogen sulfate ([Hpyro][HSO4]) as ionic liquid catalyst. This facile approach proceeded smoothly in good to high yields and pure products are separated from the reaction mixture by simple filtration.  相似文献
